Technique Name: Solares Excidium

Description: The Ultimate Technique of a Katon user and a mark of mastery over the element of fire. Belamos must already be inside of O, Agni in order to use the Solares Excidium. Weaving a set of four hand signs, he will hold the final tiger seal. Once he has done so O, Agni will immediately turn red and swell to a size 100 times greater than it was previously. Anything caught within the boundaries of this technique will immediately feel a burning sensation akin to a very bad sunburn all over their body while also suffering 3 points of dehydration. In the next post, Belamos will release the handsign. This causes the Sun he is encased in to now rapidly turn both pure white and shrink down to an orb just 10 meters wide. Touching this orb causes instant vaporization to whatever it comes in contact with. In the final post of the technique, Belamos will plant his spear into the ground. As soon as he does so the Solares Excidium will active, causing the Miniature Star to explode outwards with a power unrivaled. Anything and everything in it's path will be destroyed at a scale that dwarfs a Bijuu Ball. Blocking the blast requires matching the amount of chakra put into it. As a result of this incredible destructive power, the Solares Excidium is guaranteed to cost Belamos his life- he must place all of his chakra and stamina into the attack with at least a total of 1,200 sacrificed for the technique to even be able to be performed. I.E. if Belamos has 400 Chakra and 600 Stamina he cannot use it. Note, while Belamos places X amount of Stamina into the attack the opponent only has to block the CHAKRA amount. This technique cannot kill another RPC (because rules) but unquestionably has the power to end the fight.
There is no way for the user to survive this attack nor be revived after doing so. This is the end game- the final card to play.

Denied on the grounds that this basically makes all ninjutsu useless in comparison. Also, there's a rule in the guild which says that X-ranked techniques cannot reach S+.
Denied because it's countermeasures are impossible. In order to counter it, you have to pay equal chakra equal to the explosion. However, since the explosion has the possibility of using 1,200 chakra if you have it to spare, and the maximum chakra a technique can use otherwise is 250, you literally dwarf the math. However, since this is clearly meant to be a blaze of glory, suicide attack, I will discuss it with crew to see if it's possible to approve on the merit that it's only going to be used once. Also you made a note of saying that rpcs cannot die, and that it's really just a last laugh granting technique.

Description: Inspired by the historical struggle of the Yozen no Soutou clan, Coda secretly developed a method by which to negate the precious bloodline abilities of shinobi in their entirety. After intense study and experimentation on her own Yoton techniques, she created a tattoo fuuin formation that negates bloodline abilities. The jutsu functions in one of two ways. The first is a general field extended around the user, encompassing everything within 50 feet of them. This affects any bloodline techniques and abilities that are not Yozen no Soutou, including any others that the user possesses and implants of them, of A rank or lower. The second, which requires genetic material from a specific person, locks down only that specific person's abilities, sparing the user and anyone else nearby the effects. These two effects share elements of the tattoo formation, and thus cannot be active at the same time or in multiple instances. Adding genetic material to the fuuin can be done instantaneously within a fight, for storage purposes, but a unique formula must be created for it out of combat - and subsequently tracked on the user's profile - for it to be used to seal a person's bloodline abilities. Only 3 sources of genetic material may be maintained at any one time, and the effects of this technique last for 4 posts before the cost must be repaid.

Description: Using a special set of tattoos, Coda stores advanced transformation jutsu. Unlike normal transformations, these forms are tangible changes to the user's body. Their size and efficacy vary by the rank the jutsu is applied at, but they may apply no more than one self-contained effect based on the nature of the transformation. For example, an E-rank transformation based on stone or earth might turn Coda's skin rocky, but otherwise leave her appearance unaltered, and resist an E-rank amount of physical force. Like her Yozen no Soutou jutsu, however, that specificity comes at a cost. A resistance to physical force would leave the form vulnerable to elemental and other forces, including physical ones of a higher rank. Similarly, while she could do something like change her skin into barbs that deal damage to people who hit her, she could not turn it into a surface that emits poison gas, as that is not local to her body. If she turned her skin into her Yoton jutsu, she could not project lava from herself, even though it could still burn. And so forth and so on. This technique's duration starts at 9 posts for E-rank usage, decreasing by one for each rank it increases.

