Description: While wielding Nuibari, Kenshin uses chakra to manipulate the razor wire and wraps it around an enemy. The moment that the wire makes contact, a surge of electricity courses through the string. This lightning then violently electrocutes the target while also increasing the wire's sharpness for an enhanced laceration effect. Similarly to the Hold Still Please Nuibari technique, an S-Rank amount of chakra or stamina is required to break free.

Description: While wielding Nuibari, Kenshin channels raiton chakra through the sword and its string while throwing it at such high speeds that it is hard to even see, similarly to the Eyelet technique. The sword will pierce completely through an object while constantly retaining its electric charge causing intense internal damage from the electrocution. Kenshin will appear wherever the sword is and tug on the electrified wire to pull it through the object. This skill is treated as spiritual against techniques meant to deflect projectiles like the Eyelet technique.

Description: By creating and shaping Hard Light, Belamos can create a replica of any item he is familiar with. The object will appear out of a golden circle of light and, once materialized, will take on the properties of the object. Glass will be brittle, a mirror will be shiny. These items will have E Rank durability and stats if used in combat. If the cost of the technique is doubled the item will never disappear until it is physically broken at which point it will disintegrate into golden motes of light.

Description: By utilizing Hard Light Belamos will create replicas of weapons that are launched at his opponents. Each of these weapons has E Rank durability but are launched at the speed of whatever rank the attack is used at. The weapons will appear at points around Belamos, emerging from circles of golden light. Belamos can create up to one hundred weapons at once, but can only launch twenty-five per activation. This technique can last a maximum of four turns and if all weapons are fired the cost of the technique must be repaid for once again.

This is Denied

Reason: Thermodynamic Equilibrium is a dangerous concept to touch into much less explore for jutsu. While it is fluff, I am not going to allow a concept that can allow too much. While this idea makes sense for Scorch and scientifically is valid, but just because something can be used with science doesn't always mean it should -> As science, if applied, can unbalance things more than anticipated as then Lighting Jutsu should be striking much faster than it should be.

As for the mechanical half of the jutsu, it is on sight defense that is doubling on a thinly veiled attack with the inclusion of consuming an offensive activation - this is the only factor that makes it actually attack while the rest (80%) of it is described as predominately a defense. Even with the cooldown however, this scale of defense is quite strong especially if it is attacking which for just the cost to defend rank for rank, the person subject to this is being assailed by the same amount of resource cost.

In short this blocks, then with the same cost, attacks which forces the person affected to essentially pay double to block and to continue their melee. If they forgo continuing their melee, they are still sapped out of their attack and being subject to a essentially body wide attack that still forces a block from an eyesight based jutsu.

Even Amaterasu has a start up time to begin its attack. Something needs to have a pre-req or an obvious tell for this level of power via eye-sight, its offensive capabilities need to be laid out much more clearly than just described as a offensive activation, and I request the scientific half of the tech to be ignored/rewritten as I will not approve it simply because it is opening doors that are best remain closed.

A technique needs to be clear cut to what it does at the end of the day.

Description: A dramatic series of bright orbs of shakuton chakra are formed and launched from suspension around Unki’s person in rapid succession for a maximum total of [15] spheres at B - A ranks and a potential total of [25] at S - S+ ranks. Each sphere rockets to its destination without a second to spare and files out in a random space out formation. No time to stop!
The shakuton chakra spheres are incredibly hot to the touch, radiate warmth, and vary in size from anywhere between 2.5 ft to 4 foot diameter. Contact with an orb will result in some very nasty burns as will a determined level of Dehydration effects.

Without delay the shakuton orbs will barrel into one another in a center point of focus (the target/s) and explode. This technique includes forceful wind blasts, intense bright lights, and dehydration [Brightness applies Blindness at level One at B-A ranks, Level Two Blindness at S-S+] [B-rank & A-rank apply Level Three Dehydration effects] [S-S+ apply Level Four Dehydration effects].

