The former Raikage's office, during the War of the North, was subject to massive destruction. Nothing remains of it now. As a monument to what once was, and for respectful purposes, the new Raikage's office has been built in the same location. It is not a grandiose structure - Kukishi Terumi, the Raikage at the time of its rebirth, was not one to live in royalty. You could call it being humble or call it simply embarrassment.
The new building has three levels. The first is the administrative area, where many workers under the Raikage conduct diplomatic and domestic work. this is the area that any that come to visit the Raikage first pass through before going upstairs. This is also where most of the paper-pushing of the village's government is done. The second level is much smaller and much more of a barrier between the general public and the Raikage. The Raikage's guard resides here, mostly lounging around at any hour of the day, but always paying full attention for any threat. Kumonin can simply flash their headband and, if they are recognize and well-known, go upstairs.
The final level is where the Raikage's office is. In front of her doors are two guards at all time. Her top-notch force, ready to kill any threats to the Raikage's safety. Inside her office is a simple desk covered with books and paper, a couch in the corner, two chairs in front of the desk, and a few assorted windows overlooking the village. Inside Kukishi Terumi sits at most times of the day, ready to give orders and help those looking for assistance. Although she's a rather reclusive girl, she's learned to become open to casual conversation and companionship for the purpose of the village.
Kukishi Terumi isn't a force to be trifled with, either. On her side she has the Five-Tailed Beast as well as a bloodline known for wide-scale destruction. That being said, the admins on the bottom level give her about a week before she's assassinated.

[Rebirth. What did this mean, really? What has been reborn? Kukishi stood at her window, looking out upon the bustling Village Hidden in the Cloud, and pondered this. Rebirth was the mantra of the Cloud. It was the goal, the final destination. She had coined the phrase as soon as she'd become Raikage, encouraging the workers and Ninja alike in the Cloud to work towards this Rebirth. Had the Cloud finally achieved this? Were they reborn? It sure seemed so. She herself was older than she had when she'd first arrived at the Cloud. She was seventeen years old, still a young woman compared to her 'elders', two of which stood outside her door guarding her. But her leadership, her optimism, and the skill she did have was plenty to reconstruct what had been lost. And now, the Raikage's building towered above the rest of the Cloud, a watchful eye to the serenity that had been lost.
Kukishi turned and sat at her desk, looking at the stack of papers to go through today, and groaned. She slammed her head on the paper and wished she didn't have all this work to sift through. "Oh, Kuki, don't be so whiny." The woman growled audibly but said nothing. "This is what you wanted. Rebirth. Nothin' gets born without some pushing." She knew this, of course she did. Yet some part of her still yearned for a lot more action than signing papers and ordering her secretary around. This part of her was the Gobi, truth be told. Kukishi had near perfect mastery of the beast at this point, and was very well synchronized with him, but this psychological peace came at a price. She craved battle while knowing that it was the last thing this village needed. Kokuo was a beast that loved to fight despite Kukishi's distaste for it. It was a tragedy, really.
Of course, Kukishi had more restraint than that. She would sit here, and yank her head off her desk, and sign these stupid papers, and order that stupid secretary, and not leave the village in search of violence, and not guide the village into more violence. It would conflict with the new goal of Rebirth. This is what made her a leader; it was not what she wanted that drove her, but rather what Kumogakure needed that drove her. "Wouldn't it be great if we could just go and destroy something? When was the last time you were in a good fight, Kuki?"

Haruko knocked lightly against the door to the Raikage's Office before entering and closing the door behind her. "You must be the new Raikage the village elders were speaking about. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Haruko Senju, formerly of the Leaf Village, and one of your Sannin now. I deemed it important to introduce myself to you as soon as possible." She gave a short but courteous bow at the waist before standing back up. For now, she was done speaking, and had begun to stare down the Raikage from top to bottom, taking in every little detail, from her build and height, to the weapons that hung from her sides and her choice in attire. Any and every detail that could be of any value. In the Leaf, she had been the ANBU commander, and old habits of learning everything about anything died hard.

[Kukishi looked up from her scribbling and gave a small smile as greetings. What was immediately apparent to her was that the woman standing before her seemed to be pretty strong, which was always a comforting thing for the Cloud Village. Again Kukishi was reminded how young and new she was compared to everybody else. Yet she was Raikage. "Nice to meet you. Welcome to Kumogakure." What might have been immediately apparent to Haruko was how casual Kukishi went about the whole Raikage business. Her formal Kage headdress was sitting in a corner, and Kukishi elected to just wear her regular clothes unless attending formal events. She was very humble - the holy exaltation of Kages was silly to her, and all she demanded from people was respect. She didn't need any of the other bells and whistles. As for weaponry, she had absolutely none. No kunai, no shurinken, no swords. There was no steel or scroll on her person. She didn't need it.
