                        Height: 5' 0"

Non-Combat Outfit: Slightly baggy outfit that shimmers slightly, particles of Jiton making up the material. It's flowing and loose over a tighter, more traditional material.
Combat Outfit: The tight traditional body suit that Sumika normally wears under her jiton outfit, but with a bit of light padding.

                        ▰ SOCIAL AND PERSONALITY

Nindo: "Lifes only as much of a racket as you make it."
Personality: Sumika is a s**t disturber extraordinaire, she does what she wants for the most part like a little bowling ball of hyper energy that can turn herself into a large bowling ball of metal. She does, however, mostly prefer to play a support role in battle. She's not averse to working with others even if she's regularly outrageous. If any mellowing of her attitude over the years has occurred, it has only produced a streak of sarcastic wit.
                        Village: Konohagakure
                        Title: Genin
                        Local Reputation: 0 Fame/Infamy
                        Global Reputation: 0 Fame/Infamy

                        Biography:
Sumika developed her talents for Jiton early, mostly to gain revenge on a boy who was teasing her by breaking one of his toys - and using it to thump him in the gut. He was mean anyways, so it was worth it. Lacking a family name, due to being an orphan, she earned the nickname Sumika of the Iron Sand; though this wasn't entirely her idea, she was the one who forcefully propagated it until everyone else got on board the damn bandwagon. Outside of manifesting her abilities at an early age, and being exceptionally hyper, Sumika's life was otherwise normal. That she lacked parents never seemed to bother her, though she has express curiosity about them. For the most part her history is as boring and uneventful as any normal person who tosses around large piles of metal sand for fun. Sure, she fused some door hinges, and messed with some flasks, but who hasn't, am I right? There wasn't something super traumatic and she wasn't the best in her class, but she's done fine so far and that's all that matters.

She has drifted in and out of relevance in Konohagakure since the start of all the dumb wars. She helped Sanae, always like an older sister to her, raise Uzushiogakure from the ashes of Konoha, and returned when it crumbled. Never one to ingratiate herself to the powerful, she has remained a Genin.

With the departure of Lahlil from the position of Hokage, came a new point of contention between Sumika and the village she calls home. She initially, and spectacularly butted heads with Sadayo, but subsequently settled into a rather quiet period by her standards.

                        ▰ CLASSES AND STATS

                        First Class:
                        ▱▰▱ NinjutsuElemental Mastery
The user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm techniques of the same rank. The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at A rank. Overwhelming properties do not apply to techniques above S Rank. In addition, each rank that you gain an overwhelming property the user gains a free Element PA that allows the user to augment their ninjutsu that gained the property with an additional effect for no resource or action payment, allowing the user's ninjutsu to shine. You gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu per body rank that are dedicated to their primary element. Also, the user gains access to Augment Skill Lines for the cost of it's primary technique slot and is not required to pay additional slots for skills in this line. Finally, the user's two chosen overwhelming elements can be combined into [1] advanced nature kekkei genkai that counts as a free implant. This implant does not consume an implant slot but does have the restrictions of the implant system. The implant does not carry the overwhelming factor of its base elements through this discipline.
                        Second Class:
                        ▱▰▱ PuppeteerArcane Puppetmaster
You are most skilled with combining your puppets with chakra skills. Any spiritual kugutsu techniques gain overwhelming up to S-Rank. You can also cast any Ninjutsu and Genjutsu techniques that you know through your puppet without hand signs and instead with somatic hand movements. This takes the same amount of time to mold chakra as hand signs. Every other rank you gain [10] Ninjutsu or Genjutsu or mixed slots for a total of [30] slots (D, B, and S).
▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization:Ninjutsu – Puppeteer: The user is allotted a chakra battery mechanism to install into their puppets. This chakra battery contains 320 chakra and allows the puppet to cast any ninjutsu the user has access to. In addition, the user gains an additional 25 chakra every body rank.

                        Third Class:
                        ▱▰▱ TamerPerfect Breeding
Due to your training and breeding focused on your pet's strengths your pet is stronger than most other animals of it's kind and probably even stronger than you. Your pet's custom techniques gain the overwhelming quality up to S-Rank. When your pet has been allotted 6 TA, in addition to mirroring Taijutsu and Bukijutsu of the tamer your pet may gain [2] Points to 2 of their stats, which can bypass their tamer's stat cap up to 10. When they have been allotted 12 TA their remaining 2 stats also gain this benefit. In addition, the user gets [2] more tamer attribute points every other rank beginning at D-Rank. (D, B, S.)

