~Plot~ Hazel, The last standing planet of the outer colonies. One hundred and twelve years ago an alien menace had made all other planets their home, killing any human they could find. A race of insectoids had found these new worlds into which they have found new sources of food, anything organic. That's right, humans too. They have systematically attacked each outer colony, one by one. They have not made a move towards the inner colonies. Are they saving them for when they are stronger? Or is it that they are playing mind games? Who knows. Hazel, the first and last planet of the outer colonies, has stood for a thousand years, mostly uncorrupted by big cities, When the insects landed, nine hundred years after its founding, there was plenty of room to populate for them. Earth sent their best though. And in that best was the best of the best. Further more, Charlie Squad. They have managed to keep hold of the cities and large portions of the outlaying areas. the land they could not keep was turned into barren rock and desert. Now the only ones living on the planet are soldiers and a few of their families. Everyone has had training with a gun. Everyone has a gun. Are you a Charlie Squad member or an insectoid? Are you here to save the world, or to kill it? Or are you something else? Rouge insect wanting total peace? Family of a Squad member?

Charlie Squad Perks: Charlie squad boasts the best and newest of assult rifles, demolitions supplies and Vehicles
Charlie squad members start training early, girls at ten, boys at twelve. Puberty, you know. Because of this early training, combined with high calorie diets and their fast growing bodies, they are twice as strong and twice as fast than normal soldiers. For eight years each, their training is vigorous. After, they are given a choice, education for a civilian life for two years, or service for at least four.
Here are some of the supplies they use
AR-666: Some say it's the devil's rifle, Charlie squad say its the Saint's boomstick. with three different rounds and a mag that can carry 50 each, this weapon is dead accurate in Charlie hands and packs quite a kick.
-Standard round: A round powerful enough to lop of a man's arm, it packs a less powerful punch on an insectoid.
-Napalm round: This bullet carries a little flame in it, literally. When hitting something, chemicals mix and a small flame is the result. Usually made for igniting things, it can sometimes mess with a bug. Carried in a small mag of ten sometimes.
-Shot gun rounds: In one mag, only fifteen are held. can punch a mean hole in a bug's shell, but of course, you have to be close enough.
Red 94: Powerful pistol. twenty rounds, not as powerful as the AR standards though. Lighter, usually comes in pairs for the experienced soldier.
RPG-32: Specialized. Also comes with different rounds (I'll take suggestions, demo only though)
Javelin: A jeep with crystalline steel plating, able to stand up against acidic attacks. All terrain, fast like a Mercedes. A turret is mounted on top to mow down the smaller insects.
Wyvrn: An air attack vehicle. Capable of carrying two men, it hovers on two fan typed wings. One machine gun. One rocket launcher of five.
Trident: Tank that hovers. Epic in its own way. Four turrets and main cannon.

Insectoids: Many look like humanoid insects and arachnids. They have two forms. Human, which have signs of insect blood, like antennae or extra limbs, and insect, a large, three times human size, insect. With power over the smaller insects of their form, they use their mini soldiers for mass attacks. Fortunately for the humans, pesticide bombs keep the citys safe, for a time. The larger insects are unaffected though.
Powers: reasonable insect stuffs, all organic based, no uber power....((which means, im taking suggestions.))

Characters Charlies Name: Michael Scottson Age: 23 Gender: Male Rank: Captain Appearance: A man of strong features. With a square, strong face and striking eyes, he is considered average. His messy, brown, short-cropped hair doesn't hinder that as well. He is of average height and build. Only his hazel eyes and right eye scar are really, at all, special about him. Specialties: Strategy, Close-combat, Javelin driving. Personality: Brave. He would put down his life a thousand times over for Hazel, and ten times more for his team. He leads by example and expects no cowardice from his team. Weapons: AR 666 (custom) XXXXXXXxXgrenade rounds, three to one clip. History: Ever sense he could remember, and that he could hold a solid thought, he wanted to be a soldier to defend against the insectoids. Unknown to his team, he was raised on Hazel and knew every square inch. As soon as he joined the service, he ranked fast, moving to Charlie squad for excellent performance. As the ranking member, he earned his way up and expects everyone on Charlie Squad to do the same. Insectoids
