Despite the image being directed at Tatsumaki, Ika would examine it without delay. This creature, no THESE creatures, were absolutely intelligent. Not dog intelligent, but outright human intelligent. Which raised the question as to how they developed. Surely a species like this would have been almost hunted to oblivion under normal circumstances. Each question about the exact nature and possible civilization of these birds, was but a shadow of his overall question. What in the actual hell had happened. How had things gotten to this point. The image before him was one which depicted the bird thing picking up Tatsumaki and taking her somewhere. However he was not about ready to get separated from the literally, only other human being he had met so far. So with a stern and hard face he faced off with the male bird. His right hand would extend to the drawing on the ground. Then to himself, then pointing upwards. Indicating he would go with the girl. Course he had no idea that he did not actually have a choice in the matter as he was soon snagged up too right alongside the girl. Turning to see if he could snag his gear he watched another bird pick up the heavy pack. With a force of will he kept his emotions in check, specifically his fear. Right now he focused on tightening his grip on the birds legs so that should the bird decide to drop him he could at least shock the hell out of the bird and take it with him.
