My dude. Kerron was right. You are giving yourself two stat increases at E-ranked when the max you can provide is one. You are essentially doubling what the stat distributions are. Like, if you want this in two techniques, one for speed and one for strength, then more power to you. Not to mention it's also giving one heck of a defensive technique on top of the stat increases. So yeah, the denial was legit.

β†’β†’Description: Both a passive and active jutsu. The passive state of this can only take effect before another genjutsu is cast. Using this effect will allow the user to prevent the detection of the next genjutsu they cast from sensory techniques by paying a chakra cost equal to half the cost of the genjutsu. Alternatively, this just may instead by cast as an active technique (In which case this jutsu will act as a genjutsu and be under the duration and senses rule above). If used as an active technique the user will place a genjutsu on the target that will prevent their chakra or life force from being picked up by sensory techniques and doujutsu. The active portion of this genjutsu may be increased by it's passive effect.

β†’β†’Description: The users body will become covered in tattoos that resemble fuinjutsu markings. From here all the user must do is make physical contact with the target. Doing so will cause the opponent to feel a sudden shift or lurching in their gut as a feeling of weightlessness overtakes them. Through their own eyes it will appear as if their soul has been separated from their body and any objects around them will blur as if they were travelling at high speeds from the earth and into a strange astral dimension where things twist and turn in ways most couldn't even imagine. Eventually coming back around to slam into their bodies at mach 3 whole once more. (If you've ever seen the Dr. Strange travel scene it's like that) The purpose of this genjutsu is thus. Though the genjutsu seems to last weeks and weeks only a few seconds or one activation worth of time passes in the real world, during which the opponent will in a state like a rag-doll. Unable to move on their own but still able to be lead. (Ex: While a rag-doll I could pull you up by grabbing on your shoulder but you would not be able to do move on your own. These movements are not considered fast by any means.) Secondly and most importantly, because concentration becomes impossible in this state any active techniques currently in use by the opponent are dispersed as if the user released them themselves. This excludes permanent environmental effects such as a Mokuton's trees.

Description: There can no longer be any question- Belamos is the most adept practitioner of Katon in the world. He has now created a technique that lets his fire only burn targets willed by him. By manipulating his chakra he can make it so that his flames will not harm existing structures or innocent people thus minimizing collateral damage in his fights. He can also use this technique to immediately put out fires in the immediate area

Note that this technique will have no effect on flames produced by another person- only natural flames or flames produced by Belamos himself

Technique Name: Transcendence
Rank: A
Type: Bloodline
Element: Outer Path
Description: This skill resembles a Deva Path ability, but regardless of what path Falsa is in when she activates this mode, she immediately becomes capable of acts of destruction that are akin to being the center point of gravitational forces. In truth, the density and power of her chakra simply makes her so powerful she warps space itself around her body. She becomes capable of flight, moving at A rank speed (and thusly requiring A ranked speed for any attack to be capable of hitting her) as well as acts of pure destructive will. Three all black spheres of hyper dense chakra constantly orbit her body as well, though they have no rank bearing unless she pays for them to, and once destroyed they reform two posts later. At any time, for equally ranked Chakra and a single activation, Falsa can simply force an incoming attack to be stopped in space at any point along it's arc, crushing and compressing it into a single ball of hyperdense, black chakra the same as her spheres that stays in whatever place she stopped it at for three posts. Lastly, she can also pay to create these spheres at any rank she desires, anywhere within 50m. As her Keystone, she can Maintain this form for a long time, after which half cost is needed to maintain, at 10 posts.

Type: Bloodline
Element: Outer
Description: This skill allows for Falsa to grab either her own spheres and throw them, dealing damage at whatever rank they were when created [capped at A rank.] When thrown, the impact range where damage is taken is up to 10 feet around the sphere. This technique can also grab, snatch, and throw back techniques but requires two activations. Lower lifeforms, such as up to A rank summons, can similarly be snatched up and flung as well. Ninja pets, too, can be thrown. However, both of the latter can resist the damage by expending enough chakra to break the hold when they are lifted, and expending one activation. Has a 50m range. Requires only the flinging of one's hands.