                        Traits

                        • +50 Chakra & Stamina per body rank [ Rat Sage ]

                        Personal Attributes:
The Complete Set | 1 Additional Elemental Affinity [ Personal | Suiton ]
Martial Magnetism | After establishing direct physical contact and using the Magnetizing Technique on an enemy, the magnetic attraction between the Jiton user and the enemy becomes so strong that the enemy's agility is reduced by [1] point per body rank of the user for a maximum reduction of [6] points at S+ rank. Physical contact can include using a melee weapon. You also learn [2] additional taijutsu or bukijutsu styles, one at D-Rank the other at B-Rank.
Deconstructed Essence | When custom metal armors, weapons, and items are successfully reduced to iron sand by the deconstruction ability, the jiton user is able to retain [1] of the custom abilities of the original item in their iron sand for the duration of the battle. Up to [3] custom abilities from [3] separate weapons can be obtained in a single battle. Additionally, you receive 200 extra chakra to your pool, which is useful for deconstruction.

Master of Oneself | While in the Clan's unique sage mode, the user is able to utilize one additional activation for offensive, defensive, or supportive purposes. In addition, the user's chakra and stamina pools are increased by 100 upon creation, not requiring sage mode activation.
Electromagnetism | For an additional 10 chakra, all Raiton techniques can magnetize the target individual(s) or object(s) on direct contact and apply T1 burns from E-B Rank and T2 burns from A-S+ Rank. Using this method also allows Raiton techniques to turn the magnetic field created by the Magnetic Manipulation technique into an electromagnetic (EM) field. The result of this is that the Raiton technique can instantly travel over the area of the EM field while being manipulated by the user around allies. Doing this does not consume a combat action. Finally, you are granted [10] ninjutsu slots exclusively for Raiton techniques.
Deep Freeze | Water and Wind release techniques of the user may apply frostbite status at the following ranks. E-C Rank: Tier 1, B-A Rank: Tier 2 and S-S+ Rank: Tier 3.The user is able to replace hand signs for their bloodline techniques with any other type of hand sign replacement at character creation (following PA rules). Finally, all enemy frostbite affect the user at 1 tier lower at a minimum of Tier 1.
Crystallizing Encroachment | Techniques that have been successfully crystallized can be physically touched to allow the user to absorb the crystallized chakra into their pool for one rank less at a minimum of [5]. This can only be used to replenish spent chakra resources once per post with no action cost. Techniques and crystal manipulation can be done with somatic gestures rather than hand signs. Finally, the Shoton user's chakra pool is increased by [200].

                        Class PAs:
Artful Efficiency | Sumika's proficiency with puppetry affords her an extra [1] Puppetry Point per body rank. In addition, disguised traditional puppets and human puppets movie realistically enough to fool the untrained, unaltered, eye.
Malevolent Mechanisms | Sumika's puppets gain a single extra mechanism slot dedicated to the installation of poison mechanisms, and only poison mechanisms. No other type may be placed in these slots.

                        Rewards:
Genetic Palette | With intensive genetic therapy and strong blood, this character is able to possess more than one transplant. This allows the character up to two transplants total, of any of the three categories.

Pet Name: Cobalt
Nickname: Cobalt
Age: Eternal (6)
Species: Panda
Height: 5ft
Weight: 500lbs
Physical Features: Panda

TA Invested: 12
Chakra: 1200
Stamina: 1200
Chakra Elements: Doton, Raiton
Enhanced Sense: Taste
Mirrored Techniques: Doton, Raiton, Taijutsu, Bukijutsu, Illusion, Enchantment
Mirrored Stats: Strength, Endurance
Total Activations: 3
Tamer Attribute: Blood Bound Bear - Cobalt may draw on Sumika’s exceptional talent with elemental ninjutsu to korabo any bloodline techniques she knows, regardless of his learned elemental affinity, although he may not use them separately from her. In addition, Cobalt may access Sumika’s bloodline sage modes, separate from the limitations placed on Sumika herself, with the caveat that his total sage chakra pool calculated as half of his total chakra pool. However, the sage modes work differently for Cobalt than they would for an RPC.

While he still gains stats, and must still abide by using only one sage chakra source per combat, Cobalt may only use his sage chakra for techniques from that bloodline - as his ability to access them is drawn from Sumika’s knowledge - instead of being able to freely draw upon it as a resource. To complement this, Cobalt is given the choice between selecting three fixed rank, or one variable rank technique from the techniques within Sumika’s repertoire to have access to while the mode is active - all of which must be tracked in this profile subsection before use. Once Cobalt has deactivated or depleted his sage mode in a fight, his access to it is locked for the remainder of combat, regardless of recovery systems in the guild or support jutsu of any kind.

