Atlas sat on the dirt road of some impoverished village located in ********, his head in his hands. It’d been a while since he’d eaten, and his sword hungered some throw aways, anything. He loathed being in this place, but he heard they’d pay well for someone to ‘handle’ some bandits that had been harassing them. That’s what he’d heard anyway, but he has yet to see anything that resembled that offer. So there he sat, fighting against the snagging clutches of sleep, and slowly failing. People passed on by, exchanging whispers and quizzical looks, telling their kids to not bother the armed swordsman. Atlas didn’t exactly fit in appearance-wise, outfitting himself with someone rather expensive looking. He looks up, frowning. “Would you like something?” The people went on their way, leaving the wayward teen alone with a raggedy looking old man. “Are you here for the job?” Atlas sighed, standing up tall. He stretched, surveying his surroundings once more. There wasn’t many people living in this village. It probably took all their combines efforts to scrape up a decent sum of money for this supposed job. These bandits must be quite troublesome. Nevertheless, Atlas was becoming exceedingly aware of the sun collapsing behind the mountains. It was getting late. “That I am.” The man nodded hurriedly. “Of course, of course. These bandits terrorize us almost everyday, pillaging our village, burning our crops, and..” Atlas shook his head and smiled, exposing his canines. “I don’t need the specifics, I’ll get the job done. For the right price.” The old man seemed nervous. “Yes, uh, you’ll be compensated quite fashionably. The marauders will most likely come tomorrow morning, so you can spend a night in our inn. If I forgot to mention, I am the leader of this village. Atlas was already walking away from the man, towards the inn. “I must mention that Laz and his men are formidable!” He warnings reached deaf ears. Right now, all that was on Atlas’ mind was going to sleep on some shitty bed in that inn.
No one was on the streets the next day, leaving something to be desired from the little village. No one but Atlas and a few men approaching the entrance. People watched from their roofs and window sills, far away enough to be safe, but close enough to be entertained. The men sneered as they met with Atlas, and he smiled back. “I’m going to eat you.” He pointed at the man in the middle. A burly looking one laughed standing behind the man Atlas address laughed, putting his hand on the handle of his sword. “‘Ey Laz, this guy thinks he can eat ya’.” He said. The man known as Laz grinned. “Yeah about that, here’s what is really going to happen. We’re gonna set you as the example, and mount your head on a pike. Then we’re going to have some fun in there.” He glances at the village, eyes stricken with evil dedication.
Altas laughs. His sword was practically howling at him at this point. It couldn’t speak, but the Guru could tell what the Genjumin felt, what they wanted. “Well aren’t you a heartthrob, Laz. As I was saying. I’m going to eat you. Then…” He points to the bigger man behind him. “I’m going to beat you death. And…” His finger moves to the last man. “I’ll make you the example.” The example seems to take offense to those commandments, because he draws his sword. Atlas draws his faster, a blink later his sword was drawn, and the man let’s out a short yelp. His torso hits the ground before his legs do, his open wound dirtying the ground red. Atlas then rushes forward, acting like a human battering ram. He practically picks up the bigger man, a look of surprise and terror beholding his face. Atlas breaks through a wall, hearing the mans bones crack under pressure. Atlas climbs of the man, leaving him amongst the rubble. “It’s almost over buddy.” He kinda felt bad for the guy. Kinda. Atlas grabs his collar, lifting up his head. His fist crashes against the man's cheek. He does it again. And again. And again. And again. And again. His fist dyed red, Atlas can hear the man beg, or try to, with whatever he calls his lungs now. The screams stop eventually, and so do the punches. “One more.” Atlas looks over his shoulder, peering at Laz with his innocent blue eyes. “So what was it that you were going to do to me?”
