xxxxxHISTORY
The clan originated when a young couple went off to explore the world. They stumbled upon a island, which was nothing that has been booked and listed before. The island was a paradise at first glance, but a closer look, its was an Utopia, filled with life. As they walked upon the island, they noticed that the island was inhabited by Dragons. The elder of the dragons came up to the couple and promised power and life. The elder suddenly turned into a human and bit each one of them in the neck, which in turn granted the couple his own power. There power grew, and their lifespan was greatly increased.

Members of the clan have a human form and a dragon form. Their dragon form depends on their elements. To become a member of the clan and gain the abilities one must receive a bite on the neck from the head of the clan.

xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• Your dragon form, which is decided by your main element, effects you differently and in very strange ways. There are five types of divine beasts in this world: The dragons of the sky, the dragons of the lake, the dragons of the mountains, the dragons of war, and the dragons of the clouds.

The Sky Dragons - Wind: You can always fly and levitate, even in human form. You have the ability to manipulate wind even as a human. Sky Dragons are the most majestic and beautiful of all dragons. They can freely manipulate wind to the point where they can make small but dangerous tornados or hurricanes, though be mindful that this takes a lot of concentration to maintain unless in dragon form, where they become larger and less focus is needed. While you're a dragon you are +2 points faster while in the sky.

The Lake Dragons - Water: Lake dragons are extremely community based. They're very protective, and are the most intelligent of the dragons. They're capable of using water in the air moisture (even in human form), allowing them to create massive blasts of water from seemingly nowhere. They are extremely fluid and precise in how they control water. While you're a dragon, you are immune to being shocked while swimming, have a naturally higher defense, and +1 speed.

The Mountain Dragons - Earth: The mountain dragons are solitary. They live in mountains, caves, alone. And the reason they're like this is because they doubt everyone else. They are very judgmental, born to believe that they are the rulers of the mountains above and the fields below. Earth dragons, even while human, can feel the vibrations in the earth, even over a mile away. They are capable of basically seeing with their feet and their hands, each vibration telling them a story. This is an excellent form of perception. The mountain dragons are the largest and the sturdiest, though they rarely fly. They can naturally levitate earth, manipulating it and throwing huge chunks of it at the enemy at will. The extent of this manipulation is upheaving large plates of earth and flipping them or erecting small mountains or plateaus, or dropping them into the earth for the opposite effect. They also have +1 strength.

The War Dragons - Fire: The war dragons are loyal. They are very compassionate towards their allies, and will die for whatever cause they dedicate themselves to. Their special ability is manipulating fire and heat with their minds, causing small fires to turn into massive fields of flame with emotional upheaval. They can essentially lace the entire field in a starved flame, and manipulate it, even as humans. In their dragon form, they can harness the power of the sun, making their body almost impossible to engage; it will be covered in majestic golden flames. Each flap of their wings will spread fire around them, and their breath will annihilate the enemies before them. They are immune to fire techniques in their full form.

The Cloud Dragons - Lightning: The cloud dragons are elusive. They tend to never reveal themselves, never speak to people or other dragons, or involve themselves in other people's affairs. The cloud dragons are capable of leaving almost invisible trails of energy wherever they go, which can be nigh-instantly ignited to shock and trap enemies. They are the smallest of the dragons, but are also the most reflexive and reactive. When in their dragon form, which is unlike others (it resembles the eastern dragon, whereas most divine beasts are western-based), they can create a misty haze almost anywhere they go, which is a sweet spot for lightning techniques. They also seem to be resistant to water in this form.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES
Ryū no: Bubun henkan (Draconian: Partial Transformation) Genin
This technique transforms a part of their body into dragon form to help them, or make them stronger. Such as dragon legs to run faster, eyes to see better, grow claws to attack with, and wings to fly.

Ryū no: Habun henkan (Draconian: Half Transformation) Chuunin
This technique transforms half of their body into dragon form.

Ryū no: Bubun henkan (Draconian: Full Transformation) Jounin
This technique transform members of the clan into the full dragon form.

Ancient Healing Chuunin - Saanin
The Beast will heal wounds using their chakra, but only on themselves. Small cuts and bruises simply regenerate over time, but to heal deep(er) cuts and fractures over two posts chuunin chakra is paid. At Jounin, broken limbs and deep cuts and gashes over two posts, and S rank chakra heals removed limbs over two posts. This effect is granted automatically at chuunin, but can never be turned off, meaning they passively heal at chuunin but cannot stop the costs from being taken. This cost cannot be reduced.

Dragon Breathing Jounin
This jutsu allows the user to simply inhale and exhale a breath of any of their own elements:
The fire element is the classical flamethrower effect, but at B rank the flame is so concentrated it's more like a beam of heat that can melt steel.
The wind element Blasts the opponent black with a huge blast of air. at B rank, this attack has cutting winds added with it, eviscerating the target as they are caught in the wind.
The water element is much like an ice breath. This attack will freeze opponents if they are caught in the blast, although an opponent with a strength of a higher rank than yours can break free from this. At B rank, this has the added effect of sending icicles as large as daggers at the enemy, each icicle as strong as steel.
The earth element sends a ridiculous amount of rocks, mud, and debris flying at the target. If they are caught in the blast for the full duration, they will be buried underneath a s**t ton of earth and rocks. At B rank this earth hardens on contact, slowing the opponent from the added weight and making it much easier to cover them with the rest of this skill.
The lightning element breathes similarly to fire, where it unleashes what looks like a cloud from the mouth of the dragon that violently pulsates lightning. For B rank chakra this turns into actual bolts of lightning firing from the dragons mouth instead. All of these benefit from any rank boosts the Beasts get to the elements.

Tail Whip Jounin
The user will sprout a tail seemingly instantly and swat an opponent. This skill hits at +2 strength, which extends beyond the cap.

This bloodline was founded within Sunagakure. The special abilities of this clan deal in the heat of fire and general mobility, utility, and versatility of wind. Fighting the Shakuton has been likened to trying to fight the heat of the desert. Because of this reputation, members of this bloodline are normally very arrogant and hot headed, ready to show the world their power at any given time.

xxxxxTECHNIQUES


Scorching Touch Academy
The hands of a Shakuton user will heat up and, upon contact with anything, not only burn it but seem to dehydrate it. This leaves an area of an opponents body scorched and also emaciated as if the liquid in the area of contact had all of the moisture sucked clean out.

Hot Air Genin
The user will exhale a gust of superheated wind that dries out an area, and causes first degree burns across anyone caught within it. The cloud is 6 feet wide and tall, and travels up to 35 meters before losing it's power.

Inferno Wave Chuunin
By kneading Chakra in the stomach and expelling it through the mouth the user fires a heatwave that spreads over a forty meter distance. These waves are as strong as C rank wind techniques while also setting fires to the area afflicted and removing any moisture from the air that could be used for water techniques in that area. An enemy caught in the fast moving heatwave will suffer from immediate dehydration and receive up to second degree burns. In addition metal becomes too hot to be held if caught in the wave.

Scorching Palm Strikes Chuunin
An upgrade to Scorching Hands, the user coats his hands and feet in the flames of his scorching chakra. When the user strikes a target, the fire evaporates the water in the area it touches, heavily weakening the target with each strike as well as scorching the area and leaving it with serious second degree burns. This augments the user's taijutsu, and can cripple other taijutsu users. As this technique uses extreme heat, it bypasses personal armor. The user has another variation of this technique where the fires can be spread to projectile weapons and can increase this attacks range.

Extremely Steaming Murder Jounin
The user creates several flaming orbs that resemble small suns. These orbs rotate around the user and can be freely controlled to attack enemies. When an orb touches an opponent, it can evaporate much of the water within a human body, leaving the target completely dehydrated and burned with third degree burns. Further usage of this will leave the target dead and in a mummified state. When this happens, steam can be seen emanating from the opponent's body. However, this technique is vulnerable to Water Release, which can be used to dissipate the heat and water to create hot steam where they met.

Incinerating Flare Jounin
The user combines several of their flaming orbs to create a single massive one, which then violently explodes with enough force and power to incinerate a 75% of a thread. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the area. This jutsu can be effectively nullified by a powerful wind jutsu but will take the moisture out of the air and weaken water jutsu by half a rank. The farther from the center the less damage you retain, down to about half it's power at the edge.

Smoking Wasteland Sannin
The user builds up chakra in his body, and then releases it as a fireball from his mouth. A large wave of white flame is produced, notably larger than even Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation. This wave of white fire can be controlled with shape manipulation for the user, allowing the user to gain the ranged advantage. When the flames strike a target the heat generated is enough to boil the blood inside the victim, leaving nothing but a mummified corpse in its wake. It is also important to note that water jutsu is useless against this jutsu, making it hopeless for the enemy to counter by basic means. As such, this technique is considered the most devastating of Scorch Release jutsu. This technique leaves the thread itself reduced to a smoking wasteland.

Forged in Suna, originally used to stop the Shukkaku, and powered by their ambitions, the members of this bloodline have a history muddled in both prosperity and poverty. They are ambitious beyond belief, believing their kekkei genkai gives them claim to the very ground they walk on. They use the Powers of Galvanism to their advantage, bending magnetism in a unique way to manipulate iron sand, and potentially even organics.

