Description: The ultimate mark of mastery for one dedicated to controlling flames, Belamos's control of heat and energy is so finite he has learned to manipulate the latent heat energy stored within every object in creation. Once this jutsu is cast Belamos can select a single object in his view. When he does he instantly increases the entropy of the object via a closed system reaction conduct by drawing out the heat of the object. The object will instantly reach thermodynamic equilibrium and lose all kinetic and potential energy it once had. Projectiles will fall harmlessly to the ground while melee attacks must have the cost repaid as the energy that was once put into the attack had vanished. Belamos can only use this technique once every three posts and consumes a defensive action

Description: Sonyo will sit on the ground on her knees, hands lifted upwards at her waist as if in prayer, and channel her chakra in to the ground. Over the course of two posts, sand and ice create a two foot hardened barrier under the ground for 300 feet in every direction from Sonyo's location. This makes it extremely hard for the use of techniques that draw anything from underground as the chakra enforced sand and ice are strong enough to bend steel on impact. Nullifies the need to create sand or ice for any technique while active-- technique ends either in five posts or if Sonyo is unconscious. Acts as a defensive technique.

Description: Sonyo hovers any loose sand in a 100 foot radius, then sends it swirling in every direction in a giant ball of sandstorm. Sand covered in ice accrues an extra 1/2 stack of frostbite per rank due to windchill, and stone/ice/steel structures erode more and more every post. The amount of posts an object takes to erode away are dependent on it's rank. ( E-1, D-2, C3, B-4, S-5, S+-6, chakra enhanced structures take an extra post more than their non-chakra imbued counterparts )

That's fine. I went and read back through what I had put, and I figure that it might be worth editing the main keystone technique to where techniques performed while it is dismembered that way are still treated as their normal type [simple, complex, spiritual] but for [simple] techniques it would have a cost similar to a complex technique, due to chakra being used to control the dismembered parts.

As well as I think I had it set to complex, when it should be spiritual for the keystone itself.

Submitting my acquired Keystone and it's [2] Custom Slot techniques granted by the Bukijutus class discipline, Expert. I am curious to know, for future custom slot usage, if the two derived techniques count towards my total custom slot usage, or if they are treated as exempt by the discipline bonus?

        [Requires ownership of Yuugure]
        Rather than spending the normal [5] chakra required to unlock the segments that make up Yuugure's snaith, Shinji has developed a technique that allows him to spend additional chakra, which causes the cord inside to dissolve into a rope of pure chakra. In doing so, this increases Yuugure's extended range by [5] meters per rank of chakra used. In addition, Shinji is able to manipulate the various segments individually once separated, so long as he has physical contact with any parts of the weapon. However, each segment is still restricted to the range that was determined at the execution of this technique. Each of these segments, upon contact, mirror the Vampiric Slash ability of the original weapon, meaning that it drains [5] chakra from the victim and returns it to Shinji. This is still subject to the rules of multiple points of contact within the guild, meaning that regardless of if the attack makes several points of contact in one move, it only drains [5] chakra in total. This technique can only be maintained for 10 posts before the scythe reforms into the whole, after which, Shinji must wait [5] posts for the cord inside to reform before he can unlock the segments in any fashion.

        [Requires ownership of Yuugure, requires Nichibotsu-ji no Hebi be in its active state]
        By manipulating the segments of Yuugure independently of the blade, Shinji encircles the opponent with the spines on the segments facing towards them. He then closes his hand into a fist, which causes the segments to fly rapidly inward towards the encircled victim individually. If one of these segments make contact, the rest are guaranteed to hit. Regardless of the amount of segments used in this technique, it only deals C ranked damage in total. If this technique hits, it ignores any active fortification bonuses of the victim.

        Once the cost for this technique is paid, Yuugure and its various segments coil around Shinji, floating in the air at seemingly random locations around him. Once this technique is activated, this position becomes the default resting stage of Yuugure, and lasts until Nichibotsu-ji no Hebi wears off. After any attack or movement is made with the weapon, it returns to this position for no additional cost. This technique grants an active [+2] speed to any attack directed at a target within 10 meters of Shinji, and a [+1] active speed bonus to any attack directed at a target outside of that 10 meter range, with this bonus being limited between 10 and 25 meters. Anything further than that gains no additional bonus. While this technique is active, Yuugure's range is locked at a maximum of 30 meters, and is still subject to the range limits of Nichibotsu-ji no Hebi.

