For Guild Use: No Character: Takira Gwyndolin Hekireki Talent Name: Wild Hunt [Yasei no Kari] Rank: B Association: N/A Duration // Upkeep: The technique will stay in effect until the specific conditions are met. It requires a [30] Chakra start up cost, with a [5] Chakra and Stamina drain per post while its active. Ending the technique early would incur a [20] Chakra fee. Element: N/A Requirement(s): D-Rank with a penchant for senseless violence and/or murder. Wusses need not apply. Description: Wild Hunt, Drums of War, Bloodlust, ect. Whatever the user perceives this as is of no concern, after-all nothing will matter to them once this trance like state is achieved. Through intense and strenuous activity, such as combat, one would naturally experience and increased blood flow through their bodies... they may even begin to hear their own heartbeat carrying through their veins. This sound echoing through the blood vessels carrying past the eardrums. Someone who has spent their life on the battlefield would be well accustomed to noticing this echo, but what would happen if the person in question became obsessed with the bloodshed. Perhaps even chased after the internal drug release that are associated with stressful combat. This nature of being battle drunk is at the core of the technique. The Wild Hunt is a mental state. It can easily be slipped into but attempting to slip out is another matter all together, it taints the user's mind and body.
The chemical reactions in the user's brain induces a mental state where the user becomes unable to pull themselves out of combat, leaving them unable to think rationally. Once the user has engaged in combat for no less than [3] posts they will begin to notice something: some may hear the rumbling of a distant thunder on a clear day, drums being beat in a rhythm, they may smell the scent of honey covering the thick iron of blood, or perhaps they just begin to see red. Whatever the case this acts as their trigger for the technique. They need only embrace the Wild Hunt's call. An initial cost of [30] Chakra is rushed to the brain as the starting signal, an autonomous reaction by the body:The user's pupils will dilate while their iris remain unchanged, they will experience a sudden increase to their heart rate never stopping even at rest, and finally they will begin salivating. Things such as arousal of an uncontrollable temper may occur but are far from the usual effects on the body such as what was listed before. [Basically what I'm saying is you have to add a little quirk of yer own, have fun with the insanity!] For as long as the user is embracing the Wild hunt these effects will persist as-well-as a [5] Stamina and [5] Chakra drain on the body per post after the initial cast.
Why would a person subject themselves to this? Well the Wild hunt offers an additional rank [1] to all stats outside of Strength and Intelligence. Strength will instead see a hefty [4] point increase while Intelligence will see a dip of [-2] points. In addition to these stat effects the user will become able to feel fear or pain. They may feel a numb feeling to injury or maybe they feel pleasure instead... both are equally possible. While under these effects the user is immune from any fear based Illusory Genjutsu and any Genjutsu that would fall under Enchantment would find them being [1] rank less effective. This trance state will remain active until there is no one alive to slaughter or the user has no Stamina or Chakra remaining to fuel their trance. There is a less pleasant way of ending the Wild hunt however; The technique can be forcefully canceled by the user via a [20] Chakra discharge, this scrambles the the constant flow of energy and causes it to collapse on itself. This is much like how one would use Kai on a genjutsu. If rejection of the Wild hunt is used the user will experience a [2] rank decrease to all stats for [5] posts as-well-as a limit of [2] actions per post.

These are all being submitted for Guild use.
Jiton:
All Sight Rank: D Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu Element: Jiton Description: This technique is an a mimicry of a technique belonging to the Doton category. The user gathers an eyeball sized clump of iron in the palm of their hand before using their free hand to cover which ever eye they prefer. They adapt their natural magnetic field by forming a charged connection of raiton from their optic nerve to the lump of iron in their hand. Once the connection is stabilized the iron will warp into the shape of an eyeball before becoming fully controllable again by the users hand movements. This stabilized connection allows the user to see from the pupil of this metal eye, no matter where in the thread the eyeball might have traveled. • Cannot leave the thread it is created in without the user also leaving it.