• Blood of Iron: This allows the user to manipulate iron sand in the area around them that they unearth or create. This is heavier than sand techniques, and can be used to neutralize them with techniques. The amount manipulated varies by rank, and this amount is always with them, be it in a gold, in the ground below, or however. This amount cannot exceed the amount that is allowed to be manipulated at that rank. The speed of the sand is one higher than your speed if using hands to manipulate it, or your speed normally. It is as strong as you are as well.
Genin: about 50 gallons
Chuunin: 100 gallons
Jounin: 200 gallons
Saanin: 400 gallons



xxxxxTECHNIQUES


Iron Sand Conversion Varies
Using chakra, the actual soil below and around a Jiton user can be converted into iron sand. The amount that can be converted is dependant on the rank, and follows the same rules as above. The chakra cost for converting is 1/4th the cost of the amount of sand created. This can extend the amount of iron sand you can manipulated freely at once as well, but only for ten posts before the cost must be paid again.

Magnetize Genin
The user is able to apply their chakra to any source of metal they possess, be it a sword or projectile of sorts. Whenever this item comes into contact with another metal object it magnetizes it. From here on out the user can use that magnetized metal for their techniques.

Iron Sand Style: Iron Fist D rank
The user draws a moderate amount of Iron Sand or some other finally powdered metal (Scrap metal will work, but at great risk to one's own hand) and being to coat a fist and increasingly thick layers. This simulates a metal boxing glove on the user's hand. Normally, this would slow a user's punches due to the weight, but Iron Sand user's are capable of manipulating the trajectory of each punch using Magnetism. However, at this level, the user's speed will not increase with this technique, and for all its merits, it is nothing more then a metal boxing glove. Direct impact from a weapon or a powerful barrier can shatter the glove and return the components to a powdered state.

Iron Sand Style: Iron Shield C Rank
The user creates a dense, circular shield from Iron Sand that with a diameter of 1.5 meters. The shield will stop most jutsu at, or around its rank. The shield's strongest point is the middle with diminishing power as you move closer to the edge.

Iron Sand Style: Iron Pellet Cannon C Rank
The user now has enough control to create a pellet with relative ease and has learned to use magnetic forces to hurl the pellet large distances with incredible speed. This can also be used to propel kunai one at a time.

Iron Sand Style: Basic Weapon Creaton Technique C Rank
The user has learned enough about Iron Sand usage to try their hand at basic weapon creation. These weapons aren't much better then any standard equipment that any other ninja carries into battle, however since they are made of Iron Sand, the weapons can be quickly rearranged and reformed to fit the user's exact needs. With the exception of small projectiles however, created objects must stay close to the user, lest their electromagnetic field fail and they turn into a pile of sand on the ground once more.

Gathering Assault Chuunin
This technique gathers a great volume of Iron Sand and compresses it into a high-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic steel-like weapon in an instant. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defenses with one hit. It takes a fire technique to destroy, but can be defended against normally by any elements besides the magnetism (since the stronger Jiton chakra would negate it) or sand (since the heavier iron sand tends to overwhelm it) in which case an extra rank of defense is needed.

Because the weapon is made out of Iron Sand, the shape can be whatever the user wants, and can even be changed during the fight. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment. Since the Iron Sand generates a strong magnetic field, the opponent cannot use any metal weapons or tools without them being attracted to the large construct. This applies to anything magnetized by techniques with double effectiveness.

Examples:
-The Giant Spear: by forming the Iron Sand into a triangular, spindle-shaped object (much like a pyramid) and tapering it into a sharp point at one end, the user creates a giant spear, which can extend rapidly to pierce an opponent or spin like a giant top.
-The Giant Hammer: by forming the Iron Sand into a large rectangular shape, the area of contact is increased greatly, creating a giant, hard-to-evade hammer.

Iron Combo: A Chuunin
With manipulated iron sand on the field, the user creates various shaped objects, charged with magnetism, shoot towards an opponent and attempt to crash into them, or pierce depending on what is made. Anything even grazed by this is magnetized slightly, and this makes other iron sand attacks more likely to hit.

Iron Wall Chuunin
The iron sand the user has created will collect at the front of the user, and raise into a dense, tough wall. Piercing the wall, or cutting it isn't possible without chakra, making tai and weapon attacks useless.. An opponent must destroy it with fire, or break it down with earth jutsu. It neutralizes raiton techs up to a rank higher entirely, and stops wind jutsu in it's tracks. Water, given enough time, can pierce through however.

Iron Sand Style: Iron Pellet Barrage B Rank
Further building upon a shinobi's ability to create Iron Pellets, this jutsu allows them to create up to 20 at a time, and launch them at a single target. If pellets cannot be made, kunai can be substituted.

Iron Sand Style: Iron Sandstorm B Rank
The user draws out an immense amount of Iron Sand sends it into a flurry, sending Iron Sand in every direction over a massive area. The sand itself is no longer under the Shinobi's control but rather whipping about freely as it returns to the ground. This lasts for 2 posts. Fuuton Jutsu used in conjunction with these technique can shorten or prolong the duration, but it may last no longer then 4 turns total.

Iron Sand Style: Iron Sand Cocoon B Rank
The user surrounds himself on all sides withe a cocoon made of Iron Sand of varying thickness depending how much is readily available. The shell is will deflect most attacks and can made to form small spikes all along its edges. In this state, the user is completely focused on maintaining the jutsu. They cannot move or cast another jutsu until the current one is released.

Iron Sand Style: Iron Sand Shell A Rank
The user coats their skin in a thin layer of Iron Sand, granting them slightly higher resistance to physical strikes. This shell however can only sustain a limited number of strikes and requires constant chakra to maintain. -1 rank to all Taijutsu/Weapon Styles used against the user while this is active.

Iron Drizzle Jounin
It is a gunshot-like attack which uses Iron Sand hardened into minuscule grains to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast that they are difficult to see. The moment the user has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes extremely difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Furthermore, the user can also use an attack pattern where the Iron Sand bullets are shaped into sharp needles, increasing their ability to wound or kill the opponent. This technique is especially threatening to puppet users, since the puppets can be rendered immobile if the sand gets lodged into their joints.

Iron Sand Cannon Jounin
Channeling chakra in their sand, the user can expel forcibly from around them. The stream of sand is strong enough to knock down an enemy if they catch the brunt of it, and if the target in question is unfortunate enough to be pinned in place by it, serious injury can result due to the pressure, and even glancing strikes can have effects similar to a solid punch. (Similar to the sand jutsu)

Iron Sand Dragon Jounin
Creates a dragon from the ironsand sand fired from the surrounding sand, hardened by chakra. The dragon can shoot small blasts of sand from its mouth. It's like a lizard of sorts and it may use the Sand Cannon jutsu as long as it is standing on iron sand. The dragon can be dispelled at any time the user wishes, but will be destroyed by ninjutsu as well.

Iron Sand Coffin Jounin
Similar to the jutsu used by gaara, this technique will surround the limbs of, or entirety of an opponent with iron sand, stopping their movements. From their it hardens and only allows enough slack for the target to breathe, unless their head is buried in sand as well.

Iron Sand Buiral Jounin
Once surrounded by sand, specifically by Iron sand Coffin, but also should an opponent be trapped in sand any other way, they will be immediately crushed as the iron sand collapses on their body, breaking even chuunin level kaguya bone and destroying their internal organs under all the pressure. Can be done on anything stuck in iron sand.

Iron Sphere Jounin
The user slams his hands down on the ground, bringing up a large amount of iron sand around him that will form a thick, powerful sphere , protecting him from all incoming attacks for two posts. Fire jutsu of high enough rank will get through the shield entirely. This sphere will withstand almost any attack. While inside the sand sphere, the user is unable to see outside it.

Living Sand Sphere Jounin
Opening small holes for the user to see through, the sphere will allow the user to manipulate it and attack foes with their own attacks, and will do so automatically even if the user chooses not to open. With this technique, the sphere will be able to move, albeit slowly. It can even change shape using this skill.

Iron Sand Style: Iron Sand Whip A Rank
The user has become very adept at crafting weaponry from iron particles and can now craft one of the clans signature weapons, the Iron Whip. At first glance, the whip looks like any other standard leather whip. However, upon closer inspection, one notices that the whip is infact one thin, flat plane of Iron Sand, honed to a razor's edge. When in the retracted state, the whip takes on the form of a katana, becoming extremely dense.

In moments of dire need for even the smallest sliver of Iron, users have been known to sacrifice the iron content found within their body (which is naturally higher in Clan members) to create small objects, such as needles, keys, and razor blades to name a few. This however lowers the iron content within the user's hemoglobin, making them prone to profuse bleeding

Iron Sand Style: Iron Sand Vortex S Rank
The ultimate mid-range Iron Sand defensive technique. The user draws massive amounts of sand towards themselves and then uses it to create a cyclone around the user. It is not a solid wall of sand however, but several arms that shoot up and swirl at high speeds around the user. The leading edge of each arm is razor sharp and can cut most would be attackers and weapons that attempt to enter into shreds. It is affectionately referred to as the Iron Blender. However, while inside this cyclone, the user's own movement is serverely hampered and should they try to exit without cancelling the jutsu, can be cut to shreds. A double edged sword to be sure.

Iron Sand Style: Iron Sand Explosion S Rank
A complicated technique with a lengthy setup. The user saturates a large area with metal particles over the course of a battle, or before hand if possible. The during the course of the battle, when an enemy ninja crosses over the saturated area, the ninja magnetizes the particles and sends them skyward. How the sand rises is up to user discretion. It is not uncommon for massive iron pillars to shoot or for thousands of tiny, razor sharp spikes to shoot upward.