Face to face now, Laz swung his sword at Atlas. He ducks under the arc and plows his knee into his stomach. Laz drops his weapon and collapses to the ground. Atlas doesn’t bother drawing his Genjumin. “Come on now, get up.” Laz spits out something red, then proceeds to stand his ground. He raises his fists, earning a weary smile from Atlas. Laz curses at Atlas. “Go on then!” Atlas doesn’t move, shrugging. Frustration consumes Laz, as he rushes at Atlas, swinging at his cheek. The Guru’s jaw unhinged, revealing a ultra sharp set of chompers. He engulfs Laz’s fist and bites down, leaving nothing but a stomp. “Laz you taste like s**t.” Atlas’ mouth grows bigger, an entrance to oblivion. He thinks better of it tho, closing his mouth. He draws his sword, and slashes at the man, leaving a gash in his chest. “How you feeling? Little sluggish?” He cuts him again. “Maybe a little lethargic?” Laz stumbles backwards, screaming. Atlas punctures the man’s shoulder. “Can’t move, can you? Good.” Laz gives him a look of desperation. “I want you to be awake for this.” Atlas sheaths his sword, and begins to dig in. Muffled screams and sounds of tearing muscle seems to echo for miles.
The leader hands Atlas a pouch. “T-t-thank you, for h-h-h-elping us, good sir. Please g-go.” Atlas smiles, revealing his pearly whites. A blood covered Atlas, takes his money from a terrified little village and leaves, whistling an upbeat tune. "I'm a hero."
Rakurai stood in the woods about a mile from the village, looking around he decided this was a good spot to meditate. He sat down, legs crossed and meditated for a few minutes and the used his cloud wisp jutsu. He focused his chakra and a cloud formed and went high in the air as he viewed the whole area within a few miles. He saw a farm further from the village than he was with a small bit of smoke rising from it and he thought that was peculiar so he had the cloud go to ground level and sneak into the farm. It got pretty close and he got a good view of the layout and the farmers who seemed to have lost their humanity until one of them noticed the cloud and they jumped to life, all attacking the cloud. One of them used a gardening sickle and slashed through it, causing Rai's mind to jump back into his body with a gasp and he jumped up to his feet. He ran toward the farm until he got about 400 meters away, meeting a farmer who possessed a lot of chakra for a civilian. The man ran toward him with a sharp sickle in both his hands “Yo, what the hell?” he said trying to talk it out rather than fight but the man didn't respond he just kept attacking so Rakurai made a small ball of black lightning in his right hand and his right cheek tattoo and eyes glowed yellow while he continued to sprint toward the man. He threw the ball once he got about 15 feet away from the man and it hit him directly in the chest, digging into his skin and electrocuting him to death quickly. By the time the man hit the ground he was dead and Rakurai stood over the body, looking at the shell of a man that remained wondering what was going on in this once peaceful area. He looked to the farm and there were three other farmers out in the open all with sharp farm tools. Rai pulled his Meian Ha hilt out in his right hand and focused his chakra to cause a white blade a foot long as his tattoo changed color to a bright white and ran over to the farmers, they saw him quickly and ran toward him growling like brutes. He slowed down to a stop as they got close and allowed the first one to attack first, he swung his sickle at Rai and he dodged and blocked it with his blade, slicing it on the wood breaking the tip off of it easily. The tip fell to the ground as the farmer was left with a long stick. Rai then punched the man in the face with his left fist causing him to stumble backward leaving an opening for Rai to dash forward and plung his tanto upward into the man's sternum. He turned to the other two running toward him and put his hand up, focusing chakra as the tattoo and his eye temporarily glowed yellow he shoot a ball at one to the left causing him to stop and stare at it as it rushed toward him. The ball then swerved from the farmer, missing him but hitting the farmers to his other side directly in the chest. The ball of lightning would electrocute the men and dig out a hole directly in his chest, killing him. The last farmer was a bit stunned as it looked at its dead comrades but shrugged it off quickly and ran toward Rai again and tried to stab him with a pitch fork. Rai's tattoo returned to glowing white as he spun out of the way of the attack to the left and kicked the pitchfork out of the farmers hand. The farmer swung two punches at him and he weaved one but got caught with a left fist to the face. The punch barely did any damage, so he countered by punching the man as hard as he could in the stomach, knocking the wind out of him and causing him to hunch over holding his stomach. Rai followed that up by stabbing his tanto into the spine of the farmer, severing it and killing him. He then stopped the flow of chakra in his blade causing it to return to its original form and his tattoo stopped glowing, turning black again as he walked around the farm looking for some answer as to what caused this to happen to them. He looked around and didn't find anything or anyone else so he went inside the farmhouse and looked around. It was pretty empty and very dusty, but it was shelter so he didn't mind it for now so he would stay here and relax for a bit. He sat down in a chair, closed his eyes thinking about the events. He wondered if whatever was wrong with them would have spread to the rest of the village had he not have taken out those four threats. word count 850x50=40000

After a long rest Rakurai would leave the house and look around, seeing no one in the area so he walked toward the open area that used to be a farm but now was just weeds and grass due to lack of maintenance. He sat down with his legs crossed and his eyes closed and started to meditate for about a half an hour before he decided to finally learn his first kekkai genkai jutsu, and wanted to start off with a challenge... The Laser Circus. He focused chakra into his hand as it glowed black and covered with lightning and hes thrusted his arm forward trying to launch a beam forward but it did not work. He looked at his hand which was still charged with chakra and assumed it just wasnt enough for such a high rank jutsu. He then decided to redirect the chakra through the rest of his body and focused harder. His body then glowed black with electricity and lightning coursed around his whole body. He then relaxed as the jutsu dispersed and he returned to normal.

