The Ravenclaw nodded as he pushed he looked around, grabbed Yia's hands and moved him to the barrier. He moved the trolley over and after Yia moved in he quickly ran into the barrier.
The steam from the train wafted into the air and he smiled as he looked at the crimson and black train. He was heading back, back to where he could find some peace... Or so he hoped.
He waited for Allen to come through and moved toward the train, stopping by a door and waiting for Allen to catch up. "Let's grab a car before everyone takes them all!" He said as he began the painful task of lifting these heavy trunks and bringing them into the train. Thought thought thought, Luckily, an open car was nearby and he gladly dragged his trunk over to it and put it up at the top rack. He turned around to see that his brother wasn't there and his eyes widened as he ran out looking for his brother, and nearly crashing into him and Allen. "Yia! Don't scare me like that!" He practically pleaded his younger brother, helping him with his trunk.
The mischievous boy smiled as he entered the platform and right in front of Allen he gladly turned his hair the same color and he even hid the scars, turned the skin the same color. He even went so far as to copy his face completely, "You like it!?" He said happily smiling as he turned his face back to normal, but keeping the white hair. He laughed as he made his way to the train and stared up at it, this was cool! He loved it so much! He however looked around for Thomas, to see if he was here. He couldn't see him, so he decided to head into the train with his brother. "I wonder how it's going to be!" His brother hold him of his year at Hogwarts and he really wanted to go.
He struggled with his trunk, getting it up the four steps of the train, he was so small! He probably looked really cute trying to drag this huge wooden trunk up the steps of the train.

Arthur passed through the barrier first, as to bolster confidence in his son. Thomas was far behind, having finally conceded the quarrel with the kitten and took to cradling him in his arms instead. Arthur drew a deep nostalgic breath as even the air reeked of magic. How he wished this platform. Hogwarts had been his window to his own soul, and he knew Thomas would find himself there.
"There she is, still running like a beast." Arthur announced to his son, as the boy pushed his cart up along side him. "...The Hogwarts Express." Thomas and the cat, having picked up on his master's intrigue, looked up at the steam wreathed locomotive gleaming in the sunlight. It was a spectacle to behold. He hadn't ridden many trains to begin with, so he was ecstatic to have the oppourtunity to ride this one; the boy seemed frozen in the shadow of the machine, angst Arthur saught to correct.
"Well? What are you waiting for? -- Go!" Arthur instructed, waving Thomas' grinning expression off with a wave of his hand, as he watched the boy race off to check his luggage, and climb aboard the train, tossing a last smiling glance to his father before disappearing inside.
* * * The exuberance quickly faded, as Thomas was left alone standing in the threshold of a long corridor, windows lining one wall, and doors the other. He stood, somewhat dumbstruck, nervously petting the kitten clutched in his arms as he slowly began working his way to a cab, and escaping inside. He shut the door, blocking out a majority of the noise. He released a relieved sigh before sitting next to the window, glancing out to the platform outside. He released the cat, allowing him to wander about the cab, adjusting to the surroundings.

Slip out the back before they know you were there
and at the worst you'll see nobody cares, you don't want to be around when it all goes down...
William Dante Nott the Third
Second Year, Slytherin
William Dante Nott the Third had been callously easy-going as his father and he had sifted past the barrier within Kings Cross train station, and the daunting figure of the great red Hogwarts Express steamed with power to ready itself for the voyage to the school. Tay’s father had been there long enough to advise him to stay out of trouble and then disappear back across the barrier. His uncle, Remington hadn’t been there to see him off this year, and he couldn’t help but wonder why. He knew that his father and his uncle had had their share of differences, and at times, it could even be spectated that the two hated each other as much as they loved Tay, but he had never truly known why.
The thoughts had encompassed his mind as he continued towards the crimson train with his owl, Drogo, perched anxiously within his cage, cawing and hooting at any and every possible person to pass by within sight. ”Drogo, they’re not going to shower you with food every time you do that.” But the owl hadn’t seemed to care, he still persisted to call out to each and every passerby.
Within a few minutes, Tay had dutifully glided inside the comfort of the train after passing through a cluster of upperclassmen, none nearly quite as daunting as Dante himself, but that may have just been because of their very first and brief encounter. Tay truly did need to stop and think before he spoke, but, that was then and this is now.
And now, he just so happened to pry open the closed door of Thomas Findeler, a family friend. ”Hey Thomas, I can’t believe I forgot you’re in Hogwarts this year,” Tay remarked coolly, a pleasant enough of a smile had been plastered on his lips as he stepped inside without notice and closed the door behind him. He knew how the constant chatter and loud disruptions could irk his acquaintance, and had been quick to avoid it. ”How was your summer?” He wondered as he placed his owl cage on the cushions of the seats before he sat down.