Iron Sand Style: Railgun S Rank
The user places a small object between their thumb and forefinger, almost as if they are going to flip a coin. But instead of simply flipping a coin, the user super chargers their arm with incredible amounts of electricity, using the thumb as a focal point to transfer the power to the object. Upon transfer, the object accelerates at massive speeds, damaging anything in its path. It is however, a very small object and easily avoided given prior warning or a high enough speed rating.

Iron Sand Style: Chō-Denjihō (Rērugan) lit. "Super Electromagnetic Cannon") SS Rank
This is the penultimate Iron Sand technique. When utilized properly, very few barrier's can withstand the destructive power and speed of this attack. The user starts by compacting metal's into a super dense object floating in front of them, which can take several turns based on the desired output. (More turns making a 'bullet' more powerful the impact). Once a sufficient bullet has been crafted, the user then concentrate and build a massive amount of energy in either one of their fists. Then in one swift movement, they slam that fist into the projectile, transferring incredible amounts of energy into it, propelling it at near super sonic speeds towards its target. Due to the speed and power of the impact however, once the projectile's path has been set, the user can not alter it. It is an all or nothing straight shot. The power from the shot comes from when the projectile impacts its target and transfer's all of its kinetic energy into whatever it hits. The range of this shot is also quite impressive, with ranges of over 2 miles with no loss of speed. The object does not explode on impact, contrary to what one may believe, but instead transfers all of its energy to the object it hits, before the 2 items fuse together from the sheer force of impact. Soft metals have been known to liquify when hit. Standing anywhere near the flight path of the projectile is also extremely dangerous, as it flies, the projectile encounters immense friction, causing it to superheat and become white how. The projectile also begins to shed metal flecks as it flies, sending shrapnel in every direction at supersonic speeds. Staring to hard at the projectile has also been linked to temporary vision loss, as the white hot projectile emits a bright light upon firing and impacting with its target. User must know Magnetism Jutsu: Magnetic Propulsion, Mastery [Suishin Denji, Taitoku]

Iron Sand Style: Iron Bastion SS Rank
The apex of Iron Sand defensive jutsu. Similar to the Magnetism Jutsu: Aegis of the Heavens [Yobousen no Tenjou], the user creates an incredibly dense field of electromagnetic particles. However, this jutsu takes that one step further. The user summons every piece of metal within range and fuses it with the field to create a super dense, highly charged electromagnetic shield. No metal's can penetrate the electrical field and the super dense Iron does a superb job of blocking anything else. However, once positioned, it is incredibly difficult for the ninja to reorient the shield. User MUST know Aegis of the Heavens before attempting this Jutsu, no exceptions.

Iron Sand Style: Iron Blood: Reverse Flow SS Rank (Forbidden)
A technique forbidden for its sheer brutality. The user creates an immense electromagnetic force in their palm and slams it into their enemies chest. Upon contact, the iron found naturally in blood begins to flow in reverse for a short period of time. This causes massive internal bleeding and hemorrhaging to the victim and prolonged exposure without immediate medical care can lead to death.The flow can be reversed for long periods if the user maintains contact with the victims body.

World of Sand Sannin
This technique uses Iron Sand to create a gigantic sphere of branching spikes. The user first creates two masses of Iron Sand of opposing magnetic fields and then merges them together. This causes the magnetic forces to instantly increase and the repellent force created by the two opposing magnetic fields scatters the Iron Sand across a vast area.

The Iron Sand spreads in spikes that branch off irregularly, making it almost impossible to get a clear overview of what is happening. This also makes evading the spikes nearly impossible. Even if the opponent has managed to evade getting hit, the Iron Sand spikes will have filled the entire surroundings, cutting off any escape routes. With the opponent trapped, the user is free to attack in person.

NPCs: Of course, villages are riddled with shinobi, but with a gate there needs to be defenders, or with a village there needs to be a response team. Using the villages funds NPC's of actual, legitimate strength can be hired. Different than business investments, these are a benefit by virtue of simply existing. These guards start off at C rank and must be paid based on rank. You can buy as many as you have funds for.

A C rank Shinobi: is 100 ryo per month.
B Rank: 1000
A Rank: 2000
S Rank: 4000
SS Rank: 10000 (Only four of these may be bought.)

These npcs can have any asset combo besides totas and demons, and are as dangerous as the roleplayer controlling them, usually either the kage or crew unless permission is granted to another by one of these. Rpcs can hire npc bodyguards to protect them as well, but only two ranks below them and no more than two. Homes can be defended similarly, as an add on to the price of buying a house you can buy NPC's to defend it and pay them monthly.

Crime System: So in the new world, with money being made much more easily and quickly, similar to business investments Mafia type groups have been springing up like bats outta hell, and while most don't have much power and die quickly they have the potential to spring out and grow to dangerous levels, even to rival villages themselves potentially. The heads of these crime families are often accompanied by troops of body guards and use their influence as spheres of protection. Everything from human trafficking, prostitution, drug pushing, racketeering, extortion and laundering can be made into a business. Even assassination kidnapping and bodyguarding or shady personal defense work are not out of the question.

Determining the strength, size, and influence of a Crime Syndicate is done completely by the amount of wealth it has had invested into it. A minimum of 100k ryo is required to start which can be a lot of money but the returns are worth it. For every person investing in the business, aka the Head Honcho and their Council, it will grow at certain milestones. Of course, you get what you put into it back in investment returns as if it were a normal business (25%,) but depending on the leader this amount can be changed as they will normally demand payment. For example, Johnny works under Don Corleone, and he has 100k invested in his part of the family. Don has a 5% membership fee. Johnny will receive 25k for it monthly, but he will pay 5% back to the Don. He will instead get 20k, the Don gets 5, and everyone is happy. I will get to how that is soon, but it should be noted that investment rates can and are usually adjusted on case by case basis. The leader also gains a return based on the total investment as opposed to their own, which further pushes for the want to take over the company. A record of investments from each person as well as overall investment is to be kept in a personal vault in the businesses main location of operation for the purpose of accuracy.

As far as the wealth goes, depending on how much money is put in the crime syndicate will grow according to the below chart:

100k will get you started, organizing a small army of A and S rank NPCs (2S ranks and 22 A ranks) to do with what you please, and a single, small thread where you have sole dominion in a country subforum. It is similar to a hidden village in that it has NPC's guarding it. You will have constant presence in that subforum, your NPC's can move through it gathering information or being used by you to do missions for the business itself. They can even launch small scale attacks on other businesses. You will be known and potentially attacked, but 25 NPCs is usually good protection. Alternatively if you work in secret, your NPCs can act as good spies. How the business is run is entirely up to whoever has invested the most money/whoever is feared the most. People can and will hire you to do things for them, what you charge them is up to you and all profits go into the business investment funds.


Once a total of 500k has been invested the subforum you operate out of will feel your presence more, as your influence grows. Perhaps the spies will become more ravenous and brazen in their gathering of information. Maybe your drug pushers become more dangerous and less cautious as their protective sphere increases in power. Another increase in NPCs occurs, but this time they are hired as bodyguards for the heads of the business. They each get three guards of two ranks below them of their choosing and build that will follow them around. At this point from behind the scenes or as a front business company you own the entire subforum, and have the potential to buy your own in the near future.

If a total of 4million Ryo is invested then things get quite good for those investors who are in on the journey. A subforum can be opened as your influence outgrows the area you started in. This entire subforum will be your base. Secret or otherwise, the leader can choose, but it will be yours and off any recorded maps until located. It can be an island, an underground base, anything. It has the ability to be upgraded as any village is, and has triple the amount of NPCs within it guarding it. Within it, as long as the CEO decides you are worthy you can have a home of up the 50k in worth for free, or even buy your own, with constant NPC guards. Your army can easily be mobilized and called home on a whim, as with a real village. From here, your ryo can be used for anything you deem worthy, from purchasing airships to training an army. At this point, you may as well be considered your own hidden village of miscreants and bad guys. Prepare to draw the ire of hidden villages as you do missions on larger scales and have a more globally seen presence weather you want to or not.

FACET OF MAGNETISM - ARNOL BRAUM DRAGOVICH

Magneto Beam Genin - S
A concentrated beam of magnetic energy is shot at the opponent. The sheer amount of energy in this beam can send those in its path reeling backwards even with the magnetic element's inability to control metal on the opponent's body.

Dust Creation Chuunin
The user can crush their metals into sand-like grains of metal using magnetism. These grains are easily controlled just like their larger counterparts. Further crushing is possible, turning the metal into dust, but dust alone doesn't do much damage.

Weapon Creation Chuunin
The user can mold and shape metal into familiar shapes. Combat-wise, the most efficient use of this technique is to create weapons. However, it can also create other simple objects, such as metal figurines and the like.

Weapon Upgrade Chuunin
The user can magnetize a weapon he is wielding, giving himself +1 rank to techniques used with that weapon.

Falcon Punch Chuunin-S
The user delivers a punch backed by magnetic force. While the magnetism in this punch cannot perform delicate maneuvers (e.g. causing someone's headband to stab themselves), it can apply a general wall of magnetic force onto the opponent. This force ignores the usual rule of no controlling metal on an opponents body and sends an opponent reeling from both a punch from the user and having all of the metal on their body pushed against them. The power behind this punch varies with the chakra invested, but it can theoretically send someone flying from one end of the village to another.

