►Road Change Rules - In the event of a Road Change, Custom Trick Slots and Free Trick Slots are merely emptied and available for new tricks. You cannot swap your Road Change to another member or character. Road Changes pertain to the designated character slot. This is allowed once per slot and is forfeited upon said character becoming B Class or above, with the exception of a Character Change.
►Stat Switch Rules - Everyone is entitled to one stat switch (these stat switches are not transferable from one member to another), where they are allowed to rearrange their stats if they don't feel happy about where they placed them first, but only once per character slot. If the user so chooses they may use this slot to swap one character's stats with that of another of their owned characters.
►No Custom Air Trek Technology - You cannot start off with Custom Air Treks. They must be made in RP. Everyone starts off with a standard pair. You can then take them to a tuner to have "Ball Rollers" installed or "Wires" attached. Everyone begins with the basic wheels and equipment. The only thing you can note is color. You can paint your Air Treks all you want. Anti-corrosive paint said to increase water resistance, blah, blah, is not acceptable.
►Custom Trick Slots - All characters start off with 15 Custom Trick slots and that is it. You cannot purchase more and you get no "Free" slots with rank ups. You have 15 to do with as you please (creating new tricks or selecting from the Trick Library).
►Weapons/Items - Weapons/Items that have any other effect besides the ability to cut like a standard blade are not allowed. Guns are... well guns... You cannot start with them, but this is America. I'm sure you can find a gun somewhere. Knock out gas and any poison is also not allowed.

Backstory: Max is the son of Billos Hunter, one of the founders of the multi billion dollar company: Req. Co. This afforded him the luxury not afforded to his father and many of the working class citizens in America. Max spent most of his time growing up in New York and New Orleans. His father wanted his schooling to be done in New York with his cousins Nova and Kesshin, but he would always go home for the summer to spend time at the family estate in New Orleans -more often then not, bringing his cousins with him-. Growing up privileged didn't really affect Max. His father was always considered a 'gambler' of sorts and Max somehow inherited this two edged trait. Unlike his cousin (Nova), Billos has come to terms with who he is and what weight his name carries, but that doesn't stop him from squaring up to anyone who disrespects his cousins, entire family, and (in some cases) friends. Max waited to start riding treks until after he graduated high school and has been continuing to improve his riding. _________BIOGRAPHY▪▫Kesshin lead a normal life in American up to his teenage years. His father was well established in the well known Requiem Company, also referred to as REQ. Co., so much so that Kesshin's mom was a stay-at-home wife who took care of Kesshin who spoiled him fueling his love for the high-end style of air treks. In his younger years, Kesshin developed a knack for playing with fire, and surprisingly his mom did not mind it at all, she said the thing that was so attractive about it was the warmth it brought to the world, that it could be a gentle flicker or a blazing inferno. As the days pasted there had been reports of arson in the city that Kesshin resided, similar happenings were reported before but they all varied in time, sometimes days, weeks months, even years before more mysterious fires caused by arson would occur. Kesshin's father being the man he was did not want Kesshin to live around that. xxxxxxCoincidentally, in Kesshin's early teens, his father had been transferred to the New York branch of the company. Things only got worse from there, as the transfer seemed like a ploy to rid a few members of the company that didn't agree with that particular branch's "views". As time went on things became more scarce, money, food, and daily hobbies reduced to a minimum, so much so that Kesshin had lay down his air trek hobby to undertake a job to help play the bills which only worried his mother. With the transfer of Kesshin's family the arson followed, reports of arson in the area began to arise. Every now and then when Kesshin got home from work he would see his mother playing with a lighter like they used to do when he was younger but nothing seemed out of the ordinary. xxxxxxIt was on a seemingly regular night that everything changed. Kesshin had come home from work and had went right to sleep, he was suddenly woken up hours later by arguing from his mom and dad, but didn't think much of it and went back to sleep, when next he woke he was surrounded by smoke and fire. When Kesshin ran to find his parent he saw his mom in the living room, his father... set ablaze. Kesshin shocked beyond words he nearly forgot to the house was on fire, his mom embracing him telling him to close his eyes. Scared and confused he did and he felt the warmth, the calm. Kesshin eyes