Only Super Ninja's Amazing Shining Power is intended to be the actual Keystone custom, and the rest are just supposed to be the normal freebies. Sorry for the confusion.

The Dust Release techniques are rough drafts, mostly, and I expected heavy criticism for them given the nature of the kekkei tota. I tossed out Unlimited Force. Just let me know what needs to be toned down, removed, or restricted and I'll gladly comply. On that note, I added restrictions to Divine Power to limit its "spammability" and that of the Light Release as a whole while in my arsenal. I'll leave the Blast Release customs alone until I get feedback on Discord from you regarding them. Thank you for your time and patience.



Character: Zhi Zenshin

Technique Name: Super Ninja's Amazing Shining Power (Bloodline Keystone Custom)
Rank: S+ | Variable
Type: Bloodline
Element: Varies
Description: Zhi activates this ability to engage a powerful state of being which allows her to combine any/all of her kekkei genkai to emulate any known bloodline technique she knows. The difference is that techniques used this way are enhanced with the other advanced chakra nature's innate properties woven into their function(s). Multiple kekkei genkai can be combined if desired. Jinton gives the jutsu a disintegrative attribute against everything lower rank than itself. Koton gives burning and blinding attributes. Mokuton allows the jutsu to bind and entangle like a tendril. Bakuton allows the jutsu to detonate on contact/impact. Ranton allows the jutsu to electrocute and stun for one post after contact is made. Costs an S+ Rank amount of chakra to activate this form; also the cost of the enhanced technique is increased by a C-rank amount per added advanced nature. Zhi returns to normality and loses access to this power after ten [10] posts. Can only be used twice per battle but Zhi loses access to all her bloodline abilities for the rest of the fight if activated a second time.


Technique Name: Dust Release: Convergence (Free Keystone Discipline Custom)

Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Jinton (Dust Release)
Description: This technique can only be utilized after using Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu [ Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique ]. The user maintains the blast-containing structure and suddenly inverses the destructive effects of the Dust Release to reconstruct the matter within into a new form(s). The newly created object(s) cannot be made as living entities and cannot make more than the matter that had been previously disintegrated. Cannot create anything larger than the structure originally created and must pay the same cost as paid to use Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu [ Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique ].

Technique Name: Dust Release: Remote Demolition (Free Keystone Discipline Custom)
Rank: S+
Type: Bloodline | Training
Element: Jinton (Dust Release)
Description: Through mastery of simultaneously constructing the containing field as well as focusing the highly destructive forces of the Dust Release, the user learns to manifest their kekkei tota's power more flexibly. Rather than being limited to projecting their attacks, they can now simply deploy the Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu [ Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique ] anywhere within their line of sight or sensory range by focusing their power through a unique O-shaped hand seal held out in the desired direction. Must spend one post preparing the remotely activated Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu [ Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique ] and doing so consumes all three [3] activations for that post; another activation is still used up in the next post to put the technique into effect. Cannot be used by clones since they lack the necessary available activation count. Also, the cost of the remotely activated technique is increased by half of its original requirements.

Technique Name: Dust Release: Disintegrating Barrier (Free Keystone Discipline Custom)
Rank: S+
Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Jinton (Dust Release)
Description: The user weaves several hand seals and creates a highly concentrated barrier, similar to that which usually contains the highly potent destructive power of the Dust Release. However, in this instance the Dust Release's chakra is instead layered atop of the outside of this barrier. Anything within this barrier cannot be harmed by the Dust Release or other external harm. Meanwhile, anything on the outside that comes into contact with the barrier faces the raw disintegrative properties of the kekkei tota. Only an attack of equal strength can negate this defense. Alternatively, the user can coat the body of theirself or another that they touch after finishing the hand seals to place the defense directly around them. Doing this protects against all but directly under their feet (otherwise the surface under them would also be destroyed). Either way, this barrier can be maintained for up to eight [8] posts before ending unless the cost is repaid to sustain it.


Technique Name: Divine Power
Rank: Variable (B-Rank Training)
Type: Bloodline | Spiritual
Element: Koton (Light Release)
Description: By paying an additional half of the cost of a technique, Zhi can enhance any non-Koton bloodline complex/spiritual technique or ability (still pays half instead of a fourth of the cost for complex techniques). The Koton-enhanced technique/ability will blind anyone who looks at its manifested form for 1 post per rank of the enhanced technique/ability (+1 for those affected with active dojutsu), and it counts as a bloodline technique even if it hadn't been before. Counts as a supplementary action and consumes one activation for the post. Cannot be reused for 3 posts. Cannot blind anyone with any source of Koton chakra for the same duration they were blinded, with the cooldown starting after they fully regain their eyesight.

