The small red and black cub scampered forward from her little home. She wanted a break from her siblings and her mother. Not that she didn't love her family, it was just it got to be a tad unnerving at times. Especially since they had a habit of picking on one another sometimes. It toughened them up for sure, but she had her limits.
She wasn't always the one doing the picking so she got it.
While she was young she wanted to know everything she could about the pride and those around her. She wanted to know more than just her parents and her littermates. She wanted to fuel her brain with everything she could get her paws on and she instantly began a search for the nearest pride member to say a word or two to.