Oh no you don't Jounin
The user spreads a potent magnetic field that can disrupt any attempts to control electricity. Raiton and other electricity-based techniques are rendered useless in this field, fizzling out before they can do anything. The field expands to 10 meters away from the user and follows the user around. It lasts for five posts.

Bind Jounin
If the target has inhaled metal dust created and controlled by the user within the last two posts, the user can use the trace amounts of that metal dust within the target to stop the target's movements. However, the user cannot move this dust. The user also cannot move himself while using this move, or else the concentration required for this technique will be broken. Even though the dust has only recently entered the target's body system and immediately prior to entering it was filled with the user's chakra, it quickly loses the user's chakra and is just as quickly filled with the target's chakra. In fact, the metal particles closest to the target's vital systems are already unaffected by the user's magnetism. This is why simply holding someone still is so difficult to pull off, and controlling (much less killing) someone with this technique nearly impossible. It also puts a time limit on Bind. The target can only be bound up to three posts after inhaling metal dust created by the user.

Opposites Attract Jounin
If the user can make contact with an opponent, he can magnetize the opponent. The opponent receives a -1 speed penalty from the magnetic fields now weighing on him. The user receives a +1 speed bonus when he moves towards the opponent from the presence of the magnetic fields surrounding the opponent. The user can always sense where this particular opponent is. The effect lasts three posts. No other jutsu can be used in tandem with the contact used to initiate this technique

Oh no you all don't S
The exact same technique as Oh no you don't, but with a much wider ranger. Rather than just 10 meters, the technique's area spreads to 100 meters around the user. It does not follow the user, instead remaining anchored at the user's location when it was created.

Quake S
The user channels huge amounts of magnetic energy into the ground, shaking large and small deposits of metal found deep within the ground. If there aren't any or enough metal deposits in the ground, the user can simply gather some using his passive abilities. These tremors and disturbances spread to the actual earth, creating a large earthquake. The earth can split under the pressure of this jutsu. Although, the user's inability to control also makes this quake much less controlled than anything from even the most mundane earth user.

The children of the north carry names that inflict instant apprehension and fear that consumes minds upon their mere mention. Kasier. Katerina. Elizabet. These are but few names that are known to a fairly shrouded and mysterious bloodline. As far as bloodthirsty goes they are high on the list. One may say that the innate destructive potential within their blood alone makes them perhaps the most barbaric and bloodlusted of any northern dynasty. In ancient times, when the demon gave them power and infected their blood they took advantage of this... Over the course of a few short decades they all but shredded the very many lesser clans who thought themselves better. Many tried to prove this. But the House of the Vladians prospered in spite of it. The pale demons are the children of catastrophe sure; the Vladians are the harbingers of disaster.

The reason why these powerful beings have taken the northern throne is simple: they lack the unity and comraderie to work together. The Vladians have such varying clans and family lines that the demon's blood is the only reason why they sustain throughout their lines. A man born with Vladian skill will have to things: The Tracer kekkei tota and character quirks that make them strong minded but selfish; powerful yet conceited. When it comes to leadership skills, every Vladian has them in droves. But with that comes the problem: a team of leaders and no followers is doomed to fall to inner strife. However this leads to Vladian leaders spreading their genes across wide expanses to escape their likeminded kin. For this reason, between the four groups, the Vladians will perhaps have the highest volume of progeny - and the highest mortality rate.




xxxxxDESCRIPTION

Vladians typically look strikingly beautiful, perhaps more gorgeous to see than other northmen which leads to many mistaking them for weaker. They are, compared to normal humans, of smoother skin no matter the race, and will always have striking blue or menacingly purple irises. The hair on their heads tends to be either auburn or gold, and perfectly so. From root to tip they will have even colored, long and fast growing hair. These above average beauties are often slightly conceited, and they will see the world around them as a means to grow stronger, to experiment and gain knowledge of themselves, their power, their tenacity.

As far as power goes, their chakra permeates the area around them. It is impossible for the enemy to ignore them. In fact, this is almost a negative as it is impossible for them to hide. But this power is the power that has carried them. The power to literally crush space and time equally with a flick of the wrist. Where the guenere focus on one, Vladians project to all. Where Heilands edit... Vladians delete. If Lydians add then the Vladians will remove. This is the difference between the north and the south; the choice.

xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• Diabolic Trace
As with their dragon blood and personally high levels of chakra, they have a pretty... Diabolical ability to combo with their very potent and destructive skills. For no cost, and for up to three techniques per post, a person of Vladian skill can choose a place and/or path for the next one to three skills to go to. In essence, a skill will instantly appear as if in a rift through time. However, there is way to see this coming. First, the location in question will seem to slightly warp. However, after this initial motion no other Que besides chakra being molded within the Tracer will give any kind of sign of this happening. This passive has another use as well. Any technique they fire can be sent to this spot as well, though instead of instantly it will be as if it were redirected.

This passive also makes the tracer immune to their own skills.
• Dragon's Blood
Being related to the Divine Beasts, the Vladians are draconian in their own right. Many of them actually develop the traits of a Divine Beast. This ability in particular allows for Vladian bloodline users to perceive natural energy due to their connection with the spiritual and animal forces. It is a long-range perception that can judge incoming masses of chakra and can also project their energy through these channelways, allowing them to send techniques across long expanses to attack enemies from afar. This is an ability mostly good for assassination. This cannot be used to detect genjutsu, but it can tell that a technique is being used. It also cannot release you from genjutsu.
In Time: Techniques of this bloodline can be placed into a special sort of Que. We call this Que the Trace, and gave the bloodline it's namesake. Any one technique can be loaded at a time, and will register as a purple blip in space that follows the user of the Trace very closely. If a seperate technique is traced in it's place, it will refund the cost of the original technique and replace that cost with the cost of the new one. For instnace, if you trace an S rank skill, and then trace an ss, you will get the Ss chakra back, and take away ss from the new total. Traced techniques can be held for up to six posts before they must be released, or a new technique must be traced.




xxxxxTECHNIQUES


Partical Acceleration D-SS
A fairly simple skill. The user will gather their chakra into particles freely floating in the atmosphere around them and fire them. They move extremely quickly, and can do massive damage. The sheer power of this skill, even as low as B rank, can destroy an entire building, doing massive damage on imact with a body. At max rank damage the particle shot is large enough to be as big as a boss summon, perhaps even larger, and will annihilate anything that it touches. To dodge at A rank and above you would need at least 14 speed. However, any form of perception of chakra can give you more than ample time to move from the linear path it will take.

Particle Charge B
By planning a path with their chakra, the user can create a position for which to teleport instantly at any time within ten posts after this cost is paid and a location is determined. Can only teleport to that spot, or the spot marked by Diabolic Chase.

xxxxxHISTORY
This Kekkai Genkai has just recently shown itself amongst the villages.It is known to be only in the Konan family.This bloodline gives the user control of paper.They can shift, move,and control the shape and density of paper. This does become stronger over time,training,and rank.Children,usually genin and academy students can only make small things using the paper,such as shuriken,or knives as sharp as razors.Full adults such as chunin or jonin can disperse themselves into paper,or turn themselves into paper butterflies to escape battle.They also can use bomb tags.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

Using her high origami and ninjutsu skills, Konan can turn her body and clothing into many sheets of paper. She can control and reshape even parts of her body with sheets at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, butterflies for spying, paper airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering her enemy in sheets of paper, restricting and asphyxiating them. She is also capable of hovering while in her paper form.
This paper is seemingly expendable, including parts of her body converted to paper; and how much paper she can expend depends on her chakra reserve. She can also hide explosive tags amongst her papers to add a deadly surprise to her attacks.
In this form, however, she is weak to oil-based techniques, which causes the paper to stick. She is however not weak against water to the same extent, as seen when Pain washed the oil off her with the Water Release: Wild Bubble Wave technique, her use of paper in her village Amegakure where it always rains, and later in her battle against Tobi where she divided a lake with her paper. This is shown again later in the anime, as Konan uses water to her advantage, soaking her paper body in water so that flames and heat would not burn her.

• As the rpc grows their paper, and thusly their composition, will increase in strength, density, and size.
E- At this point the paper is as strong and dense as steel, and enough paper to form shapes as large as an elephant can be produced at will.
D- Now the paper is about as hard as Palladium and can be made in amounts large enough to form somewhat large trees.
C- At this point your paper is as hard as titanium on the mohs scale, and can be made into shapes as big as large houses.
B- Now the paper is as hard as Tungeston and enough can be produced to create a mansion.
A- As hard as it will get, the paper becomes as hard as Tungsteon Carbide, which is a whole point and a half higher on the mohs scale while not being harder than diamond. The amount of paper can now be in a quantity high enough to scatter through an entire village sparsely.
S- Now the amount of paper can cover a meteor dropped by the rinnegan entirely.
SS- This amount can produce a literal ocean of paper.
• Paper manipulation only works when it comes from the user.