"Sannin, hmm? You should totally fight her." Kukishi pulled a folder out from a drawer in her desk and examined the papers within. "Yeah, here's the report I got on your arrival. Konohagakure, huh? I'm glad you found your way here." She stood up and pushed around papers on her desk to make space for a different sheet. After she stood, it was apparent that Kukishi didn't seem very impressive at all; not particularly large but not particularly small. Not particularly thick and not particularly slender. No weaponry. She seemed average. "Everybody's doing their part in the Rebirth. Seeing that you have plenty of skill, being a Sannin, would you like to request a job assignment? It's not required, many people prefer just to remain Shinobi or Kunoichi, but if there are any assets you think might be helpful towards something here, I'd be happy to give you a job.""Are you asking her to get a job, or telling her?""Shut up Kokuo."]

It had certainly been an unusual circumstance in which Cecil had ended up in the Cloud village, and even more unusual was that he was offered a position as ANBU Captain. Then again he used to be a kage so perhaps it wasn't so strange after all. He needed to speak with the Raikage and he heard of a Sannin showing up into the village, so Cecil was on his way to the office. The ANBU mask was certainly a thing to get used to but it didn't bother him too much. When he walked into the room the mask was on but his eyes were on Haruko, if rumors were to be believed then she used to be the ANBU captain of the leaf. He hoped they were true after all it would be good to have such a powerful ninja with them. He then turned to the Raikage and spoke."Raikage I have the report you asked for, the Anbu headquarters are fully repaired and in full working order and the next order of business is recruitment. I also have come to see the new Sannin. I think she can be trusted enough to know my identity, what are your thoughts Raikage?" If the Raikage would agree then he would take off that mask and introduce himself, if not well then that would be awkward.

Passives: • Senpou Kaguya Dormat As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle Dormat This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
• Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.

• Your bones aren't the only part of your body that are resistant. Your skin and flesh are both highly invulnerable to a certain level of physical and elemental damage. Your skin feels and acts like stone; it's like a hard outer shell that defends you. You can have a sword lodged into your throat but from the average ninja, it'd take many seconds to pierce all the way through. You're a moving tank. When you've mastered Senpou Kaguya, your skin becomes as tough as corundum.
• You have enhanced perception, and for good reason. Kaguya train their whole lives to dominate melee, so they are better than most others at predicting attacks and perceiving the enemy's movements.
• Wind: This element gives the clan the ability to use the Flight Transformation as well as makes them lighter by fusing into their whole body. The Flight Transformation gives the User large reptilian wings(pterodactyl-like). The lighter body gives the use +1 speed . Due to the wings, the User is capable of mid-air combat.
• Water: This element is adapted into the blood and cells of the clan, giving them enhanced healing and regeneration ability. Small injuries are instantly healed. Large cuts or external damage in two. Broken bones will set and heal in three posts. A lost limb in five. Capable of healing others completely, but after healing someone else they turn to a weakened and smaller state (-2/-2, Transformation techniques strength reduced by 1 rank). Immune to poisons. Healing will passively activate when needed.
• Lightning: This element excites both the muscles and the senses. With acute smell, taste/smell, and sight, along with greater balance, this makes for an excellent tracker. +1 speed
• Ally of Nature Can speak and use wild animals for various tasks. Understands the speech of any non-human species.
• Natures Vanguard Due to the inherent ability to passively absorb natural chakra, Jyuugo members find themselves able to passively regenerate 10 chakra per post.
• Enhanced Survivalist Body After hundreds of years spent in the wilds and also being changed subtly by Nature Energy, the Jyuugo Clan has gained a greater physical prowess than the rest of the world. All jutsu attacks are 1 rank less effective against people with this bloodline, and jutsu 3 ranks lower than them are negated entirely. -

With a few knocks on the door, he opened and entered to see the raikage. Damn, please don't smell it on me repeated in his mind constantly. He looked over to his cousin Haruko who know doubt know why Namito looks so nervous right now. Coughing a few times, he made sure he stayed a good enough distance from the Raikage. "Heeeeey." Namito tried to hide his high but it wasn't very easy at the moment considering the strength of what he had smoked. He figured he would change the subject and look for a mission to do. "Sooo your lady Raikage, allow me to introduce myself as Namito senju you met my cousin already i see. The reason i came today is because i need a mission....or at least prove myself for a chance at a promotion or a chance at an anbu position. Will you allow me to do such a mission?" Now Namito was thinking he should get high a lot more often now, he's speaking more respectfully.