Technique Name:Scatter the Weak
Rank: A
Type: Bloodline
Element: Outer
Description: With a pure expression of her power, Falsa shoves out with her chakra, causing a powerful wall of force capable of absolutely shattering weaker defenses and continuing to force anything in range back. Any spheres in range of the shoving force fly from their spot up to 20 feet away, and deal the damage of the sphere itself to anything it hits with the same carry-through effect. A shinobi hit will have their activations slashed down by one on the following turn. As the push moves out in a 30 foot cone, this skill can also shove targets away from each other when it is used. This skill requires no handseals. Merely a shove of the hands will do.

Technique Name: Unstoppable Force
Rank: S+
Type: Bloodline
Element: Outer
Description: This skill powers every acting sphere up to form a single S+ ranked combined force, and then fires every single one of them in a homing blast aimed at a single target, aiming to entirely eradicate them with the force of the spheres crashing into them. Using the dodge mechanic isn't sufficient to escape the spheres, as they will chase until they are all dealt with. As long as Falsa can perceive you, the spheres will continue to chase and hound a target irrevocably, though a sub or shunshin will delay them until the next post when they continue to home in.

Technique Name: Cull the Meek
Rank: A
Type: Bloodline
Element: Outer
Description: This skill lashes out with her Transcendent power, carving into anything and everything within 20 feet with a lacerating dark power. This skill occurs extremely quickly, meaning nothing short of last-second defenses will rise quick enough to defend someone once the tech is activated with a slashing motion. It has a secondary effect of pushing people to it's maximum distance as well.

Technique Name:Arrogance at the Gates of Abbadon
Rank: A
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Fire
Description: With a simple expression of her katon nature, Falsa causes a massive eruption of flames with but a short cascade of seals. This explosion roars around her position in a circle that is extremely large. From a distance, the burst is incredibly bright, a raging torrent that seems to be the massive writhing tongues of hundreds of demons. When the technique ends up to two posts later, the space around Falsa in a massive 75 foot area is devastated. Likewise, the hole reaches a total of the same distance down into the ground. Truly, this skill is capable of leveling whole battlefields. Has a five post cooldown, and while it rages Falsa cannot move. There is only a small, 10 foot safe zone within it.

Technique Name: Contempt for the Weak

Type: Nin
Element: Wind
Description: This skill is a simple windstorm that rolls in around the users, causing everyone but falsa to have a slight reduction to all four stats while it rages as everyone is buffeted. Lasts for five posts.

I haven't used this keystone and now...me no likey the aesthetic and way it correlates with Toso's current set image of himself. Sooooo instead.


Keystone Jutsu:


Character: Tosokurui Ashikoki Hojo
Technique Name: [Mozō-Junsei]: (Perfect Imitation)
Rank: X + [Own Blood] + {Extra} [The Blood of the Imitation] + [Ink Blend Cost if Desired]
Type: Bloodline
Description: [Mozō-Junsei] By mixing his blood, and the blood of another person, what is reproduced is an identical ink copy, though in some instances demon like in appearance. He can opt to do the same with only his own blood. It's roots being in the fuuinjutsu Kyoumen Shuuja no Jutsu [ Mirrored Surface Attacker Technique ] this identical copy will match its originals moves and techniques in perfect synchronization to produce perfect counters or perfectly mirrored synchronization attacks if used offensively, a genjutsu will be met with a corresponding perfect kai, an opposing replicate will always opt to choose the best way to counter its original for a net zero outcome, making it truly frightening in 1v1 encounters as it can wear out a reckless opponent. This imitation is treated to have the same jutsu knowledge, the same equipment, the same chakra, the same stamina, the same disciplines, personal attributes, the same descriptive bonuses, and the same durability as its original. Although it cannot replicate sage chakra, curse seals, or demon powers unless its the users replicate. As Kyoumen Shuuja no Jutsu, only one copy can be made at a time. The base [X] Cost of the technique is equivalent to the body-rank of the replicate. The base [X] Cost must be sustained by Tosokurui himself at its full-rank per post of the replicates existence. A weaker replicate can be made but the techniques it uses is then limited to the [X] rank +2 and limitations and losses are reflexive to the maxes of said body rank. This replicate is not considered a clone. Its most dangerous use of course is being made with a Hojo ink, as in its attempts or attacks that make physical contact it will also simultaneously apply a dosage of its ink. Once the ink decays the replicates color will turn to black by default. Toso can then if desired freely mix more ink at the appropriate blend cost to do so. The key drawback is Toso is unable to perform any actions aside supplementary and evasive himself. Yet this is the ultimate technique for buying time. The secret weakness being an opponent who does not take action will in turn wear out Toso instead as he continues to sustain the replicate. This proves to be a particularly useful tool against stupid violent criminals as once they've tired themselves out not knowing the secrets of [Mozō-Junsei] they are easily picked off. Its most shining use is allowing for a second copy of an ally to assist them in perfect sync whilst Toso watches.




