Item Dimensions: For some reason Takira's measurements have been scratched out. Strange that. No matter, the item is no thicker than a normal swimsuit.
Item Weight: Fifteen pounds, a strange weight for a couple pieces of fabric I wonder why?

Description: [X][X][X]
The passions of youth left abandoned... an un-quenchable thirst for summer time fun! The time has come for Takira to cut loose and run wild! The item in question is made out of mostly a nylon fabric. The first piece is a simple triangle string made of a black base and gold accenting in the shapes of fires being blown in the breeze. The second piece is a ruffled bikini bottom that is once again a black base but this time only the ruffling's trim is the golden hue. What would first appear as nothing more than a skimpy outfit made for beach going experiences is in fact a technological marvel. Woven into the the various pieces is a complex system of wiring and waterproof microchips used to project a near invisible force field around its wearer.

Ability Summary:
Beach Bod: Through the mystical and secretive powers of bikini's anyone who shall wear these garments together will find a thin field of energy engulfing their being. Kinetic energy that enters the paper thin layer will be rebounded. In layman's terms this energy will act as a C Ranked Defense for [5] physical attacks per combat encounter: This includes Simple, complex, and spiritual... However the type of attack it protects from is determined by the owner upon activating the field.
Dazzling Sunlight: While the bikini is active the user will find that the sunlight increases the control over their bloodline skills, allowing them to always preform at the rank they are preformed at. Basically dampening effects imposed on them will be nullified without extra cost on the cast.
• If the field is broken in combat the user will need to jump start the armor with an B ranked Chakra surge. If not done the bikini will provide as much defense as a normal bikini one... that is to say not that much. However if only a few layers of the field were broken through no cost will be required to return it to full power... this however cannot be done during combat. When jump starting the armor they can select the setting they wish it to run at: Simple, complex, or spiritual. This cannot be changed until the next jump start.

Umbrella Contraption

Weapon Name: Umbrella Contraption

Description: The Umbrella is a commonly used weapon originating from Amegakure. It functioned as both weapon weaponry and accessory, depending on the shinobi’s needs. While the Umbrella might appear harmless at first glance, it’s been noted to conceal an assortment of armament and gadgets. A single shot flame thrower can be mounted in the hood. The hilt might double as a sword, or more inventive, wires for wire orientated jutsu’s can line the hood and released by a spring loaded mechanism.

Umbrella Statistics

The Umbrella has three different compartments for equipping weapons and tools. Elemental weapons must be fueled by Chakra. Physical tools; senbon, kunai, wire, ect require stamina use.

Each additional rank increases the waters pressure with B-Rank able to cut stone clean through. Three posts of continually B-Rank can breach steel.
E-Rank: A three [3] second stream capable of pushing an averaged sized human back several meters.
D-Rank: A five [5] second stream capable of incapacitating an averaged sized human if directly hit. Inflicts minor blunt damage capable of bruising or, if kept under pressure for two [2] or more posts, is capable of inflicting lacerations on unarmored targets.
C-Rank: A five [5] second stream capable of causing lacerations on unarmored targets.
B-Rank: A six [6] second stream capable of severing the limbs off unarmored targets. Steel and lesser metals can be breached and destroyed if struck with two direct streams.

Flame Thrower: E-B Rank Chakra Consumption per post.
Each additionally rank gives a slight increase to temperature and determines the volume of flame ejected from the weapon.
E-Rank: A three [3] second stream of flame reaching [3] Meters.

Senbon E-Rank Stamina consumption for every twenty [20] senbon ejected.
D-Rank Chakra: Twenty [20] senbon can be manipulated for a twenty [20] meter radius around the user. The twenty senbon must be kept together in a loose or compact cloud.
Hand-Seal: If the user maintains a chosen hand seal they can continually manipulate the senbon in their next posts for D-Rank Chakra Consumption.

C-Rank Chakra: Forty [40] senbon can be manipulated for a twenty [20] meter radius around the user. The forty senbon must be kept together in a loose or compact cloud.
Hand-Seal: If the user maintains a chosen hand seal they can continually manipulate the senbon in their next posts for D-Rank Chakra Consumption.

