General Information

The ultimate mission of the Grand Academy of Eoana, is to help culture fine prospective subjects who have been finely trained and honed to be able to return to their homes with professionalism and expertise. As such, the potential for growth in this guild will be met by a physical growth system that will allow characters who put forth the time and effort to increase their personal stats along side their story, rp status, and in story prowess.

As you know, the starting stats of any character are randomized and are done so to represent the different levels any particular person could have as a start... However as time goes on, and the characters are developed, characters are able to increase their stats as a progression of growth alongside the role play element. The stat progression system will work as follows:

For Students of the Academy of Eoana:

Thrice in a given school year, during the timeskips between the seasons and school terms, the students will be given End of Term reviews that will act as the students "Mid-terms" and or "Final". During these timeskips, at the end of every term, characters will have the opportunity to be reviewed, which will be determined by dice rolls and depending on the outcome of the tests, will be able to gain up to 2 raiment points to add to whichever raiment stats they would like. This doesn't mean you will automatically gain these points, the reviews are presented as "tests" and therefore have a chance of failure based on parameters that we, the crew, will use for each character. This means that if you fail, you gain nothing. If you barely pass, you may gain 1 point, if you pass with flying colors, you'll gain 2 points.

In addition, at the End of Year review, or the "Finals" if you will, you will also be given the chance gain up to 2 physical stat points to represent your character's growth. These events will go on every year (1st MidTerm, 2nd MidTerm, and Finals) and represent the methods by which a character can grow.

The requirements for a character to Graduate are as follows:

      - Must reach A-Class to graduate
      - Minimum of 2 years of schooling

Any student that starts off the year as a B-Class or Lower is eligible to take all Mid-terms and Finals within that year to progress. Even if they reach A-Class status during that year, they can still take the remaining tests for the remainder of the year.

Any student that starts off the year as an A-Class student has already met their Class requirement, and as such are no longer eligible to take the 1st or 2nd MidTerms. However, they are still eligible to take the Final test to possibly gain up to 2 raiment points as well as up to 2 physical points. If this student is A-class and has already had or will have 2 years under their belt at the end of the school year, then they will graduate at the end of this year.

Any student that starts off the year as an S-Class or manages to reach S-Class will graduate at the end of that year regardless of how long they've been in the school, and are ineligible to take any MidTerms but will still be able to take the "Finals".

After a student reaches A-Class and graduates from the Academy, they can choose to return home, look for a job with which A-Class is an accepted qualification, apply for Official positions within Eoana or in their home or Kingdom, or they can remain in the school and join the Master's program.

An A-Class graduate could likely become an Official and still join the Master's program, but the Official position would have to be within range to allow the graduate to be able to attend school and work simultaneously. Otherwise, the character would have to choose one or the other.

Stat Advancement Summary going forward...

      - If starting your character as B-Class or Lower - Your character can gain up to 6 raiment points and up to 2 physical points per year. If A-Class is reached within the second or later year, then the character will graduate at the end of that given year.
      - If starting your character as A-Class or S-Class - Your character can gain up to 2 raiment points and up to 2 physical points per year until reaching the minimum 2 year requisite, then the character will graduate at the end of that given year. If S-Class is reached at any point, the character will graduate at the end of that given year.

For Graduates joining the Master's program:

Any Graduate that has joined the Master's Program will become an Apprentice. As an Apprentice, you must take on an S-Class teacher or academy faculty member as a mentor. This mentorship, as such, means that you are still formally a student of the Academy, and you retain eligibility to take the "MidTerms" and "Finals" tests each year, much like the above students, to further their progress and attempt to reach S-Class status. As a Master's Apprentice, however, the increase to raiment stats given by successful completion of the End of Term "tests" is limited to 1 point, instead of 2, as reaching S-Class status is a difficult feat to accomplish. In addition, completion of the End of Year "Final" also grants 1 physical point that can be used to increase a physical stat point of your choice. During their time as a graduate student, Master's Apprentices can retain jobs on campus, or even take on a TA position. Doing so will help to increase their chances at passing the End of Term Reviews each year.

Any Apprentice that reaches S-Class within a given year will immediately graduate the Master's program within that given year. They can still attempt any remaining tests that they are eligible for that given year, but after graduating from the Master's program, they have achieved S-Class and are considered a Master.

Masters can then officially apply for S-Class positions within their respective Kingdoms and homes, or even apply for any open teaching positions for which they qualify within the school.

Stat Advancement Summary going forward...

      - Your character can gain up to 3 raiment points and 1 physical point per year. If S-Class is reached within any given year, then they will graduate immediately at the end of the year.

For Masters who have reached S-Class:

There is no such thing had reaching the top, even for one known as a Master, there is always more to learn, always something to strive for. After becoming a Master, and reaching S-Class, there is nothing more that the Academy can teach that you do not already know yourself. From here on, your character's progression can only be obtained through hard work. Self Discipline and Self Teaching. Training hard to surpass yourself. Your greatest friend and your greatest enemy will always be yourself.

Once, every year, when you spend a significant amount of time in self-reflection, training and honing your skills, pushing yourself to the limits, you can gain up to 1 raiment or 1 physical point. This point can then be used to increase any stat up to its maximum of 9. Whether you are eligible to receive this point is determined by your characters determination throughout the year, and thus is solely judged on how much they trained themselves through out the RP year.

Stat Advancement Summary going forward...

      - Your character can gain up to 1 raiment point OR 1 physical point per year for the rest of their life. This represents improved skill and power through hard work, practice, and self discipline.

For all other characters that are civilians, officials, or any other position not affiliated with the Academy:

Your character's progression can only be obtained through hard work. If you choose not to become a student, or graduate student of the Academy, then you can only progress through Self Discipline and Self Teaching. Training hard to surpass yourself. Your greatest friend and your greatest enemy will always be yourself.

Once, every year, when you spend a significant amount of time in self-reflection, training and honing your skills, pushing yourself to the limits, you can gain up to 1 raiment point and up to 1 physical point until you reach S-Class, at which time you use the S-Class progression system for the remainder of your character's progression. This point can then be used to increase any raiment stat up to its maximum of 9. Whether you are eligible to receive this point is determined by your characters determination throughout the year, and thus is solely judged on how much they trained themselves through out the RP year.

Stat Advancement Summary going forward...

      - Your character can gain up to 1 raiment point and up to 1 physical point per year until reaching S-Class. This represents improved skill and power through hard work, practice, and self-discipline.

For Special Events and Extraordinary Stories and Plotlines:

During the course of this RP, there will often be times when a special event or extraordinary story or plotline elements occur. When these events occur, if your character is involved with the extreme story or plot, then your character may become eligible to roll a special experience-based point gain progression. During the following Timeskip, regardless of season or term, you can roll to gain up to 1 raiment point or physical point. This is to represent the growth you have gained from the extreme or extraordinary experience that you gained during the event. The crew will notify you as to whether you are eligible for this special experience-based class progression.

Stat Advancement Summary going forward...

      - If you are part of a special event when they occur, you can gain up to 1 raiment point or physical point.