Keystone Jutsu:

Character: Tosokurui Ashikoki Hojo
Technique Name: [Isekai-Junsei]: (Otherworld Imitation)
Rank: Varies
Type: Bloodline
Description: [Isekai-Junsei] is the cultivation of Toso's original technique [Tosō-inku] and using that knowledge combined with the knowledge of extra-dimensional spaces produced by fuuinjutsu allowed for the creation of truly amazing technique. [Isekai-Junsei] is essentially a pocket dimension that can be accessed or escaped into via drawing some form of entry way in the real world i.e a door or a hole. Upon opening or entering said space one of two things will occur. A blank white location that seems to extend for miles on end or essentially a mirrored world of the current thread is produced only in black and white. Drawing another entry way in the mirrored or blank world will create a similar entry way in the real world from which to exit. The exit method isn't particularly discreet unless per say the exit was made on something hiding it or is well hidden to begin with. The world inside of [Isekai-Junsei] can then be entirely manipulated by those inhabiting it. This involves its user and any individuals who may be inside. This manifests itself in the ability to create black and white structures and objects and things from sheer imagination as though the world itself was a blank canvas. Objects made with the intent to do harm require an amount of chakra to do so of an [X]-rank and will only last [1-post] thereof and will be treated as [Spiritual] for interactions. Anything made without this malicious intent otherwise will not impart a cost. [Isekai-Junsei] can thusly emulate threads like a Dojo or Academy for appropriate reductions and also offer a place for individuals to compete without the threat of structural damage. [Isekai-Junsei] primarily functions as an excellent utility for tutelage, isolating problem targets, tactical bastion, and a safe haven. But above all else a place where creativity thrives.
Limitations:
β€’Toso himself is required to be within [Isekai-Junsei] for others to be inside.
β€’An exit cannot be closed with Toso absent if there is anyone remaining inside.
β€’Those with the Rinnegan or the ability to produce Kamui may see individuals in the pocket dimension from the real world and access it as well.
β€’Opening an Entrance to [Isekai-Junsei] is an [ S ]-rank amount of Chakra in combat but otherwise if the entrance is patiently drawn only a [ B ]-rank amount is necessary.
β€’If Toso dies or becomes unconscious [Isekai-Junsei] ends.
β€’Those inside [Isekai-Junsei] may make an exit at any time using an [ X ] amount of chakra which can be closed by other parties inside if they pay an [ X ] amount to close it. Simply put a simple E-rank would allow an exit but if someone were trying to prevent said exit they would have pay an E-rank amount in retaliation.
β€’Creations made in [Isekai-Junsei] may not leave [Isekai-Junsei]
β€’It takes [1]-post before an exit/entrance closes. Allowing for stealthy attacks from the pocket dimension but also allowing a fair amount of time to react to them.
β€’The smallest possible exit must be at least 4 feet in circumference.

Technique Name: Hyōton: Tsuin Hayabusa [ Ice Style: Twin Hawks ]
Rank: C-A [Learned as C]
Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline
Element: Hyōton β€’ Ice Release
Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user will create up to two white hawks made of ice that are large enough to ride on, either by standing or sitting comfortably. These hawks can dive bomb into targets and explode, sending shards of ice in all directions within a 20 foot radius, capable of impaling a victim with dozens of large shards of ice. When destroyed any other way, the hawks will still explode. Mainly used for transportation, but can be effective when used as a long ranged offensive technique. The wings of the hawks are also extremely sharp, capable of severly wounding people if they can't get out of their way.

These hawks will exist for three [3] of the users posts if they are not destroyed prior, and will detonate just as they would unless cancelled.
