Indeed that is the case, they use the cost correlated with their parent techniques in that sense. The ten miles thing, was more of a flavor thing, just like it can be felt up to that far, but not really do anything the only real effect is only within the 100-ft. but I mean if that ten mile thing is a deal breaker we can just call it a the thread.

Technique Name: Uchiha Art: Oodama Endan [ Uchiha Art: Giant Fireball ]
Rank: C - A [Learned as C]
Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline
Element: Katon
Description: Similar to the Endan of Jiraiya, and the Great Fireball of the Uchiha clan, this Katon technique fires a giant fireball that sits at 15 feet in diameter towards the enemy. When any physical contact is made or the user commands it, the fireball will explode in a diameter of 22 feet as a radial explosion. Those caught in the radial explosion are knocked back 10 feet. This jutsu ignores Bukijutsu and Taijutsu altogether, including any bonuses they might have that affect Ninjutsu.

Depending on the rank which this jutsu is used, it's effects change as listed below. Only those hit directly are burned, although if hit by the radial explosion the target still acquires the DR debuffs.

C Rank: 1st Degee Burns, -1 Reflex
B Rank: 2nd Degree Burns, -3 Reflex
A Rank: 3rd Degree Burns, -5 Reflex

Technique Name: SUUUPERRR SAYAA-Ninja
Rank: C-S
Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu
Element: Raiton
Description: The user covers themselves in a strong current of lightning causing the user to have a mild increase to speed and strength. Simple Taijutsu used in this state gain a lightning element causing minor shocks and stiffness for one post on hit and making it complex. Can be sustained for half-cost and made passive after the first post's usage, however this will incur a slight decrease in fortitude and reflex as long as it is active. This jutsu gains an additional effect and doubles the DR gains and reductions at each rank starting at rank B. The additional effects are kept through each rank as well. Finally, each rank can be activated at half cost if already in a rank below ending the jutsu after the next post, or sustained at full cost. Ranks above B cannot be activated unless using this effect. This jutsu cannot be sustained at rank S and when entered into that state the jutsu lasts for 10 posts incurring a 5 post cooldown where the user retains all DR reductions of that rank. Rank S can only be activated through Rank C and full cost must be paid. Ranks can only be activated upward (C-B, C-S, B-A) and can not be deactivated without deactivating the jutsu entirely. At S rank the lightning turns hot pink and extends to techniques that use lightning as well (No damage effect just cosmetic. When the jutsu ends so does this effect.)
Effects:
B-Rank: The current gains lighting bolts that shocks and burns attackers causing them damage.
A-Rank: Once every two posts, at the cost of 10 chakra the user can charge their formless strikes and taijutsu attacks causing them to stun their opponent for one post.
S-Rank: Taijutsu attacks become overwhelming to techniques up to it's rank or below.

SUUPERRR SAYAA-Ninja: Denied. I'm sorry bud, but this is doing way too much. First of all, the maximum amount of ranks a C-ranked technique can distribute is three without taking something away. If you want the mild increase to speed and strength then you'll have to make the slight decrease in fortitude and reflexes the same post. Second of all, the aspect of simple gaining lightning aspect can only apply up to the rank that this technique is used. So if you use it at C-ranked, then only C-ranked and below simple taijutsu can gain these bonuses. Third of all, what definition do we meet by doubling at each rank? Does that mean at C you start with +2 -1, B-ranked is +4 -2, A-ranked is +8 -4, and S-ranked is +16 -8? Or do you really mean each rank increases by a mild in two stats and subtracts by one in two stats? The latter is not feasible by the custom rules by A-ranked and beyond since you're basically gaining a supreme boost at A-ranked and beyond a supreme boost by S-ranked. The former is not okay since by A-ranked you're gaining a supreme and a mild boost by A-ranked and a double supreme boost with a mild on top by S-ranked.

Fourth of all, your own technique cannot reduce the cost of the technique. Fifth of all you cannot have your DR retained during the five post cooldown of this technique, since that's basically then extending the duration of the technique to 15 post, just without all of the bells and whistles. Sixth of all you cannot just passively shoot lightning beams from your punch as a bonus of using this technique at B-ranked. And finally, I do not believe we allow customs to just downright give the overwhelming attribute. That seems like something reserved for disciplines, sage mode, curse marks, or demons.

