Personality Although he is not a full-blooded kalona, Ahriman looks and acts the part of one. At a young age, Ahriman was informed that kalona were a superior breed and he now whole-heartedly believes that they are. The kalona stallion is not a strict purist. His goals are not set on eliminating all other races besides the kalona, even though he condemns lessers. Since Ahriman is not completely purebred kalona, he does everything in his power to hide his ancestry. If someone were to attack his mother, however, Ahriman would likely defend her with his life even though he would expose his secret.
Ahriman is a proud and often times detached creature. If his abilities come into question, it isn’t uncommon that his anger gets the best of him and he lashes out at the soquili without thinking. This has gotten Ahriman into trouble a few times before. He is stubborn, often times shutting the world away in order to maintain his way of thinking. When he goes into this aloof mindset, Ahriman is quick to become violent and easily angered.
With all of that being said, Ahriman does have a bit of a playful side that he has inherited from his mother. With other kalona, Ahriman simply enjoys a little banter, while with lessers he is darker. Ahriman takes great pleasure in lureing lessers into trusting him. They think he is a friend, someone they could possibly even trust. He toys with them a little, manipulating them until he grows bored. Once bored with the lessers, Ahriman either chases them off (if they are lucky) or attacks the soquili, reminding them of how fearsome the kalona breed can actually be.
Some might say that Ahriman can be bipolar at times and will often jump between the aloof mindset to one he sees as playful. Usually a trigger occurs to cause Ahriman to switch if it is a sudden switch. The trigger can range from the scent/sight of blood, a strong emotion taking control, or something the soquili does. Many soquili don’t understand why Ahriman suddenly changes, not even Ahriman.

Personality Aurelia is the epitome of self confidence. She is elegant, charming and very out-going. In her mind's eye, she is the most beautiful mare around and any soquili is lucky to receive even a smile from her. Her heart is large and she cares a great deal for her family members, even to the point of fighting for them if she feels they are threatened in any way. An easy way to get on her bad list is to threaten her family or talk poorly of her father (who has been seen flirting with numerous mares that aren't her mother).
Her familiar, Canicus, is like family to her. He is her rock in rough times and there to keep her in check when her ego gets a little too inflated. Mess with him and you will feel her wrath.
Although she may be loving towards her family, when it comes to befriending new soquili, Aurelia simply uses her charm to toy with others. Stallions are her favorite play things. She loves the attention they give her and the compliments she receives from them. Often times, she will tease them for a bit and make them think they have fallen in love before she leaves them in the dust to find the next big thing. It isn't completely on purpose, she just gets bored with the stallion she flirts with then feels like moving on.
As for meeting new mares, she simply likes to charm them into being her friend then using them to her advantage in one way or another. Usually she uses them to introduce her to friends or stallions they know.
Plots Stallions... Aurelia finds a few stallions along her journey that she decides to have a little fun with. She flirts with them some and possibly breaks a heart or two. Girl friends? I think not... Aurelia needs a few girls to rp with as well. Perhaps she finds one or two mares she actually wouldn't mind having as friends. She also might want a mare that she considers a best friend. The mare would have to be willing to put up with Aurelia's personality. Like Father Like Daughter... Someone who has met Aurelia's father or at least knows of him runs into Aurelia. They begin to discuss his behavior and how flirtatious he is around mares. This ruffles her feathers a bit and could lead to her stomping off in anger or having a bit of a heated debate. Familiar Anger... A soquili begins to pick on Canicus or thinks that he could become an easy snack. What the soquili doesn't realize is that Aurelia is close by and she will do anything to keep him safe. Feeling Like Dirt... Aurelia finds a stallion that she finally thinks is mister right, but he has no interest in her. She needs a taste of her own medicine. Best frienemies? Aurelia finds a stallion that isn't afraid to knock her off her pedestal that so many others have put her up on. The two of them joke around with each other by mocking one another or making fun of each other. Mate? Yeah right... Aurelia will eventually one day settle down (in the far future). This stallion can either be the best frienemies stallion or a stallion that is a bit of a push-over. He would have to be willing to put up with her possibly flirting with other stallion every now and then. (or it could be funny to see him get a little jealous) |

Itzel is very naïve to the world outside her strictly pure-bred kirin herd that she was raised in. Due to her overly protective parents, who happened to be the alpha and protector, Itzel was heavily guarded from experiencing anything outside the herd lands. Since all of the members of the herd were kirin, Itzel has only ever seen other pure-bred kirins, with the exception of familiars and one other soquili creature.
Since Itzel was so strongly protected, she has grown a curiosity for the world around her. This was the main reason she left the herd. Now that she has found the soquili land, Itzel spends most of her days wandering the lands and learning more about the new environment. She is never in one place for too long and everywhere she goes she loves to meet new soquili. Her curiosity and naivety get her into trouble very often, but she usually finds a way to escape.
Due to her strong kirin heritage, Itzel is a very kind and gentle soul. She will do everything in her power to help another individual out. If she cannot help someone she will either stick around to find a new way to help them or she will beat herself up about not being able to help someone. When she can’t help someone, Itzel blames herself and becomes very depressed.

