Bhumi was a tad bit overwhelmed at the moment. Her life wasn't exactly going as planned, not only had she been wooed by some passing stranger but now she had ten cubs to raise on her own. Not three, or six but ten. TEN. When she, with the help of Sienna, had given birth she wasn't expecting quite this many. Sienna had two young ones of her own, but there was only two. She envied the female for that now. Despite the massive number of children she had she was honestly quite pleased overall. She had never known she could feel like this for another living soul, this was different.
It was Maternal.
Gaze focused on the cubs that were now old enough to venture forth and move freely about the pride with at least minimal supervision. Of course someone would always be watching just to make sure they didn't leave the boundaries but the pride was fairly safe for them to go and explore in. Milas was currently gnawing on Slivka's tail and she had turned to swat at him, her paw catching him across the muzzle. Shrinking back he prepared himself to pounce on it again and chew once more. Her swats did little more than irritate him, they didn't hurt. Ciruela wasn't too far away either so he pondered pouncing on her instead. Bhumi watched the cubs as most laid sleeping for a moment and then decided to let them know.
"You can go outside." She said and waited.
Milas was instantly distracted by his mothers voice and he turned and looked towards her and then the entrance. Had she said they could leave? Like, go outside? Instantly he was running for the entrance with Slivka in quick pursuit. "Wait up you!" She called after him. "Are you coming Ciruela?" Milas called back after their triplet.
Sienna was outside already, she was sort of a monitor right now. She knew Bhumi was exhausted and needed an extra pair of legs around for when the cubs wanted to go adventuring. Her ears stood erect as she watched two of the cubs come barreling out into the sunlight and she waited for the rest to follow suit. Bhumi slowly walked outside and joined her friend and gave her a weary smile. "I'm glad you're here. I'd go crazy if it was just me alone." She said to her. Sano was curious to see all the new life in the lands, but still it was all hard for him to swallow. She had been one of his best friends and they hadn't spoken in so long it seemed. Moving closer to the growing crowd he swallowed a lump.

Sano had heard but he couldn't believe. Bhumi was a mother? She had always seemed so shy and conservative to him from all their encounters. Guess he was wrong, though he didn't know the whole story to it he wasn't one to judge at all. He was pleased to hear that there was more life thriving within the pride, though he wasn't prepared for the ten cubs that he was about to run into. His eyes first fell upon the triplets, then their orange brother and lighter orange sister, they were all very lovely in coloration to him. And they looked healthy too! He spotted Sienna next to Bhumi and gave the females a warm smile. "Sienna, Congratulations are in order for you as well! I hear you had two little ones just a short time ago as well." He said to her.
"Yes, They're somewhere around here." She said with a light laugh. She was having troubles locating two pups, she wondered how Bhumi would do it with ten.
His gaze turned to Bhumi, "Are you doing well?" He asked her curiously.
"Yes, I'm doing very well, just a little tired but otherwise healthy as I can be." She said proudly as she waited for the rest of her brood to come barreling out of the den.
"It's so large out here." Milas exclaimed as he peered around blinking a few times. Slivka on the other hand was stalking the large bushy tail of Sano. She was going to get it it was the last thing she did.

Aurelia inched closer to her mother and peered out at the cubs. She blinked up at her mother, looking wary and then sighed. "I'll try, Mother." She replied and then looked through her mother's legs at the lion cub that had addressed her, before finally approaching.
"I'm not a lion." She replied, sniffing. "I'm a wild dog. So is my mother, Sienna and my sister." She glanced around. "Though I don't see 'aria, here..." She shrugged. "Anyway, the world isn't made of lions. And it's not made of lions and wild dogs either." She turned her head back to her mother, who was the highest authority in her mind and who, by extension, would know everything. "Isn't that right, Mother?"