Technique Name: Bakuton: Shoot Style
Rank: Passive Stance
Type: Bloodline/Taijutsu
Element: Bakuton
Description: by focusing the blasts of her bakuton taijutsu through her fingertips instead of her fists, Shion is able to focus the destructive power into a super-heated lance rather than a coned explosion. While using this stance, Shion may pay an additional 10 chakra per rank to give her bakuton taijutsu overwhelming as well as increase the power of the technique by a moderate strength boost. This also increases the range of these techniques by 10ft.

Technique Name: Blink
Rank: D
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Bakuton
Description: Once of the few utility techniques Shion has developed. This technique allows Shion to channel a quick burst of bakuton chakra throughout her body, causing her to quickly flash with a harsh, white light. This will blind those who looked at her for one post.


Technique Name: Lock-On
Rank: X - Augment
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Bakuton
Description: By paying a chakra amount equal to the rank of the technique that Lock-On is being applied to, Shion can cause a Bakuton technique of her own to track an opponent's chakra signature and making it that much harder to dodge. To reflect this, the target will receive a negative modifier to their reflex stat with a moderate decrease for D-B ranked techniques and a supreme decrease for A-S+ ranked techniques. This technique overrides any other reflex reductions the augmented techniques may grant. Only one technique may be augmented by Lock-On per post.


Technique Name: Scatter-Shot
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Bakuton
Description: A powerful, but generally inaccurate technique. By placing her hand outward, palm facing the enemy, Shion launches a burst of several small orbs of Bakuton chakra which will explode on contact. If used at close range, this technique becomes difficult to dodge due to the scattering of orbs. To reflect his, the target receives a slight reduction to their reflex while dodging this technique.

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Bakuton
Description: An evolution of Scatter-shot. By adding her second hand to the technique, Shion is able to focus an even larger amount of even larger balls of bakuton chakra. These balls will rain down upon the target from all sides, making it rather difficult to dodge. To reflect this, the target receives a moderate reduction to their reflex stat while dodging this technique.


Technique Name: Meltdown
Rank: S [S+ Cost]
Type: Bloodline Keystone/Ninjutsu
Element: Bakuton
Description: The pinnacle of Bakuton. This technique is the ultimate defense as well as the ultimate offense. By expending all of her activations for one post, Shion is able to wrap herself in a cloak of extremely volatile Bakuton chakra. This cloak has a two-fold effect: first is that it can be used as an amplification to her Bakuton Taijutsu, adding an extra A-ranked hit to the attack [the blast still hits if the punch missed]. Second is that Shion can expend a burst of the chakra to deflect an oncoming attack of equal or lower rank. If a tai or buki technique is blocked with Meltdown, it will deal A-ranked damage to the attacker. Meltdown offers a cumulative 5 bursts to divide between offense or defense at Shion's discretion until combat ends. This technique can only be used twice per battle with 7 posts between each use. The offensive use of this technique counts as an augment technique and uses no activations and the defensive technique counts as a standard technique that takes a defensive activation.

So you cannot merge light with wood. It's an insane technique, but it's a keystone. Also, fair warning, I am having another mod read over your dust customs.

What if for Shoot Style I took out the str boost and just made it overwhelming and ranged, but dropped range to 5ft extra?

For the lock on and shot sets, how would you suggest I go about making it so these get approved? the intent is to have the jutsu reflect the randomness of artillery, making them harder to dodge... or have them act like seeker missiles, being even harder to dodge but for different reasons.

Technique Name: Omoikane
Requirements: Requires the Mangekyo or Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan to be active.
Rank: X (Must always match the rank of the technique being removed)
Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu
Description: This technique is an ocular ability specific to Shinsei Sanada's Mangekyo sharingan. It costs five blindness points per each activation, and must be performed in the piercing lens. The basis of the technique - and how it occurs in technical terms - is through the invasion of an opposing technique's chakra, through dojutsu prowess of an equal rank. Once the technique has been sabotaged, it is declared to be a genjutsu by Omoikane, and is subsequently released from immediately afterwards. To the untrained eye - particularly one without one of the three legendary dojutsu - it will simply appear as if the technique dissipated from reality, with Shinsei appearing almost God-like in his ability.

