The slight jerk backwards was enough to snap Eimdall out of his daze. The way Akuma had stood between him and this sadistic creature was something he hadn’t expected. In fact, he’d almost forgotten about the two others downstairs. It was a good thing they came up when they did. Akuma gave quite the rebuttal, where as before, Eimdall was frozen stiff, choking on his words. It was that very moment, when Akuma blew out that last puff of smoke, young Eimdall raised his left hand and formed the earth release seal. Then he would quickly place his right palm on Akuma’s a** cheek. Instantly, right before the sadists eyes, the two young men would disappear leaving only a small cloud of dust in their wake. The only reason Eimdall didn’t move initially, was due to the absolute shock that he’d suffered after seeing not one but two foreign creatures on that roof, a natural reaction for any sane human being. But his companion was quick to break him out of that daze, giving him the opportunity to think clearly and act on what he was already contemplating in his head, “RUN!”
The Shunshin teleportation was a success... so Eimdall thought. He assumed that this darkness was due to the speed at which he was moving, but it had never lasted this long. He recalled hearing a voice in his ear but he couldn’t quite recall word for word what was said. Only that now he was grasping at his eyes out of confusion. No one could explain what happened to those moments where Eimdall planned to react. Maybe he blacked out standing up as the sadist was pacing around and giving his typical bad guy speech. Maybe he got high off of the sudden rush of fresh air and imagined the whole thing, who knows.
What was clear was that his comrade was now in trouble, Eimdall’s sight was gone but his ears worked just fine, and since Akuma was within arms reach, he could hear the flesh tearing apart and Akuma’s sounds of anguish. Thinking quickly, Eimdall placed the fingerprint side of his thumb in his mouth, as if he were about to summon a beast. Only this was intended to break any genjutsu that was restricting his vision. In the world he came from, that was the only thing that could cause such a blockage. If this method were to succeed, was left up to chance. And when he regained his sight, he would be forced to look upon his new companion being disfigured, flesh falling from the bones, and bleeding to death.

Nozomi quickly tried to follow Akuma but geez. It was getting harder to breath. Maybe switching to her birth form wouldn't be a bad idea but she had no idea to how the boys would react to that. Humans... she always feared they would kill her all because of her birth form being that of a monster. Speaking of monsters, she had found herself in trouble as well. Remained behind both of the boys, she frowned to why they weren't talking or anything... Her hand instinctively reached to where the whip was and uncoiled it as it slithered onto the floor by her. The coldness of the crystal pressed against her wrist, hidden in the sleeve. She remembered something that Tedd had mentioned earlier. A war between sprites and the fade... was this the fade? Tedd sure did ran off with his tail between his furry a**, that stupid fat little ferret in a bear suit.
"A-are you fade?" She managed to get out, watching the monster and making sure the distance between the two of them were quite a bit. "We don't want to do anything between the wars of you and the sprites..." Well. She wasn't sure about the boys, but she knew she wanted no part of it. She couldn't tell yet if they were in genjutsu, something she was once an expert in.

xxxAkuma knew s**t was off but didn't realize just how off it was until the pain hit him. He was in shock more then anything when the question hit his brain, and he only had one good arm left. He had barely any knowledge of genjutsu but would give a response but his mind was overwhelmed with pain and likely to black out at this point.
"Power without chains"
There was probably more he wanted to say but at this point he wasn't really given the chance to think clearly now was he. If nothing changed it would only be a few more moments before he was rendered unconscious.

