Description: Inspired by the power of the Goddess Evergreen, Sandayu exerts the combined full might of all his dojutsu to manifest entities or objects into existence. The process involves the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create physical forms from nothingness. Then, through the application of vitality, and the physical energy which forms the basis of Yang chakra, Sandayu breathes life into the resulting creations. The first step may be used alone if he desires only to create inanimate creations, or the second step alone if used for the sake of animating preexisting objects. All creations of this technique brought to life with the Yang release are inclined to obey Sandayu's will, but are still considered individuals in their personalities and ability to learn. Living creations cease to exist when killed, and non-living objects cease to exist when destroyed. All creations are only as durable as what they are composed of, and only realistic materials can be used in their composition (no made up materials with powerful properties/features; ex- vibranium, or other such nonsense). Creations made to imitate originals will only have the original's innate, but not their otherwise attained abilities or skills. Living entities cannot be created with previous memories with this technique. The size and number of things created with this technique determine its cost; size is the base cost and percentage of blindness accrued for the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, while the quantity is simply the multiplier for those values.

• Requires having obtained the Rinnesharingan, Byakugan, and Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan to learn/use.
• Cannot manifest any creation in such a way that it would cause an opponent to be automatically hit, intentional or otherwise.
• Creations have and may use their physical characteristics, but cannot have any innate special abilities, properties, etc. (could create a dragon but it can only attack with its body- no elemental breath attacks, etc.)
• A creation's chakra/stamina reserves is split evenly between the amount used to make it, it only has one activation per post (if it is made sentient with Yang chakra), and can be destroyed/killed by any ability/technique of equal or higher rank.
• Cannot create anything out of any element (basic or advanced) that Sandayu does not have access to.

Technique Name: Tenseigan: Seigi no Kami [ Reincarnation Eye: God of Justice ] (Bloodline Keystone)

Element: Wind, Water, Fire, Lightning, Earth, Yin-Yang Release
Description: For a maximum duration of ten posts, the Hyuuga clansman gains access to the tenseigan and all abilities associated with it. The transformation can last beyond ten posts but it means certain death of the tenseigan wielder. This dojutsu is incredibly physically taxing and can only be used once per battle. All abilities of the byakugan are maintained while in the tenseigan evolution. While the tenseigan is active, the user gains access to the God of Justice Chakra Mode. This chakra mode is a cyan colored cloak of flickering flames of chakra that cover the body. While using the chakra mode, all stats are boosted by a supreme amount. The ability to fly is also granted. The tenseigan also allows for control over attractive and repulsive forces similar to the Deva path. These abilities have the same post cooldown of two posts and limitations of fifty feet pushes and pulls as the Shinra Tensei and Bansho Ten'in techniques. By infusing the tenseigan's chakra into techniques that the user knows then they gain the overwhelming trait. Finally, tenseigan chakra can also form S+ truth-seeking balls of all five elements and the yin-yang release to fire an enemies. The cost to create Truth-Seeking Balls is paid for apart from the cost to activate the chakra form.

Requirements:
• Must be a bloodline class specialist Hyuuga without bloodless kin.
• There is a twenty post learning requirement to master the transformation.

Element: Wood Release
Description: Mugen is able to seamlessly mold his being with the natural environment around him by paying his body rank value of chakra, thus becoming the environment itself, but he must pay 10 additional chakra every posts afterward to maintain this form. Mokuton techniques may be used through or from any plant life, doton from the earth, and suiton from any available water source in the affected area (current topic or up to X miles, whichever is less). In addition, "Nature Clones" can be created from the affected area without need for hand seals to be created for a cost ranging between a C-S rank amount of chakra. The clones are made of a combination of doton, suiton, and mokuton which makes them durable enough to survive up to one attack above the rank of chakra paid to create them. Nature Clones have the same knowledge and skills as Mugen does. Nature Clones have their available chakra/stamina reserves evenly divided between the amount of chakra used to make them, and have the same activation restrictions as Shadow Clones.