Woil smiled as his brother apologized, he noticed Tay in the car next to them and he smiled as he opened the cabin and moved into it, "Hey Tay..." He said, Yia followed him into the cabin.
He smiled at Yia's reaction to the other boy Tay was talking to and offered a hand. "Hello, I'm one of Tay's friends and Yia's brother, Woil, you can call me Wally." He said sweetly, but he couldn't help but feel sorry for the poor thing, he was now stuck in the middle... He could already feel Roi pounding away in his head, trying to get out and talk to Tay. It was talking all he could to fight him back and sadly it sort of showed on his body. He began twitching as he sat down holding his head. No doubt Allen knew what this meant... And this was all going on in front of him no less, oh how this was going to look...
Yia had a hard time dragging his trunk through the hallway but he stopped when he saw William and Thomas together, he gulped when he saw them. He jumped when Woil came into the hallway, telling him how scared he was about Yia not being with him. He sighed, his brother was so protective.
He followed his brother into the cabin as he called out to Thomas, "Hi Thomas!" He said very enthusiastically. His enthusiasm died however when his brother sat down and began fighting back Roi, he glared at Tay as he closed the door, not realizing he was cutting off Allen from the conversation...
He moved towards Thomas and sat down next to him giving the fellow First Year a smile before looking at the poor struggling body that was his older brother, sighing.

Fisch released a startled hiss as the door opened and William Nott walked in. Curling his back, and fur standing on end, he retreated to his master's feet, moaning slightly as he peered from behind Thomas' ankles. Thomas had an equally dumbfounded expression of unease on his face at first glance, though he made less of a display out of it than his cat. He never got the chance to ask Tay what was going on with him; if what Yia had told him was true, but now as the boy stood in the doorway, he felt nothing but fear and dread about the subject. He wasn't suprised that Fisch was uncomfortable; Thomas was too.
Thomas cleared his throat, and buried his angst before replying. "It was well." He replyied before he lifted the now, calming kitten off the floor, and placed the furball in his lap. "Largely uneventful, except this past month... er, gathering everything -- for school. You know..." His nervousness bubbled to the surface, as he did his best to avoid anything that could prove too telling or insightful to his exploits and suspicions. "...How have you been? I haven't seen you in awhile."
The question has no more left his mouth before the cabin door opened again. Thomas' stomach dropped as more began to file into his secluded place. The boy with glasses, reminded him an aweful lot of Yia, and sure enough, as soon as he was clear of the door, Yia followed him in to confirm Thomas' suspicions. They were certainly related... He accepted Woil's introduction and handshake reluctantly, unsure of what to think of all the sudden arrivals, especially given all he'd learned from Yia. He looked at Yia, before taking his brothers hand in greeting. A shiver rushed through his spine, as he made eye-contact with the unassuming and kind brother and thought of what Yia claimed about him. "...uhm, Thomas Findeler..." He said nervously, glancing at Tay, then Yia, "It's a pleasure..."

Chase BalfordHogwarts Student: Third Year, Ravenclaw Theme of the Moment | Thoughts: Time to work my groove…
Chase smiled broadly as he stepped onto the train. A glorious sense of freedom settling over him. Gid wasn’t too restrictive, but there was a certain freedom of living on your own, waking up by your own standards, arranging your time by your own schedule that Chase loved. He had always been pretty mature since he had a lot of serious things to grow up with. Not to mention, Gid had always treated him like an adult, albeit one that he ordered around, but still. And this was just the sort of life that he wanted, to be his own man. Like Gid. His uncle wasn’t tied down by a woman and just dedicated himself to work. That was how Chase wanted to be, and school was his opportunity.
Pushing the door open on the first empty cabin, he walked in and dropped his carry on bag on the seat and sat with a great sigh. Finally. He loved being home too, but after all summer it was good to be going back to Hogwarts. He heard a small sound of someone sitting down in his cabin. Looking up, he saw his little cousin nestling back in the corner of the opposite seat, lavishing her kitten with pets. Chase raised an irritated eyebrow. He didn’t even have a pet, he certainly didn’t want his little cousin following him around like a puppy.
He considered informing her of this but looked up and saw his family on the platform waving to them. Waving back and catching Hildy’s attention for her to do the same, he gave a small resigned sigh. She would be sorted probably into a different house and would make her own little friends in her own year and he wouldn’t have to put up with her. He could deal with a train ride with her. Not that she was bad, he just had been looking forward to horsing around with his friends and checking in on how all of the girls were growing up, and now he had to babysit.
Fine, fine. One train ride. She had been through a lot recently, he could placate her a little. Looking out onto the platform, he watched Gid, Thayer and Gram all chatting while Matty held tight to his grandmother’s hand. Then a flash of blonde caught his attention and he perked up, all of his attention focused on this approaching girl that was about to be graced by his presence. She was young and he didn’t recognize her. He was pretty sure that he knew all of the people in the grade below him well enough to tell that she wasn’t one of that. Must be fresh meat, he thought with a wolfish smile.
Then he looked back to Hildy as she had produced a feather to play with Rolf with. Hmmm, he grimaced. But then he was struck with an idea. His whole face brightened and he walked quickly to the door as he figured she was just stepping on the train, attempting to time this just right.
“I’ll be right back.” He murmured to Hildy as she looked up as he exited.
He looked up and down the hall, patting one fist into his opposite palm anxiously as he looked back up the aisle and ‘saw’ the blonde girl. Of course he had known that she was there, but he carefully arranged his expression in that of surprise and relief.
Approaching her with a friendly smile but trace of concern on his face, he decided to start with respectable and work his way slowly to suave. “Excuse me, miss. I’m Chase, Balford, third year in Ravenclaw. I have a small favor to ask you.” He sighed as he gestured down the aisle behind him, “I’m traveling with my cousin, it is her first time to Hogwarts and she is a little nervous. I think she might feel better if she had another first year young lady to travel with her. Would you mind joining us?”
His smile was charming but shone with sincerity that was totally masking his devious intent of securing a rather attractive young travel mate more for the purposes of his company than Hildy’s.

