I know a lot of people are no longer active
on the rp side of this guild but- I figured I would
try to make an rp to "revive" the forums.

Would anyone be interested
in joining an rp here?

I can send you information about the rp!
I just don't want to write everything up
& post all the info to have no one join.

I am hoping we could keep this forum
alive and active. I was seriously
sad that a lot of the active rp's
I had previously joined are
now non existent.
It's literally been years since I
last was on gaia.

Even if this rp doesn't do well,
I'm hoping it sparks everyone to come back
and make rp's again! Okie dokie! yeeeah.
I know most people are busy with responsibilities (like me).
But it would be cool if we could just chill and rp like
how it used to be back then. It's my opinion anyways.
So yeah! Let me know your opinions!

For me it would depend on what kind of rp it is and what your post requirements are.

I'd be willing to join based on the theme :>
I work almost every day though so you'd have to excuse that some days I won't post until after 5 or even 10 pm and will only really be active between 5 (if I'm lucky) - maybe 1/2 am depending on how much sleep I need for the next day.

as of now there are no specific post requirements! I work a few jobs too so I get fairly busy & I totally understand if you can't post often! Just post as much as possible is all I ask!

As for the theme, it's going to have a survival, post apocalyptic type of theme.
In short detail it's about an unexpected global explosion that caused a massacre of most of the human population & genetic mutations in some others. If you ever have readynthe book 1984 & watched Tokyou Ghoul its kind of like that. The government uses the "mutants" as a scapegoat in order to stop the world from going into chaos because they themselves do not know the cause of the explosive calamity.

Citizens with high ranks have the opportunity to move their families in and out of sanctions by either their job status or by the implemented point system. IE: for every mutant caught and sent to the government alive its 5 points so on and so forth.

Mutations can happen sporadically and the level of mutations differ.

Level 2's are basic things like different eye colors, abnormalities of the body and basic things like that

Level 1's are those who have abnormalities that are potentially harmful to society, (wings, claws, etc..)

Level X's are those whose mutations fully consumes them that causes them to go mad. theyre usually the psychopaths. they have a multitude of mutations (max I would think is 3 main powers)

The story also takes place about a month or two after the explosion so it'll be somewhat chaotic.

Mutants who are not caught by the government also create factions & rebel groups amongst themselves in order to protect one another-- kind of like turf warfs.

people will have options of being government official, citizens, mutants ( level 1, 2 or X) and citizens of high ranks ( cops/nurses etc)

This literally the most chopped up version of it that I can explain as of now haha. There are still LOTS of details that aren't written out here but if you have any suggestions throw them at me! Probably a lot of misspelled words & grammatical errors in the post but its the thought that counts haha. c:

I am really glad you guys like the idea/plot!
I will get everything hopefully up by today or tomorrow. I'm actually
going to Disneyland this weekend so I may be a bit busy,
however i'll write stuff up while I wait in line haha.

One last thing, I'm working in collaboration with a good friend
of mine who makes manga & does digital art. I was wondering
if I had the permission to let her use the rp as a guideline for
a manga series! of course everyone will have their recognition
in everything! If not let me know!~