Passive One With the Forest - No Cost The user can turn their body into wood and even merge with their wooden creations. They can even turn their body into wood to use as the foundation for casting other Mokuton Jutsu, eliminating the need to use the ground to grown trees.
Genin-ranked: Mokuton: Shibu Shuriken [Wood Release: Branch Shuriken] A skill where the user has a branch emerge from the ground and swing towards the opponent. Released from the branch is bits and pieces of bark, that spiral off and transform into shuriken.
Mokuton: Moku Kawarimi no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wood Replacement Skill] A skill that is a build up upon Kawarimi no Jutsu, in which the user creates a dummy made of wood as they disappear. When the opponent attacks this kawarimi no jutsu version, will disperse into bits and pieces of wood hitting the opponent.
Mokuton: Moku Bunshin [Wood Release: Wood Clone] A skill that causes a bunshin made of wood to emerge either from the body or the ground. These clones can easily be tracked by the user, and they have a direct link with the user. When this bunshin is struck by taijutsu, half the damage is returned to the opponent. The clone can also transformed into a pill that when swallowed, the user and the caster of the pill can communicate through thoughts.
Mokuton: Hotei no Jutsu [Wood Release: Hotei Technique] C-SS After performing the required hand seals, the user creates a number of gigantic wooden hands that erupt upward from beneath the ground, which encircle and then attempt to restrain a chosen enemy. The size of each of these hands varies greatly, a gennin can make small hands, while a kage can create hands large enough to hold down a tailed beast. Hands are created in sets of 2.
Chuunin-ranked: Mokuton: Soutei Hashira [Wood Release: Binding Pillars] A skill that causes various branches to emerge up from the ground. These pillars bind the opponent as they wrap around them. Making them incapable of moving so that they cannot escape.
Mokuton: Shichuuka no Jutsu [Wood Release: Four Pillar Home Skill] A skill that is used in order to create a shelter out of wood. This can be used in order to quickly make a shelter for a traveling shinobi, however it can also be used to change the flow of battle. Altering the surroundings to one the user can move around better.
Mokuton: Shichuurou no Jutsu [Wood Release: Four Pillar Prison Skill] A skill creating a large forrest of bamboo around the opponent, encasing them inside a prison of wood. The sides, are very hard to break through and metal weapons even have a hard time cutting through. If using a fire jutsu in order to break free, the user just causes the prison to catch fire and wait it out with unbearable pain.
Mokuton: Moku Shouheki no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wood Barrier Skill] A skill that creates various bits of wood to emerge from the ground, creating a cave type barrier around the user capable of absorbing large amounts of damage in the process. After the attack is over, the user can simply slip out the back side and continue with the battle. This jutsu can also be used, to make a complete barrier and also trap people inside.
Mokuton: Shi-do Torakkingu no Jutsu [Mokuton: Seedling Tracking Skill] A skill where the user can create a seed made from their own chakra. Able to sense where this seed is at all times, the user can plant this seed upon an opponent in battle and track their movements so the opponent can never get the drop on them.
Mokuton: Moku no Yoroi [Wood Release: Wood Armor] A skill where the user can create an armor made of wood, however this armor is a special type of armor. Weighing less then conventional steel armor, it is actually stronger then steel. Being heavily infused with Wood Chakra, making it very resilient to taijutsu damage. Ninjutsu blades can penetrate this armor.
Serial Pillar Houses Technique This technique is a larger scaled version of the Wood Release: Four-Pillar House Technique where, instead of creating a single house, the user creates multiple houses at once. Because of the sheer volume of structures created with this technique, it appears to exhaust him rather quickly. The user can create an entire section of a village with this technique.
Smothering Bind Technique This technique is similar to the Wood Release: Great Forest Technique, as it also transforms the user's arm into several wood tendrils which can be used to capture and restrain an enemy. It can be made large enough to capture a giant squid and strong enough to capture even taijutsu specialists of the same rank as the user.
Mokuton: Sashiki no Jutsu [Wood Release: Cutting Technique] A versatile technique where the user can produce sharp wooden spikes from their body to either fashion short-range weapons akin to a makeshift sword, or else use them as long-range projectiles, where the branches' growth can be triggered remotely, skewering the enemy as a result.
