► Follow these at all times and we won't have an issue.

► Please respect the moderators. They have their hands full with quite a bit of requests on top of trying to enjoy the role-play themselves. They reserve the right to alter any rules/tricks/stories as seen fit and will not do so on a whim. Ruling upon any sort of dispute wither in roleplay or out of character is done by at least three moderators. No one has the power to make a ruling on their own. Please be aware of this if a ruling takes an extended period of time.


► No fabrication of word count. This means that you should only exchange the exact number words you have typed into SP used for either Stats or Currency. This also goes for Tuning as well. If you get caught fabricating word count, it may result in anything ranging from a simple strike to the repaying of words three times over. Please run your words through a word counter more then once to be sure you're correct.

► There shall be no arguing in the role-play. Calm, goodhearted discussion may be conducted in the Chatterbox forum, by PM, or through small Post Scripts in your normal role-play posts. Rude or inflammatory arguments will not be permitted in public forums. Violators will be warned and posts will be deleted. Further abuse may result in punishment.

► Thread Creation: Do not create threads as you please in the role-play subforums. There is a Location Approval thread located on The American Frontier for you to suggest new areas in the US to shred. Please be sure to check if your suggestion hasn't been turn down already or if it has already been created.

► "Loop-holing" will not be tolerated. "Loop-holing" means taking advantage of the game system or role-play through the twisting of words or lack of concrete "you can't do that." Please be logical. If something you want to do seems shady, ask if it is admissible before doing so.

► Godmodding (taking control of another player's character during roleplay) and Metagaming (any strategy, action or method used in a game which transcends a prescribed ruleset, uses external factors to affect the game, or goes beyond the supposed limits or environment set by the game.) are not tolerated at all. Please remember to keep In Character (IC) and Out of Character (OOC) knowledge separated at all times. First offenses will be punished on a case by case bases depending upon the roleplay. Repeating offenders will suffer heavier penalties and possibly result in ejection from the guild.

► Custom Trick Slots: All characters start off with fifteen Custom Trick slots (creating new tricks). However, one can create more ticks starting at higher ranks starting with [3] at B, [4] at A, [5] at S, While kings earn an extra 6th slot.

► Posting Format: Failure to post tricks used and correct calculation of wear and stamina somewhere within your format at all times will result in automatic loss of any battle you participate in. Repeated offenses are subject to more drastic punishment.

► Things to remember during all roleplaying encounters.

► Character Death. Yes, your character can die. They're human after all. Killing a character may only occur with express permission from the other roleplayer OR moderator ruling based on actions taken in roleplay.In the event of a character death, everything pertaining to that slot is gone: stats, items, ryo, etc. The slot itself dissolves as well. However, if your RPC achieved A rank or above and was killed, your new rpc may start off at C rank.

► Character Cap and Control: You can make as many RPCs as you want, just don't overload yourself.


► Your character cannot be two places at once.The only exception is the OVA threads. The Ova is considered a separate role-play where you can write freely as a part of a side project while still role-playing in the main story canon.

► Editing and Deleting posts. You are not allowed to edit and delete your posts without moderator permission. Once you hit that submit button you stick with what you've written. In battles we suggest you quote your opponent or battle moderator judging to ensure that no editing is done. If you need to remove, write the post as void and explain why.

► Your character cannot use anything (whether it be parts, ranks, Regalia, tricks, etc.) until a moderator has approved and added an update to your profile.

► You have three days to reply to another post. Otherwise it is at your counterpart's discretion to auto-hit or skip you in the posting cycle. If this occurs during a parts war, then the user who hasn't post loses the parts war.

► Sexual content is to be in a fade to black format only ("white" text is banned). Adhere to Gaia Online's Terms of Service and Rules & Guidelines.) All sexual content must be by express consent of both parties. In America, we take rape seriously. First time offenders will be booked and processed. Repeating offenders may end up six feet under. If you're consistently raping people with your character, we will kill of your character.

► Do not undercut other's posts. It is annoying as a writer to reply a whole response only to have a great deal of it nullified. All posts will be written off the last one. This means all actions will be written clearly in each post or else they will be treated as if they never occurred. If you feel someone is powerplaying by doing too much in one post or contradicting a previous post, please notify a moderator. There are some cases in which undercutting may occur, please keep in mind your individual READ stats play a significant role in what you can and cannot do. If your character is F-Class and gets undercut by an A-Class, the difference in READ stats allows for the undercut to occur.

► If any questions or concerns. All mods are available unless stated otherwise. Please feel free to PM them via Gaia's private messaging system. Do NOT abuse third party programs to pester the moderators. We have real lives too, we can't run this and get paid for it.


► Grand Fathered: RPCS that occur with something that is Grand Fathered will have GF next to the items that were grand fathered such as tricks and items. In case the AP doesn't add up.

► You cannot continuously challenge the same RPC over and over again in order to gain stats. Training is a thing, but fights against different RPCs are expected. There is no limit but mod intervention is possible. Fighting the same user but different rpc is fine.

► Once you have become the King or Queen of your road, you should keep the following things in mind.

► When a Regalia is activated, all part effects and tune ups are deactivated. .

► It should be known that once a person reveals they have a regalia, the whole guild knows. If a regalia is activated in battle, captured and put on the BBS or even displayed in a way others can know, the whole guild is notified of the persons King/Queenship. However, in role-play, the only place safe from the watchful eyes of other riders and criminals is in the privacy of one's home or team base. If a storm rider challenges a King/Queen for their title and ownership of the regalia, the challenge must be accepted. The King/Queen will have Three real time days to reply to a challenge. If they attempt to refuse a challenge or do not reply within the three day real time limit, the King/Queen's stats will be halved and extreme notoriety given along with all tricks being locked. Once a regalia is rewarded, the holder can be challenged Three days after the regalia has been rewarded. ATP challenges to riders can be refused without penalty. Only RPCS can challenge for regalia.

► All Regalia challenges (unless not accepted and taken the notoriety penalty) must start within 1 weeks or less. Meaning, after 1 week if the challenge is accepted, it will start. Due to the extreme value of Regalia, challenges can not be delayed longer.

► Do not PM any moderators asking for a Regalia or to be King of a Road. Your capabilities will be recognized. If you feel you are being overlooked, post a challenge.