B-Rank Chakra: sixty [60] senbon can be manipulated for a twenty [20] meter radius around the user. The sixty senbon must be kept together in a loose cloud or compact cloud.
Hand-Seal (1): If the user maintains a chosen hand seal they can continually manipulate the senbon in their next posts for D-Rank Chakra Consumption.
Hand-Seal (2): The user can separate the mass of senbon into two clouds and manipulate them as two different entities for an addition C-Rank Chakra Consumption.


Wrist Launcher

Weapon Name: Wrist Launcher
Weapon Type: Offensive / Supplementary
Weapon Size: Large
Weapon Weight: 1lbs (Each additional barrel adds an additional pound.
Description: The launcher itself is a single barreled ballistic device. It’s most prominent uses are launching various bombs from smoke, explosive, and poison gas clouds to name a few.

Restrictions: Only spherical ammunition can be utilized.
The launcher can be equipped with up to eight barrels on one arm and sixteen barrels if the user chooses to use both arms.
A backpack and reloading equipment can be purchased for enthusiastic users.
Ammunition loaded into backpack must be spherical and the order of ammunition must be noted.
An extension on the reloading equipment can be purchased to feed certain ammunition into certain barrels.
Wrist Launchers and subsequent upgrades can be mounted on puppets.
Wrist Launchers can be customized through weapon applications to integrate the launchers inside puppets for concealed weapons.

Bombs
E-Rank Stamina: is consumed for every two [2] bombs ejected from the top or bottom compartments.
An additional rank of chakra can be consumed to exaggerate the bomb(s) explosive diameter.
D-Rank Stamina: is consumed for every four [4] bombs ejected from the top or bottom compartments.
An additional rank of chakra can be consumed to exaggerate the bomb(s) explosive diameter.
C-Rank Stamina: is consumed for every six [6] bombs ejected from the top or bottom compartments.
An additional rank of chakra can be consumed to exaggerate the bomb(s) explosive diameter.
B-Rank Stamina: is consumed for every eight [8] bombs ejected from the top or bottom compartments.
An additional rank of chakra can be consumed to exaggerate the bomb(s) explosive diameter.

Chakra-Based Blast Amplifier
By infusing a chakra into the bombs fired from the wrist launcher the individual blast radius of fired bombs is modified.
D-Rank Chakra: Doubles bombs effective range.
B-Rank Chakra: Triples bombs effective range.

Additional Components
Auto-Reloader: The Medium Backpack is 16lbs and holds eighteen [18] additional bombs and/or granades. Only two additional bombs maybe reloaded in a single post.

The Large Backpack is 30lbs and holds thirty-six [36] additional bombs and/or granades. Only two additional bombs/granades maybe reloaded in a single post.

Rapid Fire: The Rapid Fire component allows the user to fire bombs with a reduced rank in stamina consumption.
E-Rank: No longer consumes Stamina.
D-Rank: Is now reduced and only requires E-Rank Stamina.
C-Rank: Is now reduced and only requires D-Rank Stamina.
B-Rank: Is now reduced and only requires C-Rank Stamina.


Water Jet Shooters

Weapon Name: Water Stream Shooters
Weapon Type: Offensive / Medium
Weapon Size: Small
Weapon Weight: 4lbs per shooter
Description: Either a ninjutsu inclined user or puppet can use these weapons. A living shinobi and/or non-shinobi class can use the Water Stream shooters as a medium for small scale Water-release jutsu’s. The user and/or puppet carry a small water pouch on their person attached to each shooter.

Restrictions: Water Jet Shooters require a nearby water source or filled water pouch for fuel.
In order for a user to use hand seals they must first detach the Shooters. In the same post they cannot use any hand seal jutsu. The user can only use hand seal jutsu in the next post proceeding their previous detachment post.