The shinobi cannot move while in this state.
He decided to try the Laser circus again, so he focused more chakra to his hand and it was covered in black lightning. He thrusted it toward a tree and a beam of black lightning shot out of his hand and curved in an arc formation to the tree, destroying the trunk and toppling it. He looked at his hand and smiled knowing that this jutsu would quickly become one of his favorites.

• Reizaa Saakasu [ Laser Circus ] Chuunin Manipulating their ability to mold Raiton and Suiton, the user will perform the needed handsign and release threads of "liquid lightning" from their freehand. Because of their composition and formation, these beams deal both impact and electric damage. The user is also able to bend these beams toward their target in order to deliver pinpoint strikes. Each beam costs [5] chakra to form, and can be bent freely. They are all considered as separate techniques.
The young man sat on the ground with his legs crossed meditating with his hands on his lap, palms facing up. He focused his chakra to his palms causing black electricity to spark all over his hands, emanating from his palms. after a few minutes he began making the chakra burst out a little periodically, causing short bursts of electricity to come from his hands not more than a foot before dispersing. These weak bursts were part of his sage routine to control his ranton chakra fully from minuscule amounts of electricity to strong lightning bolts. He continued doing this for a few minutes until his hand stopped sparking and he meditated a bit more focusing his chakra his mind. After about a half hour in all he opened his eyes and stood up to stretch a bit. He had been wandering and living alone in relative peace for years, exploring the world until he started training and relaxing more and felt quite content in his life. He had not seen any people in about a month before seeing those farmers, so this isolation could be lonely at times it was disappointing that the first group of people he saw in so long looked so weird. he had a sense he should go do something new soon but wasn't sure where his next destination should be so he would stay and train in this area before his journey could continue. He stood up straight and let out a long sigh as he finally finished his routine, ready to start training. He pulled his tanto blade out with his right hand and ran towards a tree and sliced it, leaving a big gash in it. He then focused chakra into his hand causing black lightning to cover his hand and slowly covering the blade until it was completely black and charged with lightning. The then struck the tree again, this time leaving a much deeper gash that had burn marks from the lightning on it. He stepped away from the tree and put the blade back in its hilt and thought of what to do next.

Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.
He then focused his chakra all over his body, covering himself in a thick layer of black lightning until his whole body embodied the essence of a bolt of lightning. It made his body feel so much more power and speed a grin filled his face from ear to ear. He took a step forward and bolted in a straight line at the speed of lightning until he hit a big tree, demolishing it at the base. His body returned to normal as he stood with his back to the burning stump.

Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique) Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards. Note: This technique can be used in conjunction with other jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state. It cannot be used to flee.
He then focused his chakra all over his body again, but even harder this time, covering himself in black lightning. It made his body feel better for a few seconds but not a significant boost. His body returned to normal within five seconds as he looked around feeling nothing anymore.

He tried one more time to focus his chakra all over his body, covering himself in a thick layer of black lightning that was absorbed by his muscles. It made his body feel so much more power and speed that he felt invincible. He ran around using the boost of speed to his advantage until he punched a tree, blowing a hole in it, then throwing a right hook at it which toppled the tree completely.

Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor) Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact.
Rai smiled and started walking toward the village to see if there were people that were as odd as the farmers there, and if not he was hoping to have a good time exploring the small village. once he got close to it he went in the woods and hid behind a bush, overlooking the area. He didn't know if there were any threats so he closed his eyes and focused as a cloud with the shape of his face formed in front of him. his mind transferred to the cloud and it drifted up to the sky and went into the village where he saw normal people walking around and going about their daily lives, he smiled out of relief. he undid the jutsu and waked into the village, looking around at the scenery. as he walked the people seemed a bit nervous and stared at him all at once for a few seconds, obviously unsure of his intentions. He raised his hands in the air and spoke to disarm them. "I'm Rakurai Raiken, a traveling shinobi, I'm just here to visit peacefully" the people were instantly relieved but he could tell a few still didn't trust him. "I am just looking for somewhere to stay for the night and continue traveling tomorrow." a short man walked up to him and directed him to the inn and the other attractions in the village. he smiled and thanked the man before walking around for a few minutes and going to the inn. After arriving he spoke to the innkeeper briefly, making small talk before paying her for a night in a room. He then decided to ask a more important question. "I noticed the villagers giving me some odd looks when I arrived, why's that? most villages i have visited welcomed me with open arms as a shinobi." she chuckled at Rai's ignorance and innocence before responding. ""we've been attacked by bandits constantly for a very long time until we recently employed a leaf shinobi to help with them, so the people are nervous around any visitors.'"" "I understand their fear of bandits, but after that shinobi saved you shouldn't you feel safer? especially around shinobi?" she looked him in the eyes and sighed ""thats the problem, the shinobi that saved us scared us just as much... the bandits stole our money, but after he stopped them he tortured them like none of us have ever seen... it was shocking, and on top of that we believe the bandits must have had a leader which may return at any time." Rai now understood the situation properly and felt empathy for the villagers. "there are alway some bad apples, but I'm one of the good guys don't worry. if anyone comes as a threat I'll deal with them for free." he stood tall as his voice radiated his usual cavalier attitude, as his yellow eyes met hers his confidence in himself spread to her and she smiled, knowing he was being honest. "thank you, we spent all of our money to pay that shinobi so you have perfect timing." he smirked and winked at her. "I always do." with that he left up the stairs to his room and went to sleep.
In the morning he woke up and sat on his bed in his meditative position, focusing his chakra to his hands causing them to glow with black electricity along with the tattoo on his right cheek. he stayed in that position for about a half hour while praying and meditating before opening his glowing eyes and stopping the flow of chakra. he then got up and went downstairs, seeing the same innkeeper with a bowl of rice for him to eat. It wasn't much but free food to a traveler is blessing so he scarfed it down quickly. she graciously kept refilling his bowl to his hearts content until he was full. he then got up and thanked her for the meal before walking to the door and leaving. he explored the village for the day enjoying the peaceful and simple life they lived so much he felt obligated to stay. by night fall he had returned to the inn again and rented the same room before starting another conversation with the woman. they would speak over dinner before leaving and going to bed, which topped off a great day of relaxation, when he got to his room he stared drinking rum from his flask while reading a book on mythology for a while until he was tired enough to go to sleep. In the morning he overslept by many hours and awoke to her knocking on his door. ""Theres a lot of noise outside and I think you should check it out."" He got up slowly, not hung over but just groggy and grabbed his gear on his way out. he heard a loud sound of wood breaking and it caught his attention. "that IS loud" he said as he ran out the house, without any regard for his own safety. He immediately saw a large man in the middle of the street walking in his direction. he looked like a shinobi and behind him in his path were many broken wagons, buildings and property damaged, and small fires set to two buildings. Rai was enraged by his and decided to end this man without a word. he focused chakra into his hand as a large ball of black lightning formed in his palm the size of a basketball. Rai stepped toward the man and threw it as hard as he could, it swerved through the air on its way to the man until at the last second the man dove to the side while pulling a few shuriken out and throwing the at Rai. Rai pulled out a kunai and deflected them, but as soon as he looked toward the man, he was charging at him and he had already closed most of the gap between them. Rai ran towards the man and swung his kunai in his right hand, the man tried to dodge it, but got a shallow slice on the right arm. It didnt stop him as he swung his fist at Rai's stomach, making full contact. Rai got the wind knocked out of him and held his stomach with his left hand, but swung his right arm