Technique Name: Magnetic Exultation

Description: Karleen always has had an affinity for Jinton's magnetic abilities. Channeling her chakra to turn the area around her in to a magnetic field, Karleen becomes the living breathing patron of Jinton. The effects of this magnetic field vary widely depending on how much chakra is pumped in to the jutsu; at lower levels it only serves to stop incoming metal projectiles, but at higher levels it can stop all metal from entering the field, shred any metal that tries to enter, and allow her to levitate. Lower ranks of this technique only last for a post or so, but the higher ranks last for longer. When metal sand is in the field, it gravitates to Karleen's back, creating the appearance of wings which color varies widely depending on the metal in the field.
E-rank: Stops five small projectiles. Lasts [1] post, spans two feet in all directions around the user.
D-rank: Stops ten small projectiles, five medium projectiles, or one large projectile. D-rank strikes with metal weapons or armor cannot penetrate the field. Lasts [2] posts and can be extended for [1] more post for an E-rank upkeep, spans five feet in all directions around the user.
C-rank: Stops twenty small projectiles, ten medium projectiles, or five large projectiles. C-rank strikes with metal weapons or armor cannot penetrate the field, and D-rank strikes cause non-custom weapons and armor to shred in to the appropriate metal sand. Causes levitation of up to three feet off the ground, lasts for [3] posts and can last for [1] more post at a D-rank upkeep, expands for ten feet in every direction around the user.

Hindering Touch: Denied. In the Naruto Universe Hyuugas do this through gentle fist. I really don't want this kind of technique existing and inching on their territory.
Limbering Touch: Denied as it is, but I think honestly you could just make a generic technique where, "User applies chakra to an ally to help them have increase speed for a set amount of post." Also please use DR to describe how it increases. An A-ranked technique can increase by a greatly amount.
Unbreakable Vow: Denied. I recognize you're technically gaining consent by having them sign to the agreement, but this seems too easy to exploit. For example, if Naoki makes an agreement with someone, "You will never turn your back on Kogarashi," what happens if the person literally turns around and faces the opposite of Kogarashi? Can Naoki legally kill them? It falls into the Monkey's Paw gambit, where clever wordplay could cause her to involuntarily to kill someone. For the record, I am not clarifying this for you to then re-submit it with these issues address. I do not want things which can purposefully kill people in the guild, since that moves the guild in a toxic direction.
Analysis Lens: Denied as it is right now. The problem is that you cannot have a unique dojutsu. Now, if you just made this a supplemental technique where, "For a set amount of time, Naoki can use her sharingan to analyze seals", and do something on that level, I think it will have a better probability of getting approved.

Technique Name: Body Art: Creeping Death
Rank: S
Type: Bloodline
Element: N/A
Description: Coda's skill with her Yozen no Soutou allows her to project its disrupting effects to another person if she makes contact with them - either directly or via a small, held weapon. Doing so begins the process of applying a powerful sealing formula to the target's body. This formula begins incomplete, spreading from the point at which the user made contact, temporarily tattooing their skin nearly entirely black with the formula itself. The formula remains incomplete, and thus completely harmless, until the post in which the jutsu's duration comes to an end. Upon completion the sealing formula applies a very strong version of the Yozen no Soutou's disruptive jutsu, completely disrupting the victim's chakra, killing them in the process. The formula can easily be countered without causing harm by any shinobi specialized in sealing (RPC or pre-existing NPC of the sealing class) in the post it completes, before the disruption effect is applied. Otherwise the formula may only be stopped by removing the limb it started on, if it started on a limb, by killing the person who created it, or by convincing the creator to remove it. Contact that does not draw blood sets the duration of the formula's spread at 6 posts, while drawing blood during the process of applying this technique sets the duration at 3 posts.

Element: Yoton
Description: Drawing from the Earth Military Movement technique and combining it with the substitution technique, Coda swaps herself with earth from the ground directly below her, causing it to become molten in the process. After doing so she quickly moves away while remaining underground. Striking the replacement will cause it to explode in a fountain of lava, coating the attacker in the process. This technique counts as a use of the substitution technique if used to evade an attack. The replacement it creates cannot move on its own.
