In-Character

1) Respect the ranked Herd Members
2) Leaving the herd lands is allowed but its polite to inform someone first in case something happens! (You don't need to do an actual RP with Chev unless you want one - just mentioning that you told Chev in your RP is fine)
3) The Little Meadow Herd is close Knit and family oriented, evil doers need not apply. (Evils doers pretending to be good guys for a story is awesome and fine though!)
4) Respect your fellows in the herd, conflicts are great but getting into a drop down drag out blood bath with a herd rival will prooobably get you a talking to at the very least.

History

The Little Meadow Herd was started due to one fathers desire to find a nice safe place to raise his children. Without the foals mother to help him Cheveyo desired to find a good secluded spot, somewhere safe where his foals could grow up without having to deal with the dangers of the lands. To that end he searched high and low until on the advice of a mountain stallion he was directed towards an alpine meadow. Hard to get to, protected by twisting paths that were dangerous to traverse unless one knew the way the meadow seemed like the perfect location and so...Cheveyo set up shop and soon the herd became more then simply him and his children but their children and several wanders as well.

Beliefs

The Little Meadow Herd does not subscribe to any particular belief system, over all they are fairly laid back and easy to get along with. They tend to live with a live and let live type of mindset and are therefore accepting of many beliefs - as long as those beliefs don't harm others.

An alpine meadow, the territory of the Little Meadow Herd is not large and generally more suited to the smaller stature of Usdia and their sub-breeds although several larger members live there their movements are somewhat restricted to the open inner meadow and stream pathways as the brush and tangled bush paths simply won't let them through to the rest of the herds territory which rims the meadow. A stream runs through the middle of the territory providing fresh water for the herd.

Growing Family (Mercy,Cheveyo,Synestra) - Syn breaks the news that she is going to be a mother.
Remember that Night (Mercy,Syn,Orrin) - Syn and mercy go to inform Orrin that he is going to be a father.
Quiet Time (Chev,Olo) - Cheveyo spends time with his grandson.
A charming Place (Jarita,Eversong,Olo) - Olo is saved from being swept downstream by Jarita and Eversong who are passing through.
Dreams of Flight - (Olo,Mercy) - Olo tries to learn how to fly..even though he doesn't have wings and Mercy offers her suggestions.
Practice Makes Perfect - A passerby stops to give Mercy a few tips on flying.
Hello Again - (Jarita,Eversong,Syn,Olo) - Jarita and Eversong return to pay a visit to Olo and his family.
High winds can't stop me (Mercy,Camaria) - Camaria returns to check up on Mercy's flying progress and offers a few more advanced tips.
Whats all this? (Mercy, Bernard) - A stallion passing through is lost in the forest & Mercy helps him find his way.
Reunion (Olo, Jarita,Eversong) - Jarita and Eversong return to visit the herd once more, they are welcomed as honorary members and Olo reveals that Syn has had more baskets. The two decide to stay until the baskets open.
Time to try something new (Mercy,Chev) - Cheveyo tells Mercy that he thinks she should go for training with his friend Ironforge as he's worried about her continued wandering and knows she is a bit naive about the world outside the herd.
In need of your help (Cheveyo. Ironforge) - After getting Mercy's agreement to go for training, Chevs takes a trip to make the arrangements with Ironforge.
Babysitters (Mercy,Poe,Lapin) - Mercy spends some time with her new Nieces before she has to leave.
Surprises Abound (Jarita,Syn) - Syn figures out that Jarita's strange temper changes is due to pregnancy, Jarita rushes off to tell Eversong and the couple later decide to stay and raise their children in the safe haven that the herd provides.
All things with Wings - (Kaliri,Falconwing,Fairbreeze) - Jarita and Eversong's children play in the herdlands.
