Ɲɨʗơɭɛ Ƈɦɛɼɼɨ ~ Ƥơʈɨơȵ Ϻɨʂʈɼɛʂʂ
You see this etched onto a wooden plank on the side of a small house while looking down all there is to see is a cellar door. Skeptical yet still curious you knock thrice and say the phrase sent to you via owl and watch as the doors open only wide enough for you to slip inside. Despite your better judgement your mouth drops open at the large empty space that awaits you: a large window over looking a garden with a sleeping cat lazing about, underneath are coals which large cauldrons are already bubbling on top of. A large work desk takes up a quarter where papers filled with arithmancy, plant identifications, potion formulas, and books varying from "30 Shades that Shouldn't Be" to "And You Call Yourself a Gryffindor?". the remaining space is taken by two stools on opposite sides of the desk, shelves upon shelves of ingredients and other potions, herbology, and ancient runes books, and a small table off to the side with a full tea set happily awaiting. There is also a hidden door (where you can't properly see because, well, its hidden!) that hides away a small office where an owl flutters her small brown wings atop an old wooden stand which sits behind an equally old wooden desk and rickety chair while piles of letter and what looks to be children's homework set upon them. You see her come from the shadows of the hidden room, Nicole, who gives you a soft smile and leads you towards the tea area spelling it away from prying eyes and loose lips. There you tell her all that troubles you and hope that she can relieve it with her magical brews.
However, there comes a time where Nicole can't or won't be there in her shop, in which case after you speak the coded phrase a sign appears to write itself onto the cellar doors reading:
As soon as the note disappears an envelope comes in its stead and opens awaiting your impending letter before fading away. The letter then appears on her desk atop the others and waits for the potioneer to return as you leave to await her response.

I apologize for not being available to help with your needs. Please leave a letter of your intentions in the small envelope as it materializes onto the doors and I will be sure to get back to you at a credible date. Again, my sincerest apologies and please have a good day.