shot open as he realized that his mother was the arsonist that eluded the police. She wanted them both to be engulfed by the flames together but Kesshin was not having it, he fled from the house trying to urge his mother to come with him. xxxxxxEventually the house began to collapse in on itself trapping his mother, the sight he saw was his mother smiling at him, seemingly at peace and the house burned down. When it was all said and done Kesshin was left homeless and as he sifted through the remains of his house and all that remained was his mom's custom lighter and his air treks. A couple of months later Kesshin put in an orphanage, and life was pretty rough for him as the orphanage wasn't exactly a good place to call home. Kesshin often had a run-ins with the authorities despite his pleas and claims of how horrible the orphanage treated the kids there nothing was done. Kesshin was finally brought into a new home a few more months later by the man himself, president of REQ. Co. himself, Daisuke Valentine after he heard what happened to him. Ever since then Kesshin had never touched fire since that day and he began living life with his best friend and . Later down his late teens to early adult years his life began to seemingly began to become normal again, albeit a bit more stressful which has caused him to play with his mother's lighter. As the stress of university life and still not being able to cope with his real parents deaths weighed in on him Kesshhin began to unconsciously turn to small arson to ease his stress. xxxxxxOne night he was riding on his air treks particularly in an extremely reckless fashion to as if he thought the faster he rode the farther he could escape his past and present troubles. Before he knew it his feet caught fire, but it wasn't a normal fire it was a green hue. Entranced Kesshin continued to a nearby abandoned building before he realized it he had burned the small building to the ground. No one was hurt and the fire was around a demolition zone so no one thought much of it. but he has steered clear of fire unless beckoned by the green flame. Personality: Kloe prefers to keep to herself unless the situation calls for her to back up her team or herself. She is known to shy away from large social gatherings, such as massive parts wars due to a discomfort in being around so many people at once in one open area. The rider can seem unsure of her ability to perform with others, but seems to surprise even herself by what she can do in a fight. When feeling threatened or teased, she can become easy to intimidate and hurry behind her allies, but when pushed far enough, her timid nature disappears and suddenly becomes more agressive towards everyone she speaks with until she cools down. Backstory: One of the children of Zane and Emallie Daisetsu. Growing up, Kloe was pretty timid and led a sheltered life, even with her mother's constant pushing to go out with her siblings. Her extensive training with her father led to her eventual adaptation into physical fitness. Still, Kloe was the bookworm of the family, locked up inside and studying her heart out while engaging with her family's rigorous training methods coming as the "main event" of the day. While her grades were good, she found herself in the normal niche of a school nerd, with bullying being a main cause for her want to be stronger. Come middle school, she began to push herself to her absolute limit past her abilities, the words and actions against her having gotten to her. Upon her entrance into high school, she had large changes in her behavior. She stood up to bullies, but was almost constantly participating in fights should her few friends or herself be the target. After the fight was over, her usual shy nature would return with no recollection of what had transpired, almost as if she had switched places with another person. Personality: Sherry is an obnoxiously chatty person, though it mostly stems from a desire to avoid awkward silences. She tends to ramble when things get quiet, and whatever comes out of her mouth could be anything honestly, from normal stuff like "How was your day" to things that are completely out of nowhere, such as, "Do you ever wonder what turkeys think of Thanksgiving?" It's not completely random though- The closer she feels to someone, the more 'out there' her word vomit, if you will, can get. She is pretty sensitive emotionally, but can keep her feelings bottled up fairly well, so most people just see her as a bubbly extrovert who never gets upset. While this would be a problem for most, it's actually the easiest solution for Sherry, since she knows she can just blow off steam later without bothering anyone. Before she came to New York, she lived in California with her twin sister, Shelly, and their father, Paul. He ran a fishing business, and also occasionally took tourists on board to show what it was like. The two girls were often on the boats, helping out and learning the ropes. Shelly was always much better at the whole thing than Sherry was, and both of them knew who would wind up taking over the family business.