Metallic Maelstrom Rank: B Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu Element: Jiton Description: A more structurally sound form of raining metal flakes down on an opponent. This technique is the honed and perfected version of doing such a simple task. While pouring all the flakes they can muster is all well and good it is not as effective as actively commanding the metal with the intent of doing serious damage. The technique begins by gathering all the metal in their command behind them. The iron will begin to clump and compress down into tiny droplets of pure metal, akin to that of a bullet. With a wave of the hand tiny bullets will rain down on whoever the user might be targeting. While a single bullet in and of itself doesn't amount of much the power behind the technique is due to the numerous bullets being showered down. The technique requires the cost of two actions for the post it is used, however this technique continue the entirety of the opponents turn only ending when its your turn.
Shōton: Construct Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Shōton Description: Weapons on the fly! Gather around all who are too cheap to go out and pay a blacksmith for functional weapons! This is a technique that allows the users to create low rank weapons by converting the minerals in the ground into crystallized structures. The type of weapon varies by the person creating it, however the length of the weapon cannot exceed Medium type weapons such as a long sword. The weapons can also not be complex ie if it has a mechanical aspect it cannot be replicated. These weapons will be naturally jagged and sharp as this technique doesn't focus on finesse in order to create so quickly. The weapons will break after being used for [6] actions: this includes blocking, attacking, and miscellaneous actions involving it.
Divine Grace Rank: C Type: Defensive Ninjutsu Element: Shōton Description: The Shōton can is known for creating crystal constructs with the intent of defense, this technique builds on that foundation. Its part of a crystals nature that through the use of these minerals light can be bent reflected if the surface is created correctly. The user creates a mirror the size of a child's head, flat and perfectly smooth on one side. Not only can this be used to inspect their person to fix a messy hairdo or finally get that spec of broccoli out of their teeth it also has combative advantage. The mirror created with this technique acts as a shield against energy based attacks or lifeforms allowing the user to block [5] C rank or lower attacks before shattering or [1] D rank or lower physical attack. The mirror can be controlled with only the users hand movements, floating in place if not directed. The range for controlling the technique is a max of 5ft from their person.
Refraction Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Shōton Description: While normally used in conjunction with Divine Grace this technique can be preformed as long as the user is currently in possession of any Shōton object. By using a base of crystal and an addition of their own chakra as a basin the user is able to 'catch' any C rank body less technique or lower and store it within the crystal for a maximum of [3] posts before the stored chakra fades. While caught this chakra can be used in a number of ways: One would be syphoning off 1⁄2 of the stored attacks chakra and adding it to their own.* A second would be refracting the attack back at its original owner as a Maruton chakra beam of [1] rank higher. A third would be using the stored chakra as an explosive counter, using it to nullify another technique of equal or lower rank without wasting any energy of their own. If used to defend against a lower ranked technique it can be used twice on that rank as a defense. Only one option can be used per capture. • Syphoning chakra can only be used twice per enemy per fight.
Divine Construct Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Shōton Description: A basic Construct is all well and good but they have a tendency of being brittle and well being small. The foundation of a Construct cannot handle to complexity that comes with weapons of old, weapons whose names themselves were legends. With this technique the user spends [2] action on their turn crafting a weapon of their choice out of nothing but the soil they stand on. This weapon isn't constrained by complexity or by size, as long as the user can picture it they can create it. Weapons created from this technique are most often modeled after something a hero would use, a kings holy blade or a gods bow for example. Weapons of this tier will not crumble until they have been used in conjunction with [40] actions, time does not crumble this crystal only repeated use. These weapons are merely replicas and as such do not have the originals abilities. • To have fun with this, ALL creations must be from a legend whether guild cannon or not. Think in terms of Excalibur or like the Seven Swords.