Flame Throwers

Weapon Type: Offensive / Medium

Description: Flame throwers in modern era comes in two variants; wrist mounted and handheld. The wrist mounted see considerable more use as oppose to the larger, more cumbersome weapons. They’re commonly used by shinobi to supplement hand seals for small scale katon techniques. The larger weapons are hefty contraptions that require bulky back-mounted canisters. A tube connects the back mounted canisters to the narrow barrel equipped with hose nozzle at its end. A lit fuse set in front of the nozzle will ignite the flammable liquid released by the user.

Restrictions: Large canister flame throwers have a limited fuel supply.
Users cannot use other hand-seal jutsu’s while using the wrist mounted flame throwers.
In order for a user to use hand seals they must first detach the wrist mounted flame throwers. In the same post they cannot use any hand seal jutsu. The user can only use hand seal jutsu in the next post preceding their previous detachment post.

Description: This items allows the user to instantly extend and retract kunai from their sleeve using a spring-loaded wire.

E-Rank Stamina is required to extend the blade per post and withdrawn within the same post.


Retractable Arm

Weapon Name: Retractable Cable Arm
Weapon Type: Offensive
Weapon Size: Medium
Weapon Weight: 28lbs
Description:This device is a mechanical hand with a hole in its palm, which is used to fire a binding wire. The hand itself can extend to grab an opponent from afar and smash them to the ground. The device can even empower the user's physical attacks with the pressure of steam.

Retractable Cable Arm Statistics

C-Rank Stamina: Fire the arm up to ten [10] meters away to grab or strike an intended target. If grabbed, a power ranking of four [4] is required to pry it off within the next post. The arm cannot be retracked in the same post.

D-Rank: An additional D-Rank Stamina can be used in the same post the arm is fired for a speedy retraction to avoid damaging the claw. The user can fire the arm again for D-Rank Stamina in their next post.

B-Rank Stamina: If an object is grabbed the user can compress the hand with a power ranking equal to five [5]. This technique cannot be used in the same post a person or thing is grabbed. The technique can only be used in their next post.

Simple punches and strikes from this arm add additional power rating of two [2]. A user with a power rating of three [3] equipped with this item will strike as if they’re power was five [5].

Taijutsu gain an additional rank of damage when the arm is used in conjunction with the taijutsu technique.


Retractable Shield

Weapon Name: Retractable Shield
Weapon Type: Defensive
Weapon Size: Small
Weapon Weight: 4lbs
Description: It looks like a regular gauntlet when closed. But once opened, it can repel all types of standard weapons such as a kunai.

Retractable Shield

D-Rank Stamina is required to extend the shield and cannot be retracted until the users next post.
Additional Components
Wire: A wire is linked to the retractable shield.
D-Rank Stamina: The user fires the shield for a maximum range of six [6] meters. If the intended target is struck it equates to being struck by a person with a power of five [5].

C-Rank Stamina: The user utilizes the wire similar to a whip, except theirs a small shield at its tip. The effective range is three [3] meters. After this ability is first used all proceeding uses cost D-Rank Stamina.

Bladed Rim: The shields rim is sharpened into a bladed edge.


Retractable Claw

Weapon Name: Retractable Claw
Weapon Type: Offensive
Weapon Size: Medium
Weapon Weight: 12lbs
Description: This device is a mechanical claw. The claw itself can extend to grab an opponent from afar and slash or impale them.

Demon Gauntlets
Taijutsu techniques used with this equipped item have a chance of causing minor to severe lacerations.

C-Rank: Fire the claw up to ten [10] meters away to grab an intended target. If grabbed, a power ranking of three [3] is required to pry it off within the next post. For additional post a person is grabbed by this gauntlet the claws will sink deeper needing an additional one [1] power ranking physically pries off. The Claw cannot be retracked in the same post.

D-Rank: An additional D-Rank Stamina can be used in the same post the claw is fired for a speedy retraction to avoid damaging the claw. The user can fire the claw again for D-Rank Stamina in their next post.

B-Rank: The claw is fired at a maximum range of ten [10] meters. The talons are pointed forwards intending to impale the designated target. If a human or variant is struck by this it is likely a limb is severed in a most brutal fashion or requires immediate medical intention.
Steel and lesser armors crumple beneath the claws velocity and sheer impact.