Undetectable Ursine - Cobalt’s familiarity with the forests of Konohagakure lends him the innate ability to disappear into them with ease, collecting camouflage as he goes. The result is that Cobalt is more than capable of moving through a heavily forested area without being detected, with his ninja training allowing for all variety of quiet movement and his ability camouflage preventing visual detection. In areas heavily forested by Mokuton techniques this affords him the extra advantage of being able to hide from doujutsu and other sight based sensory abilities, as his use of the forest for camouflage also allows him to blend perfectly into his surroundings.

Personality: Cobalt is mostly a sweetheart, having been raised almost exclusively by Sumika over the course of his life. He is, however, relatively food driven, although never violently so. This typically results in attempts to steal food, mostly noodles and other plant based foods, but occasionally fish and particularly unguarded confections. However, while he may seem goofy and good natured towards those who pose Sumika no threat, he can be down right vicious to those who attempt to do the puppeteer harm. He has also been known to respond to her dissatisfaction with another part by causing a scene of his own in some way shape or form, as a method of assisting Sumika in maintaining an upper hand.
Background: Cobalt was purchased for Sumika as a gift by Kanzaki Uchiha shortly before the fall of the original Leaf Village. As a cub he mostly accompanied Sumika as a companion, but over time it became clear that, though the person who previously possessed the peculiar panda insisted he would remain small, Cobalt was quite the opposite of what he purported to be. Though his progress as a shinobi pet has been slow thanks to Sumika’s relative lack of experience in the field, his slow increase in size has rendered him far too large to be treated as a simple pet. Despite his size, Cobalt is, and always has been, family to Sumika - even more so now that so much of the one she had built is gone.

▰ Puppet Creation | Rank D-B | Bloodline
Sumika’s expertise in Jiton, and ability to utilize Mokuton, allows her to create puppets on the fly. While these puppets cannot contain complex mechanisms, such as Sumika’s chakra batteries, or unique materials like poisons, they can contain any devices from Sumika’s arsenal that are based off of her two structural elements. These puppets increase in durability from Tier 1 to Tier 3 with each rank of the technique and otherwise function the same as normal puppets. Once created the puppets require no upkeep, as they are considered simple objects, which also means that they are associated with the same rules regarding repair and manipulation.

▰ Ninkilim
Rank: Variable | Chakra: 2000 | Stamina: 1200

Depending on who you ask, the description of Ninkilim varies wildly. Some claim that it is but a single, normal looking rat with an otherworldly presence. Others rave about a beast the size of the famed biju. Still more insist that the creature is not one, but many different rats of many different sizes capable of multiplying in strangely incomprehensible ways. And who is to say which is ultimately true? Perhaps Ninkilim is to each what will achieve the desired response. What is known is that the rats revere the creature as a god; omnipotent, omniscient, and the source of their innate connection to one another. They are often heard invoking the name as humans might that of Evergreen, Zelel, or Jashin and regularly fret over its perception of their actions. Of all the rat summons, only Palefur seems to know the origin of Ninkilim, though none have managed to parse the information from his peculiar tales.

Ability: Swarm
Ninkilim is summoned differently than most summons, as the cost to summon it is not determined by the rank of the summon. Instead, Ninkilim may be summoned at any rank, the choice of which determines the quantity of rats that are called forth in the process. After being summoned in combat the number of rats doubles each post while active. This affects multiple different interactions with Ninkilim.

First, how Ninkilim takes damage. If hit by a technique, the effects are determined by the number of rats that currently comprise the summon. Unblocked techniques of a rank that would summon more rats than currently exist instantly unsummon Ninkilim. If Ninkilim currently possesses more than the S+ Rank summoning produces, then the effects of being struck by an unblocked technique are determined by its rank. S+ Rank techniques in this scenario always reduce Ninkilim to 1 rat. S Rank techniques reduce the number by ½, with that figuring halving as you move down the ranks to E Rank, which only ever reduces the number of rats by 1.

Second, how the other rats are summoned. Summoning the other rats from the listing is less complicated. If the summon attempting to be brought to the field’s rank would produce fewer rats than Ninkilim currently possesses, then they are brought to the field and that amount of rats is subtracted from the total. Beyond the S+ total this is calculated as if it was damaged. If the rank of the summon would produce more rats than currently exist, Ninkilim is removed from the field entirely. Additionally, while the mythical summon of the rats, Ninkilim is a different entity from their group, and though the rats will respond to Ninkilim's call, it will not in turn respond to individual rats. Ninkilim may only be brought to the field by via explicit use of the Summoning Technique.