As such, Sherry just went off on her own to find her own path to follow. The nice thing about having a sister who was more than happy to take over the ropes was that Sherry was able to do just about anything she put her mind to, or so she thought. So far, she's been doing pretty good for a girl who is used to being surrounded by a supportive family.

_________BIOGRAPHY▪▫ Xeno was born and raised in Japan. His mother and father both worked at the ATP, so Xeno got accustomed ATs real quick. Xenos father trained him how to ride the ATs, thinking he would become a part of the ATP. When Xeno became 10, he decided to go explore the city, at night, with his ATs. He went from roof to roof with ease looking around town, seeing sights he would have never seen without the help of his ATs. Xeno then heard a loud clash, that sounded like wheels turning and slamming into each other. Xeno, drawn in by the sounds, made his way over to see two Storm riders, fighting it out on their ATs and a crowd around them cheering both sides on.. Xeno became totally infatuated with the way they fought. He went into the crowd and pushed his way through the crowd till finally he was at the front. He then saw it right in front of him, lightning and fire, coming from both ATs. The two of them used their tricks to try to better one another. Xeno became absolutely taken by the two of them. Xeno was so focused on the fight, that he didn't even hear the sirens, or see the crowd ride off. He just stood there feeling mixed excitement flow through his system. He then came back to reality when a familiar hand tapped his shoulder. It was his father, and he wast very happy. Xeno got lectured about going out at night and riding ATs, and how dangerous storm riders were to him, but Xeno heard but one word his father siad that day. 'Storm Rider' is what went through his mind his father continued. After the lecture, they went home, and Xeno began to search the web, from his room, about storm riders. He learned everything he could from the web and then went to sleep. Xeno the trained himself for 6 years to be able to fight with lightning as the storm rider he first met had done. Xeno is now 16, and his made quite a name for himself, even tho he was so young. His father and Mother disapprove of him being a storm rider but couldn't stop him. Personality: Dev is a pretty quiet individual, more often than not preferring to stay in the background of situations as opposed to where everyone can see him. He also takes pride in being a DJ, mixing music in the way he mixes it for himself more than for others. He takes heavy offense to people insulting his mixing abilities. Around friends he becomes less quiet and usually slightly more of an obnoxious person, depending on the kind of friend he will also become quite a perverted person as well. However usually he keeps his perversions to himself instead of voicing them. He is especially under control and quiet while he is DJing. Backstory: Dev grew up in and around Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He moved often simply due to things like their family being unable to pay the rent for that specific housing anymore, or for other things such as a hurricane hitting their apartment complex pretty badly. Eventually they settled in a place for a decent amount of time, before moving again and settling for another decent amount of time. Dev dropped out of high school due to pressure, and took a while before getting his GED. Eventually he also went to college for 2 semesters, but later he would move from Pennsylvania to New York. Dev had never been one for sports, but something drew him to New York's scene of Storm Riding, he had heard about and watching some of their games on television before however he never realized he would draw him to it seeing storm riders all over the place. For a while he could only watch people, but slowly he began to get jobs as a DJ after displaying his rather decent music mixing skills. Eventually getting the money to afford Air Treks, he loves DJing as his job, and likes Storm Riding in general. Thus he recently begun both, and hopefully will be able to keep up with both.

► Treks given to him on set for power rangers. They are normal air treks with a Gimmicky design that spells out "Death Ranger" in Black outlined, Red letters. Near the back of the treks, there are fins that look similar to the Wing Regalia when in form 3 but in this case its only for cosmetic effects and are much shorter. His wheels are Jet Black with writing on them that says "Fear the Storm" on the front wheels and "Death Ranger" on the back wheels.