Additional Components
Shuriken Chain: When the gauntlet is fired its normal chain is replaced with a shuriken chain of the same length.
C-Rank Chakra: When a user fires the claw they can manipulate the chain to ensnare a targets limb if the intended target is a maximum of three [3] meters away. Once ensnared it’ll require a power rating of three [3] to physically dislodge.

B-Rank Stamina: When and if a target is ensnared by the shuriken chain the user can constrict the shuriken chain shred the ensnared limb, rendering it virtually useless.


Handheld Kunai Launcher

Weapon Name: Handheld Kunai Launcher
Weapon Type: Mechanical / Offensive
Weapon Size: Medium / Large
Weapon Weight: 6lbs (Medium) / 10lbs (Large)
Description: The Handheld Kunai Launcher comes in two varieties; Handheld and Shoulder Mounted. The Handheld is similar to a modern day rifle equipped with shoulder stock. It’s pin point accuracy and high speeds makes the Handheld weapon lethal to even trained shinobi’s. The speed at which kunai’s are fired from this weapon is comparable to a high-ranking jonin. It’ll hold cartridges of twenty kunai and can be fired depending on the users whims. Adjustable triggers allow for single shot, burst, and rapid fire. For those cornered by a shinobi, the Kunai Launcher is a fantastic equalizer.

Handheld Kunai Launcher Statistics

Burst Fire:
E-Rank Stamina is required to fire a single five [5] kunai burst from this weapon.
D-Rank Stamina is required to fire two [5] kunai burst from this weapon in a single post.

Rapid Fire:
C-Rank Stamina is required to fire an entire kunai cartridge in a single post. Cannot reload and repeat this ranked ability in the user’s next post. Reloading in the next post grants a free E-Rank Burst fire without stamina consumption.
B-Rank Stamina is required to fire an entire kunai cartridge and reload in the same post. An E-Rank burst fire in the same post. If the B-Rank fire and reload was used without a follow-up E-Rank action the user may use a D-Rank Burst fire without Stamina consumption.

Additional Components
Dual Cartridge: The dual cartridge is two cartridges fused together with both ends pointing opposite to the other. It counts as two cartridges. When one cartridge is empty the user can quickly reload and use an E-Rank Burst Fire without Stamina Consumption.

Durability Modification: The weapon is reinforced and gains a twenty [20] durability bonus. It gains an additional four [4] pounds.

Description: In the face of battles and missions Raijin was being forged by the man who would later become Kira's father. Before the great piece Raijin was supposed to be a Uchigatana with incredible speed and prowess able to strike like the lightning produced by the god its namesake was given. Tragically The sword, while completed, never saw to its original master's hand. Years later the elders of Kira's village found the sword and upon scolding him for his last hmission had planned on giving it to him as a bribe to please him into doing work more towards the letter of the missions given to him. However once more it wouldn't go into the intended wielders hands as Kira was encased in the odd crystal plague that had harmed all the children of the world. Raijin is now said to be laid somewhere out there. But as for Kira's knowledge of the blade he only knows it is a family hierloom he wants back in his possession.

Ability Summary:
• The Blade itself was infused with Lightning chakra from various Raiton users from Kira's village throughout the varied processes of its forging stages and thus has a natural affinity towards the chakra element. Lightning based ninjutsu often gain a significant increased when channeled through the blade.

As a uchigatana It could be easily used as a one-handed sword because of the thickness and short tang of the sword making it relatively light. it's design as a Uchigatana became very popular due to these reasons- it was very convenient to wear and use, it did not interfere with the use of pole-arm, the increasing frequency of war fought on foot, and the need for speed on the open battlefields. Being shorter than tachi, uchigatana was more conveniently used in confined quarters like inside a building. Uchigatana’s blade has the curvature near the point of the sword. Since the sword was drawn from below, the act of cutting down the enemy became the act of striking

Like most Raiton techniques It has a weakness to Fuuton Ninjutsu's targeting it and it's user. Thus when channeling lightning charkra agaisnt a wind style user the blades chakra often back fire into a random lightning bolt away from the wind style user's ninjutsu.

