So if we want to, we're going to have a vague formation of squads and such. But, here are things previously observed:

My proposal is to create pairs of two. Your squadmate will become your bond-brother/sister. This pairing is permanent until one of you dies. In this way, you will learn to be effective with each other. Your glory will shine off one another. Ideally, you'll be focused and efficient. Should that person defect dishonorably, you'll be responsible in aiding their elimination.
Post here who you want that person to be, if you don't have a special job yet (or if you just want one anyway). You can also simply put your name to be queued up and waiting for a pairing.
