This office was started by Mira when she graduated and then her sister Grace joined once she graduated herself.
Upon walking up to their office there is a wooden box with a self-inking quill and pieces of parchment. This is in the event neither Grace nor Mira are in the office (which is very rare). The contents have an anti-theft charm on them.
When you first walk into their office it appears divided in half with a sitting area in the middle. Two desks face each other on either side. Both sides have their own bookshelves and storage among other things. Across from the entrance is another door which leads into another room in the back where Grace and Mira brew their potions. With tons of supplies and multiple tables, there are many things on the go. Much to the girls dismay there potion room is far from organized. Luckily no one sees the mess but them and the main office space is much more organized in comparison. The only spot that's organized in the back is where they store their finished potions.
The girls gladly accept walk ins. There is a note on the door that reads;

Closed for lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm
Usually the girls stagger their hours so that one goes in earlier and one stays later