again, this time missing the man as he jumped back. He could tell this man was stronger than him and just about as fast as him so he decided to keep a little distance from now on, cutting any taijutsu advantage he may have. ""Another shinobi to defend these peons? how can they afford to pay you but not us?"" Rai smirked as he regained his breath. "I'm not doing it for the money, I'm gonna stop you for free and then take all the money you took from them this whole time back." The man laughed heartily. ""You think some amateur volunteer can stop me? you've gotta be kidding me!" Rai realized that this man was a lot cockier than he was so he had to humble him a little bit. "You'll see" Rai said as he charged more black lightning into his right hand and shot a wide beam of lightning at him. they were too close for the man to react and dodge fully, although he barely dodged the main blast, there were several bolts of lightning shooting from it which hit him causing severe pain and stunning him. He fell to the ground face down as Rai walked over to him. "return the goods, apologize and I'll let you live..." This was the last warning the man would get before execution, but he didn't heed it at all. he made some quick handsigns and turned around, blowing a large ball of fire. Rai saw it coming, but couldnt avoid it fully. the heat scorched some of his clothes and skin but did not do severe damage to his skin. He got mad and charged more chakra into his hand as the bandit ran towards him, the sound of chirping birds could be heard throughout the village as black electricity gathered and sparked all around. Rai dashed towards the man at breakneck speed, shocking him... almost as much as the Chidori in his chest. he felt a sudden pain in his chest, he looked down and saw Rai's arm covered in a black chidori sticking through his chest. There was a gaping hole where it came through and destroyed his heart and lungs, he opened his mouth but nothing came out besides a flow of blood. Rai pulled his hand out and sighed, he was glad it was over but not glad he got more blood on his hands. He looked around at the damage as three more buildings were destroyed and set on fire in the crossfire of the fight. The village which was already in shambles, was almost completely destroyed now, and he felt bad for them. he walked over and searched the man's dead body and found some money and a key, he turned to the villagers who were now coming outside to see the aftermath now that it was safe. he held the bag of coins in the air and smiled at them, then he poured out the money at his feet. "this key is probably for his base so I will go find the rest of your stuff by nightfall." they cheered and ran to grab the coins he spilled and he walked away before sitting down and focusing his chakra to use cloud wisp jutsu again. the cloud formed with his face in it and explored the skies searching for a place they could have stashed the goods. after 10 minutes he found bandit community with about 3 men in it and 4 others on the border of the vilage waiting for their boss to finish getting his revenge. Rai undid the jutsu and stood up, the villagers were still celebrating so he ran off without a word. Once he got withing range of the border of the village he was spotted by the bandits who were scared, realizing their boss had died. they threw several shuriken and kunai at him which he dodged easily, ducking and weaving by them. he focused chakra into his right hand and shot two beams of black lightning at two of the men, striking them in the chest and coming out the other side, killing them instantly. the other 2 were shocked but pulled their blades out and ran towards Rai, who pulled out a hilt from his pocket. He focused chakra into his hand again, causing a white whip 10 feet long that was made of pure white razor sharp Hatake chakra. they were even more scared now, but couldnt back down, so one sped up but the other slowed down. He lashed the whip at the front runner, who ducked and tried to block it with his blade, but the whip broke through it with ease making a loud sound. the bandit dropped the blade and his teammate saw what happened and knew to avoid it. Rai then lashed the whip to the left, sweeping at the second man's legs trying to slice him. The man saw it coming and jumped over it like a jump rope and kept running so Rai swung the whip in a full circle and swung again at the first bandit who was running at him bare fisted. The whip ripped into his left side of the body, cutting through his left arm and slicing into his chest sideways. leaving him on the ground gasping for breath holding his stump. While he was distracted the second bandit threw a shuriken at him, striking his left shoulder. He took the hit without stumbling and pulled the whip back and out of the mans chest, and lashed out at the second bandit who was now too close to react. the whip wrapped around his waist and dug into his stomach causing it to split open, killing him slowly. he unwrapped the whip and deactivated it leaving only a hilt in his hand. He had already used up a lot of chakra but thanks to his outrageously boosted reserves he still felt energized enough to rush to the bandit hideout.he looked back at the village and then ran away never looking back. "Hopefully there are no surprises there, i don't got time to waste on these last few scum bags." He said to himself with a laugh, being alone fore so long made him accustomed to talking to himself, but he never really answered so he didn't consider himself crazy... yet. he ran to the hideout and once he got outside he made a lightning clone which continued running straight in while he stayed