Sihlo started ignoring the woman, not giving a ratatta's a** how she felt about the testing going on within the building. As she started to step away and figure out how she was going to get the new pokeball she'd come for, the girl just happened to notice the young child clinging tightly to the woman's leg.
Sighing, she turned to the woman and waved her hand towards the glass, "You see that glass? It's specially made for sh- stuff like this," small person present, must watch the language, "Designed to keep the workers, and occasional tourist, safe. Besides, much better for the pokeball to blow up here, under controlled circumstances, rather than while it's in your pocket with your pokemon inside."

"Yes, thank you," Aaron sighed, hanging up the phone on his desk and plopping down on his seat in a huff. Damn corporate, never can accept anything less than perfect. As if he didn't have projects of his own to work on. Not to mention the mundane crap that comes with jobs like this. He should be used to this crap after the years he'd spent working here, but for some reason, it always got on his nerves. Well, at least focusing on his work helped him keep his cool when crap like this happened.
Aaron only felt more annoyed when he saw the tour group outside. Tours were commonplace, sure. Silph Company was the most lucrative business in Kanto, if not the world. Who WOULDN'T want to learn more about it? But the people that come on these tours were seldom beneficial to a work place environment.
As if to illustrate the point of his thoughts, one of the tourists - a redhead with a prosthetic arm (made of metal?) started walking up to him. Great, another idiot. Aaron did his best not to look agitated as Reno walked up to him. "Can I help you?" he asked gruffly. He wasn't any better at hiding his emotions than his son was, as it turned out.

The guard would continue to lay on the ground for the duration of their escape, afflicted with horrible illusions from the other side, it was going to take a lot of therapy before this guy could be remotely normal again. Things were better for the Snagems however as they would be unhindered in their escape, no one around to see them make a dash back to the door to the stair well. For once things were going relatively smoothly.
The woman looked at the glass then at Sihlo and back to the glass again, a look of uncertainty on her face, as if she didn't believe Sihlo knew what she was talking about but alas the woman did not say anything more.
The tour guide had gotten excited for the Great Ball detonation, enthusiastically telling the group about all the safety features which go into a Pokeball, how a Snorlax could sit on one and it would be perfectly fine. In the middle of one of his flamboyant speeches a voice would speak to him over his ear piece, causing him to jump a bit, startled. After a few mutters with his back turned away from the crowd he would turn to face them with a bright smile on his face.
"Okay, if I could just have everyone follow me back to the elevator..." He said, motioning for them to follow him. Something happen? Why the sudden leave? If anyone was paying attention from the other side of the room, coming out of a different elevator far away from the one the guide wanted to lead them to, came two guards and a Machamp. The Superpower Pokemon was pushing some type of cart while the guards flanked it. There was an air of urgency and sincerity about them, that they had a very important job to do and they would see to it that it was done.
"R-reno......it....." Sub would try to speak to Reno through the ear piece, attempting to give him a heads up about the template Pokeball arriving but something was jamming the ear piece. Hopefully Reno was paying attention.

Lykas just had to say it, didn't he? Those words were cursed in this team, uttering them, or even thinking them, would damn you to some sort of horrific fate. However this time the cursed words seemed to do nothing to the speaker, instead, like a genie, the words decided to punish him in a different way.
The Machamp would fall victim to Reno's mind manipulation, the Superpower Pokemon completely unaware that the urges it felt were the channeler's doing, then again Reno would notice he didn't have to manipulate the Pokemon very much as showing off its strength was something it was always ready to do.
"Ma-champ!" The Fighting type shouted as he pounded his chest with his lower two arms, flexing with the top two as he attempted to get everyone's attention. The two guards with him spun around to see what was wrong with the Pokemon, though both were too late to do anything about what happened next.
"Chaaamp!" With little effort the Pokemon picked up the cart and tossed it towards the reinforced glass chamber which the Great Ball had previously been detonated. The force behind the throw was more than enough to send the entire cart slamming through and shattering what was supposed to be unbreakable glass, the Pokemon letting everyone know just exactly how powerful it was.
The scene would cause the scientists nearby to flee and the tourists to panic as they ran and crammed themselves in the elevator, pushing anyone and everyone away nearby as they figured the Machamp had gone mad, even though it was still hamming it up with the flexing.
Both of the guards would release a Pokemon; a Kadabra and a Haunter, the pair prepared to fight the Machamp and restrain it. In the midst of the chaos someone would order the entire building to be put on lock down, alarms blaring and the exists for each floor sealed. Probably not what Reno anticipated. All this can't just be because a Pokemon went wild, could it?
As Aile and Lykas tried to make it back out the door they came out of they would find nothing but a wall of steel in its place and alarms blaring. Something or someone had triggered the building's security system and it looked like they weren't getting out the way they came in. Lykas just had to say it, didn't he.
"Lykas, Aile, can you hear me?" Sub spoke up through their ear pieces. "Something is going on in Silph, as you might have already figured out, and from what I can gather it's nothing you two did. Something happened on the sixth floor which caused the entire place to go on lock down. Rendezvous with Reno and get out of there. He will probably need help getting back out."
