She walked through the rows, chewing on her lip. The creature had grown larger in her trunk. She had to find out what it was before it was too big to hide. But it was growing so quickly. A few pieces of candy or bread from each meal and it had nearly tripled from the size of a robins egg to the size of an ostrich egg. It was starting to make sounds and Kenda was beginning to hiss and claw at the trunk.
Sparrow shook her head, pulling several tomes from the shelf. Giving a tiny yelp as a poorly placed book landed on her head. Sitting on the floor, Sparrow winced. Looking at the book, there was a rock tied to it? She untied the rock and the book whipped away from her hands. Flying from the magical creatures to a whole other section. She shook her head, pocketing the twine and stone before going back to looking for a book animals conjured through charms.

Caitlin walked into the library, staying somewhat behind Remy. For a few reasons, one being, she didn't know what they were looking for and two because of what happened a few minutes ago. She ran her hand through her hair and bit her lip. Caitlin glanced around, why hadn't she come to the library before? She hadn't realized it was so big.

Remy walked through the library, headed straight for the Magical Creatures section. She held Caitlin's hand as she plucked the books off the shelf. She held the three books in one hand, still holding Cait with the other. She sat at a table, and began to research.

Remy looked up at Caitlin. "You okay? You seem.... worried?" she said. She kept flipping through the pages, finally finding one she could use. "Wait... It says here 'If a Lycan in their human form is to bite a human, the human should suffer only slight effects and wolfish tendancies.'" she said as she pointed to the passage. She offered a smile and hugged the girl. "So you won't have to shift with me! You can be normal!" she squealed. She was overjoyed.

Caitlin glanced up at Remy when she addressed her. "Well, considering what just happened, I think I have a reason to worry," She said, then glanced at the page she was reading. She smiled briefly, then realized something. Caitlin looked up at the older girl, "Remy, we don't know what "wolfish tendancies" that I will acquire are. I really hope I don't get to hairy during a full moon," She said softly. Part of her was relieved, the other part was disappointed. She was kind of excited at the thought of being a lycan, maybe it was just the Gryffindor in her.

Remy sighed. Caitlin had a point... She thought about it for a second, her mind practically whirring. "Well... it probably won't be as bad as what I have to endure! I-I'm scared Caitlin... Caitlin looked up from her shoes as Remy spoke. "Remy, I know for a fact you can handle it. The reason I treated you so rudely was because I-I was...jealous. You were braver than I was and quite honestly, I thought you were going to get whatever you wanted, boys, friends, you know? I just wanted to prove to myself, I could be like you...And that is how I know you can handle it," She said matter of factly. Caitlin bit her lip, "Funny how I'm spilling my guts out to someone who hates me..." She muttered quietly.

Remy nodded. "It was Hell... I really don't remember it much... but what really freaks me out is that I don't remember anything before the orphanage either. I was adopted by the Hawthorn's when I was nine." she said. She remembered the day she was adopted, the day she finally felt like she belonged in the world.