outside in the bushes watching. There was one big wooden building and two small ones, and the clone ran in the middle of the two buildings and looked around. It saw the door to one of the small buildings open as three men came out to stop him, but he focused his chakra and thrusted his arm forward straight at them. There was a large stream of black lightning aimed straight at the open door way to try take them all out at once but the two in the room saw it coming and ran out of the way, the man in the doorway could not avoid it and was blasted knocking him into the room and through the wall, destroying the doorway and leaving a 7 foot hole in both sides of the building which was now burning with the two men inside. when the man landed he was singed and shocked to death, and the other two were hit by small streams of lightning shooting from the beam. They were stunned and in pain so Rai jumped through the door way and put both of his hands out at his sides facing the enemies and blasted two orbs of black ranton chakra at each of them as they were getting up to fight. The men would be launched out of the room through the walls leaving huge holes on both sides that started to burn as well. Rai looked around at the building, a huge hole and fire burning on each wall making it difficult to get out. He decided to just jump back through the burning hole in the doorway and looked around, the men had already gotten up but each of them had bloody burn marks on their chests with their shirts burnt to bits. He smirked as they grimaced in pain and anger. They stumbled towards him before they ran at him. The clone then used his hatake chakra to cover both of his hands and waited for them to attack. They drew their blades and swung them at him, but he swung his hands just as hard to each side and blocked them, causing one to snap and the other to bend at a 70 degree angle. He swung his right hand at the man with the broken blade, and sliced his right arm open but was stabbed in the back by the other one's crooked blade. The bandit smiled until the clone burst into electricity knocking them back a little and surprising them a lot. “”If his clones this strong this dudes the real deal. When's everyone else coming?”” they said to each other looking around for Rai, until he jumped out the bushes and ran toward them. They were scared and wounded already so it would be easier for him to take them out. The one with a broken blade made some handsigns and shot a few spikes of rock from the ground around him straight at Rai. He thought quickly and focused his Hatake chakra making his right arm covered in plates of white chakra, destroying the spikes on contact as he blocked them. Once he got close he punched the man in the chest where the man was hit by a ball of lightning earlier, cracking his ribs and sternum causing him to roll on the ground a few feet and bleed even more until he died. He turned and blocked the other bandits blade with the same arm snapping the bent blade before pulling his hand back and punching the man in the stomach before following it up with a roundhouse kick to the head, sending him flying away. He heard something behind him and turned around to block two kunai with his arm but couldnt block another shuriken that struck him in the abdomen. He winced at the pain as the white chakra around his arm faded as he saw two more men in fron of the other building. He took the shuriken out of his stomach and threw it at the man he just kicked, finishing him off before charging one last attack in his right hand. It glowed black with lightning as he took a step towards them and shot two beams of lightning at them as he yelled. “Time for the circus!” the men jumped away but the beams curved and still hit them directly, going through their chests and leaving them on the ground gasping for air. He chuckled as he walked over to them, by the time he got there they were dead and he tried to open the door of the big building they were in but the lock was on. He used the key that the leader had and it worked, so he walked inside and looked around finding tons of food, supplies, weapons and coins. He looked around at the coins and there had to be at least 150,000 ryo there which shocked him. He was tempted to take the money and run but still felt lie his job for the people was not done. He gathered it all in a bag and sat down to pray about the issue. He strongly believed that as a Ranton sage from the Raiken clan that the lightning god, Raijin, looked upon him favorably. He prayed for wisdom and guidance as to what he should do for a few minutes and realized what was necessary and beneficial to everyone. He would make a giant temple dedicated to Raijin with a library on an island in between the Fire, Lightning, and Water nations and build a village around it on the shore for the people who lost their homes. Although the village was still salvageable it would be great to improve their quality of life with top grade housing and of course Rai would have the biggest house which will be on the island along with Raijin's temple. He foresaw this as a monument dedicated to the strength of his god and a Raiton where the Raiken and other Raiton based clans may come from around the world to witness. This grandious revelation gave him new inspiration as he flashed away in to black lightning and reappeared in the middle of the village with the large sack of money in hand. The people ere shocked as lightning struck from the sky and he appeared in it's place but when they saw him they regoiced. They offered to let him keep the money but he explained his plan and it made them even happier to see how selfless he was being.