Jounin-ranked: Mokuton: Moku Keiteki Denka no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wooden Rhino Charge] A skill where the user creates a large rhino from the ground, being approximately four and a half feet tall and six feet long, with a large horn that is about three inches in diameter and three feet long. The rhino charges towards the opponent, having a bunshin type of intelligence. Normally after charging into something stone or stronger, it dissipates into a pile of broken wood. However, it can easily plow through a forest.
Mokuton: Take Yaiba Joushou no Jutsu [Wood Release: Bamboo Blade Rising Skill] A skill where the user infuses their chakra through the ground, creating pillars of bamboo underneath the ground. As the opponent rushes towards them, the user releases this jutsu. Having multiple hollow bamboo spikes to emerge from the ground in order to impale the opponent from various angles. Spikes can reach a maximum of five feet tall, and there can be a maximum of thirty spikes
Mokuton: Kyuutai no Jukai no Jutsu [Wood Release: Orb of Genesis Skill] A skill where the user creates an orb of wood around themselves, acting as if it is some type of barrier. However, the barrier is actually a farce as when the opponent(s) get close from all sides various small branches emerge outwards in various striking motions to deflect all oncoming attacks from hitting the user while inflicting damage. branches are created all around.
Mokuton: Chakra Akyo Ki no Jutsu [Wood Release: Chakra Drain Tree] A skill which creates a large tree out from the ground, this tree being approximately fifty feet tall and having a diameter of fifteen feet. This special tree, knows in tune with the users chakra. So the user can run up the side of this tree without even using chakra, however any other shinobi that touches this tree in any way will have some of their chakra drained each moment they continue touching it.
Wood Release: Wood Spikes Ring The user creates a wooden circle around a target, creating spikes on the inside of the circle. Any sudden movement by the target causes the wood to rapidly constrict, impaling them on the spikes.
Mokuton: Waraibotoke (Wood Release: Laughing Buddha) A technique that creates a dozen wooden hands that rise out of the ground, large enough to grab and subdue a Bijuu. The size of the hands created can be altered by the user to fit their needs, from normal human sized hands and up.
Wood Release: Underground Roots Technique A simple technique, where instead of growing a tree, you simply grow roots and vines to grab and slow opponents. The vines can also be used to wield weapons. They can also be used pull the user underground with great speed.
S-ranked: Mokuton: Jukai Koutan [Wood Release: Birth of Dense Woodland] A skill where the user summons forth a great mass of woodland from the ground. This dense growth of woodland can roam around and constrict an opponent or even crush an opponent under its wake.
Mokuton: Mokuryuu Rendan no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wooden Dragon Barrage Skill] A skill that is a widespread attacking jutsu, where the user brings forth various dragon heads from the ground. These dragon heads are created out of wood, and essentially pin down the opponent onto the ground slamming them in the process. It is rumored this jutsu was used to help subdue Jinchuuriki.
Mokuton: Mokuryū no Jutsu [Wood Dragon Technique] After performing the required hand seals, the user creates a gigantic wooden dragon from any surface, which is then directed to attack an intended target. Its shape closely resembles a Chinese dragon, though with a short trunk-like nose, having an elongated and serpentine body, which can be used to constrict larger opponents. It also has the ability to absorb a tailed beast's chakra once it is bound. Since it is animated, it essentially has a mind of its own.
Mokuton: Kajukai Kōrin [Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees] Taking advantage of the innate properties of Wood Release — to be able to force trees to grow on any surface in an instant — the user creates a dense forest of flowering trees. The pollen produced by these flowers is then released into the air and when inhaled, renders any afflicted target unconscious.
In order to counter the technique fully, either the trees themselves must be destroyed completely or the target must continue to remain elevated above the dispersed pollen. Inhaling any amount the pollen will weaken your body, reducing your stats by three for the duration of the battle. Inhaling a decent sum of the pollen will render you unconscious, totally at the mercy of the foe. The pollen stretches out as high as the tallest tree, which is 400 feet in the air. The user of the technique is immune to the pollen.
Mokuton: Jubaku Eisō [Wood Release: Tree Bind Flourishing Burial] This technique lets the user summon a tree around their opponent to bind them. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents much more gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Afterwards, the user can enclose the opponent so that their body is crushed.