Personality Anatola is a very inquisitive mare. She enjoys learning new things and will sometimes even trade little trinkets she has obtained in exchange for knowledge, if she finds the knowledge useful to her. Although she may be curious and sometimes behave almost like a foal, she is also a bit blunt. Ana is one to say whatever is on her mind at the time and more often than not she has little to no filter. This girl is no idiot, however and knows good and well when to refrain from saying something that may lead to her being attacked by a soquili that could easily overpower her petite form.
When it comes to her family, Ana doesn't like to talk about them very much unless she is asked specifically about them. As a foal, she was picked on by her sister and often wound up wandering the forests in order to get away from her family. Being the black sheep of the family was difficult for her. She was the odd one in her family who looked nothing like either of her siblings or parents. Since her family is composed of a harpy mother and kalona father, Ana is not really afraid or judgmental of different breeds of soquili.
Wandering away from her family gave Ana a lot of alone time. It was time she used to enjoy the freedom of being independent. This has led her to be a little untrusting of others and is a bit tense when first meeting a soquili.
Anatola has a bit of a dark-side, as well. She is a sly and slick little mare who enjoys using others to her advantage. If she sees a way she could benefit from a friendship, she will build the friendship to be strong until she gets what she wants and leaves the friend on their own. Some relationships she likes to keep for long periods if the soquili can help her out possibly later on in life as well or if the soquili can provide her with protection.
She is a bit of a kleptomaniac and loves to steal things as prizes from the little adventures she goes on. These prizes are then gathered in a cave that she is extremely protective of. Rarely, these are the same trinkets she will trade for bits of information or knowledge.
Plots Partner in Crime... Anatola finds a soquili (male or female) that either wants to learn how to steal or enjoys stealing as much as she does. The two become partners in crime and travel together. Silly Boy... Anatola finds a stallion that could be useful for her. Whether it be his knowledge of the land or his strength. She makes the stallion fall in love with her and uses him to her advantage. He becomes her servant/minion. Trades... Anatola runs into a few soquili that have information she wants or items she likes very much. She is willing to trade an item or two to get whatever they have. Secret Cave... Someone stumbles upon Ana's secret cave and must face the wrath of the mare. Perhaps a couple of foals have heard scary stories of the cave and how a witch lives there. Ana would be happy to chase some foals off. She's a Kleptomaniac... Anatola steals something valuable from someone. Either they don't notice or they catch her later, it could be a fun little plot where she gets chased off or possibly a bit bruised up. |

Personality Quiet and calm, this stallion tends to be a loner. He spends most of his time amongst the shadows by himself and honestly he prefers it this way. When meeting new soquili, Nishant becomes very uneasy and has developed a nervous habit: his tail curls around one of his back legs or will tuck in close to his body. Although he is not one to start a conversation, if prompted Nishant is capable of carrying a conversation with other soquili, even if it is a bit awkward.
There is another part to Nishant, however. At times, the stallion will find his mind wandering to a dark place. During these moments, the stallion and others can notice a change in him physically. So far, the stallion has not acted on these thoughts other than a short growl and often finds himself embarrassed for even thinking this way. One day he believes that he might just lose control of these thoughts and will find himself acting on these thoughts and feelings, which is why he enjoys being alone.
Plots Annoyance... Nishant runs into a very bubbly soquili that just can't get enough of him. The stallion on the other hand isn't too fond of the new "friend" he has made. He wouldn't attack, but he sure would be a bit grumpy. Poking at the Beast... A darker soquili wants to see Nishant's darker side come out. They push him until he finally breaks and attacks. Confusion... Nishant doesn't understand why he lost control. He distances himself for a while from other soquili. He runs into a soquili that wonders why he has been alone for so long. Help Me... Nishant needs help controlling the darker side of himself. Surprisingly, he is able to find a soquili that is able to help him relax and make the bad thoughts simply disappear. This soquili is able to pick up on the changes in Nishant and distract him from his thoughts. Scaredy Cat...? A soquili notices Nishant's nervous habit and calls him out on it. They can either poke fun at him or try to assure him that there is no need to be nervous. (though he will never lose the nervous habit) Understanding the Beast... Nishant runs into another soquili that has the same problem as him. They both have a darker side that is itching to come out and 'play'. This could potentially lead to more plots. |

