Nope. The prize is to create a legendary NPC who will be famous by the time of the RP's setting. Suzaku isn't a phoenix it's the japanese name for a Chinese Phoenix Like Guardian of the South. Houou would be better I think.

I got a brief idea for a what kind of power the Kaijukage have that's passed down from the generations of the Kaijugakure's leaders, but I don't got it's exact nature or name figured out yet. I haven't thought of anything good enough.