Mokuton: Jukai Heki [Wood Release: World of Trees Wall] One of the strongest barriers in the Senju arsenal, this one creates multiple pieces of wood that all interlace, to form a net-like wall that is extremely strong.
SS-Ranked Mokuton: Mokujin no Jutsu [Wood Avatar Technique] After forming the required hand seals, the user creates an enormous statue-like creature out of wood. This humanoid creature with a full body, and an oni-like face is usually created with a wooden dragon wrapped around its left arm, and is generally used in battle as an avatar. This creature is powerful enough to catch an uncompressed Tailed Beast Ball fired by the Nine-Tails. If the wood dragon is used as a weapon, it is the ultimate anti-bijuu weapon, with the long sword-like whip draining the tailed-beast's chakra upon all contact (and stunning them). It can go toe-to-toe with a Susano'o.
Mokuton: Hōbi no Jutsu [Wood Release: Hōbi Technique] Using Wood Release, the user creates a dome-like defensive structure that completely surrounds which takes the form of a dragon's face. This defence is split down the middle and can be opened on the user's command. It is strong enough to withstand the destructive force of a Tailed Beast Ball (immune to bijuudama).
Mokuton: Shinra Banshō [Wood Release: All-Covering Forests] A literal sea of trees and growth, putting all other forest creation technique's to shame. This forest is powerful enough to cover an entire hidden village, and can easily overgrow and consume a bijuu, growing and wrapping around it.

[As two more people walked into her office, Kukishi sighed and slid back down into her chair, putting the pen down. After digging a file or two up to match the face with the name, she looked up at Namito. The man's eyes were glossy, if not a bit red. He was probably stoned. She didn't have a problem with weed in her village as long as people got their jobs done, but lord did it annoy her that someone would come into her office and bother her without having a sober mind, at least. "Namito, you're a Chuunin. Nice to see you, too, Commander." She ticked a box off on a paper and looked back up, giving Namito a glare that told him she knew exactly what was going on. That being said, he was being relatively respectful. She would let this slide. "Commander, I'm glad to hear the facilities are up and running. As for the mask, leave it on. You must maintain confidentiality until we know who our enemies are outside of the Cloud."
Kukishi laid her nimble forearms on the desk and looked between the ANBU Commander and Namito. "As for a higher rank, Chuunin and Jounin exams will be underheld in cooperation with Otogakure as soon as we can coordinate with them. That being said, if you're interested in joining the ANBU, you came at the right time. This man," She gestured towards Ceril, "Is the Commander. If you're truly interested, he's the one who can test you. I will approve your testing and only approve you're admittance into ANBU after hearing from my Commander and evaluating you privately."

Kya would arrive at the office, looking up at it with a look of scrutiny. A sigh escaped her lips as she felt all the energy in the room. One of those people... of course it was Cecil. Something told her a hail of whining would be coming soon but she was in a particularly good mood so she'd probably just ignore him. A jet of flames would shoot from her feet as she lifted to the third floor inconspicuously. She would push the window open, the sound of a jet fighter suddenly flooding the room as she floated inside and lowered into the ground, looking around at all the people inside with a very normal expression as if she had done something normal. Clearing her throat she would look directly at Cecil with a smile on her face. "Oh my, the little monkey small fry's grown quite a bit since I last saw him." she would say as if honestly surprised. "You look quite good considering... she offered. It was not clear if she meant it or if she was being a d**k but it didn't matter much. Her eyes would turn to Kukishi, making a grandiose, somewhat dramatic bow to her before rising from her dramatic stance and looking her over. She could feel she was weak. It was in her power level. But she was so cute Kya would think hard on letting her slide so maybe, just maybe, she could show the girl how vikings party.Hi there, oh raikage. What be your name, you and that large presence of chakra in you? she would ask quite cryptically as her head turned and she stared at the somewhat busy looking woman.
Jin walked himself into the office and leaned back against the wall, looking at the two females who decided to ditch him to talk to the head honcho up stairs. It was alright, he'd better not catch them in the streets or he'd slap the s**t out of 'em. He sees the Raikage and raises an eyebrow, she looked...odd. It didn't look like she was ready to rule anything yet, more like she was ready to fill in for the current Raikage if they had stepped out or something. Jin remained silent and only watched, twirling a kunai on his finger as he had a salty a** look on his face. The "you ate a**" face to be more precise.
"So yeah, I was just talking to everyone in the training grounds and lo and behold everyone ends up here. Hopefully you two ladies didn't leave because I didn't shower or something...which is false! I shower regularly dammit!"
