EARLY CHILDHOOD Felix grew up in a poorer muggle neighborhood with his family. He has an older brother who he fights with all the time, it always seemed like his brother blamed him for the family problems. He was always told by his brother that their parents hardly fought till Felix was around. His parents didn’t help his problems either, his dad seemed to favor his older brother. When he asked his mom she would just hug him and tell him not to worry. His dad was usually drunk due to a failing marriage that due to Catholic leanings, though the church was never a thing they ever went to, he wouldn’t divorce. His mom was nearly always at work to make ends meet as no job was good enough by her husband’s standards to work at as it didn’t pay well or was too menial of a job. When he was five he first overheard one of many fights where he heard something about how he was not supposed to be here and was because his mom had done something she shouldn't have. It wasn’t until some years later that he learned what his dad meant by him not suppose to be here and what cheating was. Felix never had good luck either, the one time they tried to act as a normal family and go to the pool he nearly drowned after getting pushed in the deep end by some bullies and having never learned to swim, leading to his Aquaphobia. Eventually, even his brother got a job to help the family out. Leaving him on his own a lot by age 8 made him mature a bit before he was truly ready. Normally getting away from home was some solace but school was hardly different than at home. He was bullied a lot and got it to fights to try and make them leave him alone, the teachers told him to just deal with it so he did. Unfortunately, this made everyone leave him alone when he really just wanted the bullies to not mess with him. This left him no reason to fully trust people anymore, they either were mean or would run away from him. This is about the time when his magic ability started showing. When given chores like laundry for misbehavior it almost seemed to do itself. Another time he was being picked on at dinner as usual but he got madder than usual and the mash potatoes exploded. Not too long after that, they were visited by a strange man that came to tell them Felix was special and was accepted to a school for wizards and witches like him. It took some convincing but after a nice magic display Felix was impressed and convinced his parents to let him go. Now he gets to a school for magic! Perhaps he could get a fresh start, no one would know him there.

SCHOOL YEARS
■ FIRST YEAR Felix got sorted in to Hufflepuff and even found a friend. He also tried joining the dueling club
■ SECOND YEAR this year was better Felix got to join dueling club bit found it wasn't his thing but he loved newspaper club though one of the oldest boys scares me. He met a few other people that seem nice but was still nervous making friends.
■ THIRD YEAR Summer was horrible for Felix. After an explosive end to his summer leaving him with more trust issues and a black eye he spent most of his year getting help by chating with the school healers.
■ FOURTH YEAR this year was a quiet year of study and friends. Though he did find himself even more awkward around girls.
■ FIFTH YEAR Felix finally worked up the nerve to awkwardly as Maisie Thornburn out and she said yes! He even got asked to eventully run the newspaper club!
■ SIXTH YEAR Running the paper was hard but rewarding, it helped build a bit of confidence
■ SEVENTH YEAR not a lot happened other than newspaper and N.E.W.Ts

EARLY CHILDHOOD Owen is the first child of Henry and Wanda Geary. Even as a young child he knew his parents weren't happy together. Dad was mean to Mom and him. Owen just wanted dad to be nice like the dads his friends had. When he was six his brother Felix was born. He was a very skittish baby who'd cry when it was loud. Owen got jealous that mom didn't have as much time for him any more. Why did Felix get all the attention! Desperate to be noticed he ended up acting out in school. Sure it got dad mad at him but mom also was paying more attention. He picked on felix mainly cause he was the reason mom hardly played with him anymore. One night when he was ten and Felix was four he heard his Parents fighting about Felix. He caught his dad finding out that Felix had a different dad! Did that mean Felix wasn't his brother? Did mom not like him anymore and wanted a new kid? The projected jealousy lasted as the boys grew.

SCHOOL YEARS In his teens they were visited by a strange person saying Felix was magic and special. Why wasn't he special too! He learned he was what was called a muggle and it made him more jealous. Felix got to be special and go to a cool magic school. His frustration led him to pick on Felix more and resort to petty vandalism to get the attention he craved. When Felix was gone at his school Owen learned perhaps being the center of dads attention was not as good as he thought. He regularly blame Owen for stupid things and only when mom was gone would he get hit, to where Owen couldnt stand to be home. He never blamed mom for being hit. She was too. He never told here as she had plenty to worry about on her own. He got himself a job and saved to move out. Just before his brother came back from his second year Owen had whipped himself into shape. He had a decent enough studio apartment and was enrolled in University to become a Veterinarian. Sure earning a doctorate was a huge challenge, but Owen was determined to not be the delinquent destined for jail his prior teachers and dad thought he would be. Upon hearing Felix stand up for himself and getting hit Owen had enough. Perhaps he saw the same desperation he had when he was Felix's age but he knew he had to set it straight. Helping the part of the family who loved him he braved an angry father to get mom and Felix's things and even testified in court to dad's abuse of him and Felix. It felt good to know that others cared how the Geary boys had been treated. He confessed his feelings to Felix who luckily also wanted to mend their broken relationship. He learned him and Felix shared a love of animals and over time they bonded. Now with Felix graduated he hoped to make up for the years he had been an a** hat to his brother