The calculation of the automatic increase in rat totals always occurs as the final action of the summoner’s post and never sooner, excluding the post in which it is summoned when it does not double. The summoner or another of the rat summons may spend chakra equivalent to the next highest total of rats and an activation of any kind to increase the number of summoned rats to double that number independent of the calculating of a new rat total at the end of their post. Beyond the S+ summoning total, increasing the rat totals adds half the current number, rounded down if necessary.

Rank Quantities: 1 | 5 | 25 | 50 | 100 | 175 | 250

Starting at the S Ranked rat totals, Ninkilim will tend to group together into a large rat or other beast. Rat totals north of 2000 create tailed beast sized creatures.

Overwhelm [ Assuru ] | Rank: S | Cost: Stamina
This relatively simple technique has all of the rats that currently comprise Ninkilim banding together to physically overpower and smother a target. The size of this attack changes depending on the number of rats that currently exist, but the goal is ultimately the same each time it is used. Inspired by Sumika’s Jiton techniques, it can also take any form that might achieve the goal the jutsu was cast to fulfill. Though this technique disperses upon collision with defenses and other simple techniques, Ninkilim does not incur damage unless the technique was a higher rank or an advantageous attack type.

Grand Entrance of the Rat King [ Nezumi-ō no dai iriguchi ] | Rank: S+ | Cost: Chakra
Gathering chakra, Ninkilim begins the process of summoning thousands of rats to the field when this technique is initially cast. The length of time this technique takes to form depends on the number of rats currently present. B-rank or lower totals require two posts of preparation, while higher totals require just one. Over the course of formation a sand storm gathers to engulf the topic it is cast in as rats start surfacing from beneath the ground. By the summoner’s next post, the number of rats in the thread is such that Ninkilim cannot be banished from the thread except by a fuuinjutsu or its own summoner. At this point a large mass of rats coalesce, drawing in earth from their surroundings to form a bijuu-sized dragon head as it begins roaming about the thread, resembling a terrifyingly large serpent swimming through the surface of the earth. This state lasts for 4 posts, and adds a tier of blindness to any unprotected characters in the thread, its summoner included, every post it is active and fully formed. Clashes with S+ defenses require the rats to pay an S rank amount of chakra to maintain their form afterward, while being struck by an S+ technique similarly imports an S rank cost to reform the dragon.

Puppets

Character: Sumika
Link to profile: [x]
Puppet Name: Helfen
Puppet Tier: 3
Puppet Description: Helfen is, in short, a puppet primarily by the breadth of its function rather than its form - designed to help replace mobility and enhance it at the same time. At its most simple, the device is a point of interface between Sumika’s compromised right arm and her jiton abilities; essentially allowing her to puppet the device constantly and regain full range of motion. Although more bulky than a total replacement, Helfen is still quite compact when its mechanisms are not deployed. Since this puppet is semi-permanently attached to Sumika, “summoning” it constitutes summoning its more advanced mechanisms such as the Super Electromagnetic Mini Rail and the layer of iron sand used for its Adaptive Armor.

Mechanism Summary:

Current Transfer Device: Transfers current through other chakra sources, including barriers and chakra strings.

Force Factor: Allows Sumika to turn any strike or action with the arm Helfen is fitted to into complex Tai/Buki.

Super Electromagnetic Mini Rail: Like the Super Electromagnetic Railgun, but in mechanism form.

Super Electromagnetic Loader: Creates projectiles for the Super Electromagnetic Mini Rail

Adaptive Armor: A mechanism that creates jiton armor from existing iron sand.

Iron Whip: Installed at the wrist.

Puppet Name: Vogel
Puppet Tier: 3
Inventory Information: Large
Puppet Appearance: Vogel is what appears to be a fat, stout black owl standing about 10ft tall. It's feathers appear to be the genuine article from a distance, but up close it's clear that they are instead magnetized Jiton. Built for flight, only the aerofoil surfaces of the puppet have underlying structure, while the rest of the bird's plumage is hollow; providing a source of Jiton for Sumika while reducing the weight of the puppet.
Puppet Description: Vogel is designed for mobility and range. While it lacks speed, it has an excellent glide ratio and high weight capacity paired with the ability to turn tightly in the air. While it certainly isn't a slouch in a dive, it's not a puppet designed for that purpose. Its large claws and talons are designed for secure perching, more than damage, and its large beak is purpose built for cracking through defenses. Its feet reach nearly 2.5ft in diameter when fully extended, allowing it the ability to grapple people, puppets, pets, and even medium sized summons.
Mechanism Summary:
Jaws: On Vogel this mechanism is installed in the beak, allowing it to be employed in combination with the puppets large talons.
Magnet Release: Volley Cannon: This puppet's implementation of this mechanism is currently in the traditional two rows of three cannons, built into the leading edge of Vogel's wings, and sequenced to fire from the innermost cannon to the outermost in order and in unison.
Adaptive Armor: The adaptive armor mechanism is housed in the core of the puppet, but the sand it uses comprises the puppet’s feathers.
Regenerative Joints: See description.
Chakra Thrusters: See description.
Hot Swap Battery Bay: See description.
Elemental Substrate [ Unique | Bloodline ]: Does not count against mechanism limits.
Optional Poison Mech [ PA ]: Poison Mist Dispersal Unit: Housed in the wings in order to balance puppet capacity with stability. Does not count against the puppet's limit. No poison installed currently.
Chakra Battery [ Cross Class]: Installed