It could be the spark of a building katon technique, a lazily drifting bunch of chakra manifestation leaves to herald a futon technique, or even a deceptively cheery ball of bright energy that hides a harmful eisei technique within.

Description: Similar to the vine jutsu the user will grow upwards to 8 long spinal cords from the base of their tail bone, without removing them they will obey the users command just like ones fingers move. like the vine technique the spinal tails are sharp and can extend past their 6 foot base range by double. once formed the tails can either attack with the movements of the user or coil around themselves to form a larger denser tail. both forms are capable of flailing the flesh from an opponents, the harder and quicker the movements of the user th more destructive the flails can become as like whips the most destructive part of the tail would be the tips .

Description: around the elbows a bone will form and the end instead of a point it is in the shape of a nail head, inside the elbow all the way to the wrist a temporary bone tube is made, the users fist will grow bone grooves around the knuckles to maximize the techniques destructive force. using pressure built up within the tube and resistance from the bone nail Clem can add a added impact as she punches an opponent causing the very dense bone nail to shoot into her arm slamming into the bottom of the bone tube applying greater force similar to a jack hammer. this technique can be applied to the elbow or knee of the user though as a result movment is slightly restricted to the wrists and ankles

Description: a simple technique that allows the user to dislocate each joint be it finger spine, neck or ankle etc in any direction they want with ease. making movements such as back attacks by swinging towards them dislocating a joint to reach said victim, or to contort ones body down to fit into small spaces many times smaller then the users body. even fake death with simple acts of snapping ones head around.

Description: preforming several hand signs the user will plant either the hand of foot firmly on the ground growing four rib like bones that travel through the ground bursting up at an opponent attacking just below the opponents ribs in order to pin them to a single spot. one the user removs the hand or foot the ribs will disintegrate after 1 post. that attack strikes the left right back and front of the opponent embedding in them several inches, additionally the attack can be altered to trap a opponent without stabbing them but rather lock them in place through a cris-cross method

Type: Speed Release
Element: none
Description: Acting as a sustained aura, Klalda charges herself with speed chakra right before any successful attack. For every two punches landed, Klada gains an a slight increase to her speed (active). This increase must be used on the next attack and cannot be held or extended by any means. If Klada does not perform any offensive activations this momentum may also be lost in two activations worth of time (less than a post). The aura itself lasts for five of Klalda's posts.

Character: Shinji Gyukimaru Ketsueki
Technique Name: Chigiri Hōkai [Blood Fog Collapse]

β–°β–°Trigger: Coming into contact with the mist this technique creates.
β–°β–°Source: Original
β–°β–°Description: By performing a series of hand seals, the user's pores expel a red mist that covers a 1 meter [3 feet] radius around their body. Whenever someone comes into contact with this mist, it invades their body, even penetrating through layers of clothes and armor. Anyone who is affected by this mist experiences a momentary hallucination, envisioning a large, shadowy figure that appears as if it is constantly dissolving and reforming around its edges. The figure has white eyes and a white line that forms a smile on its face. While they are seeing this figure, a series of eerie laughs fills their ears. This hallucination only lasts for part of the affected character's posts, while the rest of the genjutsu's effect lasts for the rest of that same post, and their second post as well.
If this genjutsu has a chance to run its full course and isn't broken out of; once the hallucination has run its course and dissipates, the affected character is overcome with a sense of fear of the genjutsu's caster. This sense of fear can be disabled with kai, but without doing so it goes away on its own after the character's second post.

The caster of this technique can pay an additional [5] Chakra per post to keep the mist active, otherwise it dissolves after the post it is cast in.
Although fear is a powerful emotion to manipulate, it is up to the individual on how they will react out of said fear.

Technique Name: Chigiri Bunshin [Blood Fog Clone]
Rank: E / C
Type: Bloodline
Element: Saiketsu
Description: A very basic clone technique using the caster's blood as the catalyst. After the necessary hand seals, the user's pores release a thin mist of blood that collects into the form of a perfect image of them. This clone comes complete with the weapons and gear that the user is carrying. However, unlike other clones, this doppelganger is unable to perform any offensive or defensive actions. It can walk, run, speak, and otherwise move; but, it's vapor composition makes it extremely weak. To the point that someone even flicking a stone at it would cause it to dissipate. By casting this technique at C rank, an extremely thin veil of the users chakra envelops the body of the clone. This doesn't grant any physical bonuses to the clone. Instead, it makes this clone indistinguishable from the real body to any sensory ability, including Doujutsu.