Personality Sweet and compassionate, Nova cares a great deal for the friends and family that surround her. With a loved one close by, she is outgoing, charming, and behaves like a lady would. She is calm with a gentle demeanor, but that doesn't mean curiosity doesn't get the best of her. The mare loves to learn new and exciting things, as long as she can stay close to where she and most of her family have taken residence. Her greatest fears are getting lost and not being able to find her home land and meeting her greatest nightmare.
When it comes to interacting with new soquili, Nova seems to act like a completely different mare. She is naive to many social norms like what type of soquili she should and shouldn't trust. In order to avoid conflict with new individuals, she will agree with just about anything they say or tell her to do. Nova tries her hardest to please everyone and will do whatever it takes to keep her family and friends the happiest.

The son of an egotistical mother and a charming father, Akino grew up believing that he and his family were nothing short of perfection. Brave and bold, Akino believes that he is the king of the universe. Needless to say, the stallion is completely full of himself. With his belief that he is the center of the universe, Akino must be the focus of everyone's attention that he is around.
The only time the world isn't completely focused on Akino is when the stallion is focused on flirting with any mare that happens to attract his attention. With his father's charisma, Akino will attract the attention of mares, steal their hearts and disappear without a trace. He greatly enjoys flirting with mares, but Akino would never dare cheat on his mate.
A bit of a rebel, Akino does enjoy testing the boundaries when meeting other soquili. If they have an attitude with him, he doesn't mind butting heads with the other soquili. Of course since Akino is the best thing that has ever walked on four legs (or so he believes) nothing poses a threat against him. He is afraid of nothing and no one - to a certain extent.
This egotistical stallion avoids serious situations and keeps far away from foals. He isn't big on the idea of having his own family. Although he is extremely self centered and doesn't want his own family, if anyone bothers with Akino's butterflies, siblings, mother or father he will do everything in his power to defend them and keep them from harm.
Plots Trail of broken hearts: Akino will often flirt with mares and try to win their hearts. When things seem too serious, Akino will quickly leave without a trace. Friends?: Akino finds a mare or stallion that he calls a friend. The two can either butt heads over who is prettier or the soquili can call him out whenever Akino's ego is getting a little too inflated. Remember Me?: Akino has broken another mare's heart, but this time the mare and Akino happen to run into each other a little while after. The mare gives Akino a piece of her mind. I think it would be fun if these two ran into each other a few times. Butterflies: Akino runs into another soquili who happens to have butterflies as well. Personality Morana, like many other unikalona, has split personalities. Although she has these split personalities, the two sides have a few similarities. Both sides are not afraid to defend her offspring. Her darker side does not believe in having family and loved ones, but if her offspring are threatened she is more confrontational and ready to fight than her softer side. The softer side of Morana likes the idea of having a few foals and is more likely to solve problems with her children while avoiding violence. Morana is very untrusting of stallions and kalonas. While her kinder side fears them, her darker side simply hates them.
Due to her unicorn blood, Morana has a kind natured side. She is innocent, loving, sensitive, and trusting of others. Her heart is pure as freshly fallen snow. Morana is similar to a foal in the fact that she is naïve and overly trusting. Since she is more trusting toward other soquili, Morana tends to be more vulnterable to being tricked and taken advantage of. When her gentler side takes over, Morana tends to be more loving towards her family, other foals, and creatures she would otherwise see as a meal. She will refuse to eat meat, because she does not like taking the lives of other creatures. While in this state of mind, she is sensitive, empathetic and emotional. This side of her is weaker, so her darker side often overpowers it.
The kalona blood rushing through her veins fuels the darker side of Morana. This side of her is cold hearted and untrusting. Her guard is up constantly and she trusts other soquili as far as she could throw them, which considering how small she is isn’t very far. She is slightly twisted and often times enjoys toying with her food before attacking and devouring it. While this side is in control, she also enjoys toying with other soquili. Although she has a deep hatred towards males and kalonas, she enjoys taunting them. Morana enjoys testing her boundaries and flirting with the danger of another soquili, especially male kalonas.
At times, Morana doesn’t change from one personality to the other for hours or days. She can meet one soquili and seem like a completely happy and caring mare, then turn into a cold beast after their meeting is over. Although it is rare for her gentler side to take control for this long, it can happen. When she stays in one personality for too long, she often finds that she is lost and memories are gone.