Description:
A coat of scorch chakra will envelope Unki’s person as a bright yellow bodysuit of heat. She will appear slightly more yellow than usual with flickers of warm yellow chakra may waft off with movement. The coverage from this technique may be manipulated, somewhat, if she temporarily didn't want a hand or foot covered. This coat features a defensive mechanism in which organic creations such as tree leaves, inks, and other water based creations (at E-B ranks) will generally lose effectiveness on Unki while the coat is active and usually shrivel, burn up, or evaporate in close (12'inch rage) or when direct physical contact is made. Consequently, water in the air within a (5 foot) diameter will be evaporated to leave a dry desert-like climate around her. This coat directly affects Unki's Simple Tai and Hard Physical Formless to accentuate her punches and kicks with hot scorching strikes (capable of applying dehydration) up to Level Three Dehydration effects are subject to application on opponents with direct physical contact. 1st - This specifies drying out an area. This doubling as an attack or is it just a harmless little cloud with a deafening Choooooooooooo~!

2nd - Both Defensive Jutsu - They're Fine

3rd - Bleeds Dah Sun - "This coat directly affects Unki's Tai and formless attacks." <- Specify Melee and which types of Tai. Simple, Complex, Both? Is it additional damage or just a stack of status with Tai. " are subjected to being heated up to a point where many are unable to touched by anyone else for [3] posts." <- Needs a counter specified, screws over Weapon users too much as is, something like equal amount of chakra cancels its effect, objects under jutsu enhancement would ignore it most likely as well.

4th - Pearls - Remember multi-hit jutsu are divided in strength per how many times its divided with how the newer resource collisions work.

    tab A technique modified by this augment changes from its original shape into a controlled burst centered on the user, increasing in size the more chakra is invested. Offensive techniques transformed in this way follow the multi-target rules, diminishing in power the more targets are hit. Submitting my acquired Keystone and it's [2] Custom Slot techniques granted by the Bukijutus class discipline, Expert. I am curious to know, for future custom slot usage, if the two derived techniques count towards my total custom slot usage, or if they are treated as exempt by the discipline bonus?

        [Requires ownership of Yuugure]
        Rather than spending the normal [5] chakra required to unlock the segments that make up Yuugure's snaith, Shinji has developed a technique that allows him to spend additional chakra, which causes the cord inside to dissolve into a rope of pure chakra. In doing so, this increases Yuugure's extended range by [5] meters per rank of chakra used. In addition, Shinji is able to manipulate the various segments individually once separated, so long as he has physical contact with any parts of the weapon. However, each segment is still restricted to the range that was determined at the execution of this technique. Each of these segments, upon contact, mirror the Vampiric Slash ability of the original weapon, meaning that it drains [5] chakra from the victim and returns it to Shinji. This is still subject to the rules of multiple points of contact within the guild, meaning that regardless of if the attack makes several points of contact in one move, it only drains [5] chakra in total. This technique can only be maintained for 10 posts before the scythe reforms into the whole, after which, Shinji must wait [5] posts for the cord inside to reform before he can unlock the segments in any fashion.

        [Requires ownership of Yuugure, requires Nichibotsu-ji no Hebi be in its active state]
        By manipulating the segments of Yuugure independently of the blade, Shinji encircles the opponent with the spines on the segments facing towards them. He then closes his hand into a fist, which causes the segments to fly rapidly inward towards the encircled victim individually. If one of these segments make contact, the rest are guaranteed to hit. Regardless of the amount of segments used in this technique, it only deals C ranked damage in total. If this technique hits, it ignores any active fortification bonuses of the victim.

        Once the cost for this technique is paid, Yuugure and its various segments coil around Shinji, floating in the air at seemingly random locations around him. Once this technique is activated, this position becomes the default resting stage of Yuugure, and lasts until Nichibotsu-ji no Hebi wears off. After any attack or movement is made with the weapon, it returns to this position for no additional cost. This technique grants an active [+2] speed to any attack directed at a target within 10 meters of Shinji, and a [+1] active speed bonus to any attack directed at a target outside of that 10 meter range, with this bonus being limited between 10 and 25 meters. Anything further than that gains no additional bonus. While this technique is active, Yuugure's range is locked at a maximum of 30 meters, and is still subject to the range limits of Nichibotsu-ji no Hebi.

Description: The ultimate mark of mastery for one dedicated to controlling flames, Belamos's control of heat and energy is so finite he has learned to manipulate the latent heat energy stored within every object in creation. Once this jutsu is cast Belamos can select a single object in his view. When he does he instantly increases the entropy of the object via a closed system reaction conduct by drawing out the heat of the object. The object will instantly reach thermodynamic equilibrium and lose all kinetic and potential energy it once had. Projectiles will fall harmlessly to the ground while melee attacks must have the cost repaid as the energy that was once put into the attack had vanished. Belamos can only use this technique once every three posts and consumes a defensive action
