Description: The chosen wielder of Adfer Fatali can channel their chakra through the blade to force it's sections to separate and rearrange. The chosen formation can only become that of another weapon and will function however that weapon normally would. The conducted chakra fills in the gaps between the blade pieces to take the desired shape. Also, Adfer Fatali's temporary form can be no more than thrice the chosen weapon's normal size (D-Rank=Normal Size, C-Rank=Doubled Size, B-Rank=Tripled Size). Returns to its dormant state after two [2] posts (per rank applied) unless this technique's cost is repaid. This technique can also be used at least at E-Rank power to remotely recollect any lost pieces of Adfer Fatali if the user is holding the weapon's handle.

Description: Adfer Fatali's wielder can only learn and utilize this technique if they are capable of drawing out the Hyuuga bloodline-favoring power of the blade. Utilizing refined chakra control, the user first channels their chakra through the sword then spreads that chakra outwardly throughout a twenty [20] meter radius. The twelve sections of Adfer Fatali's blade can be controlled individually or coordinated to attack enemies with motions of the sword's handle and their free hand for the duration of this technique. The invisible chakra field collapses and forces the blade to reform after five [5] posts of usage.

Description: Only usable while Cruel Dance is active. The user controls all twelve pieces of Adfer Fatali's blade to assume a circular formation. This formation acts as a conduit for a surge of chakra to be unleashed when the wielder thrusts the sword's handle toward it. A grinding, destructive wave of energy is sent forth from the formation in the direction the thrusting motion was made. This energy washes over everything in its path to shatter trees and reduce most structures to mere rubble. Severe bodily damage awaits anyone who receives this attack unguarded. The wave travels for up to twenty [20] meters from where it was launched and is has the same diameter as the formation it came from (no more than ten [10] meters wide).

If a sphere doesn’t land (on a person or disrupted by an incoming jutsu) then it can collide with a solid surface and stick before detonating [1] post after creation.
Use at A-rank or above will apply [2] doses of dehydration to those hit and [1] additional dose if affected by any detonation of remaining spheres. [1] dose of dehydration applied with contact of spheres at strength of B-rank or below.

Description: This is the mastered version of the Shigure Soen's Insight Rain training skill. At this peak of awareness, the practitioner can now pinpoint the location of a present source of hostile intent. The "revelation" comes to the practitioner like a sort of unique ping, and will automatically tax the user for fifty [50] stamina and chakra whenever a new hostile source is detected or if the user rediscovers of a previously detected source. Costs half as much to re-detect a source of hostility from someone the user already noticed before. The location of a hostile source is automatically lost two [2] posts after a successful detection.

Flash Flood: Hmm. The maximum amount allotted to a custom is a double supreme boost. Even though you are sacrificing a supreme in two stats to gain another supreme in another, it's ultimately a mute sacrifice since it only applies while you are charging your strike and while you are making your slash. Therefore, in order to get this approved, I want a two post cool down, and I want the stat decrease to last for five post. Pending.

Description: The jinton user has mastered their chakra's slowing attributes to the point that they are capable of hindering foes affected by a jinton technique's slowing effect. By paying the cost of this technique as well as the one used to slow the opponent(s) the affected target(s) will lose one activate for the duration of the parent technique. This effect cannot stack, nor can it be applied to the same target afterward for the same amount of posts that they were affected by a jinton slowing effect. This technique is used in conjunction with a slowing jinton technique, so it does not take any additional activations when used.

Description: By better focusing chakra used for the sensory effect of Kagura Mind's Eye when the technique is activated the user can better control its use even while mobile. Paying this technique's cost along with Kagura Mind's Eye allows the user to activate the latter without having to stay still for one post first, and they can continue to use its effects without having to remain still. However, in turn this halves the range of Kagura Mind's Eye for as long as it is in use. This technique is used in conjunction with Kagura Shingan, so it does not take any additional activations when used.

Description: The user places their hand on the target's flesh and exerts an intensely focused amount of raiton chakra. This chakra is carefully formed into the design of a particular sealing formula which bonds any/all the target's sensory (touch, smell, hearing, taste, sight, and chakra) to others with the same branding. The branded seal is only a few inches in diameter. While the branding takes place, there will be a brief but mildly painful stinging, burning sensation. The user and affected targets can individually determine what senses they share with others, if any at all; therefore it must be actively mentioned in every post if any information is made available to whoever they are linked to.

Technique Name: Ika-Hazumi: {Squid: Bounce or Squid: Momentum}

Element: Maruton
Description: Tosokurui's unconventional approach to combat and situations continues. A further extension of Ika-Nejiru: Squid Twist. Now applies an elasticity to a [5ft] by [5ft] area of space. This jutsu in a sense makes an area or the air itself elastic causing whatever physically collides with it to rebound. Can even apply this bounciness rebound ability to ones limbs to make some distance between combatants. Starting at [5ft] at E, and increasing by an additional [5ft] per chakra spent closing these distances and producing them in an instant. If Ika-Nejiru is active, the elasticity of the rebound is increased for Tosokurui himself x2. The rebounding effect is a single spur of the moment and once the object or area in question ceases its bounciness it returns to normal. This technique is typically used in tandem with Ika-Waratsu, allowing its use in even open areas with nothing to leap or grab and maintain its momentum. Essentially after 'setting' an object or area to bounce it lays quietly in wait until a physical force comes into contact with it. This ability needless do say has many implementations. When applied to the air a film of what appears to be a clear screen of glass is made. When applied to the ground it will appear jiggly like jello, though still quite the trap to an untrained eye. Can be broken through with a physical technique of its rank or higher but physical attacks and low end Doton will typically be sent back if not strong enough at a speed faster than it came. Ninjutsu has rank advantage assuming its not a projectile based. There is another function of this ability given the name Ika-Hazumi:Tanoshī ie{Squid:Bounce, Fun House} it's rank is locked at E and its given a duration of sustain where a 15 by 15 foot area of elasticity is made that can allow for whomever to enter and exit freely if requested. Its super fun and its purely for entertainment purposes. A real hit with the kids!...the creation of the entire technique was inspired by them to begin with.

Inugami No Ken Wo Kurae: Pending. It's very rare that I have to put a custom on hold because I view it as underpowered, but overpowered at the same time. The maximum a bukijutsu technique can decrease a target is by a supreme amount. For the most part that should buff this technique since halving an opponent with no DR would do nothing to help you, while it also stops you from negating someone who spammed the world to combine their techniques to gain all of the reflexes in the world just for you to be able to sever them with one technique. Also the fact that the swing itself causes a debuff to your opponent's reflexes without hitting them is a little odd. I would make it that you can fire this aura like thing from your body in order for it to have the desired effect of reducing your opponent's reflexes.

Technique Name: Skillful Performance with the Elemental Arts

Description: A relatively simple technique designed to improve upon Sumika's ability to substitute hand seals by her puppets for the use of her ninjutsu and bloodline techniques. After finishing the setup of her puppet, Sumika places a seal somewhere on it. This seal is then connected back to a complex, normally invisible formula on her body, allowing her jutsu to be performed local to any puppet connected to it instead of the puppeteer herself. For example, if Sumika were to create a fireball, this fireball could potentially originate from the puppet. Up to ten puppets may be prepared in this manner before the formula runs out of space. Destroying a puppet immediately removes it from the formula, the effect does not allow anything manifested by a puppet to emanate from its user, and this technique is too complicated and time consuming to be deployed during combat.
