	Nyx is an emotionally fragile, socially awkward, morbid and chronically ill mare.* Upon first meeting another Soquili, one would think that she was a mute as she flat out refuses to speak at first. When the time is taken to crack the mare's, shell one will find a sweet, soft spoken, tenderhearted mare who will do almost anything for those that took the time to get close to her. Her skin isn't nearly as thick as it should be and her feelings are wounded quite easily by foe and especially friend alike. She has always felt as if she were weaker than those that surrounded her growing up, and thus has convinced herself that she is extremely sick and dying-- more so than you and I are dying now-- and because of this she has developed a very morbid personality in which she is fascinated by death and decay. In part this further fuels her social awkwardness, because she has very little idea of how to talk to those that don't sense death quite as she does. Another noteworthy thing about Nyx is that she's absolutely terrified of squirrels. Rather than answer the question, even for her closest friends, she tends to dodge the subject of why altogether. *The "illness" is, completely and utterly, all in her head. Pending...
