Back story:
Shoshana left her family long ago as a filly to seek adventure. While her adventures took her far from home and she forgot just about everything about it from the time she spent away, she's always held them within her heart. She misses them and while she has a loving family that's growing here in the kiawani lands, she never stops thinking about the family she left behind. Dreams and little splotches seep through to her now days the memories she left tucked away in the back of her mind.



From the day I got Shoshana as a fantasia centaur costplay, I've loved her and wanted some day for her to be reunited with her family. So after some thought and discussion, we'd like rather than for just a handful of us to custom them and have a bunch of boring rp's, to open the family for custom in's to make for an interesting and entertaining rp experience. We're leaving these characters as blank canvases for you to decide their appearances, names, personalities ect. All we ask is that you pm myself or Lolli McHotpants with your ideas of appearance as we'd like to make sure that already taken plans aren't being intruded upon and that it have something to give a tip of the hat to the centaurs of fantasia in some way. While Shoshana did start a herd of her own, it is NOT mandatory that your customed family members be apart of it. If you'd like to then the more the merrier. It'll just be one other plot device to have handy.

We ask that for now, please only ask for one family member to give everyone a chance to join our happy family.

Shoshana

Loving by nature she has a knack for good or bad to see the good in just about everything, yes this includes kalonas; baring Demon from the mix as he's proved himself to be as evil as his namesake. Not much is known about her family before she came to this land though through some time we just might find out. She traveled from her own family long ago as a foal and never looked back. Now unable to remember much of anything about them, she sometimes wonders if she has any actual family at all. Becoming a parent has only helped her grow and leave some of her naive ways aside. She's still happy and excepting of others, looking for the good in all but when it comes to her family and herd, she's a bit more blunt and protective. Family has also started to mean more to her.

Since she and Oracle have welcomed their first batch of grandchildren into the world, Her mind has been.. distracted. On top of all of the worry she'd had over the security of the herd, Her mind has fallen on the family She left behind. The parents her children have yet to know. Where they are and if they're still alive. She's kept this from her mate not wanting to worry him over her own troubles. Still she finds time to steal away, and search for any signs or word that her family she left behind might have possibly come her way looking for her.

Briallan Oralee

She's full of pep, though gentle. A real daddy's girl as she looks to him for most guidance. She does get her feelings hurt rather easily though. Her looks are dainty and that's about how she is. Her adventurous side isn't as large as her mother's or her sister's seems to be she's a delicate flower that needs a tender guidance as she can be slightly naive. She's terrified of fights having had a bad run in with a kalona who'd bullied her and her mother without cause. Since then she's become a bit more skittish about things, preferring to get home before dark falls.

Since the attack she met a stallion who believed in her and took her on an adventure to seek her courage once more. Along the way, she soon learned more than just self courage.. She learned to love Rakshi who intern loved her back and asked her to become his mate. He took her to meet his family and soon she found herself large with foal. A little sooner than they'd planned they had started a family of their very own. Still she had yet to introduce her new mate to her family and so before the foals dropped, she and Rakshi set out for her mother's herd. The foal had their own plans however. Not too far away from her mother's lands, the foals came causing the two to seek shelter in a near by cave.

Now the two share this cave, calling it home as it was there that their family all gathered to see the three new additions. She's a confident mother, more secure with herself and those around her and even a bit more head strong now. Though still often calm and soft spoken, she can become quite scary as she looses her patcients though she rarely ever raises her voice above a humble whisper even in anger.

Winter Rose

Winter is exceptionally shy and introverted. Though not a mute, he rarely ever speaks, and prefers to stay very close with his family. He's kind and gentle, though his kindness rarely gets to shine due to his shyness.

Florian

There are two sides of Florian; one being a well-groomed proper mare and the other a reckless rebel in need of a new adventure. She'll act different around family members and friends.
In sight of her family she'll keep her coat glossy and her mane/tail kept without a mess. She'll say her 'yes please' and 'no thank you's' when being spoken to. And will keep her posture straight and perfect.
However when Florian is away with her friends and out with her siblings, she'll be quite the rebel. She'll speak her mind and flaunt whatever it is that she has[and won't hold back]. She's giddy and a helping hand at sorts. She does like helping strangers and family alike.
But be warned that even this rose has it's thorns.

Cadhla

The first born son to Rakshi and Briallan, he's a big boy standing as tall as his father. He's a tinkerer, fascinated by little objects that he can mess with. His thought process is a bit mechanical, trying to constantly figure out how things work. Because of his obsession for tinkering is so great he's a bit socially stunted making him some what awkward socially. Once past his awkwardness one will find that he's cheerful and sincere. A loyal friend to be had and a gallant one at that. Those in need he tries his best to help in any way he can.

His mother had had enough of his shut in ways, confronted by his sister and mother, he was run off without his possessions. It wasn't that they were making him an outcast, they had just given him the task to make friends on the grounds that if he didn't.. He'd have to give up his tinkering till he did so. So set off he did at first with the idea of just making it seem that he'd made friends. Much to his surprise however, he struck up a few friendships along the way.

Meyra

She's adapted the small body size of her mother, Briallan. Due to the likeness she shared with her mother she's developed a bit of an insecurity around being compared to her. (more to come as she's still getting her kinks worked out)

Haven

Another of Briallan and Rakshi's children, She and both her brother Cadhla developed the larger body size of their father dwarfing both their mother and their sister as they got older. (still more to come)

Keary Oralee

One of Haven's son's.

Rakshi

Rakshi is Briallan Oralee's mate. He helped to bring her out of her world of terror.

If that doesn't work because they are both blue, I can tweak the design and make their 'upper body' be white that fades to blue, so that it fits in with Sho a little better smile

I am definitely up for plotting, and I can tweak things to make them feel better. If you could let me know if I could snatch this opportunity up, then I can start working on coming up with a personality and proper name for her. <3

EDIT: It will be a custom design, but I have yet to iron out the details smile

I happened to stumble across a lovely site when lolli and i were crossing, bouncing of ideas of what sho's parents might have looked like. Here maybe this can help those that don't really wish to make full blown costplays but would rather just give that nudged tip of the hat biggrin
