It's been too long since I last roleplayed here in Why Not, so I figured I might as well try and throw my hat back into the ring so to speak. It's not an overly big idea, at least not compared to some of my works in the past, but I'd like to see if anyone would be interested in such a thing before actually writing anything out.
Anyway, as the title of this thread suggests, I'd like to make a royal harem RP. It'd be in a purely fictional/fantasy culture, obviously, because that's just how I roll. Anyway, a gorgeous royal - probably a prince/princess or king/queen - has numerous spouses. Political intruige could be a theme here, but I'm more interested in exploring how the spouses get along with one another, their feelings on being in a harem, how they got into said harem, and how the main man/woman treats his or her many spouses. As you can probably tell by my word choice, I haven't decided whether or not I want to do a king with numerous wives or a queen with numerous husbands sort of plot.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the matter, which direction you guys think I should take with this, and most importantly whether or not you would join if I made this RP. Thank you all for reading and I look forward to seeing your thoughts on the matter!
Also, on a final note, I won't be accepting reservations for any roles until I've actually set up the RP and created my own character.