Kumo Keba no Jutsu (Cloud Wisp Technique) x2 Rank:C+B Description: A scouting technique forming warm air into his hands the Cloud-Nin creates a cloud that is infused with chakra, the entire process takes a post in itself, after forming the cloud the nin loses all form of mental consciousness and the cloud flies away. This little wispling of cloud is now controlled by the nin who has lost consciousness it hears and sees all that is near the cloud. More often times then not the ghosts many foreign shinobi claimed to of seen in The Gate is nothing more then a shinobi using this technique, the wispling looks like a slight misty ball and some could even see the face of the nin form into it giving it a more ghost-like appearance. Destroying it is very easy, physical attacks, ninjutsu almost anything can dispel the technique returning the nin to consciousness, but a horrible weakness this wisp does have is that if one were to use genjutsu on the probe it immediately dispels and the user is afflicted with the genjutsu that was used without even knowing it. Raiton: Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Clone Technique) Rankbiggrin+C Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body. Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique)x3 Rank:C+B Description: A crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.
Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique) Rank:B+A Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.
Chidori Rank:A+S This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target, increasing their speed for the duration of this attack by 1. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
White Plating Rank:B White Hatake chakra is pushed to the surface of the body out of the skin and forms armor plating in hexagonal patterns. This can not be done for the entire body, only a full limb or patch of body. This can be used to make taijutsu more damage inflicting due to its hardness, ranking 8 on the moh scale. Well protecting the user well from physical attacks, it will falter under jounin or above level ninjutsu.
Reizaa Saakasu [ Laser Circus ] x4 Rank: B+A Manipulating their ability to mold Raiton and Suiton, the user will perform the needed handsign and release threads of "liquid lightning" from their freehand. Because of their composition and formation, these beams deal both impact and electric damage. The user is also able to bend these beams toward their target in order to deliver pinpoint strikes. Each beam costs [5] chakra to form, and can be bent freely. They are all considered as separate techniques.
Rai went to the inn to get patched up before he celebrated his victory with some shots of rum and dinner before going to sleep. when he woke up half of the villagers had packed wagons, ready to leaved their houses for the new home he had promised them. There were about 50 people in all which surprised him because he expected more to come, but he was content with this number. he came outside and tossed the sack of coins in a wagon and got ready. He turned to the innkeeper, unsure if she was coming but hoping she would because of the connection they made but she said she had to stay in her home. after that he hopped on the front wagon and had the driver whip the horses forward on the site for a new beginning. In front of these 50 people, and his god he committed to making this a neutral safe haven for the world to see.

It had been some time since Yumi had left Konoha. His time at one of the villages in the Fire Country has almost made those memories so far pushed in the back of his mind as revenge had locked in his thoughts. Anger. And destruction of anything civil in this world until absolute chaos reigns. But before he did it, while keeping his mirage of an elderly man who took to cutting down trees for the village, utilized the times in the woods to train. New techniques to further his Taijutsu abilities and seeing as he possibly wanted, covert techniques to assist him and maneuvering without showing who he was. Though knowing Kleine's view on Yumi, he is seen as being so far beneath him that he probably doesn't even care of his movements. Something that could play into Yumi's favor, but he couldn't be too reliant on that possible thought process.
Gathering his things from the small little hut he made for himself as he bid his time, Yumi would set off from the Fire Country to begin his acts.
