▰ Replenishment System:
RPC's die. Either they die in combat, or we reach an end with our character and let them dissolve into the great beyond. Normally, there are no rewards to letting go of an rpc. That was before the Replenishment System. The Replenishment System is designed to allow you to take half of your RPC's merits and apply them to a new RPC. You can transfer your XP to your next RPC. However, there are restrictions. The first is that you are only able to claim half of the total amount of XP your character has. This means if they have 2000 XP, then you are only able to claim 1000 XP for your next rpc. If you have an odd number of XP, then round up to the nearest whole number. In addition, the maximum amount that you can transfer to a new rpc in terms of XP is 1,700. Any additional XP your previous rpc had is leftover, which means that you can use it for another rpc when you eventually make it. Half of all items the RPC gained during events as well as half of all endgame perks may be transferred to the new RPC. Up to three RPCs may be used for replenishment on one RPC but event rewards and endgame perks may only be replenished from one of the RPCs. The other character(s) event rewards and endgame perks can be saved for use on a different character. Again, half of and only up to 1,700 XP may be claimed from each RPC.

▰ NPC System:
An NPC within the context of this roleplay stands for a non-roleplayer character. They are either made for plot purposes or convenience. Within Shinobi Revolutions there are three types of NPCs. The first is the generic NPC. This NPC is created by the village leader and any individual who requires an npc for their mission. For situational affairs such as missions a generic NPC's profile does not need to be made. A profile only has to be made if the generic NPC is designed to be utilized for multiple purposes, such as a kage secretary NPC. A generic NPC is not designed to be combatant. A profile skeleton for the Generic NPC can be located here.

The second type of NPC is the task fulfilling NPC. This NPC can be used by the kage for combatant purposes. The village leader is also able to determine how many task fulfilling NPCs they want for their village. The NPC can only be assigned to a location that it was assigned to, however. For example, an academy teacher NPC cannot assist in combat if an enemy threat attacks the village gates. They can, however, protect the academy in case it is attacked. Unlike generic NPCs, task fulfilling NPCs can be collected from rpers who wish to transfer their rpc into an npc. In this case, the previous owner of the rpc, as well as the kage, are both allowed to control the NPC. An rpc which is transferred into an npc is considered decease, and is thus eligible to cash in on the replenishment system. All customs the rpc had are allowed to be kept by the npc so long as they were approved while the character was an RPC. This is the only circumstance where the task fulfilling NPCs are allowed to have customs. The skeleton for the task fulfilling NPC is listed below, although any established rpc can be translated by just adding a few more pieces to the profile.