Lanfaer All 3 jutsu are for guild use
Technique Name: Searing Smoke: Smokescreen Rank: D Element: Fire Description: By weaving the fire seal and focusing fire chakra onto their lungs, user breathes out, releasing a steady stream of chakra that transforms into smoke, into an area up to 10x10x10 feet. Those caught inside of the smokescreen can't see outside of it, and those outside of the smoked area cannot see inside. The smoke is infused with embers that burn those inside the longer they remain, doing the equivalent of D rank fire damage per post. The smoke lasts for five posts. The creator of the smokescreen can focus their chakra onto the smokescreen and make any point of the screen the point of creation of any smoke-based fire style technique they know. Unlike normal fire style jutsu, smoke-based fire style techniques are countered by wind instead of water. This technique lasts for 3 posts; by paying 5 chakra at the end of the last post, its duration can be extended for one more post.
Technique Name: Searing Smoke: Clone Rank: C Element: Fire Description: The user holds a single seal and then releases a stream of smoke from their mouth which forms itself into up to two solid clones made of smoke. The clones are able to turn themselves into intangible, making them great for scouting or entering places with small crevices. Doing so consumes all of their activations for one post. Searing Smoke clones are able to use any smoke-related katon jutsu known by the user. Upon being destroyed by a hostile force, the clones turn into a searing smokescreen 10x10x10 [or into two 5x5x5 clouds if there are two clones] The smokescreen lasts for 3 posts; by paying 5 chakra at the end of the last post, its duration can be extended for one more post..
Technique Name: Searing Smoke: Heated Light Cover Rank: C Element: Fire Description: The user holds the tiger sign and breathes out chakra just as they do for the smokescreen technique. Upon being breathed out, the user's chakra transforms into a light gray smoke that spreads along a 20ft radius in front of the spot where the technique was used. The smoke, upon making contact with the skin, sears it, causing immense burning pain. Additionally, if the smoke is breathed in, it enters the opponent's system increasing the chakra cost of all of their techniques by 10. This technique lasts for 5 posts; by paying 10 chakra at the end of the last post, its duration can be extended for one more post.

For Guild Use: N
Character: Hesrik Uruksabril Technique Name: Spell Trigger (Lesser) Rank: X - ranked (Learned as C - rank) Element: Maruton Description: Created in memory of the great Contingency fuinjutsu used by his predecessor, this technique allows Hesrik to open a space-time container of sorts that serves as a host for one [1] technique. When activated the "container" opens, causing the next technique cast within the immediate vicinity to be pulled into the event horizon and locked away out of sight. This trigger need not have a physical medium, though if it does the device takes on a slightly oily sheen to represent the coating of the Trigger. Either way, this container is immediately corked with what is called a Trigger, that which determines what causes the technique to activate. Unlike its predecessor, this trigger requires detail, as when it triggers the technique acts in accordance with the exact instructions put forth. tab The cost of the Trigger depends upon the overall technique placed within it. The cost of the trigger being set is equal to one [1] rank higher than the technique being placed within it. Once this information is set the technique remains hidden until activated. A Sensor may detect its presence as a vague field of chakra around his body, but what it does remain hidden. Any attempts to identify the technique fail, though it will reveal what the trigger requirements are.
For Guild Use: N
Character: Hesrik Uruksabril Technique Name: Vasa Pretiosa Rank: A - rank Element: Maruton Description: A dark, mysterious jutsu hand crafted by Hesrik during his time as Mizukage, Vasa Pretiosa is a jutsu that is ritualistically cast upon a container of some sort, be it a physical object like a statue or ring or a pre-prepared container such as a jar or sarcophagus. This ritual requires time, energy, and a concentration as Hesrik focuses all of his arcane knowledge into creating a black and red substance that spills from the tip of his finger. From there he draws the symbol for Contain upon it, and upon completion the heart within his body is immediately transported into the container. If a physical object it becomes masked within the structure of the item, and if a container it will be housed within and the container sealed shut. This creates a powerful spiritual link between Hesrik and the heart he is containing, allowing him to act as if the heart is within his body even if he is in another world. This object gains no further bonuses or inherent defenses upon completion of the technique, and as such Hesrik will need to invest time and energy into protecting it. The only exception is sensory. The contained cannot be sensed, as all powers are focused inwards and as such it appears as a the item it is meant to be. tab Destroying the container will free the Heat, immediately sending a signal spiritually to Hesrik who will know it has been freed. At this point fifteen posts [15] are allowed before the chakra's matrix begins to come apart enough that the heart is effectively no longer a part of Hesrik's makeup.