Description: The user's techniques that are created from the base elements of earth and water, to include wood release techniques are affected by this skill. The user floods the area with chakra, enriching the land and purifying the water for ten posts. During this period, the user's techniques utilizing the aforementioned elements are doubled in size, giving each of them the overwhelming property and allowing creation techniques with a set posting duration to be enhanced by two additional posts.

Description: The user creates a tree utilizing their Mokuton ability. This tree is created with special inscribed seals engraved into it. The user is capable of planting a limitless supply of these trees wherever they desire. By paying the cost of the technique again, the user is capable of traveling through the life energies of the world to emerge at the desired tree's location. If used in combat, this technique utilizes one of the user's body flicker uses.

Description: By placing their hand upon a tree created by Tree of Insight, the user is able to relay their verbal messages through the life energies of the world, causing the trees to omit the user's voice. This may be used as a PA system or to speak to a specific tree in a location. Persons may respond to the user by placing their own hand on the tree while the user has their hand in place at their own location.

Description: The user weaves small roots in overlapping patterns within each of their doton techniques by paying 5 additional chakra per rank of the doton technique utilized. These tangled roots within the earth have the ability for defensive techniques to withstand attacks one rank above their usage. In addition, doton techniques once broken apart have the ability to trap opponents beneath them by using the tangled roots as a net that can be broken out of by paying the same cost of chakra that was added in addition to the parent technique. The application of Tangled Root to any Doton technique does not consume an activation.

Forget formless. i made them all genjutsu, deleted some techniques, and reworked these to have information that the other genjutsu have.

Technique Name: Survival Of The Fittest: Wash A Ninja
Rank: C
Type: Tactile Activated Genjutsu
Element: S a k k a k u g a n
Description: This technique also known as, "Mopping a ninja" or "Givin' It Up" or "Doggin' that B*tch Ninja" or "Drop A Ninja" is a genjutsu commonly used with the succession of "Caught The Ops Lack'N." Every attack that is successfully landed causes the user to perceive themselves receiving nerve damage; The nerves struck instantly cramp to replicate the pain of being struck by a devastating blow. The opponent's vision is distorted with tremor effects upon impact and a disorienting effect similar to nausea overcomes the victim. The victim will see half of the user vanish and the other half out of focus to make the user appear as a blot. The target remains impaired until this technique is Kai'd away or until four (4) posts have past. This technique's effect costs an upkeep of ten (10) units of Chakra beyond the four (4) posts. This technique can stay passive after the first strike if half it's cost is paid in addition.

Description: When all else fails and the user can tell they are going to lose their power over a victim, they return to an extremely passive and innocent display. They will give up all control prematurely and let the opponent take advantage and give out demands. As long as the user cooperates the opponent can not kill them. The user however, gives up the right to attack the opponent and may only escape. The user can not attack until they have escaped once after using this technique. The user is open to being killed once again if their escape attempt irritates the opponent enough. [ Which is determined by the opponent ] This technique can be used again if the opponent finds the user. However, this must be done immediately in response to seeing the opponent again. If not this technique will not work until the next time you meet the opponent and must be done immediately every time afterwards. This technique can be kai'd out of, but is very hard for one to notice as they are getting what they want or hurting the user. There really is not much to question especially if one ends up in this genjutsu by breaking out of another genjutsu. This technique only works if the target's body rank is equal or less to the rank of this technique.