It was raining. Each drop making an orchestra of applause at the temple's peak. The three who took their chances in the new world going after the unknown were about to embark on a journey that would change them at their core. The people they were before being imprisoned for centuries would never come back. The world they knew would never come back. This would be a definitive moment in their journey which had barely begun. The Fade of Desire looked at the newcomer slowly. She did not wish to be part of the war between Fades and Sprites. It tilted it's head in confusion. While the boy beneath it slowly turn into remains the being of desire answered, "You do not wish to be a part of the war my child?" It asked staying in place unlike before with Eimdall. "Should I consider that a desire?" He asked just as Akuma answered the initial question. "Haha..." The Fade knelt down again and replied to the desire, "I only grant one desire unfortunately." And with that the being would shove it's hand into Akuma's chest. His hand not necessarily piercing his body but phasing through. "I shall grant you the power you desire, child." The fade was possessing Akuma.
The method he used to dissipate what he thought was a genjutsu, ended in complete failure. Falling to his hands and knees, Eimdall’s head hung low, hair masking his face as the rain weighed it down. Not only that but now The young girl they had met earlier in the day was now standing behind him. Eimdall couldn’t lie to himself. A part of him wanted to flee and leave them all behind, even if he was blind, he knew that he could still escape while this creature was distracted with Akuma. On the other hand, he was wreaked with guilt as he thought of how Akuma had just stepped in between he and the fade. “What do I DO!” he screamed inside his head as he clawed at the soggy, wet rooftop.
With the fades gaze upon His prey, Eimdall’s chakra began to surge throughout his entire body. The Air around him was noticeably lighter for a brief moment. Then suddenly in a flash, Eimdall would vanish along with the fade a split second later.[shunshin 1] as shunshin was a high movement technique, Eimdall used this element of surprise to move the fade quickly away from his companions. It was quite easy to know where the fades head was, with all the talking he was doing only inches away from him. At near untraceable speeds, Eimdall simply reached out and placed a palm on the fades mask, gripped it tightly

Her eyes had widen when Akuma had collapsed onto the ground and the moment Eimdall reacted, so did she. Getting the crystal shard out and had it rested on her hand as she used everything she had to run up to the furry while doing some jutsu signs with her hand and holding the sharp strong crystal tight. She tackled the creature as an attempt fire spark aimed at it, hoping to burn it, meanwhile, she striked at the forehead of the mask on it's chest where the heart should be. If the strike was true, her lips would wince in pain as the sharp crystal end would also cut her palm but she would keep pushing with everything she had. She swore she would prove everyone wrong about humans and she was damned if she didn't fight to protect them. If both fire and strike was true, she would bear the flames as long as she can to dig the crystal into it's head.

xxxThe shadowy threads of unconsciousness wrapped around his mind only to have something....change. Something was happening to his body. It was hard to focus through all of the pain but just the sheer unnatural occurrence that violated his very spirit brought fire to life in him once more. Akuma was many things, but he was NEVER one to bow down to someone. In body, or otherwise.

A very beautiful gathering of strengths in order to defeat a common evil. The three together would most certainly achieve great things together if at this level they can coordinate so well. In their glorious moment they would both knock away the Fade from their ally and he'd explode into a marvelous spectacle of gore. It did seem like they had successfully defeated their first enemy. Eimdall used his speed in order to gain distance even while impaired to give Nozomi the opportunity to strike with a powerful technique that would damage her own hand. "AAAAAAAAH!" The Fade growled before exploding.
Then the clapping started.
The Fade the two had attacked would fade into a dark matter leaving no actual mark on the floor and slowly it would fade away. If the two conscious humans would direct their attention towards the giant slayed beast they'd see the Fade on top of the corpse in the same way he had been when Eimdall opened the doors. "Marvelous, children just marvelous." The two had been under an illusion the moment they laid eyes on the Fade. While they were witnessing was actually happening to Akuma it was in a completely different layer of reality. From the moment he touched Eimdall and the moment the girl entered the stage. They had been split off from Akuma. The two had attacked nothing while Akuma was being possessed. Yet to the Fade's surprise the human had managed to fight against it's influence. "You two bore me. This human however." The fade pointed at Akuma. "He interests me. Leave him to me and I shall spare your insignificant lives." The Fade stated with a much more serious tone than before. It seems like in the beginning it had been weighing their strengths and now that it realized how weak they currently were it was irritated. "If it's his life that worries you do not fret. I do not wish to kill him. I only wish to see his full potential and you two shall only hold him back." The Fade eyed Nozomi for a second. The mouth grinned suddenly. "Do they know, Child? Hahaha. Do they know what you are? Do you want me to show them what you are?" For a brief moment the girl's hand would begin to change subtly into her actually form. "Give me the boy." It looked over at Eimdall now. The smile faded. "You are fast. What would you do if you lost your legs, child?" He asked as Eimdall's legs began to fade. There would be no pain just two stumps would replace them and he'd fall to the ground. "Can you live your life without feeling the rush of fresh air blowing across your face as you race across these forsaken lands?" The Fade sighed and sat down. "All I desire is the boy. Give him to me." At that point Akuma's body was back to normal. The damage done to his body had been an illusion like mostly everything that had happened during the fight.
Eimdall came to a complete stop as the fade vanished in the palm of his hand. Suddenly it hit him, the fatigue of using up his shunshin jutsu was too much for him. He staggered but maintained his footing, barely able to stand as his legs trembled violently just to hold up his weight. Then it began, the overwhelming sense of weakness. He had no access to his speed release and the only jutsu he had was now too much for him to handle. Young Eimdall started slipping into despair. He couldn’t even hear the maniacal ranting of the fade who had now reappeared atop the beast once more. Instead his eyes looked downward to the floor, as his mind began to crumble and his will was shattered.
Then as if he hadn’t suffered enough defeat, his legs were taken right from underneath him. This to him was worse than death. His legs were his only strength. How could he carry on the pride of his clan like this... how could he survive in this new world? Eimdall has suffered from a weak mind long before the occurrence of the last 24 hours. But this was something new. As he lay there on his back, tears began to flow down the sides of his face, yet not a sound departed from his lips. This was not a world he was fit to live anymore, he had not the strength or fortitude to last long even with the help of comrades. Eimdall would reach for his back and pullout one of his blades, with his mind broken, this seemed to be the best option. Eimdall would place the blade to his chest and press down firmly, driving the blade into his heart. Several coughs would proceed his passing, blood erupting from his mouth. Eimdall fell with his try’s to the rainy sky and the ground was stained with his diluted blood. His last thoughts.. “at least this time I wasn’t alone in my final moments.”