His face turned a bright red in embarrassment as he looks off to the side, they all probably thought he was dumb as s**t now.
Cecil watched as Kya entered the room, to be honest he didn't remember too much anyways and he didn't care about what had happened back then. He barley could remember the details so Kya was mostly just a acquaintance when it came to knowledge. So he just waved to her and didn't say a word to her. "Very well Raikage. Namito go to the training fields and wait for me there. Do not leave no matter how long I might take. Then we'll get down to business. Go and not another word from you and oh next time have the respect not to show up in the Raikages office high." With that he would remain at the office to ensure the Raikage wasn't overwhelmed by the flood of people coming in.

Passives: • Senpou Kaguya Dormat As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle Dormat This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
• Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.

Your skin feels and acts like stone; it's like a hard outer shell that defends you. You can have a sword lodged into your throat but from the average ninja, it'd take many seconds to pierce all the way through. You're a moving tank. When you've mastered Senpou Kaguya, your skin becomes as tough as corundum.
• You have enhanced perception, and for good reason. Kaguya train their whole lives to dominate melee, so they are better than most others at predicting attacks and perceiving the enemy's movements.
• Wind: This element gives the clan the ability to use the Flight Transformation as well as makes them lighter by fusing into their whole body. The Flight Transformation gives the User large reptilian wings(pterodactyl-like). The lighter body gives the use +1 speed . Due to the wings, the User is capable of mid-air combat.
• Water: This element is adapted into the blood and cells of the clan, giving them enhanced healing and regeneration ability. Small injuries are instantly healed. Large cuts or external damage in two. Broken bones will set and heal in three posts. A lost limb in five. Capable of healing others completely, but after healing someone else they turn to a weakened and smaller state (-2/-2, Transformation techniques strength reduced by 1 rank). Immune to poisons. Healing will passively activate when needed.
• Lightning: This element excites both the muscles and the senses. With acute smell, taste/smell, and sight, along with greater balance, this makes for an excellent tracker. +1 speed
• Ally of Nature Can speak and use wild animals for various tasks. Understands the speech of any non-human species.
• Natures Vanguard Due to the inherent ability to passively absorb natural chakra, Jyuugo members find themselves able to passively regenerate 10 chakra per post.

Passive One With the Forest - No Cost The user can turn their body into wood and even merge with their wooden creations. They can even turn their body into wood to use as the foundation for casting other Mokuton Jutsu, eliminating the need to use the ground to grown trees.
Genin-ranked: Mokuton: Shibu Shuriken [Wood Release: Branch Shuriken] A skill where the user has a branch emerge from the ground and swing towards the opponent. Released from the branch is bits and pieces of bark, that spiral off and transform into shuriken.
Mokuton: Moku Kawarimi no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wood Replacement Skill] A skill that is a build up upon Kawarimi no Jutsu, in which the user creates a dummy made of wood as they disappear. When the opponent attacks this kawarimi no jutsu version, will disperse into bits and pieces of wood hitting the opponent.
Mokuton: Moku Bunshin [Wood Release: Wood Clone] A skill that causes a bunshin made of wood to emerge either from the body or the ground. These clones can easily be tracked by the user, and they have a direct link with the user. When this bunshin is struck by taijutsu, half the damage is returned to the opponent. The clone can also transformed into a pill that when swallowed, the user and the caster of the pill can communicate through thoughts.
Mokuton: Hotei no Jutsu [Wood Release: Hotei Technique] C-SS After performing the required hand seals, the user creates a number of gigantic wooden hands that erupt upward from beneath the ground, which encircle and then attempt to restrain a chosen enemy. The size of each of these hands varies greatly, a gennin can make small hands, while a kage can create hands large enough to hold down a tailed beast. Hands are created in sets of 2.
Chuunin-ranked: Mokuton: Soutei Hashira [Wood Release: Binding Pillars] A skill that causes various branches to emerge up from the ground. These pillars bind the opponent as they wrap around them. Making them incapable of moving so that they cannot escape.
Mokuton: Shichuuka no Jutsu [Wood Release: Four Pillar Home Skill] A skill that is used in order to create a shelter out of wood. This can be used in order to quickly make a shelter for a traveling shinobi, however it can also be used to change the flow of battle. Altering the surroundings to one the user can move around better.
Mokuton: Shichuurou no Jutsu [Wood Release: Four Pillar Prison Skill] A skill creating a large forrest of bamboo around the opponent, encasing them inside a prison of wood. The sides, are very hard to break through and metal weapons even have a hard time cutting through. If using a fire jutsu in order to break free, the user just causes the prison to catch fire and wait it out with unbearable pain.