Description: The user usually precedes this technique by teasing with a puppy eyed demeanor after upsetting someone. A lot of the times this can change someones mind, but the user has no control over that. This technique works by transferring the user's nerve responses to a stimuli during combat. This technique will cause an attacker to experience the damaging effects of the attack they landed for the duration of five (5) posts. After the time limit is up, the user will immediately receive all the damage transferred to relieve the victim (attacker) of that pain. Damage accumulated during the time-span of this techniques five (5) posts will not transfer between both parties. The Upkeep of this technique is ten (10) units of chakra.This technique can only be used once per opponent and should leave the attacker and the user of this technique on the same page by the end of the five (5) posts. If no one is dead yet, the user should stay in their place if they have not been put unconscious or killed and the attacker will show restraint. The attacker must stop their assault on the user and the user must do the same by the end of the five (5) post duration. This technique can be kai'd, but often most people don't get time to do the math since they are in danger. Also one can't tell they have been manipulated into not beating someone into submission especially after just fighting for their life and now being able to de-escalate the situation. Usually one doesn't think another is the direct cause for why they don't continue to annihilate their target, they just choose not to. This technique only works if the target's body rank is equal or less to the rank of this technique. To upkeep this technique beyond the five (5) posts will cost 40 units of chakra per post.

Description: Rinka connects chakra strings to an opposing puppet and uses a burst of chakra to remove the owner's chakra strings, forcibly taking control of it. The amount of chakra it takes to eject the controller is entirely dependent on the puppet's rank [D-rank for a tier one, C-rank for a tier two, and B-rank for a tier 3]. The opposing puppeteer may choose to fight Hijack by expending an equal amount of chakra used to perform Hijack. Additionally, The enemy puppeteer may spend an additional amount of chakra equal to the amount used to perform Hijack to lock Rinka out of that puppet for the rest of the encounter.

Any one of these things would be merit for a keystone. Please dissect exactly what you want this Tenseigan to do before I look at it again.

Keystone: I want to pend this since it's two seperate customs in one, but since both of those customs would be approved on their own, I suppose that allowing them to be merged into one for a keystone is fine.

I need to fix the wording because that's supposed to be apart of the illusion. It's supposed to work like, "Caught the ops lackn" and ruin the opponents sense of time and reaction, so that their attack is slow enough for me to counter. This hsould work on anything the opponent does because their perception of time and reaction is complete skewed.
With all that said i might as well delete this technique because I could simply attack once using "Caught the ops lackn"

I would use it like Shadow of the Dancing leaf or silent killing technique lol but i cant learn taijutsu so im creating illusions specialized for taijutsu interactions because my character is physical fragile due to my bloodline's weakness and i cant learn taijutsu. Meaning i probably cant out train or out dodge anything, so i likely have to bring everyone down to being handicapped to my degree.

No, because i messed up, "stalling on ya a**" so it messed up this technique. Stalling on ya a** ruins their reaction time so i would be able to recover [ recompose ] to fight back if i was caught left field. I used the substitution and bodyflicker slots to limit it but also to write the recovery off a bit. I deleted it, since I could just use stalling on ya a** or caught the ops lacking anyway or substitution jutsu.

Description: by focusing the blasts of her bakuton taijutsu through her fingertips instead of her fists, Shion is able to focus the destructive power into a super-heated lance rather than a coned explosion. While using this stance, Shion may pay an additional 10 chakra per rank to give her bakuton taijutsu overwhelming. This also increases the range of these techniques by 15ft.

Approving since this is a thing i can do now. Old jutsu reapplied but removed the strength buff.

Technique Name: Kiritani Hidden Technique: Endless Masquerade

Type: Eiseijutsu - Situational

Description: In short, a very physical and real version of Henge no Jutsu.

Derived from Ningeniro [Human Color], Human Shape changes the physical shape and form of the body down to the finest anatomical details. Human Shape can change color (any shade, natural or not), gender, alter age, and modify the body's proportions and various sizes. It is, however, limited by the limits of what the standard human body can handle, which are outlined below.

Barring certain genetic exemptions, such as the Akimichi, experimenting with Human Shape has revealed that attempting extreme size changes with this technique leads to not only malfunctioning body parts but also severe bodily harm in extreme cases. Becoming a giant, it is not only impossible for the human body, even under the influence of ninja magic, to safely create enough matter to support such growth, but the circulatory and nervous systems cannot keep up with the sudden change in size. On the opposite end of the spectrum, trying to alter the body to anything smaller than 3' or so not only squeezes the inner anatomy of the body, which cannot be made to reduce in time, but also has a high chance of further complications arising when the target reverts back to his original size.

