Ye Rules (Most of it is sub-rules)
It will be set up tournament style.
Match-ups will be randomly generated.
Match-ups will last 48 hours.
A match up may end, lasting only 24 hours or less. (Only if consensus is clear)
The 48 hours will be used to discuses a match-up between two characters.
Once time is over, voting will begin. Only post once during voting, which will contain your vote and a last second note if you wish.
In case of a draw. Both characters are assumed to have beaten/killed each other, giving a free pass to the next opponent.
Being the creator of this forum game, I may decide not to allow a character entry.
If you are entering a not so well know character, I will ask for some web references. (Your word is not enough)
If you do no provide references when asked or make a joke/op entry, I may not allow said character entry.
I WILL NOT ADD ANY CHARACTERS UNLESS IT IS CLEAR WE REALLY NEED MORE!!!

Billy: Why is there a rule that you will not make any character submissions.
Sohisohi: Simply put, it's to avoid hurt feelings. This is going to need some sort of screening process AKA me. Last thing I want is to deny someones post, just to have mine immediately accepted just by posting.
Billy: How will you prevent this from becoming just a popularity contest if anyone can vote?
Sohisohi: First, I would not be able to call this a forum game if anyone was excluded. Now I know that you might be a bit worried. The point you made was a good one. That is why match-ups will last a minimum of 48 hours. This will give people ample time to discuss the match-up.
Billy: What type of tournament is it, are they like, fighting?
Sohisohi: Yes, the characters will be fighting each other.
Billy: Am I limited to a certain amount of characters per series?
Sohisohi: No, that being said, do not make a post like this "I enter everyone from Tekken, hurr durr!" You will have to specify each character entered. You can, if you want, entry every character in a series such as Tekken! As long as you take the time to post them all separately... Here is how you will do things.