Nozomi growled under her breath. Of course. Nozomi, out of all people, should've known better. Then again, before she was crystallized, she wasn't a master at genjutsu yet. This was going to take time. She had to figure it out. Somehow. It seemed to like the slain beast on the ground. Was it drawing power from the slain beast? Or maybe it was once the slain beast...? Nozomi closed her eyelids for a moment to ignore the 'change' on her hand as she inhaled and exhaled. 'Breathe. It's sight for this one.' She reminded herself. But here's the thing, she hasn't yet trained herself to fight blindfolded. 'Inhale. one two three four exhale one two three four five six-' She stopped abruptly as she heard a liquid cough. Her eyelids snapped open as she didn't realize that it was up to her to help her comrades to fight against gentjustu. "No! No no no..." She choked back as she quickly went by his side. "No.." She whispered as her hand grabbed the hilt of the dagger, with a quick moment, she spun and threw the dagger into the dead beast's forehead. It was a shot in the dark, but she was going to try damn it. Scrambled to get up, she went to Akuma's side, "We need to get out, now. Keep your eyes closed and I am not taking no for an answer." her eyelids now closed as she attempt to haul, apparently lightweight boy out. "Screw you. Humans are needed to be taught by themselves how to become strong. Torturing them or giving them power won't do it. So." She bitterly bit her lip as she coughed. No.. this feeling. Her mouth started to salivate again and her eyes were thick with water. At least her eyelids were already closed. "Go." She panted heavily, her hands holding the fighter close to her body as if she refused to let him go until she die. "********. Yourself." She muttered out loud. She's mad at Tedd for not actually curing her. She knew she couldn't trust him. She's mad at Emidall for not trusting his teammates to get them out. She's mad at the world. SHe's mad at the humans for destroying her home. But damn it all, she's going to prove everyone wrong, humans are meant to live. They have passion. Love. Compassion. Happiness. With each step, she coughed more harshly but she'll be damn if she falls onto her knees.
At least until he's safe. The fighter. She haven't yet learned his name but her heart and her hope was stronger than ever.

xxxThere it was again. The second time in the day where Akuma opened his eyes, beyond confused, with his body in pain, and no ******** clue where he was. However he did catch what the girl was saying to whatever the ******** just tried to whatever the ******** him, to which he'd cough out weakly "What she said".
Though he was being hauled with a few staggered steps he worked his way to his feet, having not really heard what she said about keeping his eyes clothes but really not looking her way. "Seriously what in the hell is this place. Are the only damn things left here psychos on a power trip? Because if so it's my 14th birthday allllll over again" Akuma said, still trying to focus his vision. Almost automatically he had drawn out his katana, though didn't know if this thing was as about as useful imaginary as it was real against whatever they were fighting. If they were fighting. Honestly the entire thing was a blur in his head, he just knew the girl who was close to him still hadn't stabbed him in the face nor when he was unconscious so he could at least rely on her. Probably.
Maybe taking a few more centuries of a nap in that crystal wouldn't have been so bad after all.