Element: Saiketsu
Description: By manipulating an amount of blood around the battlefield dependent on the amount of chakra spent to cast this technique, then drawing the blood into the user's body via open cuts or wounds along their form, one can heal their wounds. At ranks E and D, this can only heal flesh wounds and shallow cuts. At ranks C and B, this can partially heal deeper wounds, turning them into superficial shallow damages. However, doing so requires the caster's body rank to be above the rank they are casting this technique as. A D rank body can only cast this technique with E rank chakra, and so on. This can only be used up to [3] times per battle, and has a cool down period of [5] posts before it can be cast again. Outside of battle, this technique can be cast without the cool down period, but it retains the [3] use limit until they spend at least [2] posts sleeping.

Description: After the required string of hand seals has been performed, the user spins around in a circle. As they do so, blood excretes from their pores, or is collected from open wounds along their body, and forms a ring around the user. This ring possesses a sharp edge that faces outward. Upon initial activation, this technique is able to block one opposing attack that is of a lower rank. For [5] additional chakra each post, the caster can maintain this ring and have it act as a source of blood to use with their Saiketsu techniques. This ring can be broken by any attack that is a rank above it.

Technique Name: FΕ«ton: Chakra no Mesu [ Wind Style: Chakra Scalpel ]
Rank: A
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Eiseijutsu, FΕ«ton, Korabo
Description: Forgoing the medical surgical purpose, the scalpel is now focused purely on the most lethal of cutting used with the intent to sever both exterior and interior. Just like the base technique, it can extend up to a katana's length, however due to this being more complicated than the base chakra scalpel, the length cannot be changed once decided upon activation. Its design is built upon the formless style techniques Oukashou [ Cherry Blossom Collision ] and Kyaku [ Bruising Sky Leg ]. The added wind style element also adds for indirect cutting and force even if the opponent narrowly avoids direct contact similar to small focused buffeting. Furthermore, the scalpels can be formed from the arms or legs upon activation. Due to the immense chakra control necessary to make this technique work, it is unlikely non-medical class shinobi would be able to replicate it to full effect. Can be sustained for half-cost and made passive after the first post's usage.

Is flailing turtle giving each part of the tail it's own activation?

Dancers end enforcer sound freaking cool! Approvable as is but from the way it's worded and the way we handle ranks around here it would only be dealing an extra C ranked of damage on top of whatever you use it with. If I could make a suggestion I would say to make it X ranked or add a part that it can also be paired with a taijutsu technique and won't use an activation in that case! Just my thought though!

So blood clone kind of messes with our collisions rules albeit in a abnormal way. I can't let you have it hide from all sensory effects but you can do either one of the following! Either have it be based off your characters body rank, so If you were D rank than any sensory jutsu D rank and below couldn't tell the difference and Doujutsu from D ranked and below couldn't see through it.

OR

You can pick one and have it be defended against that type of sensory effects. Meaning like doujutsu or sensory type.


Then for Red Nebula I think I just need some clarification on what exactly you mean by deeper wounds? Give me a ranked levels equivalent to what it heals! Like how from medical techniques have different ranks where one can easily assume that "oh this guy took an A ranked fireball to the face and I have an A rank healing hands!" type of stuff C:

Then for Red Nebula I think I just need some clarification on what exactly you mean by deeper wounds? Give me a ranked levels equivalent to what it heals! Like how from medical techniques have different ranks where one can easily assume that "oh this guy took an A ranked fireball to the face and I have an A rank healing hands!" type of stuff C:

So, it would be based on the rank it was cast at. So, assuming Shinji is A ranked body, he can cast it at B-rank and below, and it heals damage equivalent to the rank cast. B rank heals up to B rank, C up to C, and so on.
I can draw up some exact numbers if need be, but that'll take a bit more research sweatdrop I didn't think too far into the numbers portion of it, I was thinking mostly about the cosmetic effect

Is flailing turtle giving each part of the tail it's own activation?

Dancers end enforcer sound freaking cool! Approvable as is but from the way it's worded and the way we handle ranks around here it would only be dealing an extra C ranked of damage on top of whatever you use it with. If I could make a suggestion I would say to make it X ranked or add a part that it can also be paired with a taijutsu technique and won't use an activation in that case! Just my thought though!

what do you mean by individual activation its like if you cast chakra threads and have control over all ten strings. it does need her to activate it once to create the tails do you mean does she have to recast the jutsu the create more? i mean i didn't intend it to but if i have to i don't mind changing it abit
