Located at 8 Annadale Green, Belfast, North Ireland is a flat rented by Dakota Vann. He moved back to Ireland after moving to England for school when he was younger. Now in a two bedroom, one bathroom flat it may be small but its home. The bedroom off the living room Dakota uses. While the bedroom upstairs in the attic is used as his office. To access the flat one has to go upstairs. Close to a lot of local amenities, Dakota likes being close to River Lagan where he does quite a bit of writing.

History:

Dakota was born in Ireland and adopted by the Vann Family. Reunited with his mum Isabelle when his adoptive parents died in a car crash, he moved to England to live with her. Staying with Isabelle's brother and his wife for a time before finding a place of their own. After graduating Dakota decided to move back to Ireland. His girlfriend at the time Feather was supposed to move in but due to something coming up she couldn't. After that the two broke it off in mutual understanding.

Dakota attended Hogwarts and was sorted into Ravenclaw.