The face/chest raised a brow at the now legless boy. "Oh for heavens sake." The Fade cried before waving a hand at him. Eimdall would find himself still in control of his body but paying close attention to the girl he'd realize she was no longer in control of her own and was in fact mimicking his movements. "You humans are pathetic! I give you an easy way out. Bring me the boy and all your problems VANISH!" The fade snapped his fingers and suddenly they were all back in the first floor together with Tedd who remained motionless. This was not reality as it was in fact just a mere shard of the past being represented in their plane of existence. "Remember this? Weren't things so peaceful back here? You were all fresh! You can go back to the way things were. Just let go of the child and RUN!" The fade shouted before appearing in front of Eimdall. "Do you wish for your death so badly young one? Does my existence bring fear into your heart? I can give you your legs back you know?" The Fade put his hands on Eimdall's and held the blade together with the boy. "Death is not without consequence. You take your life and the girl dies as well. Are you that selfish as to not only abandon your allies but to take them with you, hm?" The Fade asked gesturing towards Nozomi.
Once Akuma got himself back up the Fade gave the boy his attention. "It is simple, child. Come with me and I shall spare them. Unless your friend over there decides to end them for me haha..."
The moment they teleported to the first floor room, Eimdall was confused to see a giant bear like creature wearing fine robes and standing up right. This alone was enough to snap him out of his madness and cause him to look around at everyone. Then the words of the fade began to break through the silence, hitting him to his core. Eimdall has been selfish. In the moment upstairs he looked for the easy way out. When faced with the option of getting his legs back for sacrificing his friend, he chose to create his own option. Akuma’s life was not his to barter with and Eimdall would not this in his conscience.
The young boy was torn once again as the fade tied his fate to the young girls. Eimdall hadn’t known these people for more than a full day, he hadn’t even exchanged names with the girl. However, as much of a coward he was, he would never forfeit another’s life just to save his own skin. He was so distraught with the loss of his legs and how difficult life had been since waking up, that he neglected to think of how his actions would affect those around him. Eimdall would drop the knife to the floor and continue laying on the floor, contemplating his response. “you have the power here beast, we couldn’t stop you even if we gave our lives in the process. ” Eimdall responded, looking to the ceiling. Then thinking oh how Akuma stepped in and took the fades attention earlier, Eimdall gave he’s second response. “but I will not be the one to give his life over to you, not even if you offer me the ability to walk again. I’d die before betraying either of them in such a way ” Eimdall said as he closed his eyes and steadied his breathing. He was indeed prepared to rot away in that room unable to move, content with the fact that he could give up his legs for a new friend. He knew that the fade surely couldn’t watch over he and the girl forever, while tying their fates to one another..... so thought.

Nozomi winced as the flashes show again as she does everything to control her breathing. Breathe. Breathe. She had to keep reminding myself. Damn the fade. Human souls are not for others to take away from. Once the fade shoved a dagger in her hand, he too, gave one to Emidall as her eyes widen as she had to close it fast from the constant watering that she was getting. She had noticed she's copying his movements and fought it as much as possible. A slight fearful whimper actually was heard from the courageous and strong female. The young redhaired female let out few harsh coughs that doesn't sound comfortable considering she wasn't in control of her body. She looked at Emidall.. almost scared.. but then she heard the fade as she sighed with relief when the dagger had landed on the floor. Her body followed to lay down as Emidall did so,
"I desire..."
She started, her warm honey hues glanced at the ceiling, as the cough were still harsh and rough,
"I desire that you disappear, we never see you again, and that he never told you his desire..."
Would it work?

xxxAkuma let his head lull back a bit and let out what could be called a mixture of a groan and a near shout. "Jesus non existent christ.
RIGHT. SO THIS IS WHAT'S GUNNA HAPPEN

Literally all of us just woke up in hell and I am going to see both of you walk on to whatever else is out there. This is like fighting the damn ocean, plus I'm still like 50% sure this is some sort of drugging" Akuma said loudly at the pair of them. It was the best he could probably get to being nice. He wasn't exactly being all, GO ON WITHOUT ME OH WOE FRIENDS, more like the tone of, run you ******** because the fight was already in a bad enough state.
Then he'd raise his blade at the Fade whatever the hell and say "And you didn't read my fine print. I said no chains dickless, so I'll go with you but I won't be a dog for you to play with".