[ Something gnaws at me from deep within... something that I cannot simply ignore. It's claws tear at the strong walls of my mind, the fortress I build to keep it hidden from the world. They speak of catastrophe in the north. Of flails of god and those who possess the world. But even they do not truly know of demons or enemies. Only I know him. Only I ever have. I fear soon they all will too. ]


xxxxxHISTORY


The history of the north is well known to most now. They were oppressors of the south, and aristocrats of untold power and beauty nigh forgotten today. There was Falsalasar in the beginning. There were Lydians and Guienere, there were Heilands. They grew as tribes and raiding parties, as a unit of people. They perhaps were not the monsters that some would paint them as truly, but instead they were a people of a different kind. The north is a harsh place, and that bred harsh people of thicker skins and rougher natures. As a rule of life, a law of undeniable cruelty and insurmountable truth, only the strong can survive.

None embody all of these things better than the Vladian.

Of them there was never truly a power that outshined the rest, nor was their people a strong one. No they were the least loved of all, the least respected, the least feared. When the southern man killed Falsalasar, however, everything truly did change for the north. The Vladians, you see, were barbaric by nature, fighting among themselves moreso than among the other tribes. They were gifted with bloodthirst, berserker rage of unparalleled savagery. But that was it for them. They were not a people who would join ranks with old enemies. Their hatred ran deep into their blood. In their very souls. They had only themselves to blame for not being prominent. Perhaps with their weapon expertise and superior physicality they could have matched even Bjorn. Of that no one could be sure. By the time he was cut down it the Vladian name was scattered in subsects, and while they were just as feared it was wildly known that Sorana would never be the object of a Vladian conquest, nor would the south. The shinobi knew to stay out of their territory, and the Northmen did the same.

Until they didn't. It only took year one after Falsalasar was removed for an otherworldly force to sink in it's claws. Of where he came no one knows for sure, but the stories do have a central theme. His name was Andrik, styled Andrik of the Blood. The first true Vladian. He came down from Mountains in the easternmost part of the North one day, as fast as a swarm of bats. His eyes glowed red with vengence and from his lips, peeled back to reveal his bared fangs, blood spilled over his chin. He held no blade but seemed intent on starting a fight. Their were screams heard, fortelling the coming massacre. Andrik cutdown a hunting party of men with his hands and teeth. There was no blood on the ground, instead all of it entering his body, rejuvenating him and hardening his body. The soldiers of the tribe met him with fervor but their blades merely grazed him. Tides of blood in the shape of blades and whips lashed out at them, cutting them all down man by man and fueling him, healing any wounds they could put on his body as they fought. Ir was a macbre night, debauchery ran true as he defiled their corpses, taking the blood from within them.

He did this until he forced every Vladian tribe to submit to him, until every Vladian woman was his. He infected them all, turning them into him, giving them the demonic power that resided within him. They too were hungry for blood, for territory, for brutality, for adultery. They unfied under him, and his four sons were his generals ruling the four corners of their world. It was not long before Andrik set his sights on Sorana. It would surely have fallen if Andrik had remained... but something within him pulled him off. He saw a vision of the future, of a world all his own. It was... horrifying to see what he would do, how boring things would be come. He felt ill, he didn't speak of it to anyone, so they assumed he was finally dying. He got up, wordlessly to look at himself in the twilight. He would win, and he would rule all. And then there would be nothing. He had lost ambition for that future, changing it willingly instead. He walked out into the cold northern seas that day, ignoring inqusition by his sons who had come to see their father. He simpy walked until his body was submerged and continued to walk. He would become stuck below the water, the firgid brittle water. Maybe he was caught in mud, or maybe the pressure was too much. Maybe he lost even the will to move as he realized the pitch black depths were just as welcome as his future. Either way he was never seen again.

His sons warred over who would lead. The kingdom fell to ruin, split again and sorana was given safety by this alone. The Vladians split, their name again just more barbarians to avoid or conquer. With Andrik gone they weakened. No longer were they even feared. They integrated into Soranan society and even some colonized the south. The world may never know Andrik himself again... but it is entirely possible that he and his demon may again inflict his brand of fear onto the world.

xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• Bloody Dragons: Being related to the Divine Beasts, the Genuire are draconian in their own right. Many of them actually develop the traits of a Divine Beast. This ability in particular allows for Genuire bloodline users to perceive natural energy due to their connection with the spiritual and animal forces. It is a long-range perception that can judge incoming masses of chakra and can also project their energy through these channelways, allowing them to send techniques across long expanses to attack enemies from afar. This is an ability mostly good for assassination. This cannot be used to detect genjutsu, but it can tell that a technique is being used. It also cannot release you from genjutsu. In addition, the Vladians have senses that have been heightened to the point where they are able to hear smell and even see far more precisely. This ability does not, however, make them so sensitive that they are more weak to sensory attacks, they are just more keenly aware of everything.

• My Coven; My thralls: Fresh corpses and dead bodies, or anyone drained of all of their blood become vessels of the will of the Vladian who claims them. They only retain their stats, and can only use up to two physical styles. It takes 50 blood points to summon, and you can only have up to three of these. They will be pale and have red eyes and go away after combat. They will be perma dead after they die, and have 0 free will. You also don't get a summon for this.


• As a Vladian, blood is your main tool of choice in combat. While you have chakra, blood is your true energy and life pool. You may use your blood points to boost the power of your bloodline techniques, but weather or not it is worth it is up to you. Having a certain amount of blood gives you certain benefits explained below. One blood point is lost per post outside combat.

In order to gain blood points you must feed on others, or obtain their blood. Consider that one pint of blood is 50 points. You may feed on RPCs only once per week, up to a max of 50 points if they are willing. You can feed on unwilling targets, however possible, as much as you want however, and you can only take blood from fresh corpses. Be realistic about the blood you recieve from wounded opponents bleeding. Also, to the extent of your rank, you can manipulate blood based on the amount that you have within you. Every 50 points ads about the amount of blood in a human body to manipulate.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES

Blood Well Passive
As longas their is blood within, you can heal by spending blood equal to the heal. Minor wounds will heal for free, such as cuts and bruises, Deeper wounds, cuts, broken bones and the like, will take 10 blood points to heal. Missing limbs cost 25 along with missing chunks of body.

The Rite of Blood 10 bp per post
This skill will turn you into a pool of blood, sentient and with a bonus 1 to strength. This skill can allow you to form parts of your body into blood as well as partially reform. It makes you, far harder to kill as well.

The Swarm same as above
Turns you into a swarm of bats, increasing your speed by 2 while it is active. You can reform yourself at will, similarly to above and the amount of bats is dependant on the amount of blood points you have. A human sized swarm would be 0-50. while anything from 400 up could be an amount similar in size to a large mansion.

Tides of Blood C-S
The innervation skill of the Vladian, this can do anything to your blood, or swarm of bats if in that state, from making them harder to destroy to making them deadly. Your imagination and amount of blood is what determines the effectiveness.

Hemoplague C-S
The Vladian will allow their blood to push outward in a wave, poisoning the very blood of anyone who it touches. This bloody poison affects even those immune to normal poisoning as it makes their blood thin, and run from their orifices to the Vladian. This goes for 3 posts and then goes back to normal in which time you lose a total of 50 points of blood, or one pint. For the cost of 25 blood points this skill will, instead of a wave, simply infect all opponents within 25 feet of the Vladian.

Bloody Whip C-SS
Using their own blood the vladian can form a long, deadly whip. It can reach almost across a thread, aiming to rip, catch, or cut down an opponent and free the blood from within them. With 25 blood points spent on the skill, the whip can split into multiple fast moving lashes, of equal range, that move at the speed of their creator. They also, with this fee, can cut through up to only one technique of equal rank, and only one.

Shadow Walk S
In the middle of the day or even in the night, this skill will block out the sun or even the moon, causing night to fall and boosting their base stats by 1 for five posts. Under this darkness, for 10 blood points they can teleport anywhere, as long as it isn't within twenty feet of an opponent. This marks the location they are going with a feeling of malice a second before he arrives.

Haze of Red S rank chakra and ten blood points.
A skill requiring at least 200 blood points, the Vladian will seem to radiate blood from their pores, affecting an area of 100feet with a red haze of thickness. This skill scrambles sensory skills and can move at a speed equal to half of the Vladian once created. Inside this haze, the Vladian has a plus one to strength and can slowly attempt to assault enemies within it by having blood enter their orifices, wounds, and then eat away at any and everyhting they touch. For every post inside, you gain ten blood points from all those, friend or foe, within. This lasts a base of three posts, but can be extended by paying 10 blood points a post.

Compulsion SS
This skill requires you have at least 50 blood points. If you can look into the eyes of an opponent you can put them in a state where, for two posts, they will do whatever you say, short of killing themselves. You must be at at least 25 feet away for this to work however.

Transfusion SS
The user of this skill will first be within 20 feet of an opponent and then aim a hand at them. If they dont get out of range instantly then two liters of their blood will be wrenched free, violently, causing massive pain in an opponent.