However, as this technique operates with the same integral bounds of technique versus technique interactions, the only true benefit is the convenience of being able to dispel the technique with the eye - though at the cost of blindness points.

First custom is approved.

Second custom is good. However, you need to make it work like Kurenai's Flower Escape where you use that technique and then pay for the second genjutsu. I think that's what you're doing here, and I was good.

Everything else has die rolls, and after mod concern, we decided that it will not be allowed. So I will add that to the custom rules.

Type: Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Sage Art (Supplementary)
Element: Maruton
Description: A unique jutsu in that it is tri-type, taking pieces learned from different areas of chakra study and working them into one. Originally developed by Lahlil while under the study of the bats, this jutsu requires the presence of her of her summons to be nearby. Once cast this jutsu allows the user and summons to become inextricably linked by the mind and spirit. Allowing each to cast known jutsu from each others lists. (This of course excludes bloodline or unique abilities.) This jutsu may only be performed if the user is trained in Korabo up to their rank with any summons they wish to preform this with. Also, while Sage chakra is not needed to fuel the jutsu, it is required that the user already be in Sage mode. Since this jutsu is using the the natural chakra present in both the Sage and summon as a starting conduit or "bridge".

Detachment of the Primitive World Technique is a variable technique for Zhi, so I would like to leave Convergence as an X-rank technique as well. Thank you for your understanding. I added the elemental compatibility stipulation to Super Ninja's Amazing Shining Power as well as broke Disintegrating Barrier up into two techniques.

This barrier has similar properties to that which usually contains the highly potent destructive power of the Dust Release. However, in this instance the Dust Release's chakra is instead layered atop of the outside of this barrier. Anything within this barrier cannot be harmed by the Dust Release or other external threats. Meanwhile, anything on the outside that comes into contact with the barrier faces the raw disintegrative properties of the kekkei tota. Doing this protects against all but directly under their feet while they are on the ground (otherwise the surface under them would also be destroyed). Only an attack of equal strength can negate this defense. This barrier can be maintained for up to eight [8] posts before ending unless the cost is repaid to sustain it.

Technique Name: Uchiha Art: Kakusu no Amaterasu [ Uchiha Art: Amaterasu's Cloak ]
Rank: X [Learned as D]
Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline
Element: Katon
Description: The user is coated in black flames similar to the Amaterasu's flames, and the only thing visible of the user during the technique is the Sharingan, glowing red beneath the black flames. Anything that touches the cloak is set ablaze/burned (2nd degree) upon contact, including the enemy's limbs through handheld weaponry (excluding projectiles). The cloak grants protection from all forms of attack up to the rank of this technique, and can only be extinguished by an attack of a higher rank, or by the will of the user. In the event of a tie, both techniques cancel out and this jutsu is ended. Lasts for 5 posts, but can be extended another 5 posts by repaying the initial cost. This can be repeated indefinitely, provided the user has enough chakra. Does not count as an activation if extending.

This technique can only be used up to the user's body rank, regardless of if they have access to higher ranks. Furthermore, this technique can only be used defensively; meaning that any physical contact initiated by the user does not cause any of the burning effects explained above.

Depending on the rank used to activate this technique, the user gains passive DR increases (only while the technique is active) as listed below:

E Rank: +1 Speed
D Rank: +2 Speed
C Rank: +3 Speed
B Rank: +4 Speed
A Rank: +5 Speed
S Rank: +6 Speed
S+ Rank: +12 Speed

Technique Name: SUUUPERRR SAYAA-Ninja
Rank: C-A
Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu
Element: Raiton
Description: The user covers themselves in a strong thin current of lightning causing the user to have an increase to speed and strength. Simple Taijutsu used in this state gain a lightning element causing shocks and stiffness for one post on hit and making it complex. Stiffness occurs wherever the target is hit (arms, legs, torso, etc.) Can be sustained for half-cost and made passive after the first post's usage, however this will incur a decrease in fortitude and reflex as long as it is active. (The colors don't affect the technique in anyway.)

C- Rank: The current is Crimson (RED) and is a moderate increase, and a slight decrease.
B- Rank: The current is Fuscia (PINK) and is a heavy increase, and mild a decrease.
A- Rank: The current is Sangria (PURPLE) and is a great increase, and a moderate decrease.
