any years ago, there was a man named Adrian Johnson. Not much is known about this quiet man, except that, one day, he awoke as a vampire and remembered nothing of his past. There was no record of him, no recollection of a life he used to live. Nothing. He was simply Adrian Johnson, and he wandered through the world for many years, the traumatizing experience and past he led gone from his mind forever.

e grew older and became a spirit of fun, rather than depression, due to his loss of memory. He loved to drink, joke, and was merry. One night, while on one of these escapades, Adrian was confronted with his first fight in a pub. The man was drunk and mistook Adrian's glance as an insult. The man swung at Adrian, missing. Adrian reached for a handful of darts nearby, and threw them with perfect precision. He immediately left the scene before any name could be taken, but he was soon dubbed Strike, and the name stuck.

owever, a creature was developing inside Strike. It cried to be fed, and Strike obeyed. It slowly twisted Strike into a being that only did things to benefit himself. He does not feel pity, because he does not remember being taught how. When he does turn someone, it is not due to any feeling of love or mercy, but because of an underlying desire. Perhaps it is to better the ranks of vampires that roam the world? No one knows.

eeting Jack Terran, a man with a compulsion to gamble, Strike lent him money, intrigued by this man's ability to smooth talk. Quite like Strike, himself. When it came time to pay Strike back however, Jack ran and Strike went on the hunt. He found Jack eventually and, as payment, Jack allowed Strike to turn him.

εventualy, Strike released Jack as his fledgling and gave him permission to add vampires to clan. Both Strike and Jack sought to increase the power of the Striker's Clan and, thus, the vampire world. Among the first to be added to their clan was a young boy hiding in the woods from wizards and centaurs alike. The boy's name was Zane Acacia, a runaway from Hogwarts who had murdered his own sister. Wanting to have the boy's blood, Strike gave him the choice between death and becoming his fledgling. Zane chose the later.

̣̣ωhile Jack was on his own, he went to work at Hogwarts where he ended up discovering his powers, as well as turning a man who had a blood disease named Cinq Moreau. In the mean time, Strike traveled with Zane for a bit before going to Hogsmeade to meet Jack in the Shrieking Shack. It was during this meeting that Jack received the name Arachnid and that the clan claimed the Shack as their hideaway.

owever, the relationship between the owner of the Shrieking Shack and the clan would not be a perfect one. When Arachnid was seemingly kidnapped, along with a werewolf pup from the local pack, Strike did everything in his power to save him, including working with Jason Hill, the leader of the Hogsmeade pack. Eventually, it was discovered that they had been taken by an organization known simply as The Family. The Family was a group of vampire hunters who believed that by using the blood of certain creatures, they could create miraculous potions. Upon finding their hideout, it was discovered that The Family had been keeping Lilith, Strike's maker and the mother of vampires captive for years.

ąided by Dragon, another vampire, his fledgling, the werewolf, and a few wizards, The Family was disposed of, however, Lilith died in the process. Realizing that this called for a Council meeting, Dragon and Strike made plans to leave, but not before making sure that the one responsible for betraying them paid for it. That man was Eric Skarsgard, the owner of the Shrieking Shack. For punishment, Strike made Zane change him. Once that was completed, Dragon and Strike left for the Council with Arachnid and Eric, leaving Zane in charge of the clan.

εventualy, Zane became known as Phantom. Having permission and encouragement from Strike, the young vampire began seeking new members to add on to the clan. The first he added was an orphan girl named Lotus Venice who asked to become a vampire. The second was Gracie McHalen, a Ravenclaw student who nearly died after a spell she was performing caused her to become impaled on a tree.

Recently, the clan put a stop to a rogue clan threatening the safety of all vampires. They had been murdering humans for no reason, and had shown up to the annual Fall Festival that the clan was also attending. At that time, many of the fledglings discovered their powers, leading Phantom to consider allowing them to add on to the clan.