I am sorry for typing all of this up. However, when I deny something, I want it to be explicitly clear why this is denied instead of put on pending. If you get overwhelmed by reading this then I truly am sorry, and I will gladly discuss this further on discord to help you with any further inquiries.

Description: This technique builds upon the other high powered raiton jutsu in the Chidori tree by coursing raiton jutsu through the very veins of Falsa, allowing her to, with little warning, besides a sudden build up of electricity around her and a mere thrust of her hands, fire off a steady stream of electricity from her very fingertips. Obviously such a skill is flashy and loud, and it deals damage equal to the rank of the technique. Being struck by this attack is highly detrimental at all ranks, burning the impact zone as well as shocking the body and blasting it backwards. Can be used once every other post.

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Earth
Description: With the seals completed, this skill causes the earth to suddenly roll over itself and churn in a circle at the same time in a 25m radius around the user. Ninja that don't use one activation and equal stamina or chakra to stay on their feet are picked up and thrown about, being bruised and having any attacks that they are using interrupted. Takes one activation to maintain per post, but can be kept up for as long as the user wishes with only one payment. After the initial amount of chakra or stamina is used to stay on your feet amid the ground shifting, thrashing and churning about around the user. It should be noted that Falsa and her paths are immune to this effect, and are simply shifted around her atop the ground.

Element: Water
Description: This skill creates a mass of water the size of a mansion seemingly out of nowhere that forms into an orb over the course of three posts above the caster. After the final post, the water remains suspended twenty feet in the air for 10 posts. While it is forming and in the posts after it can serve as it's own location for battle and a vector for any rank of water ninjutsu as well, after which point if it isn't defeated it simply reforms the next post.

Description: Chie materializes her incantation disks. They lose the ability to cast ninjutsu from, and now take an activation to summon. In addition, they can now be swung as blunt objects to strike or block attacks with. Each incantation circle only has an eight inch diameter, and they stay by the palm of the user during the post which they are used. However, the user can fire them like discus at an opponent and use the disk as projectiles. Two can be created in a single post, although the strength of the technique is divided in half if the two are created by the same activation.

Technique Name: The Bad Wolf (Genius Keystone custom)

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: All
Description: Chie sacrifices her connection to one of her ninjutsu branches. As she does, the chakra nature saturates her body, and materializes with the same effects as opening one of the eight gates. Chie can use this technique a total of six times, one for each branch of ninjutsu, including maruton. This means that the highest that Chie can utilize this technique is toward the sixth gate. There is no order in which she has to sacrifice elements. Each usage of the technique last for five post. Removing multiple elements at the same time to stimulate multiple gates does not increase the duration of the gates. This technique can only be learned by a double ninjutsu class ninja. It also requires five post of training per element. When an element is used for this, the element cannot be used duration the duration of the technique. The technique is then on a duration for five post after the technique ends. Finally, if all six ninjutsu branches are ever sacrificed at the same time, then the user loses access to all ninjutsu for ten post, rather than five.

Technique Name: Super Ninja's Amazing Shining Power (Bloodline Keystone Custom)
Rank: S+ | Variable
Type: Bloodline
Element: Varies
Description: Zhi activates this ability to engage a powerful state of being which allows her to combine any/all of her kekkei genkai to emulate any known bloodline technique she knows. The difference is that techniques used this way are enhanced with the other advanced chakra nature's innate properties woven into their function(s). Multiple kekkei genkai can be combined if desired. Jinton gives the jutsu a disintegrative attribute against everything lower rank than itself. Koton gives burning and blinding attributes. Mokuton allows the jutsu to bind and entangle like a tendril. Bakuton allows the jutsu to detonate on contact/impact. Ranton allows the jutsu to electrocute and stun for one post after contact is made. Costs an S+ Rank amount of chakra to activate this form; also the cost of the enhanced technique is increased by a C-rank amount per added advanced nature. Zhi returns to normality and loses access to this power after ten [10] posts. Can only be used twice per battle but Zhi loses access to all her bloodline abilities for the rest of the fight if activated a second time.