Raijin Has a special Ninjutsu attack known as 雷鳴 (raimei) Channeling Chakra into the blade [40 chakra] Kira or any other Raiton user can send out a impactful chakra infused lightning bolt infront of them. The bolt can travel in multiple directions after reaching 3 meters in length but at the cost of control for Kira or anyone wielding Raijin.

Raijin being a specialty item, even for being a old world relic, takes a considerable long time to help repair and sharpen to perfection with the new world technology block they have. thus it takes twice as much money and time to upgrade and repair the blade whenever it hits a lower durability than10.

The launcher can be equipped with up to eight barrels on one arm and sixteen barrels if the user chooses to use both arms.
A backpack and reloading equipment can be purchased for enthusiastic users.
Ammunition loaded into backpack must be spherical and the order of ammunition must be noted.
An extension on the reloading equipment can be purchased to feed certain ammunition into certain barrels.
Wrist Launchers and subsequent upgrades can be mounted on puppets.
Wrist Launchers can be customized through weapon applications to integrate the launchers inside puppets for concealed weapons.

Description: Flame throwers in modern era comes in two variants; wrist mounted and handheld. The wrist mounted see considerable more use as oppose to the larger, more cumbersome weapons. They’re commonly used by shinobi to supplement hand seals for small scale katon techniques. The larger weapons are hefty contraptions that require bulky back-mounted canisters. A tube connects the back mounted canisters to the narrow barrel equipped with hose nozzle at its end. A lit fuse set in front of the nozzle will ignite the flammable liquid released by the user.

Restrictions: Large canister flame throwers have a limited fuel supply.
Users cannot use other hand-seal jutsu’s while using the wrist mounted flame throwers.
In order for a user to use hand seals they must first detach the wrist mounted flame throwers. In the same post they cannot use any hand seal jutsu. The user can only use hand seal jutsu in the next post preceding their previous detachment post.

Simple punches and strikes from this arm add additional power rating of two [2]. A user with a power rating of three [3] equipped with this item will strike as if they’re power was five [5].

D-Rank Stamina: The user fires the shield for a maximum range of six [6] meters. If the intended target is struck it equates to being struck by a person with a power of five [5].

C-Rank Stamina: The user utilizes the wire similar to a whip, except theirs a small shield at its tip. The effective range is three [3] meters. After this ability is first used all proceeding uses cost D-Rank Stamina.

Bladed Rim: The shields rim is sharpened into a bladed edge.


Retractable Claw

Description: This device is a mechanical claw. The claw itself can extend to grab an opponent from afar and slash or impale them.

Demon Gauntlets
Taijutsu techniques used with this equipped item have a chance of causing minor to severe lacerations.

C-Rank: Fire the claw up to ten [10] meters away to grab an intended target. If grabbed, a power ranking of three [3] is required to pry it off within the next post. For additional post a person is grabbed by this gauntlet the claws will sink deeper needing an additional one [1] power ranking physically pries off. The Claw cannot be retracked in the same post.

D-Rank: An additional D-Rank Stamina can be used in the same post the claw is fired for a speedy retraction to avoid damaging the claw. The user can fire the claw again for D-Rank Stamina in their next post.

B-Rank: The claw is fired at a maximum range of ten [10] meters. The talons are pointed forwards intending to impale the designated target. If a human or variant is struck by this it is likely a limb is severed in a most brutal fashion or requires immediate medical intention.
Steel and lesser armors crumple beneath the claws velocity and sheer impact.

Additional Components
Shuriken Chain: When the gauntlet is fired its normal chain is replaced with a shuriken chain of the same length.
C-Rank Chakra: When a user fires the claw they can manipulate the chain to ensnare a targets limb if the intended target is a maximum of three [3] meters away. Once ensnared it’ll require a power rating of three [3] to physically dislodge.

B-Rank Stamina: When and if a target is ensnared by the shuriken chain the user can constrict the shuriken chain shred the ensnared limb, rendering it virtually useless.


