Haha, me too, me too. The "Official Item Grant Archive" is the thread I usually check first. It used to update immediately. Now... it can update a few days late. However, it at least gets updated. (Darn that real life.. always getting in the way~)

I noticed the Granted Items II thread hasn't been updated since last August. Is that because there haven't been any free items granted in a new way since then?

I think so. To my knowledge, the only other freebies we've gotten have been event-based and centered around Lake Kindred.
After the summer event, there was a Kitsune (winning prize) and a Tanuki (runner up prize) for those who participated in the event. During this past Halloween, each account could collect a free ghost splicing shard...
With Reapersun gone, there sure are less item freebies.
