 Phantom of the Past18 years after the fall of Organization XIII... The marks left by Xehanort, and Organization XIII were still there. However the worlds enjoyed peace for the first time. At least until Xehanort's shadow appeared in Radiant Garden. In response an Anti-Organization group is formed to hunt down any Organization XIII members who have been reincarnated into new bodies. They figured if they were to die then the 'Phantom' would also disappear as well. Little did they know this Phantom is hunting for the hearts for those they want to kill.

Basic Story
In the past when I did this type of story they are usually comedies. At least intended. Even if everyone had a somewhat tragic past. However this story would be so much different that before. I'm going to drag this story into darkness. So to speak.
Most of those who are reincarnated from Organization XIII members are unaware from their past. At best they only remember though dreams. At least expect for Xemnas who tries so hard to protect the others. S/he would go so far as to sacrifice herself for their safety.

Rules and Guides.
1. If a reincarnated character is submitted then they couldn't be exactly like the person they are reincarnated from. As much as I love reincarnated characters being female I would more like them to remain male. At least half of them.
[Must remain male = Xaldin, Lexaus, Luxord]
2. I don't need post to be super literate. I would at least see good spelling, and grammar. I don't care for one liners. But its fine is there isn't much to say.
3. Mary Sue characters I don't like.
4. When submitting your profiles please put the character's name in the topic bar followed by 'The Wise'
5. Note = that the base world will be Radiant Garden instead of Ikkou Chuushin from the World of Darkness Series. Unlike the past reincarnation this one has absolutely no connection to the World of Darkness series.
6. Respect other people, including myself. If you get a warning about breaking one of these rules I would hope you wouldn't b***h at me, or anyone else. Otherwise the character will be removed.
7. I don't expect people to be overly active. But try to post as much as possible. More than two weeks then the character is removed. [four weeks at most]
8. Another reminder is that rules can change at a moments notice. If there are changes I'll be sure to make a note of it..
9. Also try not to go above PG-13. I can allow romance, but not the sex. It can be implied though.

However he was unaware that the two girls were reincarnated from Organization XIII members.