Passives: ♛ Tank 'Classed': Through the hard training that they have gone through, and mastery of it, the master has an enormous body. Making physical attacks towards them [1.25] ranks lower. For every rank below the user at this level, it will decrease by a fifth.
♛ Fists of a One Man Army: The user's fists after training have gotten thicker and harder like bronze. Making Taijutsu strikes with their fist be [+2.50] ranks higher than their own.
♛ Second Wind: The user's stamina has gotten to the point, that it is harder to make them fall down, and stay down. If the attacks are lethal (such as being stabbed or etc.) the user gets a moment of 'Second Wind' and feels more refreshed. [ Add 10 Chakra points upon taking a physical hit C-rank and higher.
• Sharingan Perception While the Sharingan is active, the wielder is able to see even the slightest movements made by their targets, making them near impossible to trick with a sleight of hands move; this includes being able to see chakra, even underground.
• Jutsu Mimicry While in battle, the Sharingan can let the wielder mimic a jutsu that was used in the previous post as long as the wielder may use that jutsu for an additional 50% chakra. The user may mimic a jutsu that is not of an element they possess, as long as it is below their rank, for double the chakra cost. Any jutsu mimiced lose 1 rank in power
• Jutsu Copying While observing a jutsu be performed, the Sharingan may copy the chakra patterns used to perform the jutsu, allowing the wielder to gain instant knowledge of how to perform the jutsu. In order to learn the jutsu, it must be a jutsu the user is normally able to perform, meaning only jutsu of their element, clan, or bloodline.
• Genjutsu Identification Due to the ability to see one's chakra flow, the wielder of the sharingan may see when one's flow is being disrupted by a genjutsu or tell when they themselves are under one, allowing them to break out of them easier.

Passives: • Senpou Kaguya Dormat As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle Dormat This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
• Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.

Genin: Steel Chuunin: Titanium Special Jounin: Emerald Jounin: Corundum Sannin: Diamond Kage: Hyper Diamond Senpou Kaguya: Unbreakable by physical objects. Only ninjutsu can destroy a Senpou Kaguya's bones. They are even harder than hyper diamond, a level of resistance impossible to categorize.
• Your bones aren't the only part of your body that are resistant. Your skin and flesh are both highly invulnerable to a certain level of physical and elemental damage. Your skin feels and acts like stone; it's like a hard outer shell that defends you. You can have a sword lodged into your throat but from the average ninja, it'd take many seconds to pierce all the way through. You're a moving tank. When you've mastered Senpou Kaguya, your skin becomes as tough as corundum.
• You have enhanced perception, and for good reason. Kaguya train their whole lives to dominate melee, so they are better than most others at predicting attacks and perceiving the enemy's movements.
• Wind: This element gives the clan the ability to use the Flight Transformation as well as makes them lighter by fusing into their whole body. The Flight Transformation gives the User large reptilian wings(pterodactyl-like). The lighter body gives the use +1 speed . Due to the wings, the User is capable of mid-air combat.
• Water: This element is adapted into the blood and cells of the clan, giving them enhanced healing and regeneration ability. Small injuries are instantly healed. Large cuts or external damage in two. Broken bones will set and heal in three posts. A lost limb in five. Capable of healing others completely, but after healing someone else they turn to a weakened and smaller state (-2/-2, Transformation techniques strength reduced by 1 rank). Immune to poisons. Healing will passively activate when needed.
• Lightning: This element excites both the muscles and the senses. With acute smell, taste/smell, and sight, along with greater balance, this makes for an excellent tracker. +1 speed
• Ally of Nature Can speak and use wild animals for various tasks. Understands the speech of any non-human species.
• Natures Vanguard Due to the inherent ability to passively absorb natural chakra, Jyuugo members find themselves able to passively regenerate 10 chakra per post.
• Enhanced Survivalist Body After hundreds of years spent in the wilds and also being changed subtly by Nature Energy, the Jyuugo Clan has gained a greater physical prowess than the rest of the world. All jutsu attacks are 1 rank less effective against people with this bloodline, and jutsu 3 ranks lower than them are negated entirely. -
