This is where all the dead threads and denied character threads go if they haven't been revised after a week of being denied. Also, threads who have not updated their profiles when asked or signed the rules within a week or so will be moved here. All threads moved here can be reclaimed and placed back in their appropriate places. Claim them here.

As always, we will check the Absence thread and make sure that user isn't just missing because of vacation, before we move their thread here.