Handheld Kunai Launcher

Description: The Handheld Kunai Launcher comes in two varieties; Handheld and Shoulder Mounted. The Handheld is similar to a modern day rifle equipped with shoulder stock. It’s pin point accuracy and high speeds makes the Handheld weapon lethal to even trained shinobi’s. The speed at which kunai’s are fired from this weapon is comparable to a high-ranking jonin. It’ll hold cartridges of twenty kunai and can be fired depending on the users whims. Adjustable triggers allow for single shot, burst, and rapid fire. For those cornered by a shinobi, the Kunai Launcher is a fantastic equalizer.

C-Rank Stamina is required to fire an entire kunai cartridge in a single post. Cannot reload and repeat this ranked ability in the user’s next post. Reloading in the next post grants a free E-Rank Burst fire without stamina consumption.
B-Rank Stamina is required to fire an entire kunai cartridge and reload in the same post. An E-Rank burst fire in the same post. If the B-Rank fire and reload was used without a follow-up E-Rank action the user may use a D-Rank Burst fire without Stamina consumption.

Additional Components
Dual Cartridge: The dual cartridge is two cartridges fused together with both ends pointing opposite to the other. It counts as two cartridges. When one cartridge is empty the user can quickly reload and use an E-Rank Burst Fire without Stamina Consumption.

Durability Modification: The weapon is reinforced and gains a twenty [20] durability bonus. It gains an additional four [4] pounds.

Weapon Dimensions: The Main Component, a Dagger like blade with no tang that is composed of s7 high carbon tool steel. The blade is attached to a mechanism that is custom fitted to a Gauntlet that measures out to a foot and 3 inches in length.

Weapon Weight: The weight of the mechanism combined with the gauntlet is weighed in total about 5 to 6 lbs

Description: Back when new experimental weapons where being designed for spies, assassins, and ninja's alike one thing stood out in the research- a blade hidden in a unconventional spot that security guards wouldn't normally look for. With this in mind This devise was put into construction and study. The research into the blade wasn't much cost wise but the effort to put in, assembly, production, and distribution made the new weapon impracticable and therefore obsolete for large scale use. It is said that only up to 20 where made and from those 20 this was the only one to make it out to this century.

Design Specs Where always schetchy at best cool
> the first five required the removal of the third finger down to its first digit and then cauterized. As the design flaw was addressed the amputation was no longer needed. It is a mystery whether this particular model is one of the five that requires the amputation or not. The blade however is not the only thing that makes this devise applicable. The dagger itself that lays within the devise mechanism is detachable and interchangeable but understandably those that are switched out with the original blade wont be as effective or as well made as the original blade.

The Overlay Gauntlet Is comprised of 1095 carbon steel lined with a layer of leather and leather bolsters to hold it in place on the arm. The gauntlet is not only meant to help in the protection of the tough narrow dagger blade but in also to help in the users hand and arm for emergency defense.

This remarkable piece of technology lays dormant somewhere now waiting to be found by someone or someone's nation for use once again.

Ability Summary:
• One of the more unique properities of this blade is that someone can pour mana into the metal and penetrate through most barriers be it physical or Magikal..

Upon being found it has a 5/20 chance of being one of the first five prototypes that require finger amputation.

Due to the quality of the gauntlets metal it is possible to use it as a impromptu buckler when needed

The Blade itself can only take up to 3 direct hits of damage. To explain, Say a a person where to come up towards the wearer and the wearer used the blade, instead of the gauntlet, to deflect the blow. that blade would start to either crack or bend slightly out of alignment with the mechanism inside the devise. two more hits of such a caliber and the blade itself would not be able to retract back into the mechanism and would therefore be useless. Replacement blades however would not have such resilience and would either bend or break with the first deflection, this three hit rule only applies with the original blade..

The interchangeable blade can be used to allow different kinds of inventive blade types to be equipped instead of the original blade itself. However such things take time and usual run up to a hour of prep before it can be used. The blades themselves must be made separately by a skilled craftsman who can study the technology design for at least a day.

