Air Trecks
▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______

With the emergence of the globalization of air treks came the emergence of revolution in air trek technology. Not only has air trek technology has expanded in regards to parts and gear, but also the limits have been broken beyond imagination not just for air treks but technology as a whole. In regards to air treks, air treks have a maximum output of 80 MPH. The System for air treks are as follows. With the new technology in place, the previous ranking and models of air treks had to be redone, causing a new system to be put in place. Not only are the customs and mph for the treks have been updated, but also treks have a new feature called overclocking. Overclocking occurs when a pair of air treks are pushed beyond normal means through an unnatural occurrence. At the price of 10% wear, they are able to be overclocked and reach speeds that surpass their regular acceleration and are able to reach max speed similar to that of an acceleration trick. This gives ability to not be left in the dust, but at a heavy price.

Air Trecks: Ranks
▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______

(non battle. pure fun) Standard Air treks: 0 custom slots. Durability of 1 Battle 60 MPH
Recreational air treks. They go under the max performance that's set as the standard (80mph) They have no custom ability to them at all. These are basically air treks just used for recreation and non storm riders. Make perfect gifts for teenagers and kids who are just getting into storm riding . Great holiday gift. Can only perform up to D rank tricks. Mainly used for starting off members and for gang members to ride recreationally without getting into trouble by being tempted to get into altercation.

D rank Air treks: 1 custom slot: Durability of 4 Battles
The standard pair of air treks in regards to storm riding. Beginning storm riders who are battle ready or wanting to begin battling in the storm riding world all start off with these D rank air treks. They come with the ability to customize a part on them and while able to be tuned, can only go up to 40+ Tus. They are set to go 80 MPH.

C rank Air treks: 1 custom slot: Durability of 6 Battles
The upgrade to the standard pair of air treks in regards to storm riding. Once battling for a little bit, they are immediately upgraded to these if they are serious about storm riding. They come with the ability to customize a part on them, they can be tuned by tuners and they are set to go 80 MPH.

B rank Air Treks: 2 custom slots: Durability of 8 Battles
An upgrade from the standard of air treks when it comes to storm riding. These treks are better in quality and have more durable parts, enhanced for a more brutal run.

A rank Air Treks:3 Custom Slots: Durability of 10 Battles
Upper tier in quality and performance, these treks not only give decent custom slots but gives access to speeds that one would never thought imaginable. While not the maximum potential, to the storm riding world, this ability to go at this speed is still relatively new. The parts of the air trek are produced with a more heavy resistant material, heavy duty springs and more metal like shell than plastic is used as an approached.

S Rank Air Treks: 4 Custom Slots: Durability of 12 Battles
Top of the line air trek technology that features some of the best parts that money can buy. With amazing quality in not only performance and customization, these are the treks that most professionals wear as not many are able to advance past S rank whether it be due to skill or will. These are the treks that will be fine in most professional team locker rooms and on the grandest stage of them all given rank of course. However, just because they can be considered main stream doesn't mean they are the best, but they are what many should aim for. With 4 slots of customization what more could a storm rider could ask for?

SS Rank Air Treks: 4 custom slots: Durability of 16 Battles
Top Tier of air trek technology. From the best parts, to the best screws, all the way to the best paint job, these treks even receive more quality care and maintenance then some old model cars. These are the first of the 2 new additions in regards to ranking wise to the new air trek world. However, they superiority is unmatched except by one type of grade. While maxing out performance again, these treks however, are unable to max out customization of a 5 custom part. However, they have come close.

Legendary Air Treks: 5 custom Slots. Durability of 20 Battles
A fable that many believe to not exist. However, they are true. It's true. It's damn true. These are the best of the best and the top of the line air treks in regards to performance and quality that can be produced by non regalia. Pushed to the limit not only performance wise but customization as well, these air treks punishes those who are not worthy of wearing them .If not legendary rank and you try to tame these air treks, many end up injuring themselves. There is no safety features installed to compensate for lack of skill. these treks do not hold the rider's hand. Even from a legendary rider, use of these treks are extremely draining in battle but the risks are worth the rewards. Legendary treks automatically reduces the wear cost (before custom parts benefits) by half at the price and automatically taxes the rider's stamina by +5 but given the quality of rider and treks, this is barely noticeable by the rider. This automatic trek bonus comes standard with all legendary air treks that are produced and the effect stays active even if regalia is activated. For safety purposes, Legendary riders with legendary air treks are not only famous in the streets and in the culture, but they are heavily monitored by authorities. Just to be safe. A fully tuned Legendary Air Trek has been untested at this time. While it takes a legend to be able to wear them, only a true legend can master these treks to fullest of abilities.

▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Custom Parts and Weapons
▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______

Parts: Parts are what make up one's Air Treks, it is their body, system, and soul. Specialized parts can come in all sorts of shapes and sizes each with varying effects. Air Treks can be attributed with a maximum of four slots to properly manage the effects of these parts. The higher the rank of the A-Ts the more slots allotted. Only tuners may create and sell parts and they must be submitted for approval first. Each part must be in a different location on the Air Treks (for example a pair of A-Ts cannot have two different wheel types, or two motors in the same place running at the same time). Beginner riders who have just been introduced to the world of the Storm Riding world will have little to no knowledge regarding them. It is only after they reach D-Class that the understanding of Air Treks and its inner workings will become clearer to them. As such only D-Class riders and above have the ability to properly understand, use, and equip their own parts for their effects. However, as a rider's skill increases so too does their access to all sorts of various tools and parts. For example, a C-Class rider would be able to use both C and D Ranked parts, but a D-Class rider would only have access to D Ranked parts. The peak of this pyramid being the echelon of all parts, the Regalia. Due to their powerful abilities, Regalia, by nature are invasive and can interfere with the structure of one's A-T, Once activated it will deactivate any tunes, tricks boosts, and effects from other parts unless that part is specifically made to correspond with the Regalia. Parts by themselves do not efficiently increase the performance of Air Treks and as such cannot provide an increase stats. Only a tuner has the ability to bring out the full potential of a set of parts by performing a Tune Up. All parts must be installed by tuner

Air Trek Weapons:These weapons take any form the mind can imagine by taking advantage of the powerful technology of Air Treks. As with Custom Air Treks, there are limits, ranks, costs and rules. Your post doesn't have to be fully devoted to crafting, but a good portion of it must. You must first get your "blueprint" for the weapon approved in the A-T Technology Approval Thread before you can start crafting. A-T Technology follows the same Wear System as Air Treks and the same Ranking system

Miscellaneous technology, and gadgets: Tuners have grown to work on things outside of the realm of AT-technology, growing to be able to work on multiple facets of technology. The realm is unlimited in this area, being able to create bigger and crazier things at variable paces. As things get bigger and become more complex, it takes a longer time to make which usually makes a tuner to employ use of other tuners to create. These types of technology require certain amount of time (posts) to be focused on them and have unspecified amounts of AP needed to create. While can be made by Tuner, be careful what you are creating. Some things may not be exactly....legal.

▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______ ○ Tuning is the process of refining a pair of Air Treks to better optimize the individual performance of a Rider's road. This can vary in complexity depending on the Tuner themselves. There are three different types of tuning processes; Basic Tuning, Custom Tuning, and Link Tuning. Recreational treks are unable to be tuned. The breakdown of the three tuning types are as follows:

• Basic Tuning: simple maintenance on one's Air Treks in order to optimize the performance of otherwise basic parts such as replacing bolts, screws, and batteries.
• Custom Tuning: This is a more advanced form of tuning that allows the Tuner to alter or produce a pair of Air Treks that use more complex parts, replacing the older parts, in order to increase the efficiency of one's Air Treks. This can be anything from removing the Air Treks speed limiter to installing a different type of cushioning system to changes in wheel-type to completely rebuilding them from scratch for unique effects.
• Link Tuning:The most difficult process of tuning reserved only for the wielders of the Regalia, the Kings and Queens of their Road. It involves a high-class (B-Rank) tuner matching the King or Queen's biorhythm to the Regalia in order to unlock its full potential and usage. The degree to which a pair of Air Treks can be altered depends on the rank and talents of a tuner. Tuning can only be done by riders of the Ring Road.
• Creation: Only can be done by riders of the Ring Road, creation refers to creating technology that wouldn't specifically be classified as Air trek technology which includes anything from emps, universal locks, communicators, all the way to gundams, mechs, and large scale vehicles. Unlike other options, creation has varying costs of AP depending upon what is being built and a minimum amount of posts which is determined at approval of the custom tech. It is expected the bigger the item, the more posts needed. Post= number of replies on gaia. If need 2 posts to create, gonna need 2 gaia replies. Unsatisfactory replies will be reviewed and creation of item will be deemed voided. This usually occurs if a person tries get by with simple one liners.

Rules of Tuning
▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______ ○ Tuners are allowed to tune themselves and other riders. This Tune-Up does not effect how much a tuner may tune. The amount a tuner can tune is derived from their READ. All Tune Ups affect the Rider's Air Treks and only their Air Treks, not their actual body. If they take off their Air Treks they lose their Tune-Up bonuses. Tuners get sp per 10 TU point as well. All costs must be paid at the time of tuning. .