Puppet Name: Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction
Puppet Tier: 2
Inventory Information: Small
Puppet Appearance: Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction resembles a large pangolin, but is still no larger than an average dog.
Puppet Description: Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction is a puppet designed entirely around managing Sumika’s array of chakra batteries. It features an exterior shell made of her trademark adaptive armor, a tail capable of raising it to service heights for other puppets, and is light enough to be levitated to a target by Sumika if necessary. While it carries up to four chakra batteries on board, Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction cannot access the devices for purposes of chakra usage. And, last but not least, this puppet is capable of propulsion via rolling into a ball.
Mechanism Summary:
Adaptive Armor: The adaptive armor mechanism is housed in the head of the puppet, but the sand it uses comprises the puppet’s scaly back armor.
Hot Swap Battery Bay: See description. Two units installed.
Gyromagnetic Generator [ Unique | Bloodline ]: Does not count against mechanism limits.

Mechanisms

Name of Mechanism: Iron Whip
Type of Mechanism: Bloodline
Mechanism's Rank: B-S
Mechanism Description: This mechanism essentially does what it says on the tin. Using her ability to create chakra strings, Sumika creates a strand of chakra linked to this mechanism's point of installation and then coats it in jiton. The result is a whip that can be both hard and soft, depending on how she manipulates the sand that comprises it, making it useful for a whole variety of scenarios where chakra strings' lack of significant mass would hold them back.

Name of Mechanism: Force Factor
Type of Mechanism: Normal
Mechanism's Rank: A-S+
Mechanism Description: Force Factor is a series of joint reinforcements that deploy when chakra is channeled into them, allowing Sumika to deliver massive amounts of force with little physical effort while protecting her from it at the same time. In essence, this mechanism allows here to turn any action with her right arm into complex Tai or Buki. While she can deploy the set of small mechanisms at lower chakra loads, in combat the system is meant to be used as a last line of defense against melee combatants that have slipped past her defenses, and as such is tuned for maximum efficiency at a higher level of chakra output.

Name of Mechanism: Tactical Tongue Tool
Type of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism's Rank: B-S
Mechanism Description:
A somewhat disgusting mechanism, at least aesthetically, the Tactical Tongue Tool is capable of grappling, stabbing, lifting, and slapping anything within 40ft of Sixty Seven. In addition Sumika may channel raiton chakra into the mechanism to assist in defeating chakra defenses and deliver nasty shocks. The tool is especially useful against armor and barriers that create a confined space around their user, as it does not destroy them, but instead punches through and continues its business.

Name of Mechanism: Sculpted Physique
Type of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism's Rank: S+
Mechanism Description:
Sixty Seven’s “skin” is composed entirely of explosive clay, allowing it to mimic both the look and feel of real flesh. Typically passive, this mechanism’s rank denotes the quantity and quality of clay used, not resistance to damage. Instead it allows the puppet’s form to be manipulated by its puppeteer, changing appearance and even generating different forms. While broadly this mechanism is simply a source of clay and tool of disguise, it also serves to support the function of other mechanisms in the puppet, allowing any mechanism that implements the clay to draw from it as a resource instead of creating new clay - thus expending only an activation to create the technique. Replenishing this resource requires the cost of the missing clay to be paid, but an activation is only required if the missing clay is due to an enemy attack and not the puppet’s mechanisms or jutsu.

Name of Mechanism: Handsy Helpers
Type of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism's Rank: B
Mechanism Description:
This relatively simple mechanism deploys an extra set of arms from Seventy Six’s torso. While deployed, the puppet is able to self-korabo techniques its source knew. In addition, the Detcord Deployment Device mechanism fires a net of explosive clay instead of one line. This mechanism remains active for 4 posts before its cost needs to be repaid.