My Children SS
First, a swarm of bats will seemingly rise from the skin of the user, their eyes red with blood as they decide the fate of their opponent is sealed. They will produce enough bats to cloud the very skies above them as they fly and screech. These bats will fly at the speed of the Vladian, manipulated by them to try and slash and bite at the people in the area. This lasts four posts, unless they are destroyed.


xxxxxADDITIONAL COMMENTS
To be clear, their bloodlust is high. When someone spills blood until joinin rank they will need to either leave or attack, requiring to partake in it. Even at highest ranks they find it tough to ignore the call of their hunger. They also tend to be quite charismatic, and very persuasive. They are, in essence, vampires who don't fear the sun or sparkle. You will never age as long as blood can sustain you.

xxxxxHISTORY
It is said that in times when the world is in disorder, a person is sent down from the heavens to become either a "God of Creation", who will calm the world, or a "Destroyer", who will reduce everything to nothingness. This dōjutsu was first manifested by Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, who ate the Shinju's fruit, and later the Ten-Tails, the combined entity of Kaguya and the Shinju. Her son, Hagoromo, came to be revered as the Sage of the Six Paths by using his own Rinnegan to create the groundwork that brought forth all modern ninjutsu.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

The Rinnegan (輪廻眼; Literally meaning "Saṃsāra Eye") is reputed as the most exalted eyes amongst the Three Great Dōjutsu (三大瞳術, San Daidōjutsu; Literally meaning "Three Great Eye Techniques"), along with the Byakugan and the Sharingan. While its progenitor was first seen in Kaguya Ōtsutsuki as the Rinne Sharingan, its true form first manifested in her son, the Sage of the Six Paths. It is characterised by a ripple-like pattern which spreads over the eyeball, with light purple sclerae and irides, and also has another variant containing a pattern of six tomoe.



xxxxxRULES
• Those of the Rinnegan hold the ripple effect on their pupils, the white sun tattoo on the left palm, and the black crescent moon tattoo on the right palm. The use of these two markings shall be elaborated on later.


• The Rinnegan cannot be transplanted by normal means. The stealing character must be at least S-ranked in power. The eye must be implanted by an S-ranked medic. As a base, the uncovered eye drains 20 chakra per post.

• There may only be one Rinnegan wielder per village. Rinnegan wielders can start as rogues. Only three Rinnegan wielders in total may exist.

• Rinnegan users having children will either result in their child becoming a Sharingan wielder or Mokuton user.




xxxxxWEAKNESSES
• The Rinnegan's vision can be obstructed by regular means, such as smoke bombs, gas, etc. The ability to detect movements of chakra in the air can also be countered by high levels of chakra existing in the area around them.
• Rinnegan users are one rank weaker to Senjutsu



xxxxxSTRENGTHS

• Is able to produce an unlimited amount of rods, which can also be used to track shinobi who are in possession of one of the rods. RPCs can be debilitated using the rods, using a jutsu listed below.
• Opponents in view of the Rinnegan are subject to the most potent scrutiny of all. Chakra points, the flow of their chakra, an in-depth sense of perception capable of predicting how an opponent is going to strike based on the flow of their chakra alone. Opponents with higher chakra levels are much more susceptible to this reading ability. This ability extends to being able to detect movements using displaced chakra in the air. As previously stated, high density of chakra levels in the air can negate this ability rather quickly. This high level of scrutiny also allows Rinnegan wielders to notice the specific chakra natures and attributes inside of an opponent, allowing them to know what elements/bloodlines the opponent has so long as they've seen the chakra before.
• Rinnegan users are able to choose one of the Mangekyou Sharingan techniques to keep, and it receives the following passives as listed below. All of these techniques are then considered Rinnegan Jutsu:
- Amaterasu: The flames of Amaterasu--after use--may now be freely manipulated by the user of the technique. Up to two posts of manipulation before the jutsu must be used again
- Tsukuyomi: Tsukuyomi may now be cast using either the sun or the moon as a trigger. The afflicted star will glow with a red hue, similarly to the eyes of the Jyuubi.
- Susanoo: The user's Susanoo may now grow legs, and costs 10 less chakra to summon. (20 chakra to summon, 10 per post after)



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
A God's Example
Any wielder of the Rinnegan may freely summon and manipulate two items. The Guoudama (Truth-seeking Balls), and Nunoboko, a multi-ringed staff, much like that of a buudhist monk. The Rinnegan wielder can manipulate up to six guoudama, and one nunoboko at any point in time. These items are indestructible. Chakra receiver rods may also be freely generated in infinite quantity, to be tied in with a jutsu listed below.


A God's Demonstration
A renowned skill of the Sage of Six Paths was his ability to transcend space and time to communicate with those who they've established links with. Similarly to Hagoromo's communication, the individuals in question will be pulled into a blank, ethereal world, where they may speak to the user of this skill. Any one user of the Rinnegan may maintain bonds with up to four people at once. However, this skill may not be used within five posts of the user initiating combat. Since this skill is used exclusively outside of combat, the user may have all four individuals at once with no cooldown.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES


Asura: Body Manipulation Genin
This technique allows the practitioner to make edits to the body, similarly to that of a puppeteer. This is a prerequisite for all other Asura Skills. At this stage, an arm can be molded into, and back from, something akin to a blade, or a cannon though firing it requires a higher ranked skill so things like grappling hooks or melee weapons are favored applications. This skill can edit any part of the body at anytime.
Lasts for three posts.

Deva: Levitation Genin
Through the use of chakra, this skill can lift you off of the ground, up to ten feet at genin rank and higher by ten per rank of the shinobi, for three posts. You can move at your own speed for the duration of the skill.

Bansho Tennin A
The Bansho Tennin is a technique revolving around the idea of attraction. The Rinnegan wielder may aim their hand forward and will then proceed to pull the target towards them. This is a rather quick pull that almost no one can resist. However, it does leave you rather open. While using the Bansho Tennin, you may not move until your target is within a four foot vicinity from where you are standing. Against multiple targets, this can turn fatal, and so it's safest to use against an individual. The Bansho Tennin can only be used on one target at a time, and can only be used once every three posts.
You cannot simply stop this technique by coating your feet with chakra.

Shinra Tensei A
By aiming your hand forward, you will create a barrier that can block all melee-based attacks, while pushing back ranged jutsu only temporarily, long enough to give you time to react. This pushes jutsu back up to fifteen feet, and knocks away melee strikes completely.

Chibaku Tensei S
Arguably the most powerful Rinnegan technique to exist. The Chibaku Tensei is a technique where you will release a ball of gravity into the air, similar to a black hole. This ball of gravity will suck everything except you into it, surrounding the tiny object. This tiny force of gravity cannot be destroyed, and you may control what is or isn't pulled into it. It can pull an entire forest into its massive stature and even the land surrounding it. At its full size, it resembles a miniature moon, and if anyone has been sucked into it, they have almost definitely been crushed to death. It can be resisted by means of techniques. Using this technique prevents Shinra Tensei and Bansho Tennin from being used for 5 posts.
It slowly sucks in all of the enemy's attacks for three posts, at which point the gravity effect will run dry and it will have completed its moon-like form. This can be resisted if you have manipulation abilities, but it's only a stall.

Limbo: Spot Check B - S
A very diverse technique with a very potent uses. This technique allows the user to use a sort of 'gravity cannon'. After the chakra is spent, a sphere of gravity will take shape before them, about the size of a large beach ball. This sphere will then quickly shoot into the air, taking little more than a few seconds to do so. From this sphere, homing blasts of gravity will erupt, aiming to smite the target in a fashion similar to homing. These blasts are cylindrical in shape, and each has one attempt to smash the opponent into the ground before the next strike is fired. The homing strikes last over the span of two posts, starting with ten total charges, increasing with five more charges per rank. The lowest rank charges can break bones easily, but anything above the lowest rank can easily kill. The SS-ranked variant smashes against defenses, requiring only a few of the charges to smash defenses of lower rank. Another SS-rank defense will consume all but two of the charges, potentially taking an unaware opponent by surprise.

Alternatively, the sphere can be kept close to the user's body, dispelling charges of the gravity to repel opponents that get within a ten foot radius of the user. Carries the same amount of charges and strength as noted previously.

The final version of this technique involves storing the sphere's energy in the user's body. When this is achieved, the user may choose to trigger blasts of gravity to be fired from their fists, swings of their weapon, etc. Or, they may consume three charges to generate bursts of gravity-fueled energy from their body, making physical attacks generally useless for the duration.

Limbo: Border Jail A
A flagship ability of the Rinnegan. For 20 chakra, the user of this skill may create an invisible clone of themselves. This clone may be detected by any chakra sensing ability at a distance, but remains invisible to non-sensory opponents until it enters a certain radius. This clone follows the same rules as the Assassin's stealth system, with a higher-ranked shinobi being able to disguise it from even those with sensory abilities and dojutsu should they be of high enough rank. This clone is unable to use any form of jutsu, but has heightened physical capabilities. A +1/+1 beyond the stats of the original, but absolutely disappears after three posts.

As said before, there is a range rule on these clones. If a clone comes within twenty feet of an opponent, it will begin to come into view, as a near-invisible outline more than anything else. Once it gets within five feet of the opponent, it shall become completely visible, no matter who the opponent is. As the clone is reserved only to punches and kicks, this ensures that it will always be within the view of the opponent. Mainly used as a surprise attack for an opponent wishing to physically overwhelm the Rinnegan user. The clones may withstand one attack of their rank before fading away, making them useful as a one-use shield as well. A total of three clones may exist at any time. Up to twice per fight, the user may switch with one of their clones. This switch costs ten chakra. Two handseals required to make the switch.

Restraint A - S
After chakra is spent, the Rinnegan user will have a field of chakra surrounded them, with a radius of twenty [fifty] meters. Opponents within this field will feel weakened by the power of gravity pushing down upon them, and will have their base speed lowered by 1 [2]. This field lasts for three posts before chakra must be spent again.