Utilizing this hymn invokes a raised blood pressure, a tightening of the muscles into coiled springs and a lackadaisical mindset during combat. First and foremost it makes Genjutsu that targets the emotions, Enchantment, more easily resisted with half again [1/2] as much chakra needing to be spent to effect them. Secondly, the Power and Agility stats are increased by two [2] points, with movements becoming smoother, more fluid. As such, physical techniques that require movement within the technique or action, such as striking while moving, requires half [1/2] the cost to utilize. This effects not only the user, but anyone who hears them.

Character: Zuhra Technique Name: My Precious Marionettes Rank: E - Passive Element: Uhhh.. blood? Idk, you never directly answered this aha. Description: A nasty little trick that simply allows Zuhra to communicate with other Ancestors and/or Lessers, letting them discuss strategy or simply have a discussion. The cost for a "link" with someone not "marked", aka other Ancestors/NotHisLessers is C-Rank Chakra that gets sealed away until use. The range of how far one must be from the other is vast, to be able to communicate one must be within the same country as the intended person, if they are marked by feeding. However, to be able to actually speak with them they must know each other, otherwise they can just feel a probing sensation like they are being watched from very close by. In the case of Zuhra and his Lesser(s), should he make any, they can talk to each other from across the world. What makes this a nasty little technique though, is that he can also communicate with those not from his bloodline or under his control, with all him having to do is simply feed from them at least once, aka marking them.
For Guild Use: N
Character: Zuhra Technique Name: You're Such A "Buzz"-kill Rank: B Strength: A - rank Speed: C - rank Element: Maruton Description: Zuhra will manifest his chakra into two orbs, each one centered just above the palms of his hands that after a brief moment will begin to expand and stretch itself and turn into rapidly spinning discs. Zuhra can freely control their movements and the discs will slice through anything of their rank or lower like a knife through butter.
For Guild Use: N
Character: Zuhra Technique Name: Tank Bombardier Rank: B Type: Complex - Combination Methodology: Offensive Frame Required: Medium at the least Element: None Description: Zuhra and a targeted ally will leap high into the air with the help of chakra before meeting at a combined point at which Zuhra will grab his ally and start to spin rapidly with them before launching them hurtling toward the ground at a high rate of speed.

For Guild Use: Y
Character: Siobhan Rosebaum Talent Name: Stone Skin Rank: X, Learned as D Association: Soldier Duration // Upkeep: 2 Posts // No upkeep Element: None Requirement(s): 5 Power Description: The user focuses their energy onto their body, hardening it to the point where they feel no pain from attacks of the rank Stone Skin was performed at, and receive no damage from attacks a rank below Stone Skin starting when the technique is performed at B rank. The effects of Stone Skin last for two [2] posts.
Technique Name: Summoning Ninja Art - Clay Pot Oven Rank: B Element: None {Summoning Jutsu} Description: After making the necessary hand signs, the user bites his thumb until blood is drawn and then draws a single line on the palm of his hand, then, the hand is directed toward where the object is desired to be summoned. After releasing the required amount of chakra, a clay dome is summoned directly in front of the summoner's hand. The clay pot covers roughly a ten-foot radius. It has no entrance or exit beside a foot and a half wide hole directly where the summoner's hand is. The summoned clay dome is strong enough to resist attacks up to B rank, but the material it is made out of is resistant to fire jutsu up to A rank. Additionally, if a fire jutsu is used within the pot, the walls of the Clay Pot Oven become super-heated, raising the temperature rapidly inside, draining the stamina of those trapped inside and applying heat damage equivalent to the power of the technique. {Put a different way, if a fire jutsu with C rank power is used in the oven, it will depleat the equivalent of C rank stamina, and the heat will give out the equivalent pain of a fire jutsu with C rank power.} Clay Pot Oven remains summoned for 3 posts, or until broken or unsummoned by the summoner.