Name of Mechanism: Toxic Personality
Type of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism's Rank: C
Mechanism Description:
Similar to Pins and Needles, this is a trap mechanism. Loaded with poison, this mechanism disperses a cloud of the substance in a 20ft radius from the puppet if someone ends their post within said 20ft radius.

Name of Mechanism: Touchy Feelers
Type of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism's Rank: B-S
Mechanism Description:
These mechanisms, loaded into the core of the puppet’s shoulders, allows any arms on Sixty Seven to extend up to 100ft at its highest rank, with each lower rank reducing that amount by 25ft. While active this jutsu alters any other mechanisms that rely on the function of the puppet's arms to work with the added length. Finally, this technique allows, with the use of at least one combo handseal employing one of the puppet’s limbs, for Sumika to add an additional technique to the korabo ability afforded by Handsy Helpers.

Type of Mechanism: Elemental Substrate
Tier of Mechanism: Unique | Vogel
Mechanism Rank: D
Mechanism Description:
This mechanism uses a small amount of Jiton stored on the puppet to create an extremely thin lattice of iron sand just above the surface of the puppet. This lattice is specifically designed to channel energy away from the surface of the puppet, allowing chakra of any nature to be applied to it without harming the puppet underneath. The ingenious structure can withstand up to S rank elemental chakras without deforming or harming the surface beneath. It is, however, fragile. While strikes to it will apply damage and / or an effect depending on the element, even a clash of jutsu above its rank will disrupt its structure and render the entire surface unstable, destroying it and dispersing the chakra bonded to it. Elements attached to this follow the rules of counterbalancing if overwhelmed. The source of chakra from this technique must be the puppeteer controlling the puppet.
• Katon: Applies Burn status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact, and Dehydration of the rank of the technique within [ 5 ] feet on dispersal, unless dispersed by an element that would counter this effect like Suiton or Hyouton.
• Suiton: Applies the Drench status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact, and one rank lower to anyone within 10 feet of the puppet upon dispersal.
• Fuuton: Applies the Vertigo status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact, and creates a shockwave capable of knocking over shinobi of the body rank equivalent to the element within [ 20 ] feet of the puppet when dispersed.
• Raiton: Applies the Paralysis status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact, and transfers its current to any object or person within [ 10 ] feet of the puppet. If the object in question is a puppet with a chakra battery, this technique's energy is transferred into that puppet with a loss of an additional [ 5 ] chakra per rank above E, provided the puppet has available capacity.
• Doton: Applies the Trauma status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact.
• Maruton: Applies a force equivalent to the rank of the elemental affinity on contact.
• Nature: Applies the Petrification status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact.

Type of Mechanism: Jaws
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: B-S
Mechanism Description:
A rather large mechanism, these massive mechanical jaws are meant to be structurally integrated into a puppet. A relatively simple design, they use chakra to bite into the surface and then rip through it. While meant for interfacing with physical defenses, this mechanism is certainly capable of dealing its damage to anything in its way including chakra shields.

Type of Mechanism: Magnet Release: Volley Canons
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: B-S
Mechanism Description:
The Volley Canons mechanism is generally deployed in two rows of three, all though its canons may be deployed in any arrangement and sequenced to fire in any order - which must also be declared in Vogel's description, an may be changed. Because the magnetic rail guns that make it up, it can only be properly operated by a Magnet Release user. Additionally, as it fires actual, physical projectiles the shots fired by it function differently than a normal jutsu. They do not have a fixed range, instead dropping in power by one rank when exceeding their normal limits when fired from the ground - or twice their normal limits when fired from the air. This process continues for each subsequent rank, until rank E, at which point the projectiles become a free flying projectile that inflict E rank damage in perpetuity. While any munitions payload that fits in the canons may be loaded into them, Sumika's default ammunition for this weapon is a Jiton fragmentation device that can be detonated after firing to deal damage equivalent to the projectiles current functional rank.

Type of Mechanism: Adaptive Armor
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: X
Mechanism Description:
A complex structure, normally housed in the core, this device allows a source of jiton local to the individual puppet to be used in defense. When destroyed, this armor renders the Jiton feathers utilized inert for the purposes of jutsu, until the point at which they regenerate. Each rank of this jutsu uses double the amount of jiton as the previous rank, with S+ using all of the puppet's jiton. This armor regenerates passively at an E rank amount per post, but any Magnet Release shinobi may contribute jiton of an equivalent rank to replenish this supply.