Mokuton: Moku Shouheki no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wood Barrier Skill] A skill that creates various bits of wood to emerge from the ground, creating a cave type barrier around the user capable of absorbing large amounts of damage in the process. After the attack is over, the user can simply slip out the back side and continue with the battle. This jutsu can also be used, to make a complete barrier and also trap people inside.
Mokuton: Shi-do Torakkingu no Jutsu [Mokuton: Seedling Tracking Skill] A skill where the user can create a seed made from their own chakra. Able to sense where this seed is at all times, the user can plant this seed upon an opponent in battle and track their movements so the opponent can never get the drop on them.
Mokuton: Moku no Yoroi [Wood Release: Wood Armor] A skill where the user can create an armor made of wood, however this armor is a special type of armor. Weighing less then conventional steel armor, it is actually stronger then steel. Being heavily infused with Wood Chakra, making it very resilient to taijutsu damage. Ninjutsu blades can penetrate this armor.
Serial Pillar Houses Technique This technique is a larger scaled version of the Wood Release: Four-Pillar House Technique where, instead of creating a single house, the user creates multiple houses at once. Because of the sheer volume of structures created with this technique, it appears to exhaust him rather quickly. The user can create an entire section of a village with this technique.
Smothering Bind Technique This technique is similar to the Wood Release: Great Forest Technique, as it also transforms the user's arm into several wood tendrils which can be used to capture and restrain an enemy. It can be made large enough to capture a giant squid and strong enough to capture even taijutsu specialists of the same rank as the user.
Mokuton: Sashiki no Jutsu [Wood Release: Cutting Technique] A versatile technique where the user can produce sharp wooden spikes from their body to either fashion short-range weapons akin to a makeshift sword, or else use them as long-range projectiles, where the branches' growth can be triggered remotely, skewering the enemy as a result.
Jounin-ranked: Mokuton: Moku Keiteki Denka no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wooden Rhino Charge] A skill where the user creates a large rhino from the ground, being approximately four and a half feet tall and six feet long, with a large horn that is about three inches in diameter and three feet long. The rhino charges towards the opponent, having a bunshin type of intelligence. Normally after charging into something stone or stronger, it dissipates into a pile of broken wood. However, it can easily plow through a forest.
Mokuton: Take Yaiba Joushou no Jutsu [Wood Release: Bamboo Blade Rising Skill] A skill where the user infuses their chakra through the ground, creating pillars of bamboo underneath the ground. As the opponent rushes towards them, the user releases this jutsu. Having multiple hollow bamboo spikes to emerge from the ground in order to impale the opponent from various angles. Spikes can reach a maximum of five feet tall, and there can be a maximum of thirty spikes
Mokuton: Kyuutai no Jukai no Jutsu [Wood Release: Orb of Genesis Skill] A skill where the user creates an orb of wood around themselves, acting as if it is some type of barrier. However, the barrier is actually a farce as when the opponent(s) get close from all sides various small branches emerge outwards in various striking motions to deflect all oncoming attacks from hitting the user while inflicting damage. branches are created all around.
Mokuton: Chakra Akyo Ki no Jutsu [Wood Release: Chakra Drain Tree] A skill which creates a large tree out from the ground, this tree being approximately fifty feet tall and having a diameter of fifteen feet. This special tree, knows in tune with the users chakra. So the user can run up the side of this tree without even using chakra, however any other shinobi that touches this tree in any way will have some of their chakra drained each moment they continue touching it.
Wood Release: Wood Spikes Ring The user creates a wooden circle around a target, creating spikes on the inside of the circle. Any sudden movement by the target causes the wood to rapidly constrict, impaling them on the spikes.
Mokuton: Waraibotoke (Wood Release: Laughing Buddha) A technique that creates a dozen wooden hands that rise out of the ground, large enough to grab and subdue a Bijuu. The size of the hands created can be altered by the user to fit their needs, from normal human sized hands and up.
Wood Release: Underground Roots Technique A simple technique, where instead of growing a tree, you simply grow roots and vines to grab and slow opponents. The vines can also be used to wield weapons. They can also be used pull the user underground with great speed.
S-ranked: Mokuton: Jukai Koutan [Wood Release: Birth of Dense Woodland] A skill where the user summons forth a great mass of woodland from the ground. This dense growth of woodland can roam around and constrict an opponent or even crush an opponent under its wake.