All in all, the safe limits of Human Shape tend to hover between approximately 3' and 7' of height and their respective underweight and overweight weights. Proportions between body parts need to be kept within reason, being able to border on but not cross into "abomination" territory.

Because of the delicacy of this technique, even if it can be executed in a timely and easy manner with enough practice, the target of Human Shape must be willing for Human Shape to take effect.


Technique Name: Soujuu [ Manipulation ]

Type: Ninjutsu w/ Rinnegan Five Paths of Nature Requirement

Description: Freeform manipulation of the five elements (or however many elements the user has access to).

Soujuu is a manipulation technique that sacrifices quantity and focus for versatility, building on empowering the basic tenets of ninjutsu to "create" elemental techniques on the fly. These ad lib techniques, however, can only be simple at best and are far from streamlined, losing out on quantity to retain power or vice versa. By using Soujuu, the shinobi can create any variety of forms for their ninjutsu on the fly, but they are slightly inferior techniques that lose out on the special aspects of many established ninjutsu such as the telltale elemental spewing of the dragon line of elemental techniques.

Soujuu techniques can take basic forms of any of the user's available elements, and the required chakra expenditure to use them depends on their size/power. If the size, listed below, is the same rank as the chakra cost, then the power of the technique is one rank lower than the chakra cost. If the power of the technique is the same ranks as the chakra cost, then the size of the technique is one rank lower than the chakra cost. Additionally, either side of the scale may be decreased by one additional rank (up to two ranks) in order to increase the other side by half a rank (up to one rank). I.e., a 2 meter wide A-rank manipulation will have the chakra condensed to a point that it equals a standard S-rank attack or a 16 meter wide A-rank manipulation will only have the power of a C-rank attack.

Type: Rinnegan/Eiseijutsu

Description: I go through with my memes, okay?

Combining high level eiseijutsu, the Rinnegan Outer Path's Rinne Tensei no Jutsu [Samsāra of Heavenly Life Technique], and a limit-breaking version of Kiritaini clan's hidden dance augmentation technique, Kagerou can revive all targets in a thread from death into perfectly rejuvenated, if heavily exhausted, bodies, the chakra for this miracle coming from Kagerou and the people she raises back to life. Those revived return to life with only a quarter of their total chakra and all extraneous reserves, such as those stored in items or seals, drained. On Kagerou's end, while this is overall less taxing than switching between rinnegan eyes to restore a body and then return the soul, she still suffers from the vulnerability after the technique, being unable to use chakra for two [2] posts.

Because this technique has multiple, high-level angles, the user is unable to delve too deep in searching for souls. They cannot forcibly bring back the souls of those who do not wish to live and they also cannot bring back souls that have been departed from the body for longer than a day.


Technique Name: Six Paths of Six Souls

Type: Rinnegan

Description: So hear me out... What if I shared my Rinnegan with still living beings instead of corpses?

A modification to the unwritten technique that creates path bodies. Instead of becoming a necromancer, Kagerou follows her life's calling and uses her power to boost the abilities of her allies, creating Path Links with living individuals instead of Path Bodies out of dead individuals. The choice is permanent until Kagerou wills it otherwise and the effects are a mix of those that are always active and those that only activate when in the same thread as Kagerou.

A permanent effect, of course, also has permanent consequences (or at least so long as the Path Link exists). For every existing Path Link, Kagerou's total chakra and stamina pools drop by 25 each.

Establishing a Path Link is a lengthy but simple enough practice. Not troublesome enough to warrant special preparations, but enough of an ordeal that it's not something that can be instated at a whim. On the other hand, cutting loose a Path Link can be done on a whim, and is almost as simple as snapping one's fingers.