Type of Mechanism: Poison Mist Dispersal Unit
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: C-A
Mechanism Description:
This dispersal unit can be fitted into any puppet, and includes its own reservoir, but its affects will depend upon the method of its installation - which must be defined in the description of this mechanism on the puppet in question. Installation for directed dispersal will channel the loaded poison in a specific direction accurately enough to pass through an opening or strike a single target. Directed dispersal installation has the added benefit of applying its effects on the first post of successful poisoning regardless of whether it is cured in the same post, thanks to its increased concentration. Its range is limited to half the range limit of the rank its used at, however. Area dispersal's affect will change depending, again, on what the puppet is designed to do. Puppets designed for ground level dispersion will create a close range cloud of poison with no direction that functions as the poison normally would over the standard range of the rank it is used at. Puppets designed for air dispersion, however, create a much finer mist, covering twice the range of the rank it was used at, but slowing the amount of time it takes for the poison to take effect from casual contact by one post. This wide dispersal, however, has the added effect of causing weapons and jutsu, specifically Suiton and Fuuton, to incorporate the poison by default, speeding the process of poisoning up to normal pace should either successfully connect with another person.

Type of Mechanism: Regenerative Joints
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: E
Mechanism Description:
This simple mechanism returns energy to a puppet's chakra battery when it is in motion, depending on the inventory size of the puppet. Small puppets return [ 5 ] chakra per post, and suffer no reductions or additions to their statistics. Because of their low regeneration rate, these puppets also pay nothing for activating this technique, but may not access the chakra battery while it is active. Medium puppets return [ 10 ] chakra per post, and suffer a reduction of [ 1 ] in both speed and agility. Large puppets return [ 15 ] chakra per post, suffer a reduction of [ 2 ] in speed and agility, but gain an increase of [ 1 ] in both strength and endurance thanks to the increased resistance, and subsequent stability, created by it. Lastly, this mechanism does not require an activation to enable, and cannot be installed in human puppets due to a lack of mechanical joints that this mechanism relies on.

Type of Mechanism: Chakra Thrusters
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: C-A
Mechanism Description:
These thrusters operate in one of a handful of modes depending on the puppeteer's manipulation of them. Focused mode creates a powerful, but limited propulsion capable of producing high speeds for one post. Distributed mode creates force over a wider area, increasing the puppet's strength for the purpose of lifting capacity temporarily. Purge mode purges chakra from the puppet's battery equivalent to the rank of use. Focused and Purge modes cannot be maintained, while Distributed mode can be sustained when airborne at the cost of half the initial rank's chakra in upkeep per post. This puppet's statistical limits in regards to this mechanism are considered to be that of its puppeteer.

Type of Mechanism: Party Popper
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: B
Mechanism Description:
A relatively simple mechanism, this device disperses a canister of small particles that are capable of disrupting the travel of concentrated chakras and chakra signatures. These reflectors prevent jutsu and abilities that rely on establishing line of sight for chakra molding from functioning in or through their range of effect, without meaningfully hindering normal vision; i.e. techniques along the lines of the Sharingan’s Amaterasu or the Sakkakugan’s Flash of Weakness would not be able to project their chakra through the cloud accurately enough to hit their target, and something like the Byuakugan would be effectively blinded by the chaotic reflection of chakra signatures while fighting within. This cloud encompasses a 30ft radius from the point of impact for 4 posts, and may not be cleared away by a lower ranked technique. Additionally this device is capable of producing a startling quantity of confetti and glitter.

Type of Mechanism: Sound Cannon
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: S-S+
Mechanism Description:
A strange contraption devised using jiton’s magnetization techniques as part of a sound amplification system, overdriving it to ear splitting levels. A pair of microphones pick up sounds much like ears might, transitioning them into a signal that is then reproduced through a conical speaker. The result is a tightly directed shockwave of sound, capable of causing significant damage through raw force in a tight cone. The range of this technique is compound in its area of effect, hitting anyone within 10ft of 180 degree arc in front of the speaker and projecting a cone that grows to 15ft in size up to 100ft away. Activating the mechanism causes it to remain active for an upkeep cost a rank lower than it was activated at, and will produce sound independently provided more sound was made by other actors in the area that could reasonably be considered to have been picked up by it. Oddly, this mechanism is also capable of producing the volumes that one might expect from a normal PA speaker for nominal amounts of chakra, but nothing in between, calling into question its creator’s fundamental grasp of the physics involved. Sound may also be provided through the puppeteer’s chakra strings as a signal for 20 chakra when the mechanism is operating at ranked outputs.

Type of Mechanism: Rasengun
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: D | Supplemental
Mechanism Description:
This mechanism takes advantage of the unique chakra form of the Rasengan, and its variants, to turn the technique into a projectile. As a supplementary mechanism, the puppeteer provides the technique as they normally would, just compressed to fit within the chamber of the device. Applying chakra to the device then applies a shell of chakra around it to help maintain the form, and launches the resulting projectile as any other cannon-like device installed in a puppet would. Upon impact with a target or surface, the Rasengan expands to its normal size and applies its normal effects.