Personality Kerberos is a dark individual. He enjoys toying with the minds and emotions of other soquili in secretive ways. Often times, Kerberos will offer his assistance to soquili with problems they may be facing. There is a catch with these offers, however and Kerberos asks for something in return for his little favors. This is how he uses soquilis for his own gain. In fact, Kerberos will even somehow make it to where he is the cause of the problems that soquili are trying to get away from just so he can get something from them for helping them out with their 'problem'.
Secretly, Kerb believes that he can perform magic. This magic is due to his kalona and unicorn genes. He can cause some very weak illnesses and can heal very little using 'potions' he makes. With these potions, he combines his weak abilities in order to cause illnesses or heal soquili.
Kerb is very possessive of things that are his. He often makes deals for items and hides them in a cave hidden deep in the forest. This cave is also his home and he does whatever it takes to keep it safe and hidden.
Deep down, Kerberos has a soft side. This side is rarely seen and Kerberos does everything in his power to keep it hidden. He can be very charming and respectful for an individual that is able to bring this side out in him.
Plots Help...? Kerberos will run into many soquili that need his help and he will do whatever he can to help. Whether it be him fighting off a monster or helping a mare make a stallion jealous. These will often be in exchange for something Kerberos wants (ingredients for his potions, assistance with a task, or something else he finds interesting) Haunted? I can help... Kerberos follows a soquili around for a while, but stays hidden in the shadows. He makes the soquili believe that they are being haunted by a creature and when he happens to run into the soquili one day, he offers his help. Illness and Cures... Kerberos makes a soquili ill. When he runs into the soquili, he offers his healing abilities to help the soquili out. Beauty and the Beast... Eventually, I would like for Kerberos to settle down with a mare that can see past the wall he has put up. She helps bring out his soft side. He would be very possessive of this mare. Training... Kerberos helps with training a young soquili to fight or make potions. This soquili and Kerberos have a strange friendship where they respect each other, but hate each other at the same time. Wishing Star... Kerberos meets a mare (or maybe stalion?) that he helps with a great task. This soquili sneaks away before he can get his payment, so Kerberos goes to the wishing star in hopes that it will give him what the soquili owes him. What Kerberos gets instead is something he didn't sign up for. This will eventually lead to more plots between Kerb and the other soquili. Along with this plot, I need someone that is willing to sort of trick Kerb into believing that the wishing star is something that will give him whatever he wishes for, rather than what it will really give him. Enemies... The stallion's main goal in making deals is to always come out on top. He wants what is best for him and doesn't care who he has to step on to get to the top. Kerb makes a deal with a soquili and ends up screwing the soquili over with a bad deal. The two become enemies after this point. |

Personality Before his arrival to the Kawani lands, Deamon was the head knight to a powerful queen. He was her right hand guard and would give his life for her if she requested. His life revolved around his queen and serving her and the herd he helped control. This bond of trust was broken, however when Deamon's unikalona sister tricked him into stabbing the queen in the back. This selfish act lead to the fall and destruction of the herd. Deamon and his sister were then cursed with a permanent marking on their front hooves: a blood stain. The blood stain is a constant reminder to the stallion of his deceitful act that lead to his fall and brings him great heartache when he thinks of his queen.
Due to his dark past, Deamon is constantly physically and metaphorically looking over his shoulder. He fears that one day someone from the herd will hunt him down and murder him or another individual will end up stabbing him in the back. In this new land, the stallion trusts no one and often times avoids the presence of other soquili.
Deamon is constantly fighting with inner demons. After his fall and the fall of the herd, the stallion believes that darkness is slowly corrupting who he was. (he somewhat believes that the black, shadow-like marking symbolizes this inner turmoil) He believes that his sister has somehow corrupted his mind and that without warning he might strike again.
Plots RP Deamon needs developmental RP. Any and all rp is loved. My Queen?: One day, Deamon runs into a mare that looks very similar to the queen he would have given his life for. He would think he has seen a ghost, but follow the mare in an attempt to figure out if she is his queen. Past Hauntings: Eventually, Deamon runs into another soquili who was from his original herd. They confront him and either try to attack and kill him or they end up forgiving him. (up to your character). |