Slip out the back before they know you were there
and at the worst you'll see nobody cares, you don't want to be around when it all goes down...
William Dante Nott the Third
Second Year, Slytherin
As he sat, Tay abruptly had to hush the Eurasian Eagle owl within it's confinement the moment that the adamantly large bird had noticed the hiss of a cat and then spotted the feline figure that had accompanied the menacing growl of warning. But Drogo didn't care, in fact, the owl hardly seemed to exert any manner of caution in regards to his own life, the owl simply went on each day as though it were its last. Tay had come to find that very thought calming in a way, as if he wasn't the only one damned to rot each and every wasted day. "This summer was kind of a bore, I got to see my mates from school, but, that was about it...
"I guess I wasted away my time at my horse stables while you were behind your canvas." Tay replied once he forced through the thoughts that left a fog to cloud his mind. He hadn't need say another word as another entrance marked the apperance of Wally and his little brother Yia. Tay didn't seemed to offer any sort of emotion on their arrival, as though it were simple, or worse, as though it had been expected.
"Oh, hey Wally... Yia," Tay mustered up a greeting of distant warmth, the slight pause remained adamant as he turned to address the metamorphagus. "How was your summer, mates?"

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ¦¦ Allen stood it numb shock and surprise when Yia's hair flashed to the same white shade as his. Immediately after the realization, he laughed and nodded in approval. "That is so cool. I still think it looks better on me, though." he chuckled, mind immediately reeling with the ideas and possibilities at Yia's fingers with his morphing skill. The amount of faces he could create and hide behind; endless, the colors of skin and hair; infinite and the skill to slip away completely from recognizable sight as he hid behind the mask of another was most inciting. The sound of more people (and with the turn of his head he realized most to be students) approaching caught his attention and he noticed as both Yia and Woil had friends among the swelling crowd. One boy was also familiar in Allen's dark eyes and his smile slipped at the sight of the Slytherin. William Nott approached the small group Allen stood with and did not seem to take much attention to him. The Hufflepuff listened to the exchange as well as the one between Yia and another young boy. With quick words which seemed to hold more meaning that they allowed to be shown, they larger group moved toward a compartment of the train. Just as Allen lifted his foot to enter, Yia's hand had shut the door right in front of him. Everyone closed in through the fragile, but still solid, barrier of glass and enchanted red wood. Allen felt a bit of heat in the pit of his chest at the gesture, but the strange anger immediately vanished at the sight of Woil clutching his head. Allen knew what it meant and he nearly wrenched the door open to step inside and stop the other inside the Ravenclaw's head before he saw Yia reacting as well. It seemed the brother knew of Woil's condition. If it was the case, he would take care of him.
Allen dropped his hand to his side and stepped away from the door, down the corridor of other quickly-filling compartments. Leaving the two brothers and their companions to exchange much more than pleasantries. The white-haired boy snuck off the train and stepped back on the platform.