Type of Mechanism: Current Management System
Tier of Mechanism: Unique | Sumiko
Mechanism Rank: Passive
Mechanism Description:
A cleverly designed system utilizing the principles of jiton jutsu, this mechanism allows Sumiko to manage Raiton chakra that the puppet comes into contact with. The primary element of this system is a grounding network built into the puppet that allows for complex rerouting and dissipation of raiton through use of magnetic conduction. A carefully balanced set of circuitry ensures that charge flows evenly from the exterior of the puppet, to the interior of the puppet, in two separate but equally intense charges. The first is delivered to the system that controls charge and discharge of the chakra batteries, storing the energy there. The remaining charge is channel to a series of tiny probes that expand from the surface of the puppet, creating a field that applies Tier 1 paralysis and damage at half the rank of the technique that was absorbed. As techniques are unable to be reduced below E rank, E rank techniques or divisions of AoE techniques are simply incapable of damaging the puppet, with the puppeteer choosing how the chakra is directed within the system. Techniques of A rank or lower may be dissipated entirely, provided this puppet’s chakra batteries have enough room to store half of the chakra. If unable to store, the chakra will damage first the discharge element of this system, then the circuitry on any subsequent interaction. Techniques of S Rank will always damage this puppet’s mechanisms as if it were in a same rank collision, though storage of half the chakra is still possible. Techniques of S+ Rank immediately disable all other mechanisms, discharge the field, and send the puppet’s chakra battery into runaway failure. The post after being struck with S+ Raiton, Sumiko will detonate with force equivalent to the rank of the battery installed. This detonation gains overwhelming if two chakra batteries are installed in the puppet.

Type of Mechanism: Hot Swap Battery Bay
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: E | Supplemental
Mechanism Description:
This mechanism is designed to allow for a puppet’s chakra batteries to be removed during combat and provides for their ejection from the puppet upon destruction as a supplementary action. Additionally, this mechanism includes the second chakra battery bay, requiring only the first chakra battery to take up a mechanism slot in order to be installed - although this device does not come with a second battery. These devices are specialized per puppet, and provide for access by the puppeteer or another puppet. Ejection launches the entire mechanism, which is fitted with shock absorption for normal operation and is more than capable of surviving its landing. In the event that a battery is compromised via something like the Current Management System, only the battery of lower quality tier will be ejected, otherwise both batteries are ejected.

Type of Mechanism: Gyromagnetic Generator
Tier of Mechanism: Unique | Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction
Mechanism Rank: D | Supplementary
Mechanism Description:
Designed to more rapidly recharge the batteries that Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction, totes about, this mechanism is inseparable from the puppet such that its destruction renders the puppet inoperable. When activated, Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction loses the use of its activations for offensive purposes. Instead the puppet may only defend itself, or roll, both of which use an action. On a post where the puppet uses its action to roll, this generator turns the rotational forces of the process into energy capable of recharging the chakra batteries it carries. This may only charge one of the two battery bays at a time, but may charge each battery at double the normal rate. If the puppet defends, this capacity is halved and the batteries only charge for their normal maximum.

                        Bloodline Traits:

A Grand Display | To access this all-powerful ability, the Bakuton user must be full-blooded (non-implant). Once per battle, the Bakuton user may divide one ranked clay creation into a maximum of [5] pieces. When divided, the clay pieces create separate explosions of equal power and ignore the ninjutsu splitting rule. This means that [1] A-Rank clay piece can be split into up to [5] A-Rank pieces without losing their power. These explosions can retain overwhelming qualities. The highest rank of clay creation this ability applies to is up to 2 ranks below your body rank at a minimum of E and a maximum of A. For example, an A-Rank creation if S+ body rank and a D-Rank creation if B body rank.

Artistic Creativity | Explosive clay artists are renowned for their ability to integrate explosive clay into a variety of forms of artistic expression. If the explosive clay user has a fine arts shinobi class then they gain [1] custom technique per body rank (6 at S+) dedicated to integrating clay with their class's art. The classes that apply are puppeteer (puppetry arts), performer (performing arts), and scholar (calligraphy arts). This only applies to one class so if you have multiple creative classes then you must choose one of them.

                        Personal Attributes:

▱▰▱ Art is an Explosion! | The user is able to use A Grand Display twice per battle rather than once. Additionally, the user's clay gains an elemental advantage to water like all doton but without the lightning weakness.
