There are many different entrepreneurs in the Wizarding World & Muggle UK. Here is a list of acceptable professions:

Alchemist
Requires a N.E.W.T. in Alchemy
Arithmancer
Requires a N.E.W.T. in Arithmancy
Artist/Painter
A N.E.W.T. in Art helps
Astrologist/Astronomer
Requires a N.E.W.T in Astronomy
Barrister
Requires a N.E.W.T in Wizard Law. Mainly defends people in court.
Bird Watcher
Bodyguard Security
Broom-maker
Flying experience required, as well as a N.E.W.T in Charms
Collector
A N.E.W.T. in History of Magic and/or in Muggle Studies is helpful
Daycare Teacher
Historian
Requires a N.E.W.T in History, and/or Art.
Herbologist
Requires a N.E.W.T. in Herbology. Specialist who studies and contributes to Herbology as a scholar.
Horticulturist
Requires an O.W.L. in Herbology. Grows, supplies and trades in herbs and plants.
Housekeeper
Inventor
A N.E.W.T in Charms helps
Journalist
You can also write things for the Daily Prophet and send it in to be published!
Landscaper
A N.E.W.T in Herbology helps
Magical Veterinarian
Requires N.E.W.T.s in Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, Care of Magical Creatures, and Healing
Mind Healer
Metal Charmer
Requires a N.E.W.T. in Charms
Musician
A N.E.W.T. in Music helps

Vampire/Werewolf Hunter
Killing vampires is technically illegal according to paragraph twelve of the Guidelines for the Treatment of Non-Wizard Part-Humans, but that never stopped anybody.

Publish and write Books and Textbooks
This section of the guild functions slightly differently than the rest. You still must apply to become an Entrepreneur and meet the requirements, but - if accepted - you will be the one to create your own thread and interact with your business in your individual thread (you must label it as "Business Name ~ Profession ~ Location" )
