Welcome to my singles & plot thread. Please note the following;
All my Soquilis will be very clearly marked as to whether they are looking for a fling or a lifemate - if I have a Soquili looking for a lifemate please don't offer for just a fling.
I will be looking for either roleplay or plotting to work out a lifemate relationship between our Soquili - flings I can & will be more flexible with
If I am looking for a roleplay relationship it will done via guild (occasionally PM), I very very rarely log onto AIM
Please note that I can be slow on occasion with roleplay replies, however I will always reply eventually. A non-reply doesn't mean I've forgotten or am no longer interested, it just means I got busy XD
I currently have several flings that I am trying in breedings for so any new flings will have to wait a while to try for. Lifemate breedings will be rotated in as and when either owner can post or depending on unedit/edit openings

Personality/Background:
Sunari is honest to a fault, doesn't see any reason in sugar coating what she says. Might be seen as nasty, or rude but what she says is always the truth as she sees it, she would never lie just to get a reaction.
Belongs to a very large family, is ambivalent about finding a lifemate or 'soulmate', and would be more interested in passion, adventure and fun.

Personality/Background:
Goldfish is a member of The Flock, and is pretty content amongst her sisters, as she's always wanted a place to belong and feel like she is normal instead of slightly peculiar looking.
She is a forager for the Flock, and is pretty skilled at telling the good plants from those that'll make you sick or just taste awful, though it took a while to develop the skill and she made herself poorly a few times!
She's fairly happy go lucky, and can sometimes come across as a little too bright and cheery, though she only does so as she thinks it's the best way to be for someone to like you.
She is obsessed with fish, and would love to dig herself a little pond and fill it with the aquatic creatures, though she's not sure how to go about doing so.

Personality/Background:
Mae is a very forward mare, easy and open with her affections and quick to make friends if she meets someone that she feels she can get along with.
She likes all things pretty, especially pink items, but adores ribbons, feathers and jewellery in all colours, and is never found without a ribbon around her neck.
She is most often found near the village as she likes to collect ribbons and the like, and finds that she can often give the two-leggers a sweet look and they will be generous with such trinkets.
She has occasionally been light-hoofed but tries not to do so very often and never would take from a friend.

I would highly adore if she had a fling with someone Kelpi/kelpi descended as it would be amusing if she did give birth to feesh-Soq, confuse her even more
Personality/Background:
Koi is a mare with an identity crisis. A sweet mare, but one that comes across as a kook to anyone that meets her and doesn't understand the reasons as to why she fervently believes she is a fish in a Soquili body.
She began believing she was a fish when she was just a filly, having been named after a type of fish by a well-meaning and doting mother didn't really help, and despite Goldfish's repeated assertions that she only named her daughter after a fish and not because she is a fish, Koi still prefers to think that she is a very large fish that got born in the wrong body.
She either spends her time hanging around the pond that her mother made with her father's help, or she will often be found at streams or down by the ocean. She collects shells and seaweed, and sometimes takes to draping the latter around herself, enjoying the strong salt smell that the plant takes on as it dries in the sun.

Looking for: Fling - the father will always have to take the baskets as they won't be safe with her XD I would like her first fling to be with a pawed, but otherwise I'd be happy with unusual looking stallions
Personality/Background:
Pūtanā is quite a sly little mare, and can be at turns vicious and pleasing. She is quite manipulative, and knows the best way to get what she wants in life is to twist others perception of her. So, she will happily get bloody to prove a point, or even if her life is in danger. Or she can seem like the sweetest mare ever, and will talk quite pleasantly or even help someone, but again, it will always be because she sees some sort of payoff for herself.
There is one exception to this and that is children. She has an intense dislike for the young of any species and thinks that they are nothing more than an unnecessary burden. She can logically see that they are needed to further bloodlines, and so she will eventually have children of her own, but she will be literally unable to care for them once they leave her body, and will not be safe to be around them until they are adults.
She will happily slaughter the young of any kind, and has a special love for crushing bird eggs as she finds the cracking and crunching sound oddly soothing.

