[Roll Thread] Lynnette: Elegant Chaos

Lynnette wasn't sure what to expect with this whole Labyrinth thing. She had heard brief mentions of it from her teammates, but had yet to experience it for herself. Well, she supposed now was her chance, being that she was currently standing in front of the entrance with Lucy, her Cleffa. The girl was confident that she and her newest companion could make it at least a decent amount into this thing. And besides, it would give her chance to get to know the cute Fairy-type. With a sharp inhale, Lynn would open the first door...

Entering the first room, Lynnette and Lucy would immediately be doused with a strange powder, causing the two to cough and splutter. "What in the hell was that?" Lynn would say, trying to locate where this strange powder came from. However, it would seem that Lucy had located it first, as a sudden stream of flames came from the small Pokemon, leaving Lynn rather stunned. The Foongus in front of them would comically let out a little puff of smoke in response to being torched.

"When did you learn Flamethrower??" Lynnette would shout, clearly confused. Lucy would turn back to her, tilting her head slightly and smiling. And then Lynn would remember where she found the Fairy-type - the abandoned mall safari. Maybe the Cleffa had gotten her hands on a TM while living in there? Or maybe she had been released there by a trainer who had taught it to her? Regardless, seeing the opposing Foongus, Lynnette was thankful for the Cleffa's knowledge.

While the two were distracted, the Foongus would leech some of Lucy's health with an Absorb attack. However, the Cleffa would respond by letting loose another Flamethrower, knocking the Foongus out with the fiery inferno.

With the battle seemingly over, Lynnette and Lucy would take a moment to see if the powder that had dusted them when they entered the room had any sort of effect on them.

Lynnette wouldn't feel any sort of affect from the powder, but, she did notice that Lucy was acting a little antsy, clearly eager to go on, rushing ahead of her trainer. The girl would pick up a Silver Token that she happened to see glinting nearby, but, would try to catch up to her Cleffa. She wasn't sure what exactly was going on, but, she had a feeling that it wasn't good.

Lynnette would come into the room to find that Lucy was trying to pick a fight with the Mareep that was in this room. Although, it looked like the walls were made of wood? What was that all about? Regardless, Lynn would wince as she happened to see an Electro Ball being tossed at Lucy, slamming into the poor Cleffa. The girl would sigh, shaking her head slightly.

"Use Flamethrower, Lucy! It's your best option right now!" Lynn would call out, hoping that her Cleffa was actually listening in her powder induced rage. Lucy would attempt to torch the Mareep though, thankfully, although Lynnette still couldn't be sure if it was because she had told the Cleffa to do it or not. The Mareep's wool was looking a tad more black in color than before and it would turn tail and run off. Lucy would follow behind it, using another Flamethrower in an attempt to stop it in it's tracks, though catching some of the hay that was on the ground in the flames.

Lynnette had a feeling in the pit of her stomach telling her that this would not end well.

The room would go up in flames around Lynnette and her Cleffa. Lucy was still a fair distance away from Lynn though, and the girl couldn't quite see what was going on through the flames and smoke. She just hoped that the Fairy-type was okay.

Lynnette would catch up to Lucy and scoop her up, noticing that she had picked up two blue shards and a silver token. The trainer would retrieve these items from her Pokemon as she looked the Cleffa over one more time. It seemed Lucy had calmed down again though, so, hopefully there would be no more rushing into things again.

Regardless, the room was still burning. So, in order to get away from the flames, Lynnette would head into the next room, whatever it may be.

Entering the room, both Lynnette and Lucy would notice the trio of Lillipups playing. The girl would have to stifle a squeal, not really wanting to disturb their fun. Looking around, Lynn would see the dog houses. Taking a moment to think, it was obvious that she was meant to put each Lillipup in one of the houses. But, which one went where? Hmm...

Lucy would rush forward, grabbing one of the pups. Chuckling, Lynn would grab another one. Both trainer and Pokemon would lead their respective pups away, hoping these were the right places. The third pup, seeing its siblings being led to the dog houses, would scurry off to the final one.

The end result would be the pups in the order of Red, Green, Blue, and Lynnette and Lucy would take a step back to watch the pups curiously.
