The Sharigan is one of the three great doujutsu, it has 4 different paths: Insight,
Mirroring,PIercing and Hypotism. Each stage of the Sharigan is stronger then the next as that was seen in the Anime through Sasuke, Itachi and the patriarch Madara. In the higher levels called: Mangekyou there is a limitation on how much you may use it until is causes blindness.

What do you know about it?(both from a guild and cannon standpoint):
They tend be really hard to kill. Not just having five hearts in total that need to be all destroyed before he or she is finally beaten, but the strings that seem to make up their body is nearly unable to be cut. At least by normal blade standards. The older one is the more strength, intelligence, and even chakra they seem to have. Thanks to absorbing abilities from the hearts they take a Jiongu can even have access to all five elemental natures of chakra. This makes them formidable in a fight, almost having no weakness. However, the hearts they gather are their weakness. At least it is a major one. Should one be killed the owner of the heart is temporarily "killed" or rather stunned. The hearts are almost like the main feat of this ability as they do not just serve the purposes of giving chakra and life to the owner. But each heart can also detach from the main body into a monster like creature that the owner can both command and leave to its own agenda. This is thanks in part by the many thousands, if not more, threads. His or hers body can be separated and held together by the many threads that make up their rag-doll like body. If an armor is detached from the body it can be manipulated as if it still was attached. Allowing for surprise attacks. It can also keep a vital organ out of harms way as the threads can literally move the organ.

What do you know about it? (both from a guild and cannon standpoint):
I know it kind of paints a 'you're a god' target on your back. Heheh I'm just kidding.
The Rinnegan is one of, if not the, most powerful dojutsus to ever exist. As it allows the user to practically have the abilities of a god. Everything from restoring life to those of recent demise to bringing the moon down upon the heads of their enemies. It can be used to bring the long dead back as paths of pain under the control of the user. Should the user decide to take that path that is. If the user chooses to he or she can obtain the Rinnesharingan which is an absurdly powerful dojutsu that gives access to even more powerful jutsu under that path only. The user can also see chakra and can use any natural element of chakra. It would almost seem that this bloodline has no weakness aside from possibly being targeted constantly by enemies. Though some users, who are not directly of the bloodline, have shown that it uses an excessive use of chakra or have been physically injured from using it as well. One could say genjutsu and over-use of the Rinnegan should prove effective against the Rinnegan user.

What do you know about it?: The Uchiha Clan are known for their prowess in utilizing katon as well as their claim to fame, their sharingan. When faced with significant emotional trauma, their sharingan becomes permanently improved. This dojutsu grants them a variety of abilities ranging from hypnotism/genjutsu, reading movements to self-improve reflexes, mirroring other techniques, viewing chakra within their environment, all the way to commanding space and time should one ever reach that precipice. Abilities such as the mentioned latter can incur blindness if overused. We must keep in mind that the sharingan cannot be used without cost. Once a shinobi drops below a certain, combined amount of chakra/stamina, they cannot continue using their sharingan.

What do you know about it?(both from a guild and cannon standpoint): From the cannon standpoint, I know that The Uchiha clan has long been the black sheep due to Madara's proud actions throughout history. While others sought peace, his only desire was for the clan to be respected and not fall a shadow to the Senju clan. The bloodline has strong ties to the clansmen's emotions and is denoted by the iris and pupils. This is seen through the relationship between Itachi and Sasuke.

Clansmen are capable of following movements, seeing chakra, copying techniques, and are commonly adept with katon and genjutsu. Each stage of the tomoe is more dangerous and requires an even stronger emotional activation. Those with the most power have had extreme challenges, despair, and strife rampant in their lives. As such, unlocking the Mangekyou is extremely difficult and furthermore using this power causes one to eventually lose their sight. This clan, to me, has an extremely rich, passionate, and heart-wrenching history and future.

As far as the Uzumaki, I know that they are relatives to the Senju who have become specialized in fuuinjutsu to distinguish themselves (At first you might think, take some notes Madara). Starting out they established good will, friendship, and peace with their predecessors. However, in the end their cruel methods made them feared and led to the destruction of their homeland. (Then you're like - just forget it). Clansmen boast strong life forces which gives them a larger chakra pool as a result, and they have a great arsenal of techniques at their disposal including being able to seal a demon. It is shown that they have great potential to be demon hosts. The Uzumaki are now in hiding.

What do you know about it? It's the bloodline dealing with shark people and everyone's fsvorite Kisame from the anime. People with this bloodline generally are blue in appearance, have gills, and have shark like aggression. They also boast an impressive control over suiton technqiues, while also being a more physical orientated in combat with bukijutsu.