Mares - Lifemate Only (Monogamous) :
Name: Squishlet
Looking for: Lifemate - personality counts over everything else so I would be okay with her falling for a large Soq. She just wants the love that her parents have, and to be appreciated for herself, despite not being the smartest Soq out there XD
Personality/Background:
Squishlet is very different from her mother, though she loves the sharp-tongued mare very much. Squishlet is a happy sort, eager to please and likes to meet new Soqs. She might be called a little ditzy by anyone unkind enough to point it out, but she would be the first to admit she isn't the brightest mare in the herd and just laughs at herself and her lack of smarts (well, once she realises that she's gotten something wrong)
Name: Ananda
Looking for: Would like someone with wings (pref stallion), flying is pretty important to her and she would like her mate to appreciate the joy of flight as much as she does. Someone with a yearning to explore as she does, and someone that is sweet. She wouldn't get on with a trickster/joky kind of Soq as she can't really take jokes
Personality/Background:
Ananda is generally the happiest and easiest Soquili to be around, she came out of her basket excited and intrigued by everything, and as she has grown has managed to mostly keep her sense of wonder at the world and all the things in it.
She adores her parents, and will not hear a bad word said against either them or her siblings. She has a sunny outlook on life, and tries to enjoy it all. She does have a few flaws, she can be easily distracted by something new, she's pretty untidy and will only groom her mane and tail when pestered by her parents or by her goat friend.
She can take offense quite easily, and has a bit of a thin skin, so even joking insults or remarks will be taken seriously.
She loves to fly, and wishes to be as good as she can be at flying so that she can see more of the world that so intrigues her.
Name: Harlequin
Looking for: Cerynei would be loved, however I'm not set on that and personality is always key. He would have to be either able to keep up with her, or be like her guardian angel that makes her look after herself when she doesn't want to XD
Personality/Background:
Harlequin is a bundle of energy; a real live wire that's not afraid of fun, adventure and getting into scrapes. She's athletic and quite acrobatic, likes to climb real steep hills and even the sort of mountainous areas that only goats would try.
She followed a cerynei herd into the Kawani lands, but found them a little safe, and what she thought of as dull in their attitude towards newadventures so is striking out on her own, looking for someone or a group that can challenge her adventurous spirit and do wild things with.
Harly can go over the top though, she has injured herself a fair few times because she kept pushing her limits, she hates the words 'no' or 'can't be done' and really doesn't like being told what to do. The only thing that would really make her stop is if she found someone that challenged her spirit and showed her that a partnership and a family can be just as daunting as a steep climb...or if she injured herself badly.
Until either one happens she will keep pushing herself.
Name: Sati
Looking for: Love! She wants someone who will respect her and care for her. She also yearns for a family, so she would be okay with joining a herd. Personality > looks
Personality/Background:
Sati recently travelled into the open plain area from her home in the mountains, and has such has a rather fluffy, winter type pelt. She is a fairly standard sort of mare, in looks and temperament alike, but she doesn't mind. She is happy in her appearance, not wanting to be a showy, standout sort of mare, and she has never really though about being unhappy with her character, choosing to believe that an even and steady outlook will serve her well in life.
She enjoys many things; walking, flying, having the odd adventure (though not too adventurous, she doesn't want to risk being hurt at all!), spending time with others and likes to watch the sunset, the quiet drawing to an end of the day is her favourite time, and it's currently the only thing she will go out of her way to do, as she likes to find a proper vista to watch it from.
She would probably be called laid back by those who get to know her, likely a little too much. It takes alot for her to show any particular drive or passion for anything or anyone, and it may cause others to believe that she doesn't care when in fact she does, but just doesn't want to appear pushy or 'that' kind of mare. Sati is quite old fashioned, and would eventually like to settle down and raise a family, she thinks that one night stands are tacky and do any resulting children no favours.
Name: Sucre
Looking for: A fun, fishy mate. Mer or kelpi. Someone with bright colours possibly, or maybe just monochrome to offset her fun pinkness XD
Personality/Background:
Sucre is just really, really nice. Even if you're being mean to her, she's just nice. She is pretty easy to walk over (swim over) because she finds it so difficult to be anything but genial to those she meets and is friends with. You could pretty much get away with anything with her.
She collects everything pink; coral, seashells and anything that gets dropped into the water and gets washed out to sea
Name: Juno
Looking for: At the moment she's not actively looking for a mate, though that could be a by product of the plot I'm looking to fulfill for her. With her personal goal to be a female Knight, she's looking for her mentor, someone who can teach her discipline and how to develop physical and mental strength. She would prefer the mentor to be a female warrior, but would be okay with a male mentor.
Personality/Background:
Juno is a strong mare, or she hopes to be eventually. She wants to be a female knight, a protector for her family or for anyone that needs it, but she's not sure she can be strong enough, can learn to fight and to hurt others if she has to protect those closest to her.
She's currently looking for a mentor, especially if it's a female that's been through the same thing and has become a strong warrior figure for her herd. She does feel that it might be a personal goal that is out of her reach, but she is going to try hard to accomplish it, even though she knows it will likely be hard and possibly even painful.
Because of her determination to be a strong warrioress, she will put that first in her life and it may be that she will be single for a good while, right now she doesn't even have thoughts about males or children, those are the furthest thoughts in her mind right now.
