Blurb:
Her hulkish size and strength set aside, Kayla is quite a demure and bashful female. Having grown up in a war torn country, she is used to strict routines and exercises rather than playing games or having a good laugh. That being said though, she is not exactly good at performing on her exercises and training. Despite her family's strong bloodline and her constantly learning battle techniques, she is still green when it comes to an actual life-and-death battle. When the time came for her to join the ranks in reply to a sudden enemy attack, Kayla's blood ran cold and she fled the scene. Since then she has never looked back, in both shame of her actions and fear of if any of her family survived. For now, she wanders the lands, hoping to create a new life without the concern of war...or her kin hunting her down to pay for her cowardly betrayal.

So with little to no knowledge of the WoW story, I've simply made it so that 'Kayla is bred and born from a distant, war-torn country. It is there that she grows into young adulthood, and is sent on her very first battle alongside comrades. The event turns into a disaster, with 'Kayla fleeing in a blind escape. Running far and without pause, I would like her to encounter a Soquili-native to run into and get her acquainted with the land. Whether it is a kind welcome or not, either option is just fine.

This will be 'Kayla's very first encounter with a Usdia. Baffled by their tiny size, she would be convinced that they are all just....strange foals. Whether the Usdia can prove her wrong or not is yet to be seen, but I can imagine Kayla behaving cautiously and almost maternally towards the petite Soquili that she does encounter. This can be for either a baby or adult Usdia, and how long they stay in 'Kayla's company can be discussed.

This will be a tense and open encounter with the legendary Skinwalkers of these lands. While 'Kayla is wise enough to avoid crossing their paths openly, she will be unaware of their prowess and become a target regardless, either by them finding her or her stumbling in one's territory. And even with Kayla's childhood training in combat, she'd stand no chance against the powerful predator. How she escapes and to what extend the injuries are can be discussed.

After her rough scuffle with the Skinwalker, I imagine Kayla will need extensive treatment. Here, I'd like her to meet a Unicorn that is able and willing to heal her injuries.

For this plot, I would like Kayla to find a battle experienced Soquili to become a sort of pupil for. This individual would better enhance her own skills as well as help her overcome her own fear and hesitations towards combat. She would remain in this tutelage for a single season, before being left behind to fend for herself with everything she had learned. The species or gender of this role does not matter.

Kayla gets a face-to-face reality check with a harpy mare. In this scenario, she will meet up with one from the winged clan and curiously ask of their ways and beliefs. This could end up being an amiable conversation or a heated debate, depending on the attitude of the Harpy and how stubbornly the two argue. In the end, it will be an enlightening experience for Kayla to see such a structured and strong sample of a mare's lifestyle.

Here, Kayla will come face-to-face with a dark kalona. For whatever reason, be it a scrap of food or a tortured familiar, Kayla will challenge the Kalona in combat. While she may not win, I'd like to see it end in some sort of draw, as proof to her developing in her strengths. If not that, then an rp with rolled numbers to determine the victor would be fun too. Let me know!

For this plot, I'm looking for Kayla to adopt a daughter temporarily or permanently. The breed or age does not matter, but it will be a long time commitment. Kayla will come to cherish and protect the girl, giving her a life that she never got to enjoy. One of freedom and self discovery, and not constantly scheduled with training and narrow standards of perceiving life. In return, the daughter will blossom into a strong mare, with an equally strong bond to her foster mother. Details and scenarios can be further discussed.

Just like it implies, this will be an rp involving one of the darker species of Soquili, or even a half-breed with hybrid features. While Kayla will be hesitate and hard-pressed to believe, this individual will actually be a kind if not misunderstood character. The two would chatter, for whatever reason, and Kayla will come to learn that not all individuals are to be discriminated based on their lineage alone.

For this plot I would like to see Kayla adopt a son, the age and breed does not matter. ALSO, this can come before/during/after the same plottage as adopting a daughter. That choice can be discussed later. But for this adoption, it will not have a pleasant outcome. Perhaps he takes her combat training to a dark level, and instead of fighting for what is just he fights for self-fulfillment. Or maybe an event happens where the son feels betrayed by Kayla's actions/decisions and he views her with spite. Either way, a rift will form between these two and where it goes from there is a mystery~

Blurb:
The son of a bashful mare and a free-spirited Troll makes for a very confused individual. While Jumanjii' holds great pride from his father's blood, his mother's temperance has played an important role on his behavior. Manners is a must, no matter what the situation! However, Manjii' will not let that hold him back from speaking his mind and doing things as he sees fit. Thing is, he has a poor way of doing so in a considerate manner, usually coming off as ignorant to anyone else opinions. This was never a problem as a colt, being allowed a wide range of freedom to be rough and blunt with his equally challenging siblings. But with age came the awkward adjustment of what's considered appropriate and rude. It's this boundary that Jumanjii' still finds himself unable to understand, especially under the (vastly different) presence of male and female individuals.
Truth be told, Jumanjii' holds many self doubts due to his mannerisms. This is due to how he was raised, separated from his family and raised under the exerting influence of a semi-Kalona stallion. It was an experience well taught, as Manjii' grew in strength and developed a pessimistic wisdom of the world around him. The Manjii' of youth was gone, and in his place stood a robust and unyielding stallion. In his mind, nothing will cross his path that he won't be able to surpass. Except maybe his dear mother or any other female. (zomg, awkward around the sassy opposite sex) By wit, strength or will, Jumanjii' puts his all forward to prove his worth both to himself and the spirits guiding him. He vows to not follow the anguished path of his mentor, but instead make an existence that delivers happiness upon him and his family. And if the spirits divine it, he will leave his path to ensure safety and happiness to others. But don't expect him to be long company. Jumanjii' is a lone traveler, despite how much he misses socializing with others. He'd rather endure the silence of the spirits than the constant chatter of other soquili day in and day out.

Soul Lexis is truly one unique character, if one can ever pinpoint it. While being a Kalona has it's perks, Soul doesn't always live up to the title. He's not bloodthirsty and nor is he violent....well, not like most people believe Kalonas to be. Amongst others of his kin, Soul is actually regarded as puny and weak- a disgrace even if still a dark character. But he does not linger on the opinions of others, and is confident in creating his own wayward path of distruction and chaos. Should he find a crack in the system, he loves to slide his way in to work havoc on other peoples emotions. Acting like a friend or a mentor, even an admirer, Soul is suave when he makes his appearances. But be careful, there is no justice behind that grin of his. Like a mix between a pirate and a Viking, Issy takes more after her father's wild lineage than her mother's demure side. Adventurous and without a shred of thought to personal space, this mare spends each day looking for something new to learn and enjoy. She is a lover of life, but can also understand and seek out the thrill of dangerous and often times 'stupid' adventures. She speaks her mind and follows through on her words, as she is not one who appreciates half-hearted comments or promises. I am open for her alternating between Soquili for training, be it by the seasons, or if either of them travel away for some time. While she can settle in one land for a period of time to train, she will want to leave to practice the skills on her own. Whether she cails or succeeds will determine how often she returns to each character for more training. 83 Also, she is not one to devote herself as a 'apprentice/follower' to any one specific individual... so she may not be the best of characters if you need someone to be a sidekick.
Nah xD Emille trains whomever wants to be trained :3 She has no bias against what they are, if they stay, etc. Emille just wants them to train others enough to take care of themselves :"D If they want more, they can always come back, if not, then that's fine with her too xDD |