Technique Name: Summoning Ninja Art: Shadow Binding Spell Rank: C Element: None {Summoning Jutsu} Description: After the necessary hand signs, the user will draw blood and draw a line upon the palm of their hand, or any other surface. Upon being activated, weighed metal chains spring forth, binding the target, increasing their activation costs by twenty [20] and reducing their agility stat by two [2] to a minimum of one [1] until the jutsu ends or is broken. Shadow Binding Spell lasts for up to three [3] posts or until it is broken by the target by using the equivalent C Rank strength to break free. Additionally, Shadow Binding Spell can be primed beforehand as a tattoo or a symbol on a surface and be activated once conditions dictated by the summoner are met.
Technique Name: Earth Style: Trapping Sinkhole Rank: B Element: Earth Description: After the necessary hand signs, the user slams their hands onto the ground, sending their chakra to a targeted area no more than twenty [20] feet away from them. The technique has three parts. First, the ground at the epicenter where the user focused their chakra raises up to waist-level, trapping anyone who is caught there. As soon as this slab of stone is raised, the ground in around a fifteen [15] foot radius drops by thirty [30] feet. After this occurs, at the user’s choice and before the end of the power when the technique is used, the hole is sealed by a five [5] foot thick layer of solid earth, trapping the victim.
For Guild Use: No
Character Name: Reza Shah al-Sakaar Technique Name: Crystal Style: King's Army Rank: X [Learned as C] Element: Crystal Description: After making the necessary hand signs, Reza holds the ram sign while channeling their chakra around them for five seconds. The user then releases the chakra, creating one [1] soldiers of solid crystal for every five [5] chakra spent. The soldiers are created with one of three weapons: sword, spear or bow and five [5] arrows. Each soldier created is treated as having one [1] less rank in speed but one [1] more rank in power than its nearest rank in chakra paid, rounded down. As an example, creating six [6] crystal soldiers would have Reza would pay thirty [30] chakra, and the crystal soldiers would each have the equivalent of D-Rank Speed and B rank strength. The crystal soldiers last for a total of five [5] posts, unless destroyed or dispelled. Every post after the initial creation, Reza must pay five [5] chakra per soldier, per post.

_______________Formal Moderator Judgment... ||
tab The following techniques have been [Approved]Jintetsu-kun • Tank Bombardier • You're Such A "Buzz"-kill Rexnov • Summoning Ninja Art: Shadow Binding Spell • Earth Style: Trapping Sinkhole tab The following techniques have been [Denied]Rexnov tab • Crystal Style: King's Army → B - ranked Strength and D - ranked Speed means nothing when you are making dolls that move around. As such they would have to have their own Power and Agility. Add into that that their strength needs to be divided by the power of your technique, the rank, and you're looking at a weakening of the technique. Example: you pay 80 chakra and spawn, say, 8 creatures. Each creature will have 10 chakra/stamina, making them individually weak but able to absorb incoming attacks and such. tab • Summoning Ninja Art - Clay Pot Oven → Needs a weakness to water/ice to balance the fire. tab • Stone Skin → Defense Bonus equal to the rank of the chakra spent, but it is a Simple type defense. Scale of 3. While cast the technique reserves chakra equal to its initial cost until it breaks, or you end the technique. Jintetsu-kun • My Precious Marionettes → The problem I have with this is that there are some characteristics I don't think we discussed. "Zuhra can also physically effect his Lesser(s) using this technique, making them feel a longing to come back to his side that can't be denied, unlike other requests." The reason this is bad is that it forces any RPC to basically be unable to in any way resist you. That can't be allowed. As for the rest I'll approve it, but it will have to be observed to make sure it's not being abused.