Kagerou [always in effect]
- Retains access to all Rinnegan paths when no Path Links are nearby.
- When receiving access to a Path Body, may use the slot to create a Path Link instead.
- Can summon Path Linked individuals, paying a chakra cost equal to their body rank if the summoning is successful. Path Links can choose to refuse the summons.
- Can sense the direction and distance of linked individuals.
- Able to transfer minor physical alterations, up to the level of shallow wounds, from her body to Path Links. (This is useful to writing messages to each other.)

Kagerou [when in same thread as a Path Link]
- Loses free access to the Rinnegan paths present in the present Path Links.
- Supplemental techniques can originate from any point on the present Path Link's bodies.
- Shares the field of vision with all present Path Link Rinnegans.
- Gains an additional [1] activation per Path Link present that can only be used to use techniques from present Path Links' Paths. This technique, while activated by Kagerou, is considered to have been activated from the body of the appropriate Path Link.

Path Links [always in effect]
- Can summon Kagerou, paying a chakra cost equal to her body rank if the summoning is successful. Kagerou can choose to refuse the summons.
- Able to transfer minor physical alterations, up to the level of shallow wounds, from their body to Kagerou. (This is useful to writing messages to each other.)

Description: For a maximum duration of ten posts, the Hyuuga clansman gains access to the tenseigan and all abilities associated with it. The transformation can last beyond ten posts but it means certain death of the tenseigan wielder. This dojutsu is incredibly physically taxing and can only be used once per battle. All abilities of the byakugan are maintained while in the tenseigan evolution. While the tenseigan is active, the user gains access to the God of Justice Chakra Mode. This chakra mode is a cyan colored cloak of flickering flames of chakra that cover the body. While using the chakra mode, all stats are boosted by a supreme amount. The ability to fly is also granted. The tenseigan also allows for control over attractive and repulsive forces similar to the Deva path. These abilities have the same post cooldown of two posts and limitations of fifty feet pushes and pulls as the Shinra Tensei and Bansho Ten'in techniques.
Requirements:
• Must be a bloodline class specialist Hyuuga without bloodless kin.
• There is a twenty post learning requirement to master the transformation.

Each rank causes the explosion to be larger and more powerful. The arrows only detonate when Vivian decides or once they hit a target. E to A ranked Arrows take a single post to produce with S ranked arrows requiring two posts to make. Only up to three arrows may be created this way in a single post, however this will take each of Vivian’s activations if she is to create this many arrows.

Description: Ten o musubimasu is a technique that plays off its name. Like in the typical connect the dots activity the user will create a single stationary dot of ink typically through the use of the sticky fingers inking method. This dot stays suspended in air. Due to their size only being about that of a fingerprint they're often easily forgotten or easily go unnoticed anything but doujutsu, for sensors the dots are noticeable but negligible as they essentially emulate the chakra signature of a typical insect...although still affiliated with the user. They linger for the duration of combat, if they aren't distanced properly, however, then they're particularly useless. Each activation allows production of two dots. The dots can be made with brushes hence typically, but it often ruins the discretion of the technique. There is no limit to the number of dots that can be produced over the duration of combat but making too many clustered makes the presence obvious. The dots themselves can be removed quite easily with E-rank level techniques but the strength of the technique doesn't come from the dots but the connecting of said dots as the name implies. Upon true activation, existing dots shoot out a line of bullet like ink connecting to the next dot, this happens nigh near instantaneously practically like that of a real bullet. This follows a sequential order. The first dot connects to the second made the second to the third. When there are gaps between dots such as 1 and 2,3 were destroyed 1 will connect to 4. These shots penetrate armor and defensive techniques that are in the path of the two connecting dots leaving the only options evasion and overwhelming the line with an attack equal to the rank the attack was activated. If the line isn't destroyed it will continue its connections until forming what could essentially be anything as simple as a two-point line or something rivaling a laser array from old spy films. The attack itself is secretive, swift, and penetrating. While not leaving particularly grievous wounds shooting through vital organs and the like could prove lethal.