Technique Name: Dust Release: Convergence (Free Keystone Discipline Custom)

Description: This technique can only be utilized after using Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu [ Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique ]. The user maintains the blast-containing structure and suddenly inverses the destructive effects of the Dust Release to reconstruct the matter within into a new form(s). The newly created object(s) cannot be made as living entities and cannot make more than the matter that had been previously disintegrated. Cannot create anything larger than the structure originally created and must pay the same cost as paid to use Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu [ Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique ].

Technique Name: Dust Release: Unlimited Force (Free Keystone Discipline Custom)

Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Jinton (Dust Release)
Description: The user creates a highly condensed sphere of Dust Release chakra within a small containing structure between their hands. They then project the attack away from theirself along a linear path. At some point along its trajectory the containing barrier is removed to fully unleash the Dust Release's power over a massive area. Due to the Dust Release's power not being contained, its absolutely destructive power is significantly less focused and potent; however, this technique is capable of wiping out entire chunks of landscape caught in its fifty [50] meter blast zone. The explosion itself doesn't inflict any concussive force as it simply scrubs away anything caught in its midst.

Technique Name: Dust Release: Remote Demolition (Free Keystone Discipline Custom)
Rank: S+
Type: Bloodline | Training
Element: Jinton (Dust Release)
Description: Through mastery of simultaneously constructing the containing field as well as focusing the highly destructive forces of the Dust Release, the user learns to manifest their kekkei tota's power more flexibly. Rather than being limited to projecting their attacks, they can now simply deploy the Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu [ Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique ] anywhere within their line of sight or sensory range by focusing their power through a unique O-shaped hand seal held out in the desired direction. Must spend one post preparing the remotely activated Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu [ Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique ] and doing so consumes all three [3] activations for that post. Also, the cost of the remotely activated technique is increased by half of its original requirements.

Technique Name: Dust Release: Disintegrating Barrier (Free Keystone Discipline Custom)
Rank: S+
Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Jinton (Dust Release)
Description: The user weaves several hand seals and creates a highly concentrated barrier, similar to that which usually contains the highly potent destructive power of the Dust Release. However, in this instance the Dust Release's chakra is instead layered atop of the outside of this barrier. Anything within this barrier cannot be harmed by the Dust Release or other external harm. Meanwhile, anything on the outside that comes into contact with the barrier faces the raw disintegrative properties of the kekkei tota. Only an attack of equal strength can negate this defense. Alternatively, the user can coat the body of theirself or another that they touch after finishing the hand seals to place the defense directly around them. Doing this protects against all but directly under their feet (otherwise the surface under them would also be destroyed). Either way, this barrier can be maintained for up to eight [8] posts before ending unless the cost is repaid to sustain it.


Technique Name: Divine Power
Rank: Variable (B-Rank Training)
Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Koton (Light Release)
Description: By paying an additional half of the cost of a technique, Zhi can enhance any non-Koton bloodline complex/spiritual technique or ability (still pays half instead of a fourth of the cost for complex techniques). The Koton-enhanced technique/ability will blind anyone who looks at its manifested form for 1 post per rank of the enhanced technique/ability (+1 for those affected with active dojutsu), and it counts as a bloodline technique even if it hadn't been before. Counts as a supplementary action and consumes one activation for the post.

Technique Name: Flight of the Valkyrie
Rank: A
Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Koton (Light Release)
Description: Bright, flowing veils of light are manifested from Zhi's back. Despite their appearance they permit the ability of free flight, meaning that her direction may be altered at a split second. While in use, all ground-based maneuvering skills are still accessible (within reason) and may have their function synchronized with this technique. Lasts for eight [8] posts before the effect ends or the cost must be repaid to maintain.


Technique Name: Implosive Strike

Type: Bloodline / Taijutsu | Spiritual
Element: Bakuton (Blast Release)
Description: After completely mastering the Physical Method of the Blast Release (all 6 Stages of the style) Zhi learned to invert the explosive force of her contact-triggered detonations. With this skill she can create a small barrier-like space around or within whatever she comes into contact with through use of any taijutsu technique or Hard Physical Formless. The cost of this technique must match the (body) rank of the target to be able to "detonate" the implosive force. Counts as a supplementary action and consumes one activation for the post.