Basic Tuning
▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______ ○ The basics of tuning involve replacing the basic frame, aligning wheel bearings, replacing generic brands with better quality, more name brand parts, oiling gear boxes, replacing batteries, etc. Basic Tuning is not to be confused with Custom-Tuning. No additional or custom equipment or parts are added to a pair of Air Treks that have been Basic Tuned, and as such only the current parts have been optimized for better performance. This results in a stat bonus depending on the rank and READ of the Tuner but does not allow for the special effects. Basic Tuned A-Ts do not receive effects and therefore have no corresponding rank at which to be worn, unlike Custom-Tuned A-Ts. A pair of Air Treks cannot exceed +80 stat point Tune Up. Negative tunes (removal of stat points from one area to be placed in another) do subtract from the +80 gain. If you have an Air Trek set that does -80 Strength you can have +160 Stamina. For every 2 stat points the tuner has in a stat area they can add a single point to a rider's Air Treks (2:1 ratio). This number is always rounded down. Tuners can not tune Air Treks past the amount of stats which they are capable of tuning; in other words you cannot "stack" tuning points. That means a tuner cannot repeatedly enhance one specific area several times to reach the +80 Limit (e.g. being able to tune for +20 strength and doing it twice). Instead it will just override the previous Tune-Up if it is higher than the tune before it. The tuner can, however, give multiple tune-ups in different areas at the same time.

Tune-Up Chart Example
Tuning READ: 100 [150]
Acceleration: 30
TU: 15
Strength: 20
TU: 10
Stamina: 40
TU: 20
Jump: 10
TU: 5

Tuner Stat Gain
▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______ ○ Because Tuners ride on a rather passive road it is rare for them to participate in Parts Wars. They are seen as a more medical force in the Storm Rider world so, aside from Parts Wars, they gain Stat Points through repairing Air Treks and tuning others. this hones their skills and allows them to grow in a different way, making their Tune Ups more powerful and even allow them to create high-class customized gear for Air Treks and other technology. The SP gain goes follows (Note these SP Gains affect Tuning READ only:

▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______ ○ The creation of custom gear and repairing A-Ts requires a significant amount of knowledge about technology and the inner workings of Air Treks. In order to produce and repair such equipment can become quite costly as it can be difficult to get a hold of the necessary materials. Customized technology are unique parts, pieces, and machinery that Tuners create to completely distinguish one rider from the next. Whether it's a high-class part attached to an Air Trek to optimize its efficiency in a certain area or a fully operable weapon created through Air Trek Technology. Just like with tuning there are three different types of Air Treks:

• Tuned Air Treks: Stock/generic parts that are optimized by a tuner to• provide a stat boost
• Custom Air Treks: Custom parts fitted by a tuner or rider to produce effects without a stat boost.
• Custom-Tuned Air Treks: Custom parts fitted by a tuner and tuned for optimal performance; these receive both stat boosts and effects

Rules Customs & Repairs
▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______ ○ Tuners may customize their own Air Treks and make Air Trek weaponry, but they must pay the costs (there are no exceptions). Anything crafted by the Pledge Regalia, Axis, is unbreakable. All customs must be approved in the Custom Air Trek Technology Approval thread before they can be created in-character. All costs must be paid at the time of creation. While tuners have no limits on what they can create, they still can only use parts of their rank. So a C rank battle tuner can create a S rank part if they are S class Tuner but cant use it in battle.

_______Custom-Tuning: An advanced form of tuning that can only be performed by a tuner who is D-Class or higher. It is the upper echelon of customization and a necessity for those who want both custom effects and the performance enhancement of a Tune Up. Custom-Tuning requires completely rebuilding a pair of Air Treks from the ground up to synchronize performance with effect and aesthetics. From wheels, to motors, to new aerodynamic systems, to no cushioning and even exterior design, everything has been completely overhauled to specifically forge a pair of Air Treks solely tailored for the client. This also includes appearance and other subtle details. The benefit of Custom-Tuned Air Treks is no other rider in the world will have the same parts (as they have been personally created for one individual) and tuning setup, in comparison with regular Custom Air Treks which may have parts anyone can generally purchase. Custom Air Treks also lack the optimization of parts provided by a Tuner during a Tune Up. Also due to the extensive procedure, tuners are able to install all four parts on a pair of Custom-Tuned Air Treks simultaneously. (5 parts if legendary) And just like the ranks of parts, Custom-Tuned Air Treks can only be created and used by Tuners and the customization potential of the treks must be released which costs a one time rate for each rank of treks.
D Rank: 1 AP per 5 TU
C Rank: 1 AP per 10 TU
B Rank: 2 AP per 10 TU
A Rank: 3 AP per 10 TU
S Rank:4 AP per 10 TU
SS Rank: 6 AP per 10 TU
Legendary Rank: 8 AP per 10 TU

