not entirely Gaia-related question

how the heck does one get pictures from deviantART to actually show?
i have yet to make it work, on three accounts!

is there some special link or something that i'm missing? i have my pictures set to 'show all' and it's giving me blank. it's been frustrating me for a long time...
and i am not getting a Photobucket, i want my pic to show right from my dA

I don't exactly understand what you mean by that xD
But to show off a DA hosted image directly into your post (like what Lady Kira X did) right-click your art on DA and select "copy image location" (assuming that you're using firefox).

You will then have the entire url which ends with a .jpg.
Which you will then surround it with the img tags.

But the thing is... it will appear exactly the same size as the one in your DA. I'm not sure how to resize it unless you're using photobucket or the art hosted at DA is already small in size.

Example: 512x512