Weapon Dimensions: The Dagger design is Two inches wide by Nine inches long. The metal is composed of Chakra [Mana] infused S7 high carbon metal. the Chakra blade is integrated with a release and retract mechanism. Activating either one requires a pull on a high tensile string connected to the ring that releases and retracts connected to a high carbon ring placed on one fo the four index fingers of the less dominant hand of the holder.

This mechanism is then attached to either a steel plated or hardened leather gauntlet. that acts as a form of small buckler. The gauntlet is as long as the wielders forearm.

Weapon Weight: A total estimated weight of the entire Weapon design is roughly Six to nine lbs.

Description: An experimental design that was shared between the old villages of sand and leaf to hide small weapons of death into secured rooms requesting no weapons to be allowed. The study and manufacture of the concealed weapon was soon installed. The research into the blade wasn't much cost wise but the effort to put in, assembly, production, and distribution made the new weapon impracticable and therefore obsolete for large scale use. It is said that only up to 20 where made and from those 20, this single weapon was the only one to make it out to this century.

The first experiments required the removal of one finger on the non dominant hand. Later on it became clear that would be to much of a indicator that something was wrong. Further study allowed for the finger not to be amputated at all. After making there first batch of weaponry, both prototype and completed product, it was deemed to much of a waste of resources, even with the cost of building the weapons being so small. The project was there fore scrapped and the weapons only given to those who had the money from missions to purchase them,

Along side the blade, forged out of the special iron ore to manipulate mana, a ornate design was Repoussé along the out covering vambrace to look like feathers and a bird like icon appear onto the metal. leather is then padded along the inside until the mechanism on the bottom can be attached. Once the mechanism of the item was made it was installed underneath the forearm of the vambrace by tieing it with more leather straps.

Ability Summary:
Upon first discovery there is a small percent chance that the found Hidden Blade can amputate the person who first wields it. The percentage of such a chance is to be determined of the DM's discretion between a chance of 1-20.

Using an old method of forging what where called 'Chakra Blades' blades that could channel or store what is now called mana. The dagger portion of this weapon/armor equipment can act as a catalyst for mana in the Chakra blade. When agitated the Dagger blade of the mechanism is able to penetrate past armor durability straight into the body beneath the armor. Depending on the level of armor requires a different level of mana cost. Starting out at D rank and progressing to the capped strength of B-rank mana cost.

The armor portion of the item is built more like a sturdy Rondache Shield. Though meant to be one the left hand on a person it can easily be put on the right hand if it is the less dominant of the two. The Scale that this 'Vambrace' has is on what the new world calls 'scale' of at least 10 at D ranking.

Description: This weapon was made in the olden days of ninja, made within the Land of Fire by an up-and-coming blacksmith. The blacksmith had rendered this weapon an abject failure, but he had mistakenly cursed it, giving it the augments it still bears to the day. Legend has it, when the frozen blade Tsuki is drawn, something dies.

Ability Summary:

• Cloud Clear: This would have to be a per-post-cooldown. Meaning, it takes 3 posts to gather enough residual mana to do it, or take 60 points of mana damage, in which case you'd have paid enough for it to be used. Once "charged", it stays so until it's used. Activation does take an Action. If the target is wet, they gain 1 step of Frostbite.
• Frosty Monet: When drawn, and 15 Mana is paid to activate its aura, an aura surrounds the wielder that creates a polar vortex they are immune to while holding the blade. Moisture in the air, if present, freezes and rotates around the user in the direction of the vortex, causing all within a five meter radius of him to take E - ranked Ice damage. This does not supersede armor, but natural fires of E - ranked size are automatically snuffed out, and the wielder may use the cold to counteract heat effects suffered, Affliction or Spell.
• Sword of the Stranger: The sword watches, the sword mimics. While in combat the blade is constantly watching the foe, and once it witnesses an ability it quickly analyzes the movement. If it's something that the blade can recognize as something it can use, it bestows its wielder with the ability to use it for the rest of the battle, albeit paying an additional 10% in mana or stamina to activate it, as the user doesn't have the training necessary to use it seamlessly.