Technique Name: Blast Bending
Rank: Variable (B-Rank Training)
Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Bakuton (Blast Release)
Description: Zhi can infuse physical creation of her own with her bakuton chakra at the time of conception to give it explosive properties. That is to say that the moment it comes into contact with an obstacle that would impede the bakuton-charged creation then it will detonate. Must pay half the cost of the affected technique to apply the explosive attribute to it. Counts as a supplementary action and consumes one activation for the post.


Technique Name: Speaker for the Trees
Rank: A
Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Mokuton (Wood Release)
Description: Zhi temporarily converts her body to a wooden form. While active, her body becomes mildly slower (speed) but heavily more durable (fortitude). Also, this form can be utilized as a conduit which can more effectively gather natural energy. Zhi doesn't gain the ability to gather any more natural energy than normal (A-rank amount per post), but does become enabled to gather natural energy even if not remaining still. However, this still takes a bit of effort and thus consumes one activation per post that natural energy is gathered. Also, counts as Medium Armor while in use but yields no further penalties than listed in this technique.

Technique Name: Yggdrasil's Blessing (Free Keystone Discipline Custom)

Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Mokuton (Wood Release)
Description: Only usable while Speaker for the Trees is active. Zhi exerts her mokuton chakra toward another existing mokuton creation to repair or reinforce it. Must pay the cumulative amount of ranked damage the creation suffered to fully repair it. Must back the same amount at the technique's ranked cost to reinforce it; cannot reinforce the same object more than once with this technique.


Technique Name: Hiryu Gekizoku Shinten Raiho (Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon)
Rank: S+
Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Ranton (Storm Release)
Description: Zhi holds both of her hands out in front of herself, with the bottoms of her palms touching and fingers outstretched. A massive amount of ranton chakra is charged as this unique hand seal is maintained and then unleashed to devastate a massive area in front of where they are aiming their palms. The destructive wave of plasma washes over all in its path while also brutally electrocuting anything caught in its currents capable of reshaping whole landscapes. This attack boasts a diameter of eighty [80] feet in diameter and can travel for up to two-hundred [200] feet in whatever direction it is aimed. Also this attack can be channeled for up to two posts (including the post it is executed in).

The nonsense that is the first five of your customs (With love, however): I believe that bloodline only allows one keystone technique. So please decide which one you actually want to use. You have free customs, but I am going to be a lot meaner with the ones not keystone, so choose wisely.

Divine Power: Denied. I dislike allowing every technique the ability to blind. That just seems way too spammable, especially when you have things like senju at your disposal.

Flight of the Valkyrie: Approved, but I believe when Hikariton gets updated that a technique like this will exist on the clan.

Implosive Strike: Denied as this technique doesn't create an explosion, and the implosion principle lacks range and proper description.

Blast Bending: Since you're going to come back in the custom forum anyhow, I feel like I can ask this rather than trying to look it up myself. When you choose one version of bakuton, you don't get access to the other, right? I ask this because your one custom gave you the punching version, and what this custom asks is definitely the bombs away version. So while I will approve of this if you're allowed to have both, if you cannot then you are denied.

That other tree custom: Alright. I don't think you meant for this to be a keystone, however.

Description: An enchantment based Genjutsu that essentially compels if not forces others to sing along and move rhythmically to Kaga's pace as what could be music and sounds emulating choruses, orchestras, and bands culminate in and around an area to all who can see and hear him. Aside from this it's easily Kai'd out of, however in some cases that may prove more troubling than dealing with the harmlessness of the Genjutsu. Unless of course the target really despises singing or having their behaviors manipulated in any way even slightly. It does nothing to stop a person from fighting, some may even fight better, though the secret of the technique is due to the opponent moving to his rhythm, they're that much easier to compel with his follow-up techniques.

Countersong:
Rank: {E}-{A}
Type: Null
Duration: Instantaneous
Description: This technique functions in response to what would be other Genjustu users mucking up his performance by being the better performer. So long as Kaga is performing he may 'Kai' and opponents Genjutsu by using one of his own that is of similar rank and type, illusion over illusion, phantasm over phantasm, in a manner akin to jutsu collision. This is done in a manner in which he is for the most part unaware of as when attempting to use a Genjutsu to better his position and show, the Genjutsu overwrites the opponents or fails in doing so if its weaker. This technique is inherently Korabo'd with appropriate Genjutsu.