Blocking Technique Absorption Seal E - S
A peculiar technique, used mainly as a last resort in the event that another defense cannot be procured. Holding out their palms, the user of this technique is able to absorb the chakra of an incoming technique. A barrier of chakra forms around the user while the skill is active, defending them against any secondary elemental natures present in the attack. It will absorb a technique of equal power, but goes on a three post cooldown after one use. Placing a hand on an opponent allows them to steal chakra equal to the power of this skill.

Demonic Statue Chains B - S
A suppression technique at it's finest. After focusing the required chakra, the user of this technique will launch out purple, ethereal chains at an opponent at rapid speeds. If these chains manage to latch on to an opponent, they will find their movements completely restricted, along with racking pains shooting across their entire body like bolts of lightning. This paralysis can only last for one post with A-rank power, increasing subsequently by one post for each rank increase after. Only the SS-ranked variant is capable of suppressing Bijuu, and it only works for one post.

If the opponent has been impaled with--or is touching one of the user's receiver rods--this technique can indefinitely home in on them, with an even more potent speed than the original. Opponents caught with a rod impaled into them are paralyzed indefinitely. The maximum amount of posts a full-sized bijuu can be suppressed is two.

Summoning: Gedo Mazo SSS (100 Chakra)
After expending the required chakra, the Rinnegan user may pull forth one of the most powerful summons of all time; Gedo Mazo. This technique summons the entire body of the beast, towering in size over most other boss summons, and nearly equal in size to even a fully-sized Akimichi. This summon has stats of 12 strength and speed, and is fully capable of withstanding two SS-ranked attacks without having to return to it's summoned container. Besides it's obvious physical ability, the Gedo Mazo is capable of summoning the chakra chains mentioned in the previous technique by shooting them from its mouth, making it a potent opponent for large crowds. It can use the SS-ranked variant of the chains once, otherwise all uses are considered S-rank in power.

Blade of Nunoboko A - S
The legendary blade wielded by Rikudou Sennin, said to have shaped the world. A double helix-shaped blade in the form of what looks like a black strand of DNA. This blade has the ability to straight up disintegrate any chakra of lower rank than the technique, making it an extremely formidable defense as well as offense. The SS-ranked variant creates a gigantic blade, capable of scarring the landscape and overwhelming opponents. The blade can reach up to thirty feet in length, and does not weigh down the user at all. Physical contact with this blade can imitate the effects of Jinton up to six inches around the wound, disintegrating the opponent's flesh in an extremely painful manner. Coating an item--usually a weapon--with the blade will give the blade the abilities of the item it coated.

Ashura A
Inheriting the 'body' of Rikudou Sennin, this is a special ability bestowed upon those with the white sun on their palm. After focusing chakra to this focal point on their palm, the user of this skill can apply the defensive, healing powers of Ashura in one of a few ways. The user of this skill may immediately restore another RPC in a significant way. Similarly to its witnessed use, it can restore an eye, or even turn a fatal wound into something survivable. If restoring a fatal wound, it may not bring them back to the point of not needing assistance to survive. This means that they're being bought more time; another five posts to seek medical attention, to be exact.

The final use of this is an immediate chakra transfer. The ability to grant +50 chakra to an ally near instantaneously on physical contact. Any body part that's restored returns in its natural form; implants will not be restored. Abusing this for infinite implants will result in your character losing the Rinnegan. This jutsu has a two week RL cooldown upon use.

Indra Innervate Passive - S
When using Indra Innervate, two black spheres of energy will form above the hands. These spheres of energy are composed of the same--yet much weaker in composition--substance as the Guoudama. This energy can be freely created and manipulated by the user, forming structures such as spheres, needles, walls....limited only by the imagination. With A-rank and above power, anything organic is defeated near-effortlessly, with the exception of chakra-amplified organics, such as Mokuton. In other words, if an A-rank version or higher hits your body, you will probably die. Otherwise, it interacts with jutsu similarly to other innervates, just with added flexibility and a highly superior creation speed to most other innervates.

Six Red Yang Formation S
An extremely powerful defensive jutsu. After using the chakra receiver rods to mark the points of the defense, the user of this jutsu will expend chakra to create what is arguably one of the most powerful defenses in the shinobi world. A set of crimson walls--connected to the receiving rods similarly to connect-the-dots--rises near-infinitely into the air before closing at the top. the walls are capable of withstanding up to one attack of Bijuudama-esque power before crumbling to the ground. Has a ten post cooldown between uses.

Arrow of Indra S - SS
The most powerful, directly offensive skill in the Rinnegan's arsenal. After accumulating a ridiculous amount of chakra, the visage of a Perfect Susanoo will take shape around the user. Besides serving as a defense, the hulking mass of chakra cannot be used for anything more than just firing the arrow.

But enough of that. Let's talk about the arrow. A concentration of raw chakra so massive and pure that every bit of its essence reeks of destruction. When they were talking about the Rinnegan user becoming a god of destruction, this is exactly what they were talking about. After drawing back the bow--with the accumulation of chakra around the figure weighing down on opponents so heavily that it would take a strength of at least 10 to power through--the figure releases the string, launching near-absolute death at whatever sits at the point of that arrow. The arrow's chakra concentration is so pure that it can defeat one technique of equal rank and continue on, one rank weaker than it was. Attacks of at least A-rank will destroy the arrow on a secondary impact. The resulting explosion of energy is more than capable of leveling an incredibly large area, around one quarter of a village. The technique takes such a toll on the user that they must leave combat within five posts after using it, or they would simply pass out, fodder to their opponents. Additionally, it has a two-week cooldown between uses.

Tengai Shinsei SS (75 Chakra)
After channeling an enormous amount of chakra through their body--making them easily detectable to basically anyone with any chakra-sensing ability in the entire subforum--the user of this technique will form the 'tiger' seal, with large, ethereal bodies forming to his sides. These two will form the 'goat', and 'ram' seals. One post after the chakra is spent--meaning after the opponent's response--a meteorite larger than a Hidden Village will descend upon the area, large enough to devastate even a majority of a country if allowed to impact the ground. It takes an additional post to hit the ground after breaking the line of clouds, meaning that impact occurs two posts after the chakra is spent. This gives the enemies ample time to run if they see it coming the first post. The shockwave on it's own is enough to kill, however, so opponents would have to be very fast to avoid the radius. Multiple SS-ranked defenses would be required to defend against the meteorite, let alone stop it. Tengai Shinsei may be used any number of times within a single battle, but once that battle is complete, it may not be used in that subforum for two weeks IRL. This is to give enough time for the village/country to rebuild in case the user is a teamkilling douchebag. When I say 'multiple' defenses, it's in the event of a team fight. Each person must use SS-rank defenses to shield themselves specifically.

It began, for me, as it always had. The ending I mean. I was never one to ignore the signs in the wind. I was never so ornery as to believe that I, as one of the caretaker of the world, was immune to the hands of fate. When I learned that destiny had marked me to finally meet the next world I took the knowledge in stride. I didn't panic like Furion, my husband, had done. I chose not to run from fate like so many in the south would have. No, like when Christian came to me and requested I help him like I had my cousin, I smiled at the doctor. I laughed. A tear ran down my face as I sat up, blood mixing in my lungs ever so slowly. But I refused treatment. I was to die of the great plague. The one wiping out the southern lands as we speak. Percival, my dragon, came to me, and I moutned the beast without looking back. I flew out, and as I did I reflected on my last years on the world while orienting north, to the Niflheim.

All of the time I spent as an active force of imposed change my will never once wavered, even in my weakest moments. To the ants and monkeys that lived under my heel, that watched from a distance as the Northern Queen dominated all she touched, I was called evil. I was called a defiler, a destroyer. Perhaps it should have been made my perogative to make them understand me.It was long my belief that the wolf owes no consideration to the prey. Sharks don't pray, they prey upon. Maybe that was the greatest failing of my life, perhaps not. But either way, their view of me was never fair nor true and I let them tell whatever story made them feel better. I could be the villain easily. I had the perfect training. It was the fault of... no I shan't lie. Kaiser taught me evil but he didn't force it into me as much as onto me. His lessons were needed to make me... me. I used him as an excuse my whole life. Even Furion said so which nearly cost him an arm, but he was right. I was the picture of ambition and domineering intent because I chose that for myself. And I suppose that's what led to this point, with me as the Queen of the Lydians in the North, ruler of Sorana.

In the years leading after I successfully got Otogakure off of the ground in the wake of my father's southern invasion, things appeared good. I ran my black market as the Kingpin, with the rest of Oto far more indebted to me than even they seemed to want to believe, and I didn't care so long as the money flowed. Greed and gluttony was the name of the game, and I had it all. It was a nice distraction. Good time away. A few years of running the special forces and getting paid was a good time but... as with most things I ended up bored of it. Before I took my exit, however, something strange happened. A girl I had called my daughter, loved like my own blood rose into her own. Nikola was her name... yes that was it. She looked me in my eyes one day. Renounced me for being exactly what she had escaped. I barked back. The argument between dragons is as much a battle as a conversation. Flames flew, impacts coursed through our bodies. She put up such a good fight. I had taught her so well. I had been so blinded by what I wanted her to be that I didn't realize the growing resentment until she slaughtered the then love of my life, along with most of my underlings. She looked into my eyes every second we fought, chiseling away at my heart. She looked into my eyes as she broke it. As I choked the life from her very eyes she never looked away. Her spinal cord, cracked, her arteries were rended from the inside within my grasp. My teeth were clenched so tightly as I watched blood spurt from her mouth and her eyes gloss over. I had so loved looking into those eyes in the years of training. They were just balls of glass when I let go of her and a large portion of my repressed humanity escaped as I roared louder than either of our dragons ever could. Her body was incinerated along with a lot of the rice country.