Mokuton: Mokuryuu Rendan no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wooden Dragon Barrage Skill] A skill that is a widespread attacking jutsu, where the user brings forth various dragon heads from the ground. These dragon heads are created out of wood, and essentially pin down the opponent onto the ground slamming them in the process. It is rumored this jutsu was used to help subdue Jinchuuriki.
Mokuton: Mokuryū no Jutsu [Wood Dragon Technique] After performing the required hand seals, the user creates a gigantic wooden dragon from any surface, which is then directed to attack an intended target. Its shape closely resembles a Chinese dragon, though with a short trunk-like nose, having an elongated and serpentine body, which can be used to constrict larger opponents. It also has the ability to absorb a tailed beast's chakra once it is bound. Since it is animated, it essentially has a mind of its own.
Mokuton: Kajukai Kōrin [Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees] Taking advantage of the innate properties of Wood Release — to be able to force trees to grow on any surface in an instant — the user creates a dense forest of flowering trees. The pollen produced by these flowers is then released into the air and when inhaled, renders any afflicted target unconscious.
In order to counter the technique fully, either the trees themselves must be destroyed completely or the target must continue to remain elevated above the dispersed pollen. Inhaling any amount the pollen will weaken your body, reducing your stats by three for the duration of the battle. Inhaling a decent sum of the pollen will render you unconscious, totally at the mercy of the foe. The pollen stretches out as high as the tallest tree, which is 400 feet in the air. The user of the technique is immune to the pollen.
Mokuton: Jubaku Eisō [Wood Release: Tree Bind Flourishing Burial] This technique lets the user summon a tree around their opponent to bind them. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents much more gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Afterwards, the user can enclose the opponent so that their body is crushed.
Mokuton: Jukai Heki [Wood Release: World of Trees Wall] One of the strongest barriers in the Senju arsenal, this one creates multiple pieces of wood that all interlace, to form a net-like wall that is extremely strong.
SS-Ranked Mokuton: Mokujin no Jutsu [Wood Avatar Technique] After forming the required hand seals, the user creates an enormous statue-like creature out of wood. This humanoid creature with a full body, and an oni-like face is usually created with a wooden dragon wrapped around its left arm, and is generally used in battle as an avatar. This creature is powerful enough to catch an uncompressed Tailed Beast Ball fired by the Nine-Tails. If the wood dragon is used as a weapon, it is the ultimate anti-bijuu weapon, with the long sword-like whip draining the tailed-beast's chakra upon all contact (and stunning them). It can go toe-to-toe with a Susano'o.
Mokuton: Hōbi no Jutsu [Wood Release: Hōbi Technique] Using Wood Release, the user creates a dome-like defensive structure that completely surrounds which takes the form of a dragon's face. This defence is split down the middle and can be opened on the user's command. It is strong enough to withstand the destructive force of a Tailed Beast Ball (immune to bijuudama).
Mokuton: Shinra Banshō [Wood Release: All-Covering Forests] A literal sea of trees and growth, putting all other forest creation technique's to shame. This forest is powerful enough to cover an entire hidden village, and can easily overgrow and consume a bijuu, growing and wrapping around it.

Walking slowly into the office, she passed the secretary. She only used a motion of her hand as she walked past. She really didn't need anything more or protection at this current time. She was a god at assassinations and close ranged combat. Plus with all the shade in the office and shadows it would be easy to walk around and never need to be on edge. She walked into the office and when she did, she only stood at five foot tall and roughly ninety seven pounds with long hair and milky skin with full black lips. She smiled and looked at the raikage who told kya to get out and after that, Bexley spoke. "Shut the ******** up Raikage, before I flay you alive on the spot." She stated with a cutsy smile and warm eyes but no real amount of joking being behind her tone. "Kya. If you would, please have a seat." She spoke in kind before looking to Namito and saying harshly, "Quit your rambling worm. You earn positions, you are not given them. You will do as you are told or I will have you eviscerated for the public." The small, fragile looking seventeen year old would say, there was less lighting in the room. This helped extend her natural passive advantages. Oh how she hoped people knew when to be quiet. The only two people in the office who interested her was Kya and Cecil at the moment. This reunion was legendary. She wished to witness it herself. Looking to the boy in the corner, Jin his name was, she nodded in his direction promptly and spoke, "If you would be patient for but a moment and we will discuss your concerns momentarily." Noting his red face from his earlier outburst she had heard while traveling into the office hall.