Description:Upon use Habileté simply allows the transition of one object in hand to transfer seamlessly into the other hand. It seems to appear to be a very localized form of shunsin. It functions similarly to other hand switching techniques but more instantaneous like a magic trick. Its limited to only medium sized blades and small objects, however.

Description:The technique is executed via placing ones hands behind their back Le cerne then moves the user in a full rotation from a stationary position to behind the target. While this is fast it isn't executed at shunsin like speeds but so long as the user's hands remain behind their back in tandem Le cerne will continuously reposition itself behind the targets back. This appears to look like the user is gliding across the ground because they typically do not move their legs. The technique does this by creating a pocket of air beneath the soles of the users feet which essentially acts as a guided slipstream the user rides on. Only attacks of Le cerne's rank or higher can even hope to land but the user is limited due to always having their hands behind their back. Has a sustain every [3] posts.

Description:The technique summons a fully stocked functional bar-rack and counter with four barstools with a puff of smoke from god knows where. A bartender has his secrets. The summoned bar is immune to damage making hiding under the counter a viable defense. However, if struck with an attack of equal or higher rank, rather than damage the bar it disappears. The technique itself, however, is not typically used with offensive intentions to begin with and rather is a technique used for finding alternative solutions to otherwise compromising situations.

Trefles upon selecting an individual of whom he will serve. He will then place his hands behind his back. He is essentially granted an infinite usage of shunsin. However, this shunsin always places Trefles next to the one of whom he classified as the one of whom he'll serve. When attacked he will appear on the opposite side of the target chakra automatically deducting equal to the attack made DR excluded. Trefles can use no activations and neither can any present constructs in the post the technique is used. In the event of an area attack, the Shunsin spaces the attack out and then re-places Trefles next to them again once safe, if never safe the spacing is maintained. The technique will only dodge techniques created by the selected individual of whom Trefles has desired to 'serve'...or rather in some cases irritate. Witty comments such as "Would you like a towel sir?" and "Perhaps you'd fancy a drink bon?" Often follow suit with the technique. There is also a particular caveat to the technique. In addition to dedicating all activations to the technique, the state cannot be left until battle concludes. If the opponent has more chakra than Trefles they will win the war of attrition every time assuming they haven't grown bored or tired of which Tefles gambles on happening. Trefles can shunsin to his 'patrons' side constantly but since he remains in a perpetual stance he cannot evade attacks made by anyone other than his 'patron'. The term patron also extends to said clones that the patron makes and by making clones will allow Trefles to attend to their sides. Patrons, however, can be changed per post' but it will often likely expose Trefles to the previous patron. It also doesn't end the state of being that is [Puis-je être utile?]

Description:
The user removes one of their gloves. Approaching the opponent the technique seems incredibly underwhelming. A simple slapstick type of attack occurs where a man slaps a individuals face with a dapper glove....however. A sensor or someone with Doujutsu will know the glove is filled to the brim with highly concentrated amounts of chakra. When swung if it makes contact with a targets head it will be blown clean off in an incredibly visceral manner or in the event of incredibly sturdy individuals immediately break a neck. If the glove misses an air current from the dispersing chakra which causes a visible fissure to form and part trees in the general direction the blow was intended to land. If making contact with the body instead the target is flung 100ft immediately in the corresponding direction, likely with some broken bones. The glove is typically slipped back on and an apology occurs afterward...assuming the individual is still alive. If there is no glove an open hand slap can be used in its place although typically the user always wears gloves.

In addition, Chie could also manifest these beast as features of a beast, such as giant fist instead of a beast itself. Can use this technique with other Star Chakra techniques. Each beast only last three post, but can be dispelled sooner on Chie's request. Dissolves completely when Star Chakra Sage ends.

The dragon can either attack each round for S-ranked strength, or can instead use all of the chakra which it was manifested with to launch one giant blast of chakra. This blast is capable of leveling an entire topic. Dragon last for two post if not using giant blast.