So you wanna call me the devils' advocate But you don't even know the half of it I was raised to believe in miracles My life is so cold
╔════▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄════════════════════════╗
A genuine purr escaped the tiny half-kneazle that she had cradled in her arms, Lady was much too preoccupied with the rhythmic strokes of Belle’s nails across her fur to offer any sort of solace or comfort to the young girl. Any hint of vivacity from simple ruby, emerald, and aquamarine colors had been lost on her, the lack of color had brought a bitter twinge to her lips as the world vibrated with the dull colors of gray and black intermingling with whatever had been left for her eyes of glittering green to witness. It had never bothered her (unless, of course, she was trying to get dressed in the morning,) but for some reason, it had today. Perhaps it was because of all of the students, some of which already in school robes, and had emblazoned the trim of their house colors, half of which she couldn’t readily identify as she meandered towards the train and then finally pressed on.
She should have been nervous or excited even, but Belle was much too anxious to discover why her father had brushed her off so adamantly. A deep sigh permeated the vicinity, she needs to stop thinking so much.
Bright, round eyes of evergreen travelled beyond her reach, Belle was quite a petite figure at several inches shy of the five foot, but even with her eleven year old frame she carried herself with more substance of wisdom than she could have ever hoped to saturate in. Faintly emphasized paint had colored life onto her ivory features in a way to present herself more maturely, but even so, the painstakingly obvious glow of innocence had emblazoned her naivety with a spark of fire. Black school robes had blanketed her shoulders and emerald satin dress, or at least Belle hoped it had been green. She had only enough time to wander down the corridor before she was met with an imposing figure, only solidity hit her eyes until she took one step back to glance upwards at the upperclassmen that had crossed her path. A second away from firing off a burst of retaliation, Belle fell victim to the charm that had ensnared the ambiance, and she found her lips twisting upwards into a demure smile of pride. Who this boy was and what his intentions were meant little else than the simple ideal of promised company her own age. Company that, she mused with a sheepish smile, would be easy on the eyes and pleasant on her mind. ”Rich.” Belle stated through keen hues of impassive green, wondering if he had heard any rumors that floated alongside her family name. ”Annabelle Rich, and I’m not usually one for favors, but as it is, I think I could do with a bit of company myself…
“I’d love to be of help.” Despite any caution she exerted at the mention of her name, it had quickly melted with lighthearted charm, and became lost under her biggest weakness. The need to please.

Slip out the back before they know you were there

William Dante Nott the Third
Second Year, Slytherin
A brow had been thrust to the peak of the mountain, hidden under a canopy of auburn underbrush and highlighted by the ominous golden glow of his gaze, Tay hadn't noticed Allen at all throughout this endeavor, and had been slightly surprised to see the spurt of arousal he exerted to thrust inside of the compartment and then turn to look at Woil with an examining gaze. Tay didn't have to wonder why Allen had thrust himself into the room, but all he did was offer the same scrutinizing mock of a smile that he had cursed the benevolent group with down in the dungeons after he had followed Phi's example and set to knocking down as many torches as possible to trap the mousy redhead down where she belonged.
To this day, Tay still couldn't believe that he had gotten away with kicking a door into the skull of that mousy Ravenclaw. But soon enough, just like that, Allen dissapeared without a word and then Tay was forced to return his attention to Woil, who had then suddenly shifted into the ancient spirit inside of him, Roi.
"Roi," Tay interjected, almost as though to imply that subtleties would always be their best defense. "He's a family friend.. our' da's have known each other practically since Hogwarts." He had finished with a slight pause to mend the damage of his previous tone, he even almost looked insulted, as though having an extra friend or two shouldn't have been a surprise since his surname was Nott. Nott's always had friends in high- and low- places.

Thomas wasn't sure how to react, when Wally reintroduced himself as Roi; it only confirmed everything Yia told him, and filled him with an intense fear. Here he was, deep in the enemy's council, or at least the enemy as he percieved them at the moment. Not even a paniced glance at Yia could provide him solice, so Thomas was left with the frightful issue of telling his honest opinion, which Yia had been adament was a bad idea when they'd met in Knockturn Alley, or lie, play along, and put what was supposed to be the most spectular moment of his life in that train ride, behind him.
He accepted Roi's handshake, feeling a tinge of deja-vu, having just shook the boy's hand a moment ago. He flinched however, pulling his hand free when he mentioned something about taking Thomas under his wing. He scooted away slightly as Roi sat down, pulling Fisch to his right, keeping him between him and the wall. The question he presented put Thomas on the spot; he hadn't ever thought much about his future. For the most part, the majority of the last eighteen months, he'd been trapped in the past, grieving over the loss of his mother. If there was anything he would want from his life, it would be to have her brought back to him. "I'm not sure..." He replied skeptically, trying to keep the displeased unease bottled away. "...I guess, If I could have one thing, it would be the ability to protect my family... er, my Father..."