Upbeat:
Rank: C
Type: Genjutsu : Enchantment : Sound / Touch
Duration: Base 3
Description: Upbeat is a performance that is reliant on a person's ability to be able to resonate well with the rhythms that Kaga is putting out. During the performance a beat is made and three dice are rolled. Even, Odd etc. For every dice matching Kaga's beat the target is empowered accordingly, matching one beat increases one descriptive by 3 chosen by the buffed, matching two beats allows techniques used to consume [20] less of its intended resource for the duration and matching all three beats confers [Rank-superiority] in determining collisions or a [Rank-Increase] in the event of two superior attacks of equal force colliding. After its use Upbeat can't be used again on the same person until after a [3] Post Cooldown essentially what would be the duration Upbeats effect. This technique is incapable of affecting Kaga himself.

Downbeat:
Rank: C
Type: Genjutsu : Enchantment : Sound / Touch
Duration: Base 3
Description: Essentially functions identically to Upbeat with a few minor changes. The effects first of all are vise versa'd and rather than induce its effect via matching his beat and cadence debuffs are inflicted by failing to match his rhythm. In short [1] missed beat reduces a descriptive by [3] as determined by Kaga, [2] missed beats increases the resource costs by [20], and [3] Missed Beats imparts [Rank-Inferiority] in determining collision. One additional Kai is needed for each missed beat to remedy these effects.

Type: Genjutsu : Enchantment : Sound : Sight
Duration: Augment to Conductors Compulsions
Description: As Kaga continues his performance he can escalate the synchronization by placing his target(s) in a half-trance like state. This half trance like state still carries with it the target(s) consciousness but a sudden inability to move ones body to there own will entirely so long as they're looking at Kaga. The use of the technique is signaled during the performance often by stating "3,2,1! Lets Go!" Three dice are then rolled by himself, then from this point the opponent(s) roll three dice. The results will indicate the following affects. The dice represent the beat. As an example if Kaga rolls a 3, 2, 2 this is a beat of Odd, Even, Even. If the opponent rolls 6, 1, 6 for an Even, Odd, Even beat the two beats are compared and from there, the beats that match in rhythm are activations spent matching the beat as opposed to truly fighting. In this instance. 3,2,2 vs 6,1,6 the final beats 2&6 matches. The targets activations on those matched beats are wasted dancing or singing along. While any beats that don't match grant them the freedom to attack as they please and kaga the ability to react. In the Scenario of say 2,4,6 and the opponent(s) rolling 6,2,2. All these match Kaga's beats making it so that both Kaga and the opponent spend their turns in joyous musical synchrony.

Rhythm Heaven:
Rank: A
Type: Genjutsu : Phantasm : Sound / Sight / Touch
Duration: 3 then Upkeep
Description: Rhythm Heaven is an area based Genjutsu, it typically takes the appearance of a dance stage or something similar with a constant rhythmic sound like heart beats or thumping of bass. A Genjutsu that essentially emulates a club or a ballroom among other things. Rhythm Heaven has a strict set of rules those rules even its user is subject to. Each turn three dice are rolled to determine the beat. Even, Even, Odd. Etc. For the duration of the Genjutsu in order for an opponent to Kai Rhythm Heaven either an assisted Kai would be required from someone outside its influence or a matching of all three beats. Note that matching these three beats would translate into making movements that correlated with them i.e timing each of your reactions, singing, dancing etc, that aren't intentionally hostile or anti-genjutsu on the beat, one could technically punch air to the beat if they had no intention of hitting anything. If attempting to Kai or attack without first matching the rhythm the individual will be wracked with an insurmountable A-ranked level of pain. Although if an opponent or Kaga himself happen to match all three beats and gain the ability to attack unless by some feat of luck the opposing party matches three beats in response they're a sitting duck in Kaga's case less so if he decides to release Rhythm Heaven himself. In short it might might as well compare to a song and dance battle where the one who matches Rhythm Heaven's desired beat gets an extreme upper hand.