Back to square one. The monster Katerina Strehkovsky was alone, wandering the world. The Kech Mara had given me a lot of things but friends, true ones, were not one of them. Months passed and she became a ghost. Katerina, Kya, made no difference what I was called at that point. I had no purpose, no life. Not until the golden boy Christian Uzumaki found me and offered me something of a purpose. We would hunt the demons as I had alongside my cousin. I agreed if for no other reason than to eventually go to Uzushiogakure and rise to power there. We took down not a single, but a duo of demons at once, which was a huge boon for him and a bit of fun for me. I returned to his home for a time. We grew close as everyone did to him. He unraveled me, and it was then that I met the man who held the eyes I had once sought after for so long. Furion was cordial to me, friendly. Steel was his stance, but soft were those damn eyes. Perhaps I loved him then, perhaps not yet. I was so frivolous with things of that nature. I loved Kasumo, that was clear. And she was dead. Furion was fun, but he too got close just as Christian had. I felt so weak there. So idle. I felt like a southerner. For fear I would end them both in a fit, I left Uzushio and him behind with good memories. My thirst for battle had been reawakened and so I returned to Oto with a singular goal. It was a split second decision at a crossroads, one leading to Konoha and the land of the Karnata, and one nleading back to the small land of rice. I chose the latter.

My time was spent in every moment preparing the small contingent of special warriors I still knew to fight with me against the north. Among them was an immortal warrior, Garnett Malachite, and a nigh on indestructible warrior known as Oga Same. Faces with names soon to be forgotten so far as I was concerned. I mounted Percival and we road out within a half year. Kaiser was still rebuilding his army when we arrived, unaware that I was preparing to strike out at him. As was known of me, I slaughtered legions. Percival crushed dragons and their riders in his jaws, swatted them like flies against the ground. I razed Sorana with my army. Armand was there too. He pulled out when it became clear I had no intention of going back. This was to be my final battle, win or lose. It mattered not. Kaiser appeared before me finally. Percival absorbed into my body and the inverse activated. He brandished his sword Jorsul at me. It was not an easy fight. Even now I feel phantom pains in my abdomen. He ran me through twice but I kept fighting him. His soldiers stayed clear of the intense battle. It was like watching a father and daughter dance. By tradition they had no place to interfere. He smiled as if I was giving him what he always wanted. I mirrored his look. In the end I held his head, covered head to toe in blood of course, in my hands. A quiet fell. I looked into the dead eyes just as I had Nikola and tossed the head aside. My vision blurred as the warriors approached me. The Yata mirror, my ultimate weapon, fell to the floor and I hit the ground unable to fight. This was it, I would be claimed by the very aggression and violence that ruled Sorana. I'd be replaced by someone else, and forgotten. Except I wasn't. The vladians came then, as did the Guienere to see who came out on top. The Heilands flanked them too. The northern monsters took a knee. The Lydians recognized I'd ended the reign of hatred and lifted me to the sky on their backs, carrying me to be cared for. Within a month I was on my feet again, presented with a throne fit for a barbarian. A bench with my family symbol inscribed all over it. They called me the Queen of the North. I reveled of course. And then came the screams of the south...

The Plague that currently ravages me had begun its reign. And at the same time my cousin Kleine had gone off the deep end further than before. He heralded my several times, calling for me to kow tow and surrender the north. I ignored him for a time. It wasn't until I heard word that Kyon and Mayu, subordinates from my time as Mizukage, were killed by him and that a coalition was forming that I considered coming to either side's aid. Chrisitan himself came to me. I heard his words, and I felt for the south. In the end, however, I turned him away. He called me no names, for he saw what it was that I had become. No longer a warmonger, no longer a hate filled slayer of men and monster alike. Furion had come to join me, my husband now and father of a child I nearly died delivering. I embraced the young fool, gave him my best. Kleine was no longer the one I had once believed could give me my goals. He was evil through and through. No sign of redemption. His last letter was a demand that I aid him. Perhaps with my aid he could have won. Maybe I would have died. In the end I simply watched from my throne as if I could see as the battles waged on and on and on. I ruled my lands, fought off those who would see Sorana as a prize all over the north but I was tired of war. I was tired of dominating everything I saw. Kleine died, or so I was told. Shinsei was no more. The last of my old life was finally gone. Tears ran from my eyes against my will as I remembered the fun I had with him under me in Kusa before he left to claim his own destiny. More than once I had known if I had killed him in Bai Don like I should have... the world would have been so different. I bore the sin of Sloth like no other. Far deeper than my wrath or lust for power. I allowed the world to fall to his vices. Me alone.

Ten years passed. I got older. I was nigh on 34, and in that entire time I was fighting illness. Something deep inside of me. Something that changed my very dna. I was cursed or so I had told myself a lot; coughing fits that bore blood and challenge from my closest underlings. I was no longer a warrior. Still stronger than them by leagues though so that was a short lived revolt. And finally I reach a point of terminal illness, I get to know when the world intends to return me to the dirt, to see Kleine, the twins, to see Kisuke, to see Cecil and the followers of Han I had killed. To see Kasumo again. To see Nikola's beautiful eyes once more. I would not wait. I will not wait. My final voyage I roared, bursts of flames all over the sky. I tossed my clothing aside as a black flame claimed me and Furion flew, with his own power, beside me; tears streaming from us both. I held his eyes for a moment, smiling sincerely. I loved Furion with the heart of a million dragons, and I loved the daughter too young to ride alongside me. Silently he swore to be the best father he could to her, to teach her all of the tales, good and bad, of Katherine Strehkovsky from the beginning. That she would rule in my stead one day after his own reign as regnant was up and she could take the Dragon's Seat. He called out that he loved me. I roared back to him. He held on as long as he could beside me, but eventually it was too hot for him, too far north, and I was flanked instead by the warriors of the north, all of Sorana's Lydians in formation behind me. This was my last raid. A raid on the world who thought itself strong enough to claim me, and my people for all their might would go with me into the end.I leaped from Percival, activating the inverse and flying straight into the storms of the north where none had gone before. I was barely aware when the toughest of my followers faltered and simply stood in the snow, watching the white flame that was my form disappear into the north.

My name is Katerina Strehkovsky, or maybe it is Kya Jaeger. I am the daughter of Kaiser, Northern Queen, Southern Belle, and somehow neither the greater or lesser of either. I am a dominant force of willpower. I am ambition. I am cruel. I am loving. I am wrath. I am forgiveness. I am a breath exhaled from the earth, I am the asphyxiation of it's people. What I am is a human being, what I am is a monster. I am a choice. I am forced.

Shards of ice equivalent in mass and volume to the rank of the skill are created with just a single handseal and then flung at 3/4ths the users speed at an opponent. D rank Creates one ice pic that is 3 feet long with a one foot radius, and every rank higher paid creates an addition spear and increases the size by double. After they impale something, the shards freeze an area equal to it's a third of it's length around itself until it is destroyed/removed from it's place. This can lead to quite debilitating effects. It should be noted that both the creation and flinging of these weaponized icicles is silent, making for the perfect assassins tool at lower ranks, and at higher ranks a helluva surprise.

Description: This skill creates a cloud in the air above the battlefield, and for a second nothing happens. On the post following, however, a huge, rough glacier falls down on the designated spot. Every post following for five posts, another single glacier can be dropped immediately from the cloud for another A rank cost. These glaciers, on impact, create a cold burst that freezes anything within 20 feet in place unless they can somehow free themselves with at least 7 strength, or an equally ranked technique. Those the boulder of ice fall on will be crushed by its strength, and frozen as well.

Description: This skill forms a cage of ice almost out of thin air. Note that in extremely arid conditions, such as those formed after the area is more fully heated up, this skill will take 1.5x chakra to perform and take considerably more handseals to perform. The cage has a couple of seconds before it forms where the area around a target becomes frigid and the air seems to become visibly cold but after a brief period the frozen dome appears completely around the target. The size is dependant on the chakra put into the dome, starting at 20 feet around the target, and then increasing by ten feet around for every rank up. It should be noted that at S rank, the dome becomes an orb instead, encasing the target from below as well. The inside of the dome is laced with rough, jagged edges which is a prelude to the second part of this jutsu. Though it is resistant to it's rank of damage, making attacks from outside impossible to hit, it will allso quickly begin to crush inwards five feet per post, including both Katherines and those inside of it (with everyone inside's posts equaling one,) meaning it has to be destroyed or whoever is inside will be literally crushed to death as well as torn up by the dome.

This skill creates three of these missiles that can be very precisely controlled.

Description: An all out offensive skill that is straight forward as far as uses and application. Katherine bursts her ice chakra around her from the inside of her body and spins in a slow circle with her nensho eyes active, able to see the world extremely precisely because of how they interact with her speed. The range of this skill is 50 feet away from Katherine in a circle, and though she can move it is only at 3/4ths of her speed. As she rotates she exudes an aura of cold that freezes the ground, the air, and any liquids that enter the raidus while also flinging shards of ice out all around her. Anything not defended against within this attack is both frozen, shattered and shredded. This skill cannot freeze igher ranked attacks. This is the skill that allowed her to kill the Mizukage and his entire queens guard, and earned her the nickname Killer Queen.