_______ ○Rank VS Rank (Treks): With tune ups, they are maximum effective against technology of the same rank. Once your treks go against treks of a higher rank, your TU become less and less effective. It still provides a boost, but it's obvious the gap in technology is hard to compensate. When going against higher rank treks (rider with D rank treks vs rider with C rank treks) The C rank treks have full access to their TUs while the D rank treks only have access to half their TUs (TU/2). This discrepancy grows as rank gap increases .VS B rank, a D rank Treks TUs would be TU/4. VS A rank it'll be TU/8. If going against S Rank and above, the D rank has no access to TUs. To put in short, your TUs are only effective for rank discrepancy of 3 ranks. Anymore, they are neutralize. This is due to the increase is technology, speed capability, and grade of the treks. Just because TUs are neutralize doesn't mean you are slower. A D rank treks vs S rank treks, if the D rank treks has a rider who has more Acc than the rider with S rank treks, the rider with D rank treks still going to be faster. They just do not get the extra boost of the TU.

_______ ○ The reason for the increasing cost in comparison to regular tuning by rank is the increasingly varied effects afforded by higher ranked parts. It should be noted that it is possible to "Rank Up" a Custom-Tuned pair of Air Treks. The cost it takes to rank up the treks is the difference between your treks rank and the next rank up. So from C rank to B rank it'll be 5 AP. You can do same with weapons as well

_______Air Trek Weapons: C-Class tuners gain the ability to craft Air Trek weaponry. These weapons take any form the mind can imagine by taking advantage of the powerful technology of Air Treks. As with Custom Air Treks, there are limits, ranks, costs and rules. They are the same as custom treks. You must first get your "blueprint" for the weapon approved in the A-T Technology Approval Thread before you can start crafting. A-T Technology follows the same Wear System as Air Treks:

Repairs
▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______ ○ A proficient rider use to be able to repair their trecks. However, time and advancement of technology has moved past to the point that only tuners can repair treks. This ranges from simple repairs to refresh your durability of your treks to completely rebuilding them. Your post doesn't have to be fully devoted to repairs, but a good portion of it must.

AT Repair: 2 AP
AT Reconstruction: 4 AP
Regalia Repair (unlinked) :6 AP
Regalia Repair (Linked Tuned) :6 AP (if link tuner repairs) 12 AP (if non link tuner repairs it)

▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

_______Link-Tuning is the highest and most complicated level of tuning. A harmonization of both biology and mechanical science between Rider and Regalia is via Tuner is needed for this process to be successful. By listening to a King's or Queen's biorhythm with the aid of an S.C. suit. An S.C Suit is a skin tight, elastic, and translucent, containing 7600 sensors within its fabric. Tuners also can carry a small machine that resembles a stenographer's typewriters. This machine allows them to monitor and re-tune regalia on the fly. A tuner matches the physical attributes of a rider specifically with his or her Regalia to maximize efficiency. Due to both the intimacy and complex nature of the process, the Link Tuner (as they are known) becomes a King's lifeline. The Regalia, King, Air Treks and Tuner all become linked together in completely harmony and synchronization, bringing out the full power of a King and his Regalia. While no word count, both writers must post about becoming one. Your post doesn't have to be fully devoted to tuning, but a good portion of it must talk about the tuning and its process and the current thoughts and actions of both Tuner and Rider during the Link Tuning process. Of course being a Link Tuner is not without its own set of rules:

_______Only Link Tuners can perform stat transfers on Regalia (with the proper trick located in the Trick Library). Negative transfer can not surpass -40. Linked Regalia restore the Air Trek's wear by 50% when activated. Unlinked Regalia restore nothing. Unlinked Regalia only give half the original statistical bonus when activated. Link Tuning cannot be done in battle. It can ONLY be done in the privacy of one's Base, Shop, or Home.

_______ ○ For Fusion Road riders who has Ring road, Link tuning does not come naturally. In order to link tune, one must be trained as something has gone a miss due to part of the focus being shifted on battling with your other road. For this, Link Tuning must be purchased for 50 AP. Cost can be paid fully be the tuner or can be split between tuner and rider.

_______Pure Link Tuning: Pure Ring riders will always have an edge when it comes to tuning. Link tuning, they are able to break the limits of air treks and can add extra +20 in TUS making the max TU a person can get to 100 and can add +50 BS bonus to Regalia. This is called Pure Link and can only be done to one person so make sure it your personal rider! Costs AP to purchase and be able to do. Must be S rank tuner (Tuner READ ) in order to do. Once done, a tuner who has pure link tuned with someone is unable to link tune with another rider. Some say this is more personal than regular link tuning.